'The Price Is Right' Contestant Has Wild Reaction After $20,000 Win

A lucky roll! A The Price Is Right contestant screamed and ran around the stage after she won $20,000.

On April 17, Jameelah Hadley won the fourth item up for bid. She bid $1,000 on AI-powered robot dogs with two charging docks and a game prop kit. The actual retail price was $1,060. Hadley had the second-lowest bid, but won since she was the closest.

The game show contestant then came to the stage to play Let ‘Em Roll. Typically, the game is played for a car or $7,500 in cash, but since she was on an all-cash Friday episode, the game was played for $20,000.

Let ‘Em Roll is a dice game, where five dice have car symbols on one side of them and dollar amounts on the other sides. For this game, the car symbols were replaced with dollar signs.

The contestant is given one roll of the dice and can earn more by guessing the prices of three grocery items. The price of the first item is given, and they must determine whether the next one is higher or lower than the one before it.

Hadley had to guess the prices of Buttoni shredded parmesan cheese, Clean Boss multi-surface cleaner, and Axe black vanilla body spray. The cheese was $6.49. Hadley guessed that the cleaner was less. She was right, as it was $4.99.

The Price Is Right contestant guessed that the body spray was more than the clear. It was $9.49, so she earned another roll.

Hadley then made her way up to the steps to roll the dice down the ramp. On her first roll, the contestant landed on three “car” symbols, and the other two added up to $2,000.

She decided to reroll the two dice that had the money on them. For the second roll, both dice landed on the “car” symbol, meaning she won the $20,000.

Hadley screamed and ran down the stairs. She threw her hands on her head and ran across the stage. She did a jazz square as she celebrated.

She spun a .95 on the wheel and tied with contestant, Lucy. Hadley respun and landed on a .25, whereas Lucy spun a .15, so Hadley advanced to the Showcase.

The game show contestant bid $37,000 on an Indoor Tread Wall with 3D climbing terrain wall with six panels, three climbing sets, and a mat, a trip to Yosemite National Park, and a 2026 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 1LT. The actual retail price was $33,798, which meant that she was over and did not win the Showcase.

The Price Is Right, weekdays, 11a/10c, CBS, stream next day on Paramount+
