Kelley Wolf has been accused of violating a protective order against her.

Kelley Wolf accused of violating a protective order against her

Last month a new protective order was issued which banned Kelley from having direct or indirect contact with her estranged husband Scott Wolf or their kids Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and 11-year-old Lucy but Kelley allegedly used “a friend’s phone and attempted to contact her son [Miller] through a friend’s son”.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Kelley, 48, was charged with a misdemeanour for her actions and a summons was filed for her to appear in court on November 7.

This comes less than two weeks after Kelly revealed she was going to rehab, telling Judge Janet Elledge that she was “excited” to be seeking treatment.

According to PEOPLE, Kelley told the court: “I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending [treatment] starting on September 12.

“This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage.

“I am excited to go to [treatment]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.”

The star – who was previously charged with one charge of electronic communications harassment and two charges of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information – shared her plans after the judge denied a request from prosecutors for proof of compliance with the pre-trial release conditions of her bail.

These included that she participate in drug testing and inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioural, psychological or psychiatric treatment before the next hearing on 30 September.

The judge didn’t rule on a request that Kelley be barred from posting on social media as a condition of her release.

Kelley has been told she cannot “commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence” against Scott or the kids, including “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.”

The “only” time she can have contact with the Party of Five actor is during mediation sessions with a court-qualified mediator regarding their divorce or custody of the children, but otherwise she must stay at least 300 feet away.

In addition, Kelley is only allowed to visit the family home accompanied by a police officer to pick up her belongings, and she must abstain from drugs and alcohol.

Kelley was arrested on 26 August on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, hours after she allegedly posted her estranged husband’s personal phone number on her Instagram account.

What is sustainable diet? Doctor shares 8 practical tips to stay healthy: Seasonal veggies, smart eating order and more

A sustainable diet is not restrictive, and instead supports long-term health by being realistic. Know how you can follow a sustainable diet.

There are a lot of diets trending lately that people are very quick to adopt. But one of the concerns with these quick-fix diets is the lack of longevity. Many get tired or give up midway because it feels too confining. Commonly, fad diets are too ambitious, cutting a number of different food groups, but the real solution lies in balance, moderation, and mindful choices that can be sustained in the long run. The way forward is adopting a diet which is enduring and, most importantly, realistic.

Dr Aparna Santhanam, dermatologist and holistic wellness coach, told HT Lifestyle that a sustainable diet helps to keep up with dieting for years as it’s not restrictive.

She explained, “A sustainable diet is not a short-lived food plan but a way of eating that you can enjoy and maintain for years. It focuses on balance, variety, and moderation, rather than rigid restrictions. The beauty of sustainable eating is that it not only protects long-term health but also makes daily meals more enjoyable, practical, and kind to the planet.”

Further, she highlighted how in the Indian food culture, where food is respected, sustainable eating is viewed as a way of building a natural habit to nourish the body.

Dr Santhanam shared 8 tips, demonstrating how to follow a sustainable diet:

1. Prioritise non-processed foods

  • Prioritise whole, minimally processed foods in the form of fresh fruits, vegetables, dals, and whole grains keep you fuller for longer.
  • For example, roasted chana or Makhana makes a far better snack swap nutritionally and sustainability-wise wise than a bag of store-bought potato chips.

2. Ensure smart eating order

Add darker greens to your salads. (Shutterstock)

  • Start meals with fibre-rich foods like salads or sautéed vegetables, then move to protein (dal, paneer, fish, eggs), and finish with carbs, which are largely grain-based in the Indian context.
  • This helps control sugar spikes, improves satiety, and keeps energy levels steady.

3. Adopt portion control

Serve your food in smaller plates. (Freepik)

  • Instead of cutting out favourite foods, enjoy them in smaller servings. Sharing a dessert at dinner is both healthier and more satisfying.
  • At home, use smaller plates and bowls that visually cue abundance.

4. Add more proteins

• Add more plant-based proteins.

  • Mix in dals, sprouts, beans, and tofu regularly. This balances nutrition while reducing dependence on heavy meats.

5. Eat local and seasonal produce

  • Choose what’s naturally available, like mangoes in summer and carrots in winter, for freshness, better taste, and higher nutrition.
  • It is vital to stay attuned to nature’s seasonal rhythms.

6. Reduce food waste creatively

  • Yesterday’s dal can become dal paratha, or extra sabzi can be rolled into a whole-wheat wrap, and leftover rice can be made into cutlets with vegetables.
  • It’s fun and nourishing.

7. Stay hydrated wisely

Herbal teas like Chamomile and ginger tea have low-calorie content.(Pexels)

  • Replace sugary sodas with plain water.
  • The other option is light herbal teas for long-term metabolic health.

