Tommy’s Mom Dies & Demi Moore Takes Control

SPOILER ALERT: This post contains spoilers from Season 2, Episode 1 of “Landman,” “Death and a Sunset,” which premiered Sunday, Nov. 16, on Paramount+.

Howdy, “Landman” fans! I’m Bill, and I’m the city slicker who’s going to head to Texas with you to break down new episodes of this lovable Billy Bob Thornton drama. As Season 2 begins, the characters are facing many changes. Among them, Monty Miller (Jon Hamm) is dead and his wife Cami (Demi Moore) is taking over M-Tex; cartel boss Jimenez (Alex Meraz) was killed by his boss Gallino (Andy Garcia); Cooper (Jacob Lofland) is trying to make his scandalous relationship with Ariana (Paulina Chavez) work as he heads off on his own to try to be an oil tycoon; and Tommy (Thornton) is promoted to have even more responsibilities at M-Tex after Monty’s death. It’s a stressful time, so let’s dive right in.

  • Between Tommy’s breakfast conspiracy lecture and mainlining coffee and cigarettes before the sun’s up, I’m worried about him having a heart attack, too!
  • There’s good music already this season — a Turnpike Troubadours needle drop not even five minutes in? Hell yeah!
  • “The mosquitoes are so big, they can fuck a turkey flat-footed.” Is it possible that’s not a folksy Texas expression but rather a horrifying reality in the South?
  • “It’s a young woman’s game here — no offense.” I’m sorry, Demi Moore made “The Substance” — you must treat her with respect or prepare to be eaten alive.
  • Cami’s speech rules, and is a great reminder of the take-no-prisoners attitude that makes this show special. “The only difference between me and Monty is I’m meaner. Test me and you’ll find out how much.” Fuck yeah!
  • How is Cooper’s first drill this successful? Another shoe has to drop on this get-rich-quick operation, right?
  • Wow, Ariana couldn’t be less excited about being an overnight multimillionaire. Why is she so cagey?
  • Angela (Ali Larter) expressing her love of grey sweatpants to her daughter, Ainsley (Michelle Randolph), is pretty gross! Will we see Tommy wearing them in a future episode?
  • Ainsley and this college counselor couldn’t be less of a fit — give me a bottle episode with these two on a road trip!
  • Shout out to Randolph, who walks a tricky line during this scene between being way over her head and disarmingly sweet. It’s hard to empathize with someone who spends the bulk of their admittance meeting babbling on about the importance of hot people having kids together, but she makes it work.
  • Oof, what a sad introduction to T.L. (Sam Elliott). Is it too soon to cry this season?
  • T.L.’s harsh rebuttal of reconnecting with his wife after he passes: “If I do, that means I’m in hell too.” Woof, we’ve got some trauma to explore soon.
  • The way the Norris women act around Cooper, you can practically smell him through the television.
  • It’s funny how quickly everyone scatters when Angela starts throwing plates during her tantrum. Bonus points to those around the table who escaped with their drinks and food in hand.
  • Tommy and Angela’s rapid, NC-17 make-up after the dinner fight proves that those two loonies are meant for each other.
  • There’s something about Thornton’s cigarette smoking that makes the ugly habit look so appealing, right?
  • Love that final shot of the sunset, mirroring Tommy to who we now know is his father, T.L., as they both search for meaning in the family matriarch’s death.

Until next week, feel free to discuss your own conspiracy theories and far-fetched easy money schemes in the comments below.

Hot Takes & Cold Truths About The Grammys

by jummy84 November 16, 2025
written by jummy84

On November 7, the nominations were announced for the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. The event takes place on February 1, 2026 in L.A. at Crypto.com Arena. The industry is fragmented and watercooler moments are fewer and farther between. There was no “song of the summer” this year, let alone a clear-cut song of the year. It’s more and more an uphill battle to “name that tune” and I’m not sure the Grammys is still the right board to make the call, despite the progress they’ve made. I’m impressed with their website, though, which has cool commentary, fun ways of laying out the nominees, and even a Grammy Music IQ game powered by IBM Watson.

As a culture marketer, I believe that if it’s in the paper today, it’s yesterday’s news. Real-time data is a crucial commodity when it comes to staying on the pulse of culture, and the Grammys are focused on celebrating the year that was, not the year that’s coming. Here are my main takeaways from this year’s nominations:

Who is more relevant: Grammys or TikTok?

