Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh is once again in the spotlight, this time due to a new statement by his wife, Jyoti Singh, regarding their ongoing marital dispute. Jyoti has strongly denied the allegations that she demanded ₹30 crore in alimony, calling the claim completely baseless and defamatory. The controversy began when Pawan Singh’s lawyer alleged that Jyoti had made a demand of ₹30 crore as part of the separation proceedings.

However, Jyoti has now clarified her stance, saying she has never made any such demand and that a malicious conspiracy is being spread to defame her reputation. “There is a court process which involves maintenance, but this is not a fixed amount. I have never demanded ₹30 crore. If someone can prove this, I am ready to face any punishment,” she explained. In her emotional statement, Jyoti Singh emphasized that despite their differences, she still considers herself Pawan Singh’s wife and has no desire to part ways.

Jyoti said, “Until I am divorced from Pawan Singh, I prefer to be called his wife and remain his wife. I am an Indian woman, and for me, marriage is sacred. I will try my best to avoid divorce.” Her words highlight her belief in the sanctity of marriage and her wish to hold on to the relationship despite ongoing challenges. In a rare and deeply personal revelation, Jyoti Singh also spoke about the pain of not having children even after seven years of marriage.

Her heartfelt confession struck a chord with fans, who expressed sympathy and support for her emotional struggle. Jyoti also revealed that not only Pawan Singh but even his family members have distanced themselves from her. “Not only Pawan, but his entire family has stopped talking to me. I have tried to contact them several times, but they have not responded,” she said. Her statement sheds light on the widening rift between the couple and their families, even as the legal process continues.

Television actress Mahhi Vij and her husband Jay Bhanushali have once again become the subject of separation rumors. For months, speculation has been rife that the couple’s 14-year marriage had hit rock bottom with some reports even claiming that they had signed divorce papers between July and August 2025. However, putting all rumors to rest, Mahhi Vij has now issued a strong statement and threatened to take legal action against those spreading fake news about her marriage.

Mahhi Vij On Divorce Rumors

Mahhi took to her Instagram stories to express her anger over a viral post that claimed she and Jay had officially parted ways. The post read, “Is it all over? After 14 years of marriage, Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali are getting a divorce. A source has confirmed that the divorce papers have been signed and everything was finalized between July and August.” Responding to this, Mahhi slammed the baseless rumor, writing, “Don’t post false news. I will take legal action against this.”

Her statement comes as a clear warning to gossip pages and online portals that continue to speculate about her personal life without verification. While Mahhi’s clarification has silenced ongoing chatter, many fans still wonder why Mahhi and Jay are rarely seen together in recent months. Their daughter, Tara, often appears in separate videos, sometimes with her father, other times with Mahhi, fueling curiosity about their relationship status.

Reports also surfaced that during Tara’s birthday celebration, both parents attended but appeared distant. However, such rumors have circulated before, and Mahhi has consistently denied them, calling out fake narratives about her marriage. While Mahhi Vij has categorically denied the divorce rumors and warned of legal action, fans hope the couple soon shares a united appearance to clear the air once and for all. Until then, her firm stance serves as a reminder to respect celebrities’ privacy and verify information before spreading it online.

‘High Potential’ Boss Breaks Down Morgan’s Romantic Spark, Karadec’s Threat to Wagner, and More Midseason Finale Twists (Exclusive)

by jummy84 October 29, 2025
written by jummy84

What To Know

  • High Potential showrunner Todd Harthan teases what fans can expect from the show’s midseason return in 2026.
  • After a cliffhanger conclusion, Harthan teases more romance for Morgan, tension between Karadec and Wagner.
  • The Roman mystery also continues to thicken as Harthan hints at what’s next for Morgan’s missing ex.

[Warning: The below contains MAJOR spoilers for High Potential, Season 2 Episode 7, “The One That Got Away.”]

High Potential‘s second season has reached its midseason finale, leaving fans on a cliffhanger that won’t be resolved until Season 2 returns on January 6, 2026, but thankfully, showrunner Todd Harthan is making sure fans are fed until then, as we caught up with the writer and executive producer timed to the latest episode, “The One That Got Away.”

