Agnostic Front Announce New Album Echoes in Eternity, Unleash Single “Way of War”

New York hardcore legends Agnostic Front have announced their 13th studio album, Echoes in Eternity, arriving November 7th via Reigning Phoenix Music. The band also served up the single “Way of War,” a two-minute beatdown of crossover thrash.

This is Agnostic Front at their most metallic — more thrash than punk — with the band dishing out galloping riffs and breakneck grooves to compliment the barks of frontman Roger Miret. His grim lyrics are presented without obfuscation.

“The track is very much a sign of the times!” declared the band in a press release. “How the corrupt politicians greed pulls us and many other nations into senseless wars. These actions unfortunately, come with casualties that civilians never call for. It’s the way of war.”

"Himesh Reshammiya Uthaaye Huye Gaane Nahi Gaata," Salman Khan Once Got A Tit-For-Tat After After He Accused HR Of Stealing Anu Malik Songs, What Followed Next Was A Volcano!
Salman Khan Once Insulted Himesh Reshammiya & Anu Malik For Copying Songs (Picture Credit: Instagram)

Salman Khan is one of the few people who never gets bothered about making fun of people on National platforms. He has done so quite a number of times on many reality shows, be it making fun of Shilpa Shetty’s judging skills or Mudassar Khan’s life lessons. But all of them waived it off except Himesh Reshammiya.

Himesh is one of the very few who has never shied away from calling a spade a spade, and he gave it back to Bhaijaan when there were roasts involved in Himesh’s professional ethics.

The story goes way back to when Salman Khan arrived on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa along with Katrina Kaif to promote his film Yuvraaj. Salman and Himesh worked together in many films. In fact, Himesh got his break from Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya.

Salman in jest said how Himesh Reshammiya copies songs. However, Himesh was clearly not pleased with the joke and asked him to name the songs. Salman still did not get a hint to drop the joke and further said that the copied songs were from his films only so he did not want to comment and drag.

Salman Khan’s “Uthaaye Huye Gaane” Hit Hard

However, Himesh was in no mood to take this allegation after Salman Khan said, “Kitne Anu Malik ke gaane uthaaye tune aur woh gaane jo usne khud ne uthaaye hain.” Himesh then went ahead to clarify, “Gaane toh nhi uthatha main. Ek gaana aap ne zabardasti ki thi toh maine Santana ka jo bhi tha…galti kardi thi maine jiske liye, zindagi bhar ke liye kasam khaayi this ki koi gaana uthaunga nahi.”

Salman then teased further and asked him to sing the song O Priya O Priya Priya. To this, Himesh roared like a king, “Uthaaye hue gaane Himesh Reshammiya nahi gaata.”

However, Salman still eased the situation, saying their banter is endless and keeps happening. Salman and Himesh worked together in many films, starting with Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, followed by Hello Brother, Bandhan, Dulhan Hum Le Jaayenge, Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, Yeh Hai Jalwa, Tere Naam, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Kyon Ki, Bodyguard, Kick, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan!

Don Broco share stomping new single ‘Disappear’

by jummy84 September 16, 2025
written by jummy84

Don Broco have shared their stomping new single ‘Disappear’, the third from their upcoming as-yet-untitled fifth album. Check it out here.

With thumping drums, hypnotic chanting and a breakdown inspired by drum ‘n’ bass, it’s a track that doesn’t fit neatly into any box, aiming to capture the emotions of leaving a loved one at their lowest.

Discussing the song, Don Broco said: “Disappear is about struggling to love and support someone living through something terrible. When the toll has become too much to bear but is dwarfed by the guilt in knowing what you are feeling is nothing compared to what they are facing themselves.”

The release of ‘Disappear’ follows the nu-metal infused ‘Cellophane’ and energetic ‘Hype Man’, which both arrived earlier this summer as singles from the upcoming album. They’re the four-piece’s first new songs since 2023’s standalone single ‘Birthday Party’.

They last released an album, ‘Amazing Things’, in 2021. Three months later, upon the physical release, it became their first LP to hit Number One.

The Bedford band finished a tour of Australia last week, and they’re set to play When We Were Young in Las Vegas next month before a run of North American dates including stops in Chicago, Toronto and New York City. Find tickets here.

They’re then set to finish 2025 off with a series of UK shows, including two nights in Manchester and one at London’s Wembley Arena – you can find tickets for the tour here. Next year, they return to the US for more shows across January and February.

Don Broco’s UK tour dates are:

DECEMBER
1 – Barrowland Ballroom, Glasgow
2 – Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham
3 – Utilita Arena, Cardiff
5 – OVO Arena Wembley, London
6 – Aviva Studios Warehouse, Manchester
7 – Aviva Studios Warehouse, Manchester

Havoc Teases First Single From New Mobb Deep Album, ‘Infinite’

by jummy84 September 12, 2025
written by jummy84

Mobb Deep is returning with their first album in over a decade. Havoc has revealed that the group’s forthcoming LP is titled Infinite, and it’s set for release on October 10 via Mass Appeal Records.

