Medanta neurologist warns young adults in 20s are at big risk of severe burnout; reveals 6 early signs to watch out for

At the cusp of adulthood, more and more young adults in their 20s are left with no energy. They are facing burnout, which is a state of chronic physical, mental and emotional exhaustion caused by prolonged exposure to stress. It is more than feeling tired. The exhaustion is far deeper and spans every part of life.

To understand more about the early adulthood burnout, Dr Saurabh Mehrotra, Director of Neurosciences at Medanta, Gurugram, told HT Lifestyle that burnout is far beyond the ordinary tiredness but a ‘sustained state of stress’ which, if it is not treated, may have harmful repercussions on mental and physical health.

“Burnout, once considered a mid-career problem, is now increasingly affecting people in their early twenties. Many young adults are entering adulthood already feeling mentally drained, emotionally overwhelmed, and physically exhausted,” Dr Mehrotra added.

The neurologist cited findings from a May 2025 study published in The International Journal of Indian Psychology, which reported that Indian youth aged 18–32 experience moderate levels of burnout overall, but those in the younger age brackets (18–22 and 23–27) have significantly higher burnout scores compared to their older peers. Dr Mehrotra emphasised that this is a major crisis, as young adults are facing severe stress right at the beginning of their adult lives.

What are the causes of burnout?

Dr Mehrotra revealed that burnout in young adults happens because of a combination of many factors. The causes are relentless academic and career pressures, the mismatch between expectations and workplace realities, financial strain, constant digital connectivity, global uncertainty, social disconnection, and toxic work cultures with blurred boundaries.

With so much going on, Gen Z feels overstimulated as there is little room for rest or recovery. The pressures are often overlapping and continuous pressure, one after the other or even simultaneously. From competitive academics to early career hustle, young adults are stuck in a breakneck pace that triggers stress and makes them exhausted.

“For Gen Z, especially in countries like India, the collision of financial pressure, toxic work environments, digital overload, social isolation, and mismatched career expectations is creating an urgent mental health challenge,” the neurologist highlighted the major challenges.

While the signs of burnout may be subjective, there are some common, overlapping ones. Dr Mehrotra shared the 6 signs of burnout, along with 6 tips to help manage it:

  1. Persistent fatigue, even after rest
  2. Difficulty concentrating
  3. Irritability or mood swings
  4. Loss of motivation or interest in activities
  5. Sleep disturbances
  6. Physical symptoms such as headaches or digestive issues

1. Prioritise rest and recovery

  • Adequate sleep, ideally 7–9 hours a night, is essential.
  • Rest must be recognised as a non-negotiable component of productivity and health, not a luxury.

2. Set digital boundaries

  • Taking regular breaks from screens, limiting social media, and muting non-essential notifications.
  • This helps to reduce mental fatigue and reclaim attention.

3. Maintain physical health

  • Consistent exercise, nutritious meals, and hydration are directly linked to better focus, emotional regulation, and resilience under stress.

4. Build supportive relationships

  • Human connection is vital.
  • Whether it’s through friendships, mentorship, or family, emotionally supportive relationships act as a buffer against burnout and isolation.

5. Seek help early

  • Therapy or counselling provides tools to manage stress, build coping skills, and gain perspective.
  • Addressing burnout early can prevent more serious mental health conditions down the line.

6. Redefine success

  • Success should not be measured solely by productivity, income, or status.
  • It must also include mental well-being, personal growth, balance, and fulfilment. Moving away from hustle culture allows room for a healthier, more sustainable path.

AIIMS, Harvard-trained gastroenterologist shares 5 early signs of unhealthy gut: Weak immunity to bloating after meal

by jummy84 October 12, 2025
written by jummy84

A compromised gut often becomes the cause of many underlying issues in our body. Therefore, it is often recommended to include probiotic and prebiotic foods in your diet, exercise regularly, stay hydrated, and eat more fibre-rich foods to maintain overall health.

According to the gastroenterologist, if you consistently feel gassy or bloated after meals, it may indicate that your gut bacteria are imbalanced. (Freepik)

But what if you still feel that you have an unhealthy gut? Dr Saurabh Sethi, MD, MPH, a gastroenterologist and hepatologist trained at AIIMS, Stanford and Harvard Universities, highlighted the 5 early signs that indicate an unhealthy gut.