As fans saw in the installment, Morgan (Kaitlin Olson) and the LAPD were called in to investigate the case surrounding a piece of stolen art. Also on the case? The mysterious and suave Rhys (Aiden Turner), an art dealer and consultant who sparks Morgan’s curiosity. As the investigation unfolds, Morgan is drawn closer and closer to Rhys, even sharing a passionate moment in a hotel room, which raises red flags when she begins to believe he is responsible for stealing the art.

Meanwhile, Morgan’s daughter Ava (Amirah J) gets closer to Arthur (Mekhi Phifer) as they plot out their team-up to dig into Roman’s case, in juxtaposition with Soto’s (Judy Reyes) ongoing search for the missing man that Captain Wagner (Steve Howey) has become aware of, much to Karadec’s (Daniel Sunjata) dismay.

While the missing art case remained unsolved, there were more than a few mysteries left unresolved. Below, Harthan offers some clarity as he teases what fans can expect in the new year.

Disney / Mitch Haaseth

This episode ends on a cliffhanger with the case set to continue next year in the midseason premiere. What made you decide to make it a continuing storyline?

Todd Harthan: When our wonderful director Nancy Hower read the script, it was originally just a one-partner, and admittedly a little long, and she goes, “Oh, what if we added some more twists and turns, another red herring, and really expanded this?” Because what she identified was the DNA of this episode was so different than how we started the season with the Game Maker. The tone of it was more fun. It was more Thomas Crown Affair. We were introducing a character, a consultant-turned-suspect, that Morgan was going to be drawn to in a mysterious way, which also felt worth sort of extending in a delicious way. So it was just one of those things that happened in real time, and then we got Aiden, who is a wonderful actor, to play the part. It was one of those things where it just started to make sense, and once we knew we were going to leave the audience wanting more, that was a deciding factor.

Morgan connects with this art dealer, Rhys, and it’s the first time we’ve seen her have a romantic entanglement since Tom (JD Pardo) in Season 1. Should fans buy into the potential she has with this guy, or is it a fleeting thing, considering he’s seemingly a criminal?

Well, I think when we were looking for someone to play this role, we didn’t want someone smarmy. We needed somebody who was charming, smart. What would Morgan be drawn to? So, again, it’s sort of like The Thomas Crown Affair because it really was sort of the seed of inspiration for this, and you think about Pierce Brosnan in that movie; he was just almost too hard to resist. And so we needed to find that actor who had that level of confidence and charm without it being arrogant, and [Aiden]’s like that in person too. He just has a natural easiness about him when he walks into a room. And so that translated to the fictional character he’s playing.

You’ll see in the premiere next year that not everything is as it seems. It certainly feels like this guy is the guy, but there are some things coming that are going to really make Morgan go, “Wait, is he a criminal?” Lots of people have scars, and is it a coincidence? We’re going to play with all those elements in the premiere. And I think the finish is super surprising in the second part. You have to wait and see, but he was wonderful and they had great chemistry, and we’ve been very fortunate [to have] our pick of really amazing actors.

Steve Howey in 'High Potential'

Disney / Mitch Haaseth

Building off of that, Morgan is torn over who the painting belongs to, especially since it was stolen in the past as well as now. Is that going to continue to play into the case?

Yes, a hundred percent. It’s a through line that carries into the second hour, and I think if we’re going to set something up like that, the history of that painting, the importance of it, who it originally belonged to, it’s not a ball you want to drop.

Captain Wagner reveals that he knows the LAPD is investigating Roman’s whereabouts. How will that impact Soto’s forward movement with that case, especially after Karadec’s threat to Wagner that he isn’t allowed to mess with Morgan on that end?

Well, one of the things we’re playing with Wagner is, is he an ally or an enemy, right? Because we toggle in every episode. You’re like, “Wait, is he here to have our backs or is he going to stab us in the back?” And I think that’s a question we want to ask until we get to the back half of the season. That’s the question Soto is asking herself, which is, he’s in the know, does that mean he’s going to be the wind at our backs and help us, or is he going to out us or impede the investigation? Shut it down? He has the power to do that, so what role will he play? And those are the things we’re unpacking in an interesting twisty turny way when we come back.

As the Roman mystery continues to unfold, will Arthur and Ava play a more active role, as we saw them plotting a team-up?

