EXCLUSIVE: Content Creator Vishnu Kaushal Reveals If He’ll Ever Participate In Reality Shows Like Bigg Boss, Traitors

by jummy84 October 8, 2025
written by jummy84

Vishnu Kaushal is a well known content creator, actor, and storyteller known for his witty, relatable, and heartwarming social media content that resonates with both his Gen Z and millennial audience. Kuashal – who began his career with short sketches and relatable reels, has now grown into one of the most versatile voices in India’s digital creator ecosystem.

During an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Vishnu Kaushal opened up about many things, including why he choose to become a content creator and whether he’ll ever participate in reality shows like Bigg Boss, Traitors and Rise And Fall. Read on to know all his answers.

Vishnu Kaushal On Becoming A Content Creator

When asked why he decided to become a content creator instead of doing a 9-to-5 office job like many millennials, Vishnu Kaushal replied, “Choosing content creation over a traditional 9-to-5 wasn’t a decision I took lightly. It was more about the freedom to express myself and connect with an audience that resonates with my ideas. Early on, I realized the power of reliability — it’s not just about what you create, but how authentically you present it. People today seek genuine connections. Content creation allows me to do that in a way traditional job didn’t.”

Talking about how difficult it for him to find his footing in the content creation space and begin earning through the videos he created, Vishnu shared, “It wasn’t easy at all. When I first started, I was experimenting with different forms of content, trying to understand what worked and what didn’t. It took time to develop my unique style, but once I found my groove, things started to come together.”

He added, “There was a lot of trial and error, but the key was staying true to my voice. Earning from content creation was a slow and organic process. The real breakthrough came when I realized that authenticity, consistency, and understanding my audience’s needs were the pillars of success.”

Vishnu Kaushal On Doing Reality Shows Like Bigg Boss, Traitors

Over the last several years, we’ve seen many content creators venture into the reality show space with shows like Bigg Boss, Traitors and Rise And Fall. When asked if he would like to be part of such shows if an opportunity comes, Vishnu Kaushal answered, “I’ve always believed that stepping outside your comfort zone is essential for personal growth. Reality shows like Bigg Boss or Traitors have certainly become platforms where content creators can showcase different aspects of their personalities. They provide a unique opportunity to connect with a much broader audience and present an unfiltered version of oneself. So, to answer your question—I would be open to participating in a reality show if the opportunity felt right.”

He continued, “For me, the key is maintaining my authenticity. I’ve built my brand on being relatable and real with my audience, and that’s something I wouldn’t want to compromise on a reality show. I wouldn’t be interested in participating just for the sake of fame; it would have to be an experience that allows me to express my true self, without trying to fit into a narrative that doesn’t align with who I am.”

Vishnu continued, “On the flip side, I understand how intense these shows can be. They’re a huge commitment, both mentally and emotionally, and not every show might suit my style or values. If the show gives me the opportunity to showcase my true personality, have meaningful interactions, and also engage with my audience in a way that aligns with my brand, then I’d definitely be open to it. But if I felt like it would conflict with my values or the image I’ve worked hard to build, I’d respectfully pass.”

Does matcha contain more caffeine than coffee? Doctor reveals truth about its benefits, caffeine content, and risks

by jummy84 October 7, 2025
written by jummy84

In recent years, matcha has become a go-to beverage for those seeking a healthy alternative to coffee, praised for its antioxidants and calming, sustained energy. Yet as more people adopt it into their daily routine, many are asking key questions: How much caffeine does matcha actually contain? How does it compare to coffee? And which provides a better, steadier energy lift?

Does matcha contain more caffeine than coffee beans? Read more to find out!(Unsplash)

Dr Kunal Sood, an anesthesiologist and pain medicine expert, has revealed the truth about the caffeine concentration of matcha as compared to coffee, and how to enjoy it safely. In an Instagram video posted on October 7, the doctor highlights the nutritional benefits of matcha, explaining that its caffeine content varies depending on preparation. He also cautions about its tannin content, which can interfere with iron absorption, and offers tips to minimise this effect.

What is matcha?

Matcha has recently gained immense popularity among health enthusiasts for its soft pastel colour, earthy flavour, and steady energy boost. According to Dr Sood, “Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder, packed with antioxidants, amino acids, and natural compounds. It helps boost focus, supports heart health, and provides steady energy without the jitters that some people experience with coffee.” Unlike coffee, which often causes an abrupt spike and crash in energy, matcha provides a smoother, more sustained form of alertness.