With 95 categories, it’s hard for the Grammys not to have some hits. But who do you think wins in terms of media, impressions, and overall relevance? The first ever TikTok Awards this year or the Grammys? TikTok killed the video star of the MTV days, but I don’t think it will have the influence to upend the entire music business.

Grammy Ecosystem is a System

Once you are a Grammy darling, it’s a gift that keeps on giving. Does Billie Eilish deserve to be here for songs she released in 2024? Doechii, last year’s breakout star from the show, was nominated for song of the year with “Anxiety,” even though the track was originally released in 2019 (I’ll admit, the track sums up 2025 quite nicely, though). Kendrick is off cycle and still dominating. On the whole, there may be too many familiar Grammy faces for my taste.

Good Year for Hip-Hop at the Grammys, but Not On The Charts

The Grammys gave hip-hop its biggest look yet this year and I’m excited about that. I remember when they didn’t even televise the category. For years, the Academy was out of step with rap’s dominance of culture, so I’m loving the fact that Clipse is getting the respect they deserve with nominations for album of the year, best rap song, best rap album, and more. If “marketing rollout of the year” was an award, they would be a shoe-in for that, too. Don’t miss their new GQ Men of the year interview either.

But in terms of real-time data, the Academy is a little late. Last week, for the first time in 35 years, there were no hip-hop songs in the Billboard Top 40. At least they won’t get hit with the #GrammysSoWhite hashtag like 2017.

It Takes 10 Years To Be Best New Arist

The best new artist category is always an exciting way to highlight up-and-comers, and the curse of best new artist has been dispelled in the past decade. I mean, you can’t really have a sophomore slump when you get nominated for your fourth project, right?

See, talent like Addison Rae, Leon Thomas, and recent SNL musical guest Sombr have all been around for many, many years. Music executive Riggs Morales summed it up nicely with this emotional post about the Marias, who he signed in 2017. Sometimes overnight success takes 10 years. It just seems like the Grammys have lost the plot a bit with this category.

Snubs!

My personal favorites all got the cold shoulder this year. I’m bummed to not see Role Model get nominated (“Sally…” is my jam). Maybe he jinxed himself saying he’d rather be People’s Sexiest Man of the Year than win a Grammy. He got that award, but took his eyes off the prize.

Speaking of eyes on the prize, Slick Rick’s Victory is a visual masterpiece and a major miss by the Academy. There is no better visual album than this project he put out with Idris Elba and Nas’ Mass Appeal.

BigXthaPlug is my favorite rapper right now. I know he was nominated in 2024 as the XXL Awards’ Best New Artist, but he’s been feeding us hits all year and deserves a look when you talk about artists of the year in 2025.

Perhaps the ultimate snub was of the Grammys themselves. Morgan Wallen, arguably the biggest artist in the country right now, didn’t submit his smash hit album this year, returning to his 2022-2024 stance after last year’s collab with The Weeknd.

Sinners Is Actually The Music Moment of The Year

As someone who doesn’t like scary movies or period pieces, I can say Sinners was one of the best movies ever made on so many levels. There’s a reason it’s got a 97 on Rotten Tomatoes. One of my go-to jokes at cocktail parties is to try to point out the three people who didn’t give it a perfect score. There are two scenes in this movie that will stick with me forever as some of the greatest music scenes in movie history. This film is set up for not only a monstrous Grammy outcome, but major Oscar love around the bend.

The Stage is Set for Bad Bunny

Speaking of around the bend, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny, is up in all the top all-genre categories for his latest album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, which mixes traditional Puerto Rican styles like plena with his more familiar reggaeton and trap. The stage is set for a BIG political statement in California if he crushes the Grammys just a week before he‘ll make history with the first all-Spanish performance at the Super Bowl halftime show This is a story worth telling in America right now and I think can be a storybook win if it plays out the way we hope.

Critical opinions aside, The Grammys are an awesome week for the industry with the parties, brunches, meetings, and music. There are so many tentpole moments to tie in brands and enhance storytelling, and many artists will have their “moment” that will live on for a lifetime. The Clios Music awards take place that week as well, celebrating the best ads and music collaborations. Nue’s very own Alex Kirshbaum is a juror this year, so he’s seeing all of the best in class and is thoroughly inspired.