Yeah, Mekhi’s been awesome, and he’s infused into the back half of the season as we sort of continue to unpack more and more about what happened to Roman all those years ago. And for Ava, she’s her mother’s daughter, there’s just no way for her to lie her head down at night and not be thinking about now that she knows her dad’s out there somewhere and he is alive, where is he? So it’s hard to contain that drive. And even Morgan’s going to struggle with it in the back half of how do I help us? And mostly, she’s doing this to get answers for her daughter. How do I help us get those answers, but not put her in a situation that is dangerous? We’re playing with all those different complications in the back half.

Karadec’s words to Wagner are interesting. Will they be adversaries moving forward?

In the back half, those guys are oil and water, and they just can’t agree on anything when it relates to how they work with and manage Morgan, their approach to law enforcement, and just their ideologies in life in general. They just could not be more different. That’s fun to write to because one of them says the sky is blue, and the other one is like, “No, it’s not, and here’s why.” And that really starts to fuel tension, conflict, all the things that we want. Karadec’s a protector by nature, and it’s less about protecting himself. This is his department, these are his people, and he feels like they’re kind of being threatened on some levels. So he’s sticking his neck out in the back half. He really is. He’s saying some things, some truth to power that could really get him in trouble, but it’s been fun to watch and fun to write to.

Morgan continues to push boundaries. Is that going to come back to bite her at some point?

She gets burned, and she gets burned in a major way in the back half. It all comes to a head, and we have a wonderful episode that we just shot, kind of built around that. But I think the fun thing about Morgan is she’s never going to change. She’s not going to suddenly show up and be like, “Okay, I’ll follow all the rules to the letter.” She’s just going to get better at how she goes about it. But yeah, it gets crazy and messy pretty early on in the back half.

Eve Harlow Breaks Down Ingrid and Beck’s ‘Thrilling’ Dynamic

by jummy84 October 28, 2025
written by jummy84

What To Know

  • In the latest Watson, Ingrid encounters Beck, a fellow sociopath from group therapy who challenges her in ways few others have, sparking intrigue and potential trouble.
  • Eve Harlow explains why Ingrid finds Beck to be “thrilling.”
  • Despite her efforts to reintegrate with the team and prove her loyalty, Ingrid continues to struggle with balancing her darker impulses and her desire to belong.

[Warning: The below contains MAJOR spoilers for Watson Season 2 Episode 3 “Expletive Deleted.”]

Uh-oh, it seems like there may be trouble on the horizon for the Holmes Clinic yet again on Watson. Ingrid (Eve Harlow), as she’s leaving at the end of the day after her first case back with the team, finds a fellow group therapy member, Beck (Noah Mills), waiting for her. He’s someone with a similar sociopathy to Ingrid, about whom Watson’s (Morris Chestnut) question in Season 1 was, is she more like sleuth Sherlock Holmes (Robert Carlyle) or the villain James Moriarty (Randall Park).

Beck wants a look at the clinic — he’s opened a start-up in town, connecting tech kids with his people out west — and what’s going on behind the closed doors. But as she points out, they met in group therapy for sociopaths, so there won’t be any sort of business relationship here. She also rules out a personal one when he asks her out for coffee. When it becomes clear he’s not taking that as a hard no, she warns him if he comes back, maybe she’ll kill him — and it wouldn’t be the first time — but that still doesn’t scare him off.

Below, Eve Harlow explains why Ingrid is intrigued by Beck, her dynamics with the team, and more.

How does Ingrid feel her first case back with the team went? Does she still feel like it’s her place, like she said in the group therapy session?

Eve Harlow: Yes. I think the feeling of the clinic being Ingrid’s place has never gone away, even through everything that happened at the end of last season, the beginning of this season. It’s the only place that has challenged her and I think that feeling has been really difficult to let go of. It’s the place that feels like home.

But speaking of group, Beck. This character is so intriguing. What is Ingrid’s impression of this guy so far who came into therapy late, was waiting for her outside the clinic, wants to know more about the clinic, asks her for coffee, and isn’t bothered by her murder threat?

I think that because of his response or lack of response to the murder threat, that’s what hooks Ingrid because I think there are very few people that come along that challenge her in any way. And so she meets this person that isn’t intimidated by her, that stands up to her and it’s someone who she feels that can play the game with her.