Caffeine content: Matcha vs coffee

Dr Sood points out that, in terms of caffeine concentration, matcha contains more caffeine per gram than both regular green tea and even coffee beans. However, the actual caffeine concentration depends on serving size and preparation. The doctor explains, “A standard 2 ounce serving of matcha contains 38 to 88 milligrams of caffeine, while an 8 ounce cup of coffee has about 96 milligrams. While coffee has more caffeine per serving, matcha is more concentrated.” Therefore, if you were to consume an amount equivalent to a full cup of coffee, matcha could potentially deliver even more caffeine – however, the exact content depends on how much powder is used during preparation.

Potential risk

While matcha offers numerous health benefits, Dr Sood notes that it also contains tannins – compounds that can interfere with the body’s ability to absorb iron. He advises, “Drinking matcha right after an iron rich meal may lower iron absorption, so it’s best to wait at least an hour before having it.”

Fortis gastroenterologist reveals if dal has enough protein: ‘You are a fool if…’

by jummy84 October 7, 2025
written by jummy84

Dal is an essential part of the Indian meal and is often consumed as a high source of protein. But does dal have enough protein to fulfil your daily requirements? To find the answer, you will need to know how much protein is in a 100g serving of dal.

Dal is considered a protein source in every Indian household, but it is not remotely sufficient. (Freepik)

Also Read | Neurosurgeon with 33 years of experience shares 3 rules to control body weight: ‘For 21 days…’

Does dal contain enough protein?

Dr Shubham Vatsya, a gastroenterologist and hepatologist with over 10+ years of experience, Fortis Vasant Kunj, shared a video on Instagram on September 23 detailing whether dal is a great source of protein or not. Let’s find out:

Explaining if eating a bowl of dal is enough for you to complete your protein intake for the day, the gastroenterologist stated, “If you consider dal a protein-rich source, you’re a fool.”

‘For 24 g of protein from dal, you’d need to eat at least 5 bowls’

“Yes, dal does contain some protein, but they’re not even remotely sufficient. Dal is considered a protein source in every Indian household. And 100 grams of uncooked dal contains 24 grams of protein, which is five or six grams less than 100 grams of chicken,” Dr Vatsya pointed out.

However, according to the gastroenterologist, it’s impossible to eat 100 grams of dal in one meal. He explained, “When you cook 100 grams of dal, it makes up to five to six bowls, which an entire family can eat. Realistically, a bowl of cooked dal contains only four to five grams of protein. To get 24 grams of protein, you’d need to eat at least five bowls of dal.”

‘Dal is an incomplete protein source’

Dr Vastya highlighted another important thing about dal: “They are an incomplete protein source.” He explained that it is because they miss some essential amino acids, and that’s why your body can’t absorb dal properly.

Lastly, he stressed that if you think you’re getting high protein by eating only dal, you’re wrong. Rather, to make your meals high in protein: “Combine dal with cheese, eggs, curd, and whey protein.”

“Only then will your plate balance become muscle-building, gut-healing, and body-supporting. Be sure to show these reels to your mom, who keeps giving you dal, thinking they’re high in protein,” he added.

Comedian Samay Raina turned heads at the premiere of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut show, , The Ba***ds of Bollywood, with his cheeky ‘Say No To Cruise’ T-shirt. Now, actor Raghav Juyal has revealed how Shah Rukh and Aryan reacted to it.

Last month, Samay Raina attended the screening of Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba***ds of Bollywood in Mumbai.

Raghav reveals Shah Rukh and Aryan’s reaction

Raghav looked back at the moment when everyone saw Samay wearing that T-shirt, and how Shah Rukh and his son Aryan reacted to it when he joined Ranveer Allahabadia on his podcast.

Raghav laughed and said, “Yeh T-shirt pehen ke waha par pohcha huwa hai. Aur log has rahe hai, Aryan has raha hai, sab has rahe hai. Woh kar sakta hai, woh toh aisa hi hai na. Hum nahi kar sakte na. Pure party me aise hi ghum raha tha, T-shirt dikha dikha ke, sabko (He showed up there wearing that T-shirt, and everyone is laughing! Aryan’s laughing, the crowd’s laughing, the whole place is cracking up. But of course, he can pull it off, that’s just the kind of person he is. We couldn’t do that even if we tried. He was roaming around the entire party flaunting that T-shirt proudly, showing it off to everyone).