The lead single, “Against The World,” finds Havoc and the late Prodigy trading verses over a soulful instrumental — a rare duo appearance since Prodigy’s passing in 2017.

Nas announced the project in an Instagram post on Monday (Sept. 8), teasing the album with the line, “@mobbdeepqb Against The World #Infinite coming soon.”

The next day, Havoc previewed “Against The World” on the Joe and Jada podcast. In his opening verse, Prodigy raps, “New York is just one crumb on the map/ One crumb ain’t a lot,” delivering his signature grit and aggression that fans have long associated with his style.

Infinite is being billed not just as a comeback for Mobb Deep, but also as a tribute. It’s their first full album since The Infamous Mobb Deep (2014), and it’s their first released after Prodigy’s death. The project is entirely produced by Havoc and The Alchemist, and uses unreleased vocals from Prodigy.

Shareif Ziyadat/FilmMagic

To recap Mobb Deep’s legacy: the duo, composed of Havoc and Prodigy, rose to prominence in the mid-1990s out of Queensbridge, New York. Their 1995 album The Infamous is considered a classic for its raw storytelling, menacing production, and vivid depictions of street life.

Over the years, they released several acclaimed albums like Hell on Earth (1996), Murda Muzik (1999), and Blood Money (2006), among others. Prodigy (born Albert Johnson) passed away on June 20, 2017, from complications related to sickle cell anemia.

Since his death, his estate has released his solo posthumous album, The Hegelian Dialectic 2: The Book of Heroine (2022), and also brought his solo catalog back to streaming platforms.

As Infinite approaches, it represents both an end and a preservation of what Mobb Deep has meant in hip-hop — honoring Prodigy’s voice, cementing their influence, and offering fans a proper swan song from one of rap’s favorite duos.

Per a press release, ‘The Mountain’ finds fictional band members Murdoc Niccals, Russel Hobbs, 2D and Noodle – created by Jamie Hewlett – in India, having turned their backs on international pop stardom, and now focused on “mystical music-making”.

The third show – where they played ‘Plastic Beach’ in its entirety – also saw Gorillaz surprise audiences with ‘The Fall’ tracks ‘Phoner To Arizona’ and ‘California And The Slipping Of The Sun’ live for the first time ever during the encore.

The mini residency came as part of the band’s ‘House Of Kong’ exhibition at the Copper Box. It ran from August 8 until September 3, and offered fans a look behind the curtain of the virtual band’s headquarters, and provided insights into the journey they have had since sharing their 2000 debut single ‘Tomorrow Comes Today’, up until the present day.

The band are now set to relaunch Kong Studios as an online video game.

Jasmine.4.t shares new single ‘I Can’t Believe I Did This Without You’

by jummy84 September 9, 2025
written by jummy84

Jasmine.4.t has shared a new single called ‘I Can’t Believe I Did This Without You’. Listen below.

The song will feature on the deluxe edition of the Manchester singer-songwriter’s debut album ‘You Are The Morning’, which arrives this Friday (September 12) via Phoebe Bridgers’ Saddest Factory Records.

It’ll appear alongside four more new tracks: ‘Please Can We Hold Each Other Yesterday’, ‘Find Ur Ppl’, ‘I Don’t Think Anyone Else Could Hold The Same Place In My Heart’ and ‘Did U No’.

“‘I Can’t Believe I Did This Without You’ and ‘I Don’t Think Anyone Else Could Hold The Same Place In My Heart’ are two new songs on this release that I wrote during the LA recording sessions for the album, up on the roof of Sound City Studio between takes,” explained Jasmine.4.t (real name Jasmine Cruickshank).

“I recorded five songs as demos and sent them as a thank you to my bandmates and producers after returning home to Manchester from LA. It’s nice to have more polished versions of these two.”

Cruickshank described ‘Please Can We Hold Each Other Yesterday’ as “a more recent ode to lost time with loved ones”. She added: “I demoed this track on my phone and Steph Marziano (the awesome producer of these new tracks) liked it so much, as it was, that she suggested we didn’t re-record it and release it as is.”

‘Find Ur Ppl’ is about meeting political prisoner Yulia Trot (aka YBT) – who “this deluxe version of my record is dedicated to”.

“I met Yulia at the first queer event I ever attended,” Cruickshank said. “It was six months after I had come out, and I was still living in Bristol but staying with friends in Manchester.”

She added: “‘Find Ur Ppl’ is a song about meeting Yulia and the Manchester community, which feels vitally important given how many young trans people are in danger, isolated and in need of the safe haven of queer camaraderie.”

‘Did U No’, meanwhile, is YBT’s “favourite”. Jasmine.4.t recalled: “I visited Yulia in prison during the recording session for this track, and I remember crying, screaming, and channelling my rage at the state into the vocals when I returned to the studio that evening.