Yeah, he’s more intrigued by her because of all of this.

Yes. It’s kind of like meeting your match. I think that with Watson, the reason why she has so much respect for him, the reason why she has respect for the fellows, it’s their intelligence, they meet her at the same level. And with Beck, it’s that same sociopathy. He meets her at her level.

What’s the dynamic like going forward? What’s coming up there?

It’s fun, without giving too much away. [Laughs] Ingrid is trying to be better. She’s trying to deal with this symptom of hers, this condition of hers, and she wants the respect of the fellows, of Watson. She wants to play well with them, but also she very much has this other side of her and I think that Beck is a way of still kind of having that.

Is romance possible?

I guess you’re just going to have to wait and see.

It’s almost a test for, does she tell the team about this guy who’s interested in the clinic? That could be another threat like Moriarty last season. So is she telling anyone about Beck?

Of course. I mean, I think that she says that she wants to get better. She is trying, but obviously there are actions versus words and what will ultimately win out, and it’s a constant thing with Ingrid as in the first season of which side will win the good side or the bad side, the side that sees the way that she should be versus the way that nature wants her to be, which is lack of shame, lack of guilt, the ability to do really cruel things.

Sergei Bachlakov/CBS

Ingrid and Sasha (Inga Schlingmann) have a couple nice moments in this episode, which I loved. Does Ingrid truly miss Sasha as much as she can miss someone? Was she being completely honest about that?

Yes. I think it’s the first time that Ingrid has been seen by someone and has had someone care so much. It’s not something that she’s used to. And so even though it was difficult to incorporate initially and she was pushing it away in the first season, she kind of got used to it and then it went away and you don’t know what you’re missing until it’s gone. She didn’t know what was missing until it went away.

Then there’s Ingrid diagnosing Stephens (Peter Mark Kendall) with depression. Did she really think he knew?

I think that she thinks that he was in denial. He knows, but it’s not something that’s easy to admit. So, it’s like shining a flashlight on the thing that was so obvious.

It seems like the tension between Ingrid and the team is at least lessening by the end of this episode. They’re finding their footing again and everything. How are things going forward? Are they settling into this new dynamic?

Yeah, I do think that what Shinwell [Ritchie Coster] said to them in the first episode about Ingrid being the only one who really lost anything, it resonated and that’s also part of the reason why they put her profile forward when Watson was saying that he needs a neurologist because they all recognize how much she adds to the team and that they’re giving her another chance essentially.

Something I noticed was there wasn’t a conversation between Ingrid and Adam (Kendall) in this episode. Is one coming? I feel like Adam has stuff to say about what happened.

Yes.

What can you say about it? Who has the upper hand in that conversation?

I think all of the conversations that Ingrid is having with all the fellows, they are taking place from a space of good faith because they have accepted her back in, they’ve said yes to her, and I think that everything moving forward is just an attempt to help her on this journey.

What’s coming up between Ingrid and Watson?

I think it’s the same thing, that Watson sees the danger of Ingrid but also sees how much she brings to the clinic, how much her dynamic is necessary there. So, you can’t say yes to somebody and then be rejecting them at the same time. So it’s a full on, yes, you’re part of the team again. Yes, you’re working together and hopefully there won’t be another betrayal.

Inga Schlingmann as Dr. Sasha Lubbock, Eve Harlow as Dr. Ingrid Derian, and Peter Mark Kendall as Dr. Stephens Croft — 'Watson' Season 2 Episode 3

Sergei Bachlakov/CBS

Is Mary (Rochelle Aytes) the most cautious about Ingrid, would you say, at this point?

Yes, without a doubt.

What can you say about what we’ll see there?

Actually, we haven’t had anything together yet, but I think that just from energy wise, when Mary and Ingrid are in the same room, it’s kind of like, I have my eye on you.

How willing is Ingrid to continue these therapy sessions as she’s really settling back into the Holmes clinic and I feel like that could take precedence.

I do think that the therapy is very important and I think it’s because if she doesn’t continue with the therapy, she knows that her career at the clinic is in jeopardy because she can’t have the same thing happen again that happened last season, obviously not to the same extent, but acting selfishly or putting anybody at risk at the clinic. She got a second chance. There’s not necessarily going to be a third.