5 early signs of an unhealthy gut

In an Instagram post dated October 12, Dr Sethi shared the 5 signs of having an unhealthy gut, with the caption, “Board-certified gastroenterologist shares 5 Early Signs of an Unhealthy Gut. Which of these signs have you noticed in yourself?” Let’s find out:

1. Funhealthy gut

According to the gastroenterologist trained at AIIMS, if you’re always feeling gassy or bloated after meals, it could mean your gut bacteria are imbalanced.

2. Irregular bowel movements

Stating irregular bowel movements as a sign of an unhealthy gut, the gastroenterologist said, “Chronic constipation or diarrhoea is often your gut’s way of signalling trouble.”

3. Unexplained fatigue

“Poor gut health affects nutrient absorption, leaving you tired even after proper rest,” Dr Saurabh Sethi pointed out.

4. Food intolerances

If certain foods trigger discomfort, according to the gastroenterologist, your gut microbiome may be struggling to process them properly, which can be an early sign of compromised gut health.

5. Weakened immunity

Lastly, a weakened immunity is also an early sign of an unhealthy gut. Dr Sethi noted, “70 percent of your immune system lives in your gut. Frequent colds or infections can mean your gut needs attention.”

Max Hospital cardiologist shares why that ‘just gas’ feeling could be an early sign of a silent heart attack

by jummy84 October 11, 2025
written by jummy84

Heart attacks don’t always come with classic chest pain. Many people ignore subtle signs like bloating, gas, or indigestion, thinking it’s just digestive issues. However, these could sometimes indicate early cardiac problems.

Dr. Bhamri warns that persistent symptoms like gas and bloating may indicate silent heart attacks.(Shutterstock)

Dr Naveen Bhamri, Cardiologist with 21 years of experience at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Delhi, shares in his Instagram post why these symptoms should not be overlooked and when to seek medical attention. (Also read: Max Hospital cardiology director shares what perfect Indian plate really looks like: ‘Add 1 or 2 rotis and…’ )

What symptoms distinguish gas from a heart attack

“What are the symptoms that help us differentiate between gas and a heart attack? Many people don’t know this. In India, gas symptoms are very common. People often feel bloated and assume it’s just gas, without chest pain. However, these symptoms can mimic those of a heart attack,” warns Dr Naveen.

He adds, “So, don’t ignore such signs. If you experience them regularly, you must consult a cardiologist. Often, these symptoms, like heaviness in the chest, burping, or bloating, can indicate a silent heart attack, especially in elderly women or those with high blood pressure for a long time.”

When should you consult a cardiologist

Dr Bhamri explains that while gas and indigestion are usually harmless, persistent or recurring symptoms should never be overlooked. “Silent heart attacks may not present with the classic severe chest pain. Instead, they can appear as mild discomfort, bloating, or unusual heaviness in the chest. Timely medical evaluation can be life-saving,” he adds.

He advises individuals, particularly those with risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease, to stay alert. Regular check-ups and prompt consultation at the first sign of unusual digestive or chest symptoms can prevent serious complications.

Navjot Singh Sidhu recalls Kapil Sharma’s early days: ‘He had no hair, a potbelly, looked 45′

by jummy84 October 9, 2025
written by jummy84

Navjot Singh Sidhu, who made a grand return to entertainment earlier this year with The Great Indian Kapil Show, is back in the spotlight once again. After wrapping up the Netflix comedy talk show, Sidhu is all set to appear as a judge on India’s Got Talent. In a recent interview with Navbharat Times, the former cricketer and television personality spoke candidly about his struggles, his admiration for Kapil Sharma, and a memorable encounter with former U.S. President George W. Bush.

Navjot Singh Sidhu returns to the entertainment scene as a judge on India’s Got Talent after his stint on The Great Indian Kapil Show, sharing insights on Kapil Sharma’s journey.

Navjot talks about Kapil Sharma’s talent

Reflecting on his journey, Sidhu shared how pursuing one’s passion often comes with challenges. “Following your passion isn’t easy. Parents and society rarely encourage it. The biggest disease in the world is ‘what will people say.’ Talent needs a platform and without opportunity, it means nothing. Kapil Sharma, for example, used to work for ₹100 at Bhullar’s theatre society. Then, when he first appeared on TV in 2006, he had no hair, a potbelly, and looked like a 45-year-old. But when he performed on a bigger platform, his talent shone. In the IPL, people also become stars overnight because they get a bigger platform.”