This is the last year the Grammys will be broadcast with CBS and Paramount. Starting in 2027, they move over to the House of the Mouse, which presents an exciting world of possibilities in which music stars and their stories can be enhanced with the magic of Disney. I wonder with amusement how things will play out over the next few years…

Beats + Bytes goes out each week to a capacity larger than Crypto.com’s arena. Packing out stadiums is one thing, but even more so, I hope this information can inform your job, feed your passion for music, and inspire you in one way or another. It’s a music industry love letter each week. Sharing is caring. If you feel inclined, please send to some friends and colleagues by clicking here: https://nueagency.com/beatsbytes/

Bad Bunny Takes Swipe at ICE at Latin Grammys

by jummy84 November 15, 2025
written by jummy84

Bad Bunny appeared to us his acceptance speech at the 2025 Latin Grammys to deliver a defiant rebuke of ICE and the Trump administration’s hostile action toward immigrants.

After winning Album of the Year for Debí Tirar Más Fotos, Bad Bunny dedicated the award to “all the children and young people of Latin America, and especially those from Puerto Rico.” The brief speech, delivered in Spanish, continued by taking a not so subtle dig at ICE.

“Never stop dreaming and being yourselves,” Bad Bunny said. “Never forget where you come from. There are many ways to defend where you’re from. We chose music.”

The speech came shortly after the US government confirmed that ICE will have a presence at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on February 8th, when Bad Bunny performs at the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show. This is widely viewed as a response to comments Bad Bunny made about excluding the US from his world tour out of fear that ICE could conduct raids outside of his shows.

Bad Bunny’s booking at the Super Bowl has been met with an outage from the right, with a recent Quinnipiac University survey showing 63% of Republicans disapprove of the NFL’s choice. This includes President Trump himself, who has called the booking “ridiculous” and “crazy,” and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, who said of the NFL: “They suck, and we’ll win.”

However, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has stood by the decision, pointing out the obvious. “[Bad Bunny is] one of the leading and most popular entertainers in the world,” Goodell said. “It’s an important element to the entertainment value, and it’s carefully thought through.”

For his part, Bad Bunny previously hit back at critics during his recent SNL monologue, telling non-Spanish speakers they have “four months to learn” Spanish.

Bad Bunny is also one of the leading nominees for the 2026 Grammy Awards, earning nods for Album of the Year for Debí Tirar Más Fotos and Song of the Year for “DtMF.”

Vividink takes its pants to town!

by jummy84 November 11, 2025
written by jummy84

Event industry PR and social media agency, Vividink, is taking its pants to London Town for Event Tech Live in an attempt to right the wrong of PR being seen as pants!

“For over twenty years, we have watched so many innovative and creative events companies fail to recognise that what they do is newsworthy, it’s of value to the readers of many of the industry news channels, and yet they fail to recognise the opportunity. A situation that can only be described as ‘pants!’” explained Vividink’s head of public relations, Paul Richardson.

“We decided that it was time to shake things up a bit, so we’re bringing our pants to Event Tech Live 2025, at Excel London. Many companies experiment with the occasional press release, but few truly capitalise on the opportunities that an effective PR campaign can provide. We intend to address this shortcoming,” added Richardson.

The theme of the campaign “PR needn’t be pants…” is intended to remind event companies that the fascination with AI is another distraction that reduces the effectiveness of brand communications as people lean into the apparent ease with which LLMs generate content. Unfortunately, AI isn’t always accurate and lacks the ability to draft copy that triggers an emotional response, not to mention the risk of plagiarism. In a recent article on MarketingProfs.com, Kelsey Raymond took a long, hard look at this subject. The following quotes from editors are taken from her article, Publications Don’t Want Your AI-Generated Content.

“Gini Dietrich, founder of Spin Sucks, admitted that AI-generated content can sometimes be fairly good but said it is usually “missing personality, context, and storytelling—the creative part of writing.”

Ivan Widjaya, owner of Noobpreneur.com, noted that articles written by AI exhibit a “lack of flair and originality.” Widjaya went on to add, “Creative writing is possible using AI tools, but some content creators either just don’t want to learn about effective prompting for results that are at least 90% close to their/readers’ expectations, or they just want to create content fast and move on to the next projects.”