Sherlock being alive — I feel like Ingrid would be so intrigued to just pick his brain. If she were to hear about him being alive, what would she want to know?

Oh my God, I think I’d want to be Sherlock’s right hand woman. “I’m here to solve mysteries with you, sir.”

That would be really interesting because last season was about, is she like Sherlock or Moriarty? Could Sherlock have the most power to sway her in a direction?

I definitely think that the people that Ingrid is drawn towards and can be influenced by are people who challenge her and challenge her intelligence, like I said, the way that Watson does and Sherlock is another one of those people that would definitely do that.

Is anything coming up there?

You know what, I told Craig [Sweeny] that I want scenes with Bobby Carlyle.

What else is coming up for Ingrid?

I think adventures with Beck, let’s say that. Also, integration of this new personality and this new kind of life and approach to things that was foreign to her before.

Is she out of her comfort zone around Beck?

I don’t think it’s out of comfort. I think it’s thrilling. And scary in terms of he is everything that she’s trying to walk away from.

Sammie Breaks Silence Following Arrest On Assault, Child Abuse Charges

by jummy84 October 27, 2025
written by jummy84

Sammie is speaking out publicly after being arrested on assault and child abuse charges in Georgia.

The R&B singer, who was arrested earlier this month after being accused of assaulting his girlfriend in front of their child, broke his silence in an Instagram post on Sunday (Oct. 26).

“Happy Sunday, first and foremost. I’m gonna let God have his say, and the courts have their say, and the truth shall set you free,” Sammie said in the post. “Love. I appreciate y’all. Thank y’all for the concerns. Love.”

Sammie attends Hulu’s “Freaknik: The Wildest Party Never Told” Atlanta Screening at The Bank Event Center on March 20, 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The crooner’s message appeared to challenge the allegations against him while simultaneously expressing gratitude for the outpouring of support he’s received from his fans.

On Oct. 19, the 38-year-old, born Sammie Lee Bush Jr., was booked by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia on suspicion of first-degree battery as family violence and third-degree cruelty to children, following a domestic incident involving his partner, Teanna Reid, and their child.

Authorities allege that Sammie physically assaulted Reid while their child was present. He was released shortly after posting a $1,050 bond.

Sammie’s public message came just a day after his performance at One Musicfest in Atlanta on October 25. The two-day festival, which took place at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, included appearances by Future, Clipse, The Roots, Ludacris, Wale, Chief Keef, Jazmine Sullivan, Doechii, and more.

A child-star turned adult R&B performer, Sammie first made waves with his 1999 hit “I Like It,” from his debut album From the Bottom to the Top (2000), which was certified gold. His discography includes albums such as Sammie (2006) and Everlasting (2019), along with multiple EPs and mixtapes.

Elizabeth McGovern Breaks Down Helen’s Relationship With Guy and Her Motives

by jummy84 October 27, 2025
written by jummy84

What To Know

  • Elizabeth McGovern portrays Helen, a complex and enigmatic top agent in AMC’s Talamasca: The Secret Order who is deeply involved in the life and recruitment of orphaned genius Guy Anatole for a mysterious mission.
  • McGovern says viewers will constantly question Helen’s motives and whether she genuinely cares for Guy or is willing to sacrifice him for the greater good.
  • Helen’s mysterious past and motivations are set to unfold as the season progresses.

Elizabeth McGovern is chilly.

Not icy, like her mysterious character Helen in AMC’s new Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe entry, Talamasca: The Secret Order. Like legitimately chilly. That’s because it’s a snowy-cold November afternoon in Manchester, England and the doors of the local watering hole being used for the show’s Porkies Pub keep opening as crew members mill about.

Yet she’s also warmly welcoming during our visit to the set. Bundled up in a long puffy parka in between takes, the Downton Abbey vet was chatty and insightful about her role, which viewers just got a taste of in the two-episode premiere. As one of the top agents at the supernatural CIA tasked with monitoring the witches, vampires and werewolves hiding in plain sight around the world, Helen is clearly at the top of her game. She is also deeply invested in recruiting orphaned genius Guy Anatole (Nicholas Denton) to join this covert agency.  Whether that is because he is able to hear peoples’ thoughts or something more personal is what makes Helen so intriguing. She feels maternal, but also malignant. “I think we’ll keep changing our mind about her as we watch the story,” she teases with a laugh. “I hope so anyway.”