Sidhu’s one-liners have always been quite loved. In fact, his quotes have been termed as Sidhuism by fans, and this tag also seemed to fascinate former US president George Bush. Recalling how Bush wanted to meet him after learning about Sidhuism, Navjot Singh Sidhu shared, “When I was in the BJP, Sardar Manmohan Singh invited me to dinner. His PA called and told me that George Bush was coming and asked what Sidhuism was. He was told that whatever this man says becomes Sidhuism. So he said, ‘I want to meet him.’ When I went, he asked me to quote a quote on positivity. I said, ‘Keep your face towards the sun so you never have to see your shadow.’ He laughed, but I didn’t plan these things. I just speak from the heart, and people connect with it.”

Kapil Sharma’s journey

Kapil is one of India’s most celebrated comedians and television personalities. He first gained national attention after winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2007, which opened doors to a flourishing career in entertainment. His sharp wit, relatable humour, and impeccable timing helped him create Comedy Nights with Kapil in 2013, a show that became a cultural phenomenon and made him a household name.

Kapil later launched The Kapil Sharma Show on Sony TV, attracting Bollywood’s biggest stars and millions of loyal viewers every weekend. Beyond television, he has ventured into films like Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon and Zwigato. His last project was Netflix special The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3.

Pooh Shiesty Celebrates Early Prison Release With Private Party

by jummy84 October 7, 2025
written by jummy84

Pooh Shiesty is finally free after serving three years of his federal sentence. Less than 24 hours after his release, footage of his ‘Welcome Home’ celebration also popped up online. Loved ones greeted him with lavish decor and a family-style dinner party that had fans wishing they got an invite! Let’s get into why Shiesty was in prison, what led to his early release and what’s next after having a good time with his people!

Why Was Pooh Shiesty In Prison?

Shiesty, real name Lontrell Williams Jr., was imprisoned in a Pennsylvania facility until Monday (October 6). In 2022, a judge sentenced him to serve five years and three months in prison for a federal firearms charge. He had pleaded guilty to conspiring to possess guns to further crimes of violence and drug trafficking, per ABC24. A release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of Florida revealed that he had agreed to the conspiracy concerning three separate shooting incidents between July 2020 and May 2021.

At first, Pooh faced up to 20 years in prison. Ultimately, he got sentenced to 63 months with one year of time served. Rather than serving his entire sentence, Pooh walked months before the scheduled release date on April 11, 2026. His early release, per Complex, could be related to good behavior.

Rapper’s Lawyer Speaks Out As Release Footage Trends

As videos of Pooh Shiesty started trending, the rapper’s lawyer spoke to XXL about his release. Bradford Cohen told the outlet he’s “elated” about the early release. Additionally, the attorney said he believes Pooh Shiesty will thrive and rise following this time behind bars.

“The government fought hard to give him 10, but after listening to the case, the Judge agreed with us that it was not appropriate and gave him a sentence that resulted in him serving 3 years. I know he will come back bigger than ever and definitely learned from this experience. He is excited to start the next chapter of his story. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and I think that this is just the beginning of his second act,” Cohen said.

See Posts From Pooh Shiesty’s ‘Welcome Home’ Party

As mentioned, Pooh Shiesty came home to what seems like plenty of love. While his fans celebrated online, his loved ones did their big one privately. One clip shows the rapper posing near an in-ground pool with silver balloons and the words “Welcome Home” in giant LED-lit letters behind him. The person recording and others cheered him on as he walked around the area!

Meanwhile, another video shows a custom-decorated hallway, from green wallpaper with his name to a floor decal that reads “Main Slime.” The family also had green balloons and a Shiesty background near a fully-decorated dinner table for more than 10 people. Pooh Shiesty appeared to be smiling as he walked through the spot.

More footage from the celebration shows Pooh Shiesty rocking layers of diamond chains while flexing several stacks of money. By then, he had seemingly changed into a Gucci tee and designer shorts. He appeared to be sitting on top of a luxury vehicle while poppin’ his wealth. One photo showed him posing with the stacks (fanned out this time) and rappers Big30 and K Carbon.