And according to Richard Larsson, SVP of digital content at Advertising Week, “AI-generated content lacks humour, personality, and colour, basically everything that makes for a compelling read. So far, AI-generated content is very disappointing given the hype around it.”

Richardson concludes, “Pretty unequivocal comments from the people who we need to listen to most. Those who are the gatekeepers of the media channels we use to reach our clients’ audiences. And, by the time you have created that master prompt for your AI-scripted news release, you could have written something better from scratch.”

Pluribus review: Vince Gilligan's sci-fi takes you to happy place

Pluribus review: Vince Gilligan’s sci-fi takes you to happy place

by jummy84 November 7, 2025
written by jummy84

A star rating of 5 out of 5.

TV titan Vince Gilligan is known for writing bad guys. Think Walter White in Breaking Bad or Saul Goodman in Better Call Saul. But for his highly anticipated follow-up, Gilligan dares to imagine a world where there are no bad guys, where evil has been eradicated in its entirety. And therein lies a very different kind of horror.

Pluribus begins with a scientific discovery gone awry, as is often the case with post-apocalyptic stories of this nature. One simple mistake breaks the world as we know it, unleashing a virus that melds the globe into one collective group mind. The horrific imagery that follows evokes everything from the devastating stillness of 28 Days Later to the chilling paranoia embedded throughout Invasion of the Body Snatchers (in all its incarnations).

So why was Pluribus surrounded by so much secrecy prior to its release? We’ve seen this all before, right? Well no, it turns out that Gilligan’s twist on the genre quickly takes these familiar tropes in wildly unexpected directions that intrigue, unsettle, and might occasionally test your patience at points.

Without spoiling too much, this global shift in thinking isn’t hellbent on domination. The virus has essentially won already, yet that was never its goal. Melding the world’s population into one singular mind was just necessary, a biological imperative akin to breathing. The result is a happy one, creating a utopia on earth where there is no more crime. Discrimination is a thing of the past and every caged animal has been set free.

At its core, this apocalypse brings peace and happiness to everyone on earth except the one woman who can’t stand it.

Rhea Seehorn and Karolina Wydra star in Pluribus Apple TV

Carol Sturka, an unhappy romance novelist who peddles “mindless crap” numbers among the very few people on earth who have retained their minds still, somehow immune to the virus. As such, the collective is keen to draw Carol into their embrace, quite happily informing her that they’re working on ways to push through and infect her somehow.

It’s in this tension that the show’s defiance of straightforward tone and genre is most evident. Much like Carol herself, Pluribus pushes back against notions of good and evil, what’s right and wrong, in a funhouse mirror version of the grey areas Gilligan played with so adeptly in his previous works.

With a placid smile (smiles?) and kind reassurances, the virus wishes to erase Carol’s individuality and assimilate her completely. But would that be so bad? Other survivors reject Carol’s idea of “saving humanity”, believing themselves to be saved already in what could be considered a new utopia on earth.

It would be easy to read this as a push back against group think or conformity, but Pluribus doesn’t offer easy answers. Instead, the writing opens itself up to interpretation on multiple levels (unlike Carol’s own tawdry fantasy series). This idea that the ones who wish you harm will smile at you as they do so also speaks to religious extremism, gay conversion therapy, and even our political reality, while assumptions that the virus is bad also touch on the differences between individualist and collectivist societies.

Rhea Seehorn stars in Pluribus; in this scene, her character is panicked and holding on to a medical worker by his shoulders

Rhea Seehorn stars in Pluribus Apple TV

Pluribus does offer easy answers in another sense, however, as the virus readily gives up information Carol seeks in her attempts to uncover what’s really happening. These tranquil admissions might lack the tension that a puzzlebox mystery show usually provides — with one even going so far as to undercut its own horror almost immediately — but this in itself sets Pluribus further apart as an entirely unique viewing experience.

That’s also true of its scale. Gilligan’s return to TV makes full use of that Apple TV budget with vast settings that ram home the global impact of what’s happened. Jumps back and forth in time expand this even further again, plus international locales beyond Albuquerque, New Mexico (also the setting of both Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul) are just a plane ride away, easily accessible thanks to “The Afflicted” and their endless altruism.

