What Just Happened? Dinesh Vijan Announces Stree 3 Release Year And Fans Are Freaking Out! | Glamsham.com

Producer Dinesh Vijan, the creator of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe (MHCU), first struck gold with Stree starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. Since then, films like Bhediya, Munjya, Stree 2, and Thamma have expanded this supernatural yet comedic cinematic world. As fans eagerly await the next installment, Vijan recently explained the inspiration behind the MHCU and revealed why Stree 3 won’t release in 2026.

Speaking to the Hindustan Times, Vijan recalled advice he once received from Hollywood producer Chuck Roven, who told him to “keep films in a box” so that their worlds can logically connect. “When Stree happened, I understood — don’t change the physics if you want people to meet. That’s how the idea of the universe came,” Vijan said.

He emphasized that while all MHCU films are connected, they remain distinct in tone and story. “Munjya and Stree are completely different worlds. We are very conscious not to repeat. That’s why we’re not bringing Stree 3 next year. There’s a journey to it,” he explained. Comparing the MHCU to a “joint family,” Vijan described each film as a unique member with its own dynamics and relationships.

Vijan also highlighted the creative challenge of maintaining individuality within the shared universe. “When you watch Thamma, you’ll see it’s nothing like Munjya. Each has a different conflict, emotion, and connection,” he said. Fans, he noted, have already begun theorizing about how the characters and stories intertwine — something the Maddock team is consciously developing.

Following Thamma, the MHCU lineup includes Shakti Shalini, Bhediya 2, Stree 3, Chamunda, Maha Munjya, Pehla Mahayudh, and Doosara Mahayudh, promising a thrilling expansion of India’s first horror-comedy cinematic universe.

DRPG Named Global Agency of the Year in Landmark 45th Anniversary Year

by jummy84 October 23, 2025
written by jummy84

Integrated communications group DRPG has been named Global Agency of the Year at the 2025 C&IT Awards, recognising its development from a UK-based film agency into a global business operating across three continents.

The accolade lands in a landmark year for the group, its 45th anniversary, and coincidentally its 45th industry award of the year, underlining four and a half decades of creativity, innovation, and collaboration in the live, digital, and film space.

In Europe, the establishment of DRPG Germany in 2018 strengthened the group’s regional presence. Related industry notoriety includes RheinTalk, a German-language thought leadership series promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration.

In North America, DRPG has expanded through the acquisitions of A-Vision in 2021 and The Special Event Company (TSEC) in 2024. These moves have created a full-service US operation delivering live experiences for clients such as Lenovo, Pepsi, GSK, and BT.

Through its partnership with Maritz Global Events, under the More Than Experience alliance, DRPG has further extended its international capabilities, combining creative delivery with large-scale operational capacity for global clients.

Dale Parmenter, CEO and founder of DRPG, said, “This award couldn’t be more symbolic – 45 years, 45 awards, and recognition as Global Agency of the Year. We’ve built something truly unique, one agency that delivers globally, thinks locally, and collaborates well.

“For me, it’s a moment to celebrate the people who make DRPG what it is. Every success, every evolution, has come from the talent, passion, and dedication of our teams around the world. This award belongs to them.”

In 2025, international work represented 28% of DRPG’s total activity, with projections to exceed 35% in 2026. Following the TSEC acquisition, North American revenue doubled, and EBITDA grew by 94%.

Matt Franks, Global Director of Events at DRPG and CEO of The Special Event Company (TSEC), added: “For our clients, DRPG represents one connected network, a single global agency capable of delivering creative excellence anywhere in the world. Quality, creativity, service, consistency, time and cost efficiency: these are the reasons our clients see us as their agency of choice.”

Clients including BT, GSK, JLR, Novo Nordisk, Ferrari, IFS, and Lenovo now work with DRPG across multiple territories, supported by a single global service model.

Dagmar Mackett, Managing Director of DRP Germany, said, “Our strength lies in the breadth of what we offer, from live events and film to digital, strategy, and communications. Whether we’re producing a broadcast, an event, or a campaign, the approach is always the same: collaboration, shared insight, and creating value through integrated delivery.”