Telepathic Fish: Trawling the Early ‘90s Ambient Underground

Various Artists

Fundamental Frequencies

5 September 2025

It was 1992, and England had a hangover. The Happy Mondays had bankrupted Factory Records, the Stone Roses had disappeared, and the KLF summed it all up at the Brit Awards when they shot blanks into the audience and announced, “The KLF have now left the music business.” The glow sticks had cracked and leaked. Madchester and the rave phase were evolving into something entirely different. Looking to decorate their cultural comedown with new sines and wonders, partygoers sought spacey sounds and calmer frequencies. Enter Telepathic Fish, an ambient scene lovingly chronicled in Telepathic Fish: Trawling the Early ’90s Ambient Underground, a new release from Fundamental Frequencies.

Telepathic Fish is a curious collection, seeing as it doesn’t document a specific label or artist but rather a small sonic scene that organically emerged in 1992. It’s a friendly tale of fortuity, with random roommates uniting their shared interests to create the eponymous events in South London. David Vallade, Mario Aguera, Kevin Foakes, and the late Chantal Passamonte (also known as Mira Calix) found themselves living together at 102 Grove Vale, London SE22. When the friends began throwing parties under the collective name Openmind, they didn’t immediately realize how deftly they had tapped into the countercultural zeitgeist, like oracles of auricles.

Their parties included a “chill out room”, covered in mattresses and awash in UV lights, in which ambient techno flooded the atmosphere. Soon, that electronic ambience became the leading player, not just a supporting act, in a series of so-called “Telepathic Fish” shindigs. Openmind and various DJs (including Richard D. James of Aphex Twin fame) would select songs for these house parties, and the most representative and essential tracks from the time make up this ten-song ambient album. It’s obviously deeply personal to the compilers of this mix, and even if that intimate connection to the music doesn’t really come across (with Telepathic Fish achingly emanating a “you had to be there” vibe), it’s nonetheless a cleverly curated selection of chilled-out electronica.

Trawling the Early ’90s Ambient Underground features tracks from Nightmares on Wax, Spacetime Continuum, Global Communication, and Caustic Window, as well as remixes of songs by Keiichi Suzuki, Tranquility Bass, Barbarella, and others from the time. Perfectly sequenced, one would be forgiven for assuming that several of these tracks came from a single artist, so cohesive is the project’s vision (especially the first half). It’s rarely repetitive, though, with each tune reflecting a different aural facet of the scene, from silly synth squiggles to epic washes of waveforms.

The Barbarella remix is a phenomenal introduction, setting the sumptuous, warm tone of Telepathic Fish. Far from the icier, somewhat aloof sounds of certain contemporaneous electronic acts, the opening tunes are wholly inviting and accessible despite their length and musical complexity. With more than half the songs running eight minutes or longer, the album effortlessly immerses listeners in its wondrous, often playful sci-fi world. Insides’ “Skinned Clean” is perhaps the most beat-driven tune, and a great one at that, but danceable percussion isn’t missed on other lustrous tracks.

While a natural extension of the first six songs, the second half of Telepathic Fish is more musically diverse. After the somewhat aimless, 14-minute “Satellite Serenade (Trans Asian Express Mix)”, the record’s only real misstep, Telepathic Fish ends strongly with three unforgettable tracks. Tranquility Bass’ “Cantamilla (Bomb Pop)” magically combines a spry, funky rhythm with Arabic layali and a catchy vocal sample; it feels like the ancestor of so many less memorable songs on generic “world music” compilations.

The album ends on a startlingly beautiful note with the radical No-Man remix “Days in the Trees (Reich)”, which features heartwarming minimalist accompaniment to a memorable moment from the brilliant series Twin Peaks, in which the character Donna Hayward vividly recounts a sweet girlhood memory. The song feels like a sly thesis statement for all of Telepathic Fish, a record of a gorgeous memory from the early 1990s.

The accompanying booklet is informative but also a treasure trove of imagery from the era. It collects pictures of the many bespoke artifacts created by the roommates and their friends, working within myriad mediums, “from spray-painted stencils and badges to stamps and stickers, ink-jet printers, photocopiers and fax machines, collage and early 3D computer art”, as the booklet notes. In retrospect, Openmind and their Telepathic Fish parties seem like the electronic descendants of Andy Warhol’s multimedia art studio, The Factory, with a ragtag assemblage of eccentric creatives building off each other to create a thriving space where art and music became a collective experience.