While you’re sometimes left wondering at the implications of this global shift beyond Carol’s perspective, Pluribus constantly finds ingenious new ways to touch on that through dialogue or outlandish scenarios that could only come from a premise this strange. Hearing a child draw on the group mind to discuss the ins and outs of gynaecology is as disconcerting as it sounds, for example, while a politician talking to Carol through her TV delivers one of the premiere’s most shocking moments through what’s essentially exposition.

Pluribus is alien in more ways than one, so it was smart to ground this story through a protagonist like Carol, a cynical grump whose anger is as useful as it can be destructive. Her outrage at what’s become of humanity spikes against the happiness of the collective, creating a push and pull dynamic that grows central to what Pluribus has to say.

Gilligan wrote this story specifically for Rhea Seehorn following their work together on Better Call Saul, and it’s the exact kind of calling card that could nab her an Emmy at last following three previous nominations. Whether she’s seething or yearning, raging or grieving, Seehorn is magnificent, adding dimension upon dimension to Carol against the smoothed-out flatness on the faces of everyone who surrounds her.

Rhea Seehorn in Pluribus on the phone looking shocked

Rhea Seehorn in Pluribus. Apple TV+

Pluribus is essentially a one-woman show in that respect, yet Karolina Wydra also does phenomenal work as Zosia, an avatar for the collective who Carol comes to rely on. Her prominence deliberately complicates our perception of what’s happening while also giving us a face to connect with in this multitude of billions.

Pluribus works as an inverted version of Sense8 in some ways, another marvellously inventive spin on what’s possible within sci-fi. Elements of Lost’s puzzle box enigma, the existentialism of The Leftovers and even the quirkiness of The X-Files — a show Gilligan worked on extensively before Breaking Bad — are also apparent in the DNA of Pluribus (not to mention the influence of seminal sci-fi authors such as John Wyndham or Kurt Vonnegut).

Much like the virus does to everyone except Carol, Pluribus twists familiar storytelling beats into something new and otherworldly. The result is one of this year’s most inventive stories across any medium, making Gilligan’s return to TV a bonafide rarity in a sea of recycled ideas we’ve seen countless times before.

Beyond the premiere — a truly perfect hour of television — you’ll need to be open to seeing the bigger picture at points, and patience is vital if you’re to go along with some of the wilder swings this show takes. But if you’re up for it, prepare yourself for what could eventually turn out to be a genuine masterpiece on the same level as Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul.

All it took was for Gilligan to make everyone and no-one the bad guy all at once.

Pluribus is now available on Apple TV.

Lily Allen takes shot at David Harbour with ‘Madeline’ Halloween costume

by jummy84 November 2, 2025
written by jummy84

Lily Allen has taken a shot at her ex-partner David Harbour by wearing a ‘Madeline’ costume for Halloween.

The singer-songwriter released her first album in seven years, ‘West End Girl’, last week (October 24), and she has confirmed that her split from the Stranger Things star was a major source of inspiration for the songs on the record.

One song in particular has been identified as central to the theme of the break-up with Harbour – ‘Madeline’ sees her construct a fictional character who Allen implies had an affair with Harbour, and in the song, she reads out what appears to be a voice note from Madeline to the actor. “I can’t trust anything that comes out of your mouth / I’m not convinced that he didn’t fuck you in our house,” she sings.

Now, Allen has taken another swipe at Harbour by dressing up as the children’s book character Madeleine, the young girl living at a Paris boarding school from the 1939 novel of the same name by Ludwig Bemelmans.

— Pop Crave (@PopCrave) November 1, 2025

She appeared at a Halloween party in the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles dressed from head to toe as the character, with a blue coat, red neckerchief, straw hat and bright orange wig.

Since the album’s release, a woman named Natalie Tippett has come forward claiming to be the woman that was having an affair with Harbour. She told the Mail on Sunday: “Of course I’ve heard the song. But I have a family and things to protect. I have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and I understand this is going on. It’s a little bit scary for me.”

Despite her claims, Allen insisted in an interview with The Sunday Times that the song ‘Madeline’ is a fictional character who is a “construct of others”.

News of Allen’s separation from Harbour arose towards the start of the year, amid rumours that there was cheating on the Stranger Things star’s part. Earlier this year, Allen revealed that she went into a treatment centre to deal with the “emotional turmoil” of the split.