“Sabke samne aise hi dikha raha hai yeh aadmi (He was doing that right in front of everyone).”

When asked how Shah Rukh reacted to it, Raghav revealed that even Shah Rukh couldn’t stop laughing about it, saying, “Sir ke liye toh sabhi bachche hai na yaar, sir treats everyone like a beta (You know, for Sir, everyone’s like his own kid. He treats them all like his son).”

More about Samay Raina’s T-shirt

Last month, Samay Raina attended the screening of Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba***ds of Bollywood in Mumbai wearing a simple black T-shirt which came with a message that read, ‘Say no to cruise’. The words were seemingly a dig at Aryan’s cruise-drug case. His choice of clothing led to a conversation on social media.

One wrote, “Oh God!!!!! Samay is born different. Who would have thought? I can’t stop laughing, with another sharing, “He has guts. I know it’s cliche, but…. But bro should really hesitate.”

About the drug case

In October 2021, Aryan Khan was embroiled in a high-profile drugs case after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a rave party on the Goa-bound Cordelia Empress cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.

The ship, bound for Lakshadweep, became the centre of national headlines after Aryan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant, and several others were detained. Aryan was arrested by the NCB team, led by the ex-Zonal officer, Sameer Wankhede, in October 2021. He was released after spending more than three weeks in jail following his arrest. Later, Aryan was given a clean chit in the drugs case.

Fortis gastroenterologist with 10 years of experience reveals power of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s favourite moringa

by jummy84 October 6, 2025

Moringa, also known as drumstick or sahjan, is a favourite of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Often consumed for its beneficial properties, the drumstick and its leaves gained popularity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Even the PM praised its benefits, saying, “This drumstick, moringa, is very important from a nutritional standpoint; I’ve often heard so. So I used to make parathas myself.”

Whether it’s bloating after meals or recovering from antibiotics, moringa can do wonders for your digestion and immunity.(adobe stock)

But how beneficial is its consumption? In an Instagram post shared on September 13, Dr Shubham Vatsya, a gastroenterologist and hepatologist from Fortis Vasant Kunj with over 10+ years of experience, detailed the many benefits of adding moringa to your daily diet.

Power of Narendra Modi’s favourite moringa!

Sharing the post, Dr Vatsya highlighted that moringa, also known as drumstick leaves, is rich in nutrients and powerful compounds that help soothe acidity, combat inflammation, and protect the body from long-term damage. He added, “Whether it’s bloating after meals or recovering from antibiotics, this humble leaf can do wonders for your digestion and immunity. Truly, a superfood hiding in plain sight.”

What makes moringa beneficial for our bodies?

According to the gastroenterologist, if you experience burning or bloating after every meal, moringa can be your best solution.

But how? He said that moringa contains moringin, a stable isothiocyanate that:

  • repairs the gut lining,
  • neutralises acid,
  • and boosts digestion by activating your intestine’s bitter receptors.

Dr Vatsya highlighted that this leaf has been globally researched for its properties, including:

  • highly effective anti-inflammatory properties,
  • anti-cancer properties,
  • and anti-ulcer properties.

Additionally, moringa is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, calcium, and potassium, which also protect against heart disease and cell damage. “Most importantly, moringa is stable; unlike many vegetables, its effects remain powerful even after cooking. So if you have gut issues, poor immunity, or are struggling with post-antibiotic recovery, moringa should be your ideal choice,” the gastroenterologist added.

AIIMS orthopaedic surgeon reveals ‘best sleeping position’ to prevent neck, back and joint pain

Many wake up with back or neck pain due to poor sleep posture. Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Dushyant shares simple positions to ease pain and protect your spine.

We spend nearly a third of our lives sleeping, yet many of us wake up with stiff necks, sore backs, or lingering aches. Poor sleeping posture can silently damage your spine over time. Dr Dushyant Chouchan, Orthopaedic and Sports Injury Surgeon, AIIMS Raipur, shares in his Instagram post the best positions for neck and back pain relief. (Also read: Orthopaedic surgeon shares surprising benefits of ‘backward walking’ for knee health on Food Pharmer podcast )

Dr Dushyant advises incorporating specific sleeping positions to alleviate joint strain and improve comfort.(Freepik)

How can your sleeping position affect joint pain

The way you sleep can actually make your joint pain worse,” says Dr Dushyant. He explains, “If you usually sleep on your side, placing a pillow between your knees can significantly reduce discomfort in your hips and lower body. For those who sleep on their back, it’s best to place a pillow under their knees. This simple adjustment helps relieve pressure on your spine and joints, easing pain in your lower back and hips.”