Lily Allen discovered a “f****** massive lump” on her right breast after undergoing cosmetic surgery earlier this year.

Lily Allen discovered a ‘f****** massive lump’ on her right breast after undergoing cosmetic surgery earlier this year

The 40-year-old singer discussed her recent breast augmentation and the events surrounding it in an interview with Perfect Magazine, saying she underwent the surgery in February, following her separation from actor David Harbour, 50, after four years of marriage – but reassured fans medical tests confirmed the growth is not cancerous.

Asked how she felt about the procedure, Lily said: “Good, although I have got a f****** massive lump in my right boob. I think it must be a cyst. Yeah. It’s not dangerous. I went to have a mammogram and an ultrasound in New York last week and it came back OK.”

She added her decision to have surgery was linked to changes in her body and weight loss during a difficult period.

Lily said: “I felt like it. No, actually, you know what it was? It was that I got really, really thin when I was feeling at my lowest, in the past year or so. Or longer, actually.

“And I knew that I had to gain weight. And I’ve always been bottom-heavy and so I had a fear that if I was to gain weight, my body would feel out of proportion.

“And so I felt like, why not gift myself a get-out clause? Make it feel more enticing.”

In March, Lily described her operation as “incredible” and said she had been buying new lingerie to celebrate her body.

Speaking on her Miss Me? podcast with friend Miquita Oliver, she joked about the contrast between her breasts and her face. She said: “They look really incredible when I take my top off, and my bra off, but there’s definitely a contrast in age between my breasts and my face.

“I’m like 40, 18, 40, 18. I’m just thinking ‘maybe I get the BBL next’. I quite want the bum.”

Discussing recovery, Lily said: “There’s a thing that happens a few months after you get them which is they drop and fluff. So they’re still quite high and they’re still quite hard.

“When they drop and fluff they feel like normal boobs. So I haven’t got to drop and fluff yet, I’m very much looking forward to that.”

She continued: “I feel like it’s really fun. I’m buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can actually fit in and taking pictures on my phone. Haven’t sent them to anyone yet, but it will hopefully get there at some point. On my 40th birthday I’m going to drop and fluff.”

Lily’s comments come as she prepares to release her first album in seven years, West End Girl, written after her separation from David.

She said the record, released under her new deal with BMG, explores her life in a new city and the aftermath of the split.

When Farhan Akhtar Revealed Slipping Into Depression After Lakshya Flopped
When Farhan Akhtar Revealed Slipping Into Depression After Lakshya Flopped ( Photo Credit – Instagram )

Farhan Akhtar is undoubtedly an all-rounder known for acting, direction, production, and singing. From Dil Chahata Hai to his upcoming highly anticipated films Don 3: The Chase Ends, he has come a long way in his filmmaking career and has established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. Let’s revisit the time when he shared how he suffered from depression after Lakshya underperformed at the box office. Read on to know more.

Farhan Akhtar About His Journey After Dil Chahta Hai Success

In an interview with Raj Shamani, Farhan opened up about slipping into depression after his first flop, and how he dealt with it. He shared, “Toh pehli jab film bani Dil Chahta Hai woh logo ko bohot pasand aayi aur sabne taarif kari, and it felt great. When I made Dil Chahta Hai, mera koi aisa plan nahi tha ki mera career hone wala hai film mein. When the film did well and when everybody said, ‘What’s next, what’s next?’ That’s when I started thinking that this is a possibility aur talent hai mere me”.

He continued, “Then I made Lakshya, and it took me to a place in the efforts of making a movie. Bachpan se sunte aa rahe hai ki dil se mehnat karo toh reward milega. I was convinced that in my entire life, I hadn’t worked so hard the way I did for this film. It was a very difficult and challenging film to make. Ek aisi bhi film thi jisne mujhe apne comfort zone se bahar nikala kyunki ek army ki duniya mein mai film bana raha tha. I had no understanding how they function, so I learned and understood that and displayed it.”