‘West End Girl’ was given a four-star review from NME, and praised as “a sleek, smart collection that sees Allen back at her very best”.

“As you’d expect from her most ‘vulnerable’ album, there’s a lot of grief and misery across ‘West End Girl’, but it never sounds depressing,” it read. “Since ‘Smile’, Allen’s always had a knack for making devastation sound exciting.

“There’s rage behind the pulsating ‘Ruminating’ as she struggles with the realities of an open marriage, playful other woman anthem ‘Madeline’ is a dizzying cocktail of uncertainty, fury and empathy, while the gorgeous ‘Just Enough’ is as crushing as it gets, heartbreak amplified by lush strings. It feels like a much-needed purge.”

This week, Allen announced her first tour in seven years – she will play ‘West End Girl’ in full at a run of “specially-chosen” theatres across the UK in March, culminating with two nights at London’s Palladium. See all the dates here and find tickets here from November 7.

Mumbai orthopaedic surgeon Dr Manan Vora reveals how long you need to walk to burn off popular comfort foods like samosas, gulab jamun, pizza and chole bhature.

We all love indulging in our favourite comfort foods like samosas, gulab jamuns, or a plate of chole bhature, but have you ever wondered how much walking it actually takes to burn them off? Dr Manan Vora, orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist based in Mumbai, breaks down in his October 31 Instagram post, the calorie count of some of India’s most-loved foods and how long you’d need to walk to balance them out. (Also read: Apollo hospital orthopaedic surgeon with 28+ years of experience explains ‘why your knees hurt while climbing stairs’ )

Dr. Vora reveals calories in popular snacks and walking time to burn them off.

How much walking does it take to burn a samosa or slice of pizza

Dr Vora began his post by saying, “How much walking does it actually take to burn your favourite foods?” He then listed some of India’s most-loved comfort foods and the time it would take to burn them through walking.

“1 samosa or vada pav has about 250 calories, that’s around 50 minutes of walking,” he explained. “One slice of pizza equals roughly 285 calories, which takes close to an hour of walking.”

How to burn off chole bhature or gulab jamun

If you’re snacking on a packet of chips, Dr Vora noted that it adds up to “about 300 calories, you’d need a little over an hour of walking.” For those with a sweet tooth, “1 gulab jamun has 180 calories, which means around 35 minutes of walking,” he added. And the heaviest indulgence on the list? “One plate of chole bhature packs around 600 calories, you’d need to walk for almost 2 hours.”

However, Dr Vora made sure to emphasise that fitness isn’t about deprivation. “You don’t need to avoid these foods. Enjoy them occasionally and balance it with movement,” he wrote. “That’s how you stay fit without giving up what you love.”

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt And Vicky Kaushal’s Love & War Takes Over Independence Day Weekend In 2026 – Here’s What You Need To Know | Glamsham.com

With the ongoing buzz and speculations, Variety has announced that Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly awaited film, Love & War, now eyes an August 14, 2026, release-perfectly timed with the Independence Day weekend. Although an official confirmation is awaited, the new date could mark the first-ever Independence Day release by Bhansali to strategically position the film for a long holiday run and strong prospects at the box office.

Independence Day has always been one of the most lucrative release windows in Hindi cinema, and big hits like Gadar 2 and Stree 2 cashed in on patriotic sentiment coupled with an extended weekend. In case of confirmation, Bhansali’s epic is most likely to reap benefits from a similar boost in audience appeal, considering the anticipation surrounding the project’s scale, pathos, and powerhouse cast.

The film was earlier scheduled to release on 20th March 2026. It is reported that the release has been pushed due to pending shoots. “About 125 days of the shoot are already done, but a big portion remains pending and that got the makers to shift the date. The official announcement will be made soon,” says a source close to the development.

This film, featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal, marks a reunion between Bhansali and Alia for the first time since Gangubai Kathiawadi, as he will be working with the other two for the first time. He will soon leave for Italy after wrapping up this schedule in Mumbai. Bhansali intends to shoot the movie’s climax in Sicily, which is a popular destination for beautiful scenic locations and its cinematic charm.

With Bhansali’s signature mix of visual grandeur, intense storytelling, and powerful music, Love & War has already been touted as one of the biggest cinematic events of 2026. And if the Independence Day release holds true, then it may just set the stage for a monumental box office spectacle in the forthcoming year.