Dr Dushyant adds, “By incorporating these two easy sleeping positions into your nightly routine, you can prevent unnecessary strain and experience noticeable relief in your joints. Try it out, and you may find waking up less stiff and more comfortable a daily reality.”

Tips for better spinal health

In an earlier interview with HT Lifestyle, Dr Arun Bhanot, Director of Spine Services at CK Birla Hospital, Gurugram, highlighted the importance of sleep posture for spinal health. He shared, “Your sleeping position helps minimise back strain, avoid stiffness, and maintain proper spine alignment.”

Dr Bhanot recommends a firm-to-medium mattress, a pillow that keeps your neck aligned, and advises against sleeping on your stomach or using a very high pillow. Following these tips can help reduce discomfort and support long-term spine health. Click here to read the full article.

US doctor reveals 6 simple everyday habits that have surprising health benefits: ‘Helps with reflux, can prevent…’

written by jummy84

Small, simple habits can sometimes have outsized effects on your health, often in ways you wouldn’t expect. From stepping outside in the morning sun to taking a few minutes for deep breathing, everyday actions can boost mood, improve blood sugar control, and even support better sleep.

Walking after meals helps regulate blood glucose spikes.(Unsplash)

Dr Kunal Sood, an anesthesiologist and interventional pain medicine expert, has outlined such everyday habits that have surprising health benefits. In an Instagram video posted on October 3, the doctor reveals six daily habits you can practice every day – ranging from walking after meals to taking cold showers – and explains why they are beneficial.

Cold showers improve mood

According to Dr Sood, cold exposure can trigger a surge of norepinephrine, which lifts mood and increases alertness. He explains, “Trials show hot-to-cold showers can reduce self-reported sick days and raise perceived energy. Evidence for depression is limited but promising.”

Walking after meals balance glucose spike

Dr Sood suggests that walking for 10 to 30 meals after eating meals helps balance glucose spikes. It also “helps with reflux, and can prevent post-meal drops in blood pressure in older adults. Best results come from short walks spread throughout the day.”

Lifting weights lowers insulin

The doctor highlights, “Resistance training increases GLUT4 transporters in muscle, improving insulin sensitivity and lowering HbA1c in type 2 diabetes.” This lowers insulin levels and Dr Sood also adds, “More muscle mass also enhances glucose handling and body composition.”

Morning sun improves sleep

Exposure to bright sunlight in the morning helps regulate your circadian rhythm. Dr Sood, “Bright light in the morning helps anchor your circadian rhythm, making it easier to fall asleep at night.” Additionally, he also mentions studies that suggest exposure to sunlight benefits office workers, and those struggling with insomnia, delayed sleep phase, and chronic pain.

Deep breaths lower blood pressure

According to Dr Sood, slow breathing – approximately six breaths per minute – reduces activity of the sympathetic nervous system and improves blood pressure control. He suggests, “Practicing daily for 10-15 minutes can lower systolic pressure by 3-8 mmHg on average.”

Standing for 5 minutes hourly has many benefits

Dr Sood points out, “Breaking up long sitting periods with light walking or standing improves blood sugar, insulin, and blood pressure. Walking is best, especially after meals, as it engages the calf muscles and boosts circulation.”

Anant Ambani’s fitness trainer reveals how celebrities stay fit during gruelling film shoots: ‘They follow strict…’

Ever wondered how celebrities stay toned during hectic shoots? Anant Ambani’s trainer Vinod Channa shares the secret behind their on-screen fitness.

We often marvel at how actors look perfectly toned and fit, even with gruelling shoot schedules and long hours on set. Celebrity fitness trainer Vinod Channa, who has guided stars like Anant Ambani and Nita Ambani on their fitness journeys, breaks down the secret behind their on-screen physiques in his September 16 Instagram post. (Also read: Ranbir Kapoor’s fitness trainer shares 5 reasons why many people fail to lose weight: ‘The key is to keep challenging…’ )

Vinod Channa emphasizes that celebrity fitness is a year-round commitment involving disciplined diets and workouts.