David Gennard/AMC

So far, it’s been revealed that Helen has had a hand in almost every aspect of Guy’s life. She arranged for him to be fostered by a loving family (they also allowed the Talamasca access to him throughout the years to “fix” his ability to hear people, which isn’t great), and after that, it was paying for, as Guy says after she admits her curation, “the best public high school in Detroit, a full scholarship to Penn, law degree from NYU…and it was all bulls**t.”

As is, apparently, the story featured in the show’s in-universe version of Interview With the Vampire about Guy’s birth mom being an addict who died when he was nine. Thanks to a fangful cameo by IWTV‘s Daniel Malloy (Eric Bogosian), we learned that he didn’t actually pen the section about her demise in his best seller, “they did.”

So, why all the subterfuge? According to Helen, it’s all to ready Guy for the assignment he’s been recruited for. What that actual mission is won’t become clear until later in the season, but on set that day in Manchester, England, we did get to observe McGovern and Denton film a very informative scene that clears up some confusion. And yes, there may have been some info about “the 752” that Guy heard in Malloy’s head, but they’d feed us to Jasper’s revenants if we went there!

Here, McGovern gives us some intel on Helen’s duality, her sense of duty and what we might expect from her now that Guy has kicked off his mission with a bloody, fatal run-in with a vampire and an ill-fated one-night-stand. And in true Helen style, we’re sure she was holding back some key info.

What Helen has done to Guy is a terrible thing. But having been lingering on the edges of his life for so long, did she grow to care about him over the course of his childhood?

Elizabeth McGovern: I think the thing I find so fascinating about this character is from one scene to the next, you flip back and forth from feeling that you really love and believe her and her motives, and then mistrust her and her motives. You can’t tell from one scene to another if she’s 100% good or not. But I think like everybody, she does intend to be. And I do think that she does care for Guy, but whether or not she’s willing to sacrifice him for her idea of the greater good…

Does she have powers?

She does not personally have powers.

How does she feel about that?

She is fine with that. I don’t think she has any problems with it. I think she knows the situation well enough and people who have a power to know that it is a mixed blessing. I mean, the one power she has is that she does lure Guy into this world. And in some ways, that is the ultimate power.

What is her relationship with the other Talamasca agents?

It’s her life. I don’t think she knows anything beyond this. I think she’s very driven and it’s her entire world.

Elizabeth McGovern as Helen — 'Talamasca' Season 1, Episode 3

David Gennard/AMC

So in her time within the agency, I’m imagining she’s probably seen and done some terrible things?

I think the thing about her is, we don’t know. There’s something about her that’s always shrouded in mystery. I think I do sense that there is a lot of hurt along the way, from the past, that she is somehow being driven by. And a loneliness, a lack of connection.

And that is clearly something she shares with Guy. What did you think when they said, “Oh, it’s a spy series set within the supernatural world”?

I didn’t really have any judgment until I read the script. Then, I immediately loved it. And that’s coming from someone who isn’t, by nature, a vampire person. I think it does appeal to vampire people, but I think it appeals outside of that demographic as well. And I think that’s where I find myself. It’s just so wonderful, the way it’s written.

Was it attractive to you also to play a character who was so almost nebulous as far as ethics?

Oh, very much so. I love this character that is so shrouded in history and I love the idea of the fact that you don’t know from one episode to the next whether she’s someone that you put your faith in or not. And I think Guy feels the same.

Do we see them growing closer over the course of this mission she sends him on?

Like some kind of trust? At times, they seem very close because they have very similar backgrounds and they’re in a similar situation. And then at times, I think Guy just really doesn’t trust Helen. He really doesn’t know. He vacillates all over the place. [Laughs]

Break a leg? Er, something like that.

Ahead of Dancing with the Stars’ Halloween week, Dylan Efron revealed he broke his nose during a rehearsal with partner Daniella Karagach.