Considering how much of an ecstatic event the Telepathic Fish parties were, it’s admittedly mildly melancholic to listen to Telepathic Fish: Trawling the Early ’90s Ambient Underground on one’s own, as a private headspace alone between headphones. However, the inspirational DIY narrative of its hip and happy happenstance, so thoughtfully documented and recalled by this delightful mix and beautiful booklet, might just galvanize some burgeoning bohemians to create their own scene and perhaps host tomorrow’s parties.

World Alzheimer’s Day 2025: Neurologists share 8 early warning signs of Alzheimer’s to monitor in ageing parents

Look for early signs of Alzheimer’s in your ageing parents. Finding these signs can help you provide support and manage the disease as it gets worse.

On World Alzheimer’s Day 2025, it is important to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and its early signs. Recognising these symptoms can facilitate early intervention, leading to more effective management of the condition. Alzheimer’s is a progressive brain disorder that affects memory, thinking, and behaviour over time. The early symptoms are often subtle and can be easily mistaken for normal ageing, making early detection critical. Family members should watch for key warning signs in their ageing parents. These symptoms can help caregivers seek timely medical advice and support.

What are the 7 Alzheimer’s warning signs?(Adobe Stock)

What are the warning signs of Alzheimer?

The Alzheimer’s warning symptoms to watch for include:

1. How memory loss affects daily life

Memory lapses can happen as we get older. However, some types of memory problems are concerning and need attention.

  • Loss of new knowledge: One of the most common early signs is difficulty retaining new information. An individual might repeat questions or stories multiple times, even after receiving answers. This confusion can be distressing for both the individual and their family.
  • Forgetting significant dates and events: “While forgetting a meeting’s date or recalling it later is typical for many people, Alzheimer’s can cause individuals to forget crucial events entirely, never recalling them in future discussions”, Dr Santosh Sontakke, Consultant Neurologist, Ruby Hall Clinic, tells Health Shots.
  • Over-reliance on memory aids: As Alzheimer’s progresses, a person may increasingly depend on notes, reminders, or the help of family members to recall everyday tasks and events. If you notice your parent frequently requiring these aids, it could indicate a deeper issue.

2. Difficulty with familiar tasks

Challenges with routine activities often emerge as the disease progresses.

  • Complexity in daily tasks: What was once second nature can become increasingly complicated, such as following a recipe, paying bills, or managing finances. If your parent struggles with tasks they’ve excelled at for years, it may be time to seek advice.
  • Losing track of place: An individual with Alzheimer’s may lose their sense of direction, even in familiar surroundings. If your parent seems confused about how to get home or can’t recall a way around their neighbourhood, it may be a warning sign.

3. What are the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease?

Alzheimer’s can lead to significant challenges in problem-solving and planning.

  • Concentration issues, such as difficulty keeping track of grocery lists or struggling with mathematical calculations, indicate a worsening of cognitive function. If your parent can’t focus on multi-step tasks, this could be a surefire sign to investigate further.
  • Poor judgment: Uncharacteristic decisions, such as inadequate financial choices or inappropriate attire for the weather, can be a cause for concern. If your loved one seems to be making unusual decisions, it’s worth looking into.

4. Does Alzheimer’s affect the concept of time?

Alzheimer’s often distorts a person’s understanding of time and location.

  • Loss of days and seasons: Individuals may forget the day of the week or the current season. If your parent appears disoriented at times, it may be a sign of cognitive decline.
  • Disorientation: Confusion about their present location can be disconcerting. If they appear to think they are back in an earlier stage of their lives or are unsure of where they currently are, it is important to consult a healthcare professional.

5. Does Alzheimer’s cause vision changes?

Changes in visual and spatial skills are also indicative of Alzheimer’s, which can cause difficulty in estimating distances or recognising familiar faces in mirrors. “If your parent struggles visually with tasks they previously managed, take heed”, Dr PS Naga Srinivas, Neurologist, Kailash Hospital, tells Health Shots.

6. What are the communication difficulties of Alzheimer’s patients?

Communication difficulties can be preliminary signs of Alzheimer’s. If your loved one stops mid-sentence or repeats themselves frequently, it can indicate cognitive challenges. “They may also have difficulty finding the right words to express their thoughts, leading to frustration for both parties”, shares the neurologist.