How do celebrities stay fit during film shoots

“Celebrities stay fit during film shoots because they work really hard, consistently, over the years,” Channa explains. “This isn’t something that happens in a day. They work out throughout the year, which is why they look so fit for a specific movie.”

He adds, “On top of that, depending on the movie’s requirements, they start planning months in advance, sometimes 4-6 months before shooting. They follow strict diet-specific workouts to achieve the look needed for their character. And once they reach that physique, maintaining it is equally important, especially since shooting days can stretch up to 12 hours.”

What keeps them consistent during busy schedules

Channa further shares, “Whenever they get time, they make sure to work out and stick to a disciplined diet. Their meals don’t get compromised. This consistent effort allows them to match the character’s look perfectly, and that’s why the final result on screen looks flawless and earns appreciation from audiences.”

In short, celebrity fitness is not about last-minute efforts, it’s about dedication, consistency, and planning months ahead. According to Vinod, it’s this combination of hard work, discipline, and smart preparation that keeps stars looking camera-ready, no matter how demanding the shoot schedule.

Eric Dane Reveals Why He Missed Emmy’s ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Reunion

by jummy84 October 3, 2025
written by jummy84

While Eric Dane missed a recent planned Grey’s Anatomy reunion, he made a hospital visit on Emmys night last month.

Following his ALS diagnosis, the actor revealed he was “getting stitches put in my head” after losing balance and falling in his kitchen, shortly before he was scheduled to present with fellow cast alum Jesse Williams at the 77th annual awards show.

“ALS is a nasty disease. I missed an opportunity I was really looking forward to,” Dane told the Washington Post. “It would have been great to see Jesse and get reunited with some of my peers, and to be able to present in front of my colleagues, I thought would have been a special moment. So I was really upset about it, but you know, there was nothing I could do about it.”

After the Emmy producers revealed the planned reunion for America’s longest-running primetime medical drama, in which Dane played Dr. Mark ‘McSteamy’ Sloan, Deadline reported that Dane pulled out of the appearance at the last minute, and Williams presented solo.

The Euphoria star previously revealed his diagnosis to People in April. “I have been diagnosed with ALS,” he said in a statement at the time.

“I feel fortunate that I am able to continue working and am looking forward to returning to set of Euphoria next week,” added Dane. “I kindly ask that you give my family and I privacy during this time.”

The Mayo Clinic describes ALS as “a nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord,” causing a “loss of muscle control. The disease gets worse over time.”

French biochemist reveals how movement helps balance glucose spikes after meals, shares 4 tips: ‘Household chores like…’

Sitting down and relaxing immediately after meals can spike glucose levels. Instead, Jesse Inchauspé recommends 4 daily activities to help balance spikes.

Glucose-rich meals can cause sharp spikes in blood sugar, leaving the body struggling to bring levels back to balance. While many people instinctively sit down or relax after eating, this habit can actually worsen the problem. Simple physical movement – even light daily chores – can make a significant difference in curbing these spikes and supporting healthier glucose control.

Jesse recommends performing daily household chores like cleaning the house after meals to balance blood glucose spikes.(Unsplash)

Jessie Inchauspé, a French biochemist, NYT bestselling author, and health activist popularly known as the Glucose Goddess on social media, highlights why moving after glucose-rich meals is key to balancing out blood sugar spikes. In an Instagram video posted on October 2, she explains how physical activity impacts blood glucose levels, recommending simple movements – even everyday household chores – that can help lower both glucose and insulin levels.

Why moving helps balance glucose spikes

According to Jesse, your muscles contract due to movement, and this helps them absorb glucose faster. She explains, “When your muscles contract, for example, if you’re walking, you’re squatting, you’re cleaning your apartment, after you eat something high in glucose, your muscles will uptake the glucose from that meal without needing insulin.” She stresses that it is important to keep your insulin levels low in order to prevent spikes. “So, just 10 minutes of movement after a meal can help you reduce your glucose spike of the meal without increasing your insulin levels, which is two birds, one stone,” Jesse adds.

Recommended movements

Glucose and insulin spikes can be avoided by performing simple movements, and even daily household chores can help. Besides chores, activities like walking and performing air squats are effective in lowering glucose spikes. Jesse recommends the following:

  • Walking for 10 minutes.
  • Calf raises (also known as soleus push-ups).
  • Household chores like vacuuming, folding laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom.
  • Air squats.