“We had planned to record “Did U No” for the album originally, as it was also a favourite of Phoebe’s, but sadly we ran out of time in LA. It is such a joy, now, to be able to finally get it down.”

She continued: “I love how these tracks have turned out, with the help of Steph and the incredible band line-up that I have been playing live with this summer – Phoenix Rousiamanis on violin and keys, Maeve Westall on drums, and Emily Abbott on bass.

“Now when I sing these songs, I am singing them to my best friend, my mother, my sister, my daughter – the political prisoner Yulia Trot. Of all the things that I have lived through, nothing has felt as big as losing her. I hope that one day she will be able to hear these recordings. I hope that one day she, all of her co-defendants, and all of Palestine, will be free.”

The full tracklist for Jasmine.4.t’s ‘You Are The Morning (YBT Deluxe)’ is:

1. ‘Kitchen’

2. ‘Skin On Skin’

The original version of ‘You Are The Morning’ was produced by Bridgers and her Boygenius bandmates Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker.

Yulia Trot previously toured with Jasmine.4.t as a roadie/security. “One evening in November 2024, while we were recording a live session for 6 Music, we heard news that Yulia had been arrested that day in a violent raid on her home,” Cruickshank remembered.

“She is one of the Filton 24, arrestees alleged to be connected with a group of actionists entering the UK headquarters of Israeli weapons manufacturer Elbit systems in August 2024, where £1million worth of damage was said to be caused. This included killer Israeli drones that have been reported to target Palestinian children in Israel’s genocide in Gaza.”

She went on: “Our beloved Yulia was initially arrested under terrorism law in a gross misuse of legislation that allowed heavy-handed police powers. She was then charged with the non-terror offences of burglary and trespass, but transferred as a political prisoner to a maximum security private prison on the other side of the country, away from her family and friends, where she will be held on remand for a total of two years until her trial.”

Jasmine.4.t is calling on fans to support Trot’s friends and family with visit costs. You can read more at freeyulia.com and follow @freethefilton24 on Instagram.

Speaking to NME earlier this year, Cruickshank said: “What more could you want as a queer musician? To be signed to Saddest Factory is a dream come true.

“Phoebe has fought my corner and has gotten me so many opportunities. It comes from a place of friendship but also a place of solidarity. I feel like those guys really get how shit is for trans women, especially in this country. I think they are kind of unsung heroes.”

Since releasing her debut album, Jasmine.4.t has supported Lucy Dacus and made appearances at festivals such as Green Man, Reading & Leeds and End Of The Road.

She’ll soon embark on a run of headline shows in North America, Europe, Australia and the UK. See the full list of UK/Ireland dates below, and find any remaining tickets here.

The round-up also praised the “searing, joyous and moving set that did everything from encouraging community and care, to reminding us to use our voices against the injustices in the world”.

Hear Shaboozey, Stephen Wilson Jr.’s Reflective Single ‘Took a Walk’

Shaboozey and Stephen Wilson Jr. have teamed up for a new song, “Took a Walk.” The evocative song was written and recorded for Lionsgate’s upcoming adaptation of Stephen King‘s The Long Walk, which was directed by Francis Lawrence and hits theaters Sept. 12.

The reflective country ballad was written by Shaboozey, Wilson Jr., Stephen Musselman, Connor Sullivan, Sean Cook, and Nevin Sastry, and produced by Sullivan, Musselman, Cook, and Sastry.

“I’m so thrilled that Francis thought of us to close out his film,” Shaboozey shared in a statement. “I really felt for these characters. These guys seemingly have no future, but hold on tight to the idea of hope—a better life, a better world. It felt familiar. The movie feels timeless and soulful, so I thought Stephen’s guitar would be the perfect complement to leave fans with a song that feels timeless.”

Wilson Jr. added, “As a fellow Stephen spelled with a ‘ph’, it’s no secret I’m a fan of Stephen King. When I was approached to write a counterpart to this song with Shaboozey, knowing it was based on Mr. King’s work, I was honored and humbled to be invited into the portrayal of such a storyline. I’m such a fan of Shaboozey and his authenticity, and jumped at the opportunity to sonically dance with this visceral but hopeful film and try to highlight the beauty in the most adverse moments.”

The Long Walk is an adaptation of King’s 1979 novel, about a group of 100 young men who enter an annual walking contest in dystopian America. During the competition, the losers are executed and the lone survivor is declared the winner. It stars Cooper Hoffman, David Jonsson, Judy Greer, and Mark Hamill.

For a long time, the book was consider unadaptable due to its brutality. Prior adaptations fell apart over the years. “I think maybe what held it back in those other adaptations is that merciless quality,” King told Vanity Fair. “Somebody putting down the money for it must’ve been, like, ‘I don’t know… this is hard. This is a painful one.’”