7. Do people with Alzheimer’s misplace things?

A common symptom of Alzheimer’s is misplacing items. Your parent might start placing everyday items in odd locations, like car keys in the fridge or glasses among random kitchen tools. If they struggle to retrace their steps and find lost items, it’s crucial to take notice.

8. Behavioural and mood changes

Changes in behaviour and mood can also indicate Alzheimer’s.

  • Sudden mood swings: Mood fluctuations can occur without apparent reasons. If your loved one seems anxious, angry, or agitated unexpectedly, it might be an essential sign to consider.
  • Social withdrawal: Alzheimer’s patients often withdraw from activities and hobbies they once enjoyed. “They might become embarrassed by their cognitive changes, which could drive them to isolate themselves further”, explains the neurologist.
  • Personality changes: Increased suspicion, anxiety, or fearfulness can also indicate the onset of Alzheimer’s. If you notice these changes in your parent, seek professional advice.

I’m a Shopping Editor—Here Are the Best Early Prime Day Deals 2025

by jummy84 September 19, 2025
written by jummy84

In less than a month, Amazon will hold its Big Deal Days of the year on October 7 and 8. Outside of Black Friday, the best Prime Day deals of 2025 deliver some of the biggest price drops of the year—and many great discounts are already live. As a shopping editor who’s reported on every Amazon Prime Day for the past five years, I’ve seen that this is when you’ll find major clothing deals along with deep markdowns in beauty, tech, and home. Held off on a big-ticket purchase like the Dyson Airwrap, Apple Watch, a new mattress, or a red light-therapy mask? Now’s the time to save hundreds. And because plenty of worthy discounts have already dropped—on everything from essentials like Crest whitening strips and body lotions to fashion trends like plaid dresses and designer bags—I’ve started curating the early Prime Day sales that are worth adding to cart now. Continue to check here in the weeks leading up to the two-day shopping event, as I’ll be keeping this list updated with the top picks as they go live. (P.S. If you’re not a Prime member, it’s easy to sign up for a free trial.)

My favorite early Prime Day deals as a fashion and beauty editor

We’ve scrolled through hundreds of fall dresses, cardigans, and easy-to-style jackets to bring you the cream of the crop. Crisp button-downs, smart loafers, and our editor-favorite Madewell balloon jeans—they’re all up to 40% off. Ahead, find more good deals, including essential accessories like sunglasses, bags, and jewelry.

So many editor-approved beauty and hair-care products that rarely go on sale are marked down now. We’re talking K-beauty skin-care products like Medicube’s 40%-off pore pads, cult-favorites like Sunday Riley’s Good Genes at-home chemical peel, the best-selling Revlon One-Step blow-dryer brush, and a tubing mascara you’ll want to stock up on. These Amazon Prime Big Deal Days discounts rarely return outside of the holiday shopping season.

Best early Prime Day home deals

Some of the best early deals are on home essentials—from laundry detergent to storage bins—but the real standouts are upgrades across the home. We’re already seeing savings on Shark robot vacuums that do the dirty work for you, sunrise alarm clocks that help with shorter mornings, and new mattresses like this memory-foam option from Tuft & Needle. Patio furniture and Amazon Echo devices are also marked down, alongside tech must-haves like the Fire TV Stick and WiFi-enabled gadgets. It’s the kind of sales event that makes it easy to refresh your space for fall—or even start your holiday shopping early.

How to save big on Amazon Big Deal Days

Our team of shopping editors have reported on the two-day sale (sometimes four-day) since it first began in July 2015. If you’re looking to secure the biggest discounts before the clock runs out tonight, here’s how to make the most of it:

  • Try a free Amazon Prime membership: Not a member? Start a free trial now to unlock exclusive deals before the sale ends.
  • Check competing retailers: Although it’s an exclusive Amazon sales event, other stores run their own discounts—sometimes matching Lightning Deals with great deals on KitchenAid mixers, VPN subscriptions, and iOS-compatible gadgets.
  • Save your picks: It can feel very overwhelming to shop the sheer amount of deals. Use the Amazon app to your advantage. Tap the heart icon to build a shopping list so you can jump on deals before they disappear.
  • Check out Amazon products: The best Prime Day sales we’ve seen are the ones for Amazon’s own products, such as its Fire TV products, Kindle e-readers, Echo speakers, and more. If you’re in the market for smart home devices, this is the best time of the year to shop. Just note: many of these offers are Prime-member exclusives.