8. Make your plates balanced

  • An ideal Indian meal could look like this: start with a bowl of kachumber salad (fibre), followed by a serving of dal (plant protein and fibre), one dry sabzi like beans or bhindi (fibre + micronutrients), and a small portion of brown rice or jowar roti (complex carbs with additional fibre).
  • This mix ensures satiety, steady energy release, and a full spectrum of nutrients.

Holly Jackson books in order

by jummy84 August 26, 2025
written by jummy84

Typically, Jackson has written powerfully punchy young adult books which are absolutely worth popping on your TBR.

Read on for our handy guide to the works of Holly Jackson, and how to read them in order.

Holly Jackson books in order

There are two orders you can technically read Holly Jackson’s work in: the Good Girl’s Guide order and her complete works order.

The complete works order is as follows:

And the A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder order is as follows:

  • A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder (2019)
  • Good Girl, Bad Blood (2020)
  • As Good As Dead (2021)
  • Kill Joy (2021)

That means that Five Survive, The Reappearance of Rachel Price and Not Quite Dead Yet are standalone.

Read on for a detailed description of each novel.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder (2019)

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder marks Holly Jackson’s debut in smart and electric fashion. We’re introduced to Pippa ‘Pip’ Fitz-Amobi, a student in the fictional town of Little Kilton, Buckinghamshire, who’s a true crime enthusiast and sets about investigating the murder of Andie (the popular girl at school) and the suicide of Sal (the alleged perpetrator).

Pip has just launched a podcast based on the events of the first novel and is lauded online as a skilled amateur detective. The third book in the series continues after the events of Good Girl, Bad Blood, where Pip has been left deeply traumatised and unable to sleep. Her life takes a turn for the worse when she gets stalked by a menacing figure with a connection to her past cases.

Kill Joy (2021)

Kill Joy.

Kill Joy is a prequel novella, set before A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder but still focused on Pip’s life. She is invited to a 1920s murder mystery dinner despite not wanting to go, and soon finds herself enthralled in the case she simply has to solve – and who knows, maybe the murder-suicide she solves in Kill Joy may have an impact on her investigations later in her life…

Five Survive (2022)

bitchy | Hardman: The prime minister will have to order ‘King William’ to live in a palace

by jummy84 August 24, 2025
written by jummy84

My strong belief is that Prince William, soon after becoming king, will quickly change his story and announce a brand new plan to live in one or several of the main palaces and castles. I still believe that Prince William and Kate’s whole “Forest Lodge is our forever home, we will live here even after Charles dies” story is just a placeholder lie from an office with zero credibility. But it’s been fascinating to watch the British press take the “forever home” story at face value and proceed to freak out. Royal historian/biographer Robert Hardman is the latest to comment about the forever-home Forest Lodge drama, and Hardman brushes up against the sad truth that not even the prime minister could conceivably “order” King William to move into Buckingham Palace.

Later this year, the Prince and Princess of Wales will move into their “forever home” with their young family – Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park. The future King William could easily commute from Forest Lodge to Buckingham Palace for official work, via the M4 or a faster helicopter, but how often would he realistically do this?

Royal Author Robert Hardman told GB News this week that Prince William residing permanently at Forest Lodge is not “tenable”. Speaking to Jacob Rees-Mogg, he said: “I don’t think that’s tenable. When the late Queen came to the throne in 1952, she and Prince Philip had just done up Clarence House as a sort of family home with their two young children. They loved it, and they didn’t want to move. The Queen Mother, who was resident at Buckingham Palace, didn’t want to move out. And so they presented [their plans] to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, and it was Churchill who said no, no, no, you’ve got to move in [to Buckingham Palace]. The monarch has to live above the shop.”

Jacob replied: “Churchill’s advice was right, wasn’t it, that the King needs to be the sovereign, needs to be in Buckingham Palace, needs to be present in that central place and that somebody, maybe Keir Starmer, I hope it’s one of his long distance successors, will have to give that advice in due course.”

Mr Hardman conceded: “That will be a difficult conversation for whichever Prime Minister it is because when you had Winston Churchill, the greatest statesman of the age, in an avuncular way, saying to a 25-year-old mother of two who’s very much turning to him for advice. And when Churchill said. ‘I think you belong at Buckingham Palace, would you please go there?’ Then that’s what you did. Of course, [Prince William] will be a harder nut to crack for a future PM, but I think Buckingham Palace depends on having a visceral connection between the monarch and Royal HQ.”

[From GB News]

“Maybe Keir Starmer, I hope it’s one of his long distance successors…” I mean, they’re now openly hoping that King Charles lives decades longer so they don’t have to deal with King Willy the Work-Shy. It’s true that Winston Churchill basically ordering a young QEII to move into Buckingham Palace was a much different situation than whatever is happening now. William will be in his 40s or 50s when his father dies, with three kids going to school full-time. Is William still going to say “no, I insist on hiding out in Forest Lodge forever” when all three kids are teenagers? It’s all a huge mess, but when in doubt, just assume that William and his office are lying.