“We were trying a new move and I took an elbow right here,” he said, pointing to his face in an Oct. 25 Instagram video taken from the hospital. “And, it made a really loud crack. So, not how I wanted to end the rehearsal day, but we’ll be back dancing tomorrow.”

After all, he’s not about to tap out when the Mirrorball is in sight.

“I’m seriously all good,” the 33-year-old insisted in the caption before shouting on Daniella’s husband Pasha Pashkov and his partner Danielle Fisher. “I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha and Danielle WOULDN’T leave me [sic] side when it happened, warms my heart to have friends like them.”

In fact, he’s got a whole dance troupe cheering him on.

‘Ghost Adventures’ Aaron Goodwin Breaks Silence Over Wife’s Alleged Plot to Murder Him

Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin has said “this has been the worst year of [his] life” as he continues to come to terms with his estranged wife’s alleged murder-for-hire plot against him.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (October 21), Goodwin shared a message for the press, writing, “To all the press out there messaging me. Thank u for all reaching out & being awesome but unfortunately I can’t talk about anything yet.”

While the Discovery Channel star couldn’t share details of the case, he did provide a personal update with his followers. “I could tell you guys I’m doing ok but I would rather be honest. Just know I’m not doing good at all & everyday is worse with all I’m learning all the time,” he shared.

Goodwin’s estranged wife, Victoria, was arrested on March 6 in Clark County, Nevada, for solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to murder. She was accused of messaging an inmate in a Florida prison last fall, where she expressed her desire to have Goodwin killed so she could get out of her marriage. The former couple had been married since 2022.

While the 32-year-old Victoria initially denied the allegations, she pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit murder on April 15. Two months later, she was sentenced to 36 to 90 months in prison.

“They say in time everything gets better but I just want the divorce to be over so I can move on with my life,” Goodwin continued in his Instagram post. “Honestly, I probably couldn’t make it through an interview without being in tears and I’m just not ready yet.”

He concluded, “This has been the worst year of my life.”

During a June court appearance, Victoria apologized for her actions, telling Goodwin she is “immensely sorry for the pain and anxiety” she caused him.

“I genuinely pray you find your joy and peace again, and I will bow out of your life forever to hopefully ease that process,” she added. “I’m sorry I broke us, and I’m consumed with regret every day. My absolute promise to you is that you’ll never see or hear from me.”

Goodwin filed for divorce just days after Victoria’s arrest. In his own court statement, the reality star said, “For seven years I thought I was in the most loving relationship of marriage with my best friend, someone who I trusted in [my] whole heart and laughed with every day… I was loyal to her and [did] whatever I could to make her happy. I thought we were something very special, and so did everyone else.”

“Let’s make it as cool as possible.” While making it look as realistic as possible! Every few months there is a discussion about visual effects and CGI and how Hollywood loves to hide the truth of how much work goes into each & every movie. The most outspoken advocate reminding people about CGI in movies is the social media maven Todd Vaziri – who also happens to work at the illustrious ILM (Industrial Light & Magic) in San Francisco. He’s always commenting on Twitter about how VFX happen, so Vanity Fair put together a video feature him discussing his work at the studio. “ILM’s compositing supervisor Todd Vaziri breaks down the methodical approach to the groundbreaking creations that have redefined the limits of our imagination.” He spends a few minutes on a handful of movies discussing the shots and his work on these shots, and how ILM created and finished each of these shots. It is one of the most interesting and entirely comprehensive breakdowns that actually shows what really goes into VFX shots these days. Todd has always said the most important aspect to making VFX look legit: shot composition. Which he talks about in depth in the video.

Todd Vaziri - ILM's Star Wars VFX

Thanks to Twitter for the tip on this video. Original intro via Vanity Fair’s YouTube: “From the breathtaking innovations in the Star Wars trilogy to the astonishing imagery in Transformers, Industrial Light & Magic has truly revolutionized visual effects in TV and movies. ILM’s compositing supervisor Todd Vaziri breaks down [their] approach to the groundbreaking creations that have redefined the limits of our imagination.” This video includes breakdowns on the visual effects from a few movies including: Gareth Edwards’ Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016), John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein’s Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2013), Disney+’s Star Wars: Skeleton Crew series (2024), J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek: Into Darkness (2013), Michael Bay’s Transformers movies, and J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens (2015).