Farhan Akhtar About First Flop At The Box Office & Battling Depression

Farhan also mentioned that they were about to head to a special screening with Gen. Nirmal Chander Vij, and he wanted to impress the Indian army and make them feel that they had never seen such a movie before in terms of depiction of the film. However, it didn’t turn out as expected, and the film failed at the box office. “When the film didn’t do well, mai itna depressed ho gaya ki yaar, yeh kaise ho gaya? Itni mehnat ki maine.”

Akhtar added, “Dil Chahta Hai mein maine hardly mehnat ki thi. Dil Chahta Hai mein zayada mehnat jo maine ki woh thi casting. Dhoonte dhoonte ki kon karega? Finally, yeh, kismat hai ki this kind of cast came into place, but it wasn’t easy at all. Lakshya to put together was easy but to make was very difficult. And I was genuinely very depressed, and it took me about a year and a half to come out of depression,” he concluded.

More About Farhan Akhtar’s Filmmaking Career

Farhan Akhtar marked his directorial debut in 2001 with the film Dil Chahta Hai. The film was a big hit at the box office and featured Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Akshaye Khanna in lead roles. Three years later, Lakshya was released and starred Hrithik Roshan and Priety Zinta in pivotal roles. However, the film was a box office failure. On the work front, he is gearing up for his upcoming release, 120 Bahadur, which is slated to release on November 21, 2025. His next directorial venture is Don 3, a third chapter in the famous Don series. This installment will see Ranveer Singh replacing Shah Rukh Khan in the leading role.

Is Choti Diwali on October 19 or 20 this year? Know correct date of Narak Chaturdashi 2025 amid the confusion

Diwali 2025 date: Diwali (also known as Deepavali) typically falls between mid-October and mid-November, depending on the lunar calendar. Diwali is a significant festival in the Hindu calendar, celebrated with great fervour in India and other parts of the world. Also read | Diwali 2025 calendar: When is Diwali? Check dates for Dhanteras, Choti Diwali, Bhai Dooj and all 5 days of Deepawali

While Diwali is a grand celebration with lighting diyas (earthen lamps), fireworks, decorations, gift-giving, and family gatherings, Choti Diwali is relatively less elaborate. (Made using Gemini AI)

Narak Chaturdashi, also known as Choti Diwali, is a Hindu festival celebrated on the 14th day of the Krishna Paksha in the month of Kartik. It’s observed a day before Diwali and is associated with Lord Krishna’s victory over the demon king Narakasura, symbolising the triumph of good over evil.

When is Choti Diwali 2025 and what are the timings?

This year, as per Drikpanchang.com, Narak Chaturdashi, or Choti Diwali, will be celebrated on October 20, Monday, and the tithi (auspicious timing) for the Chaturdashi is up to 03:44 pm, followed by Amavasya (Krishna Amavasya).

The Chaturdashi tithi begins at 1:51 pm on October 19, and since the worship is done at night, some people are also observing Choti Diwali on October 19 instead of October 20. Also read | Diwali 2025 city-wise timings: When will Delhi, Mumbai, Gurugram, Bengaluru and other cities celebrate Diwali

How is Choti Diwali different from Diwali?

Narak Chaturdashi or Choti Diwali marks the beginning of the main Diwali festivities, emphasising the importance of spiritual growth and self-reflection. While Diwali is a grand celebration with lighting diyas (earthen lamps), fireworks, decorations, gift-giving, and family gatherings, Choti Diwali is relatively less elaborate.

Unlike Diwali, which is associated with the Goddess Lakshmi, Choti Diwali is associated with Lord Krishna or Lord Shiva. Both festivals involve worshiping deities, offering prayers, and performing rituals. People often clean and decorate their homes, exchange gifts and sweets, and spend time with family and friends. Traditional sweets and snacks are an integral part of both celebrations.

Prime Video has officially released Red, White & Royal Wedding, the long-awaited sequel to its worldwide LGBTQ+ rom-com success Red, White & Royal Blue. After the original received a tidal wave of fan affection, the follow-up will further explore the touching romance of Prince Henry of Britain and Alex Claremont-Diaz, the United States’ First Son.

Actors Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine will reprise their fan-favourite roles as Alex and Henry, while director Jamie Babbit — known for But I’m a Cheerleader — steps in to helm the project. Matthew López, who directed the original film, returns as co-writer and producer, alongside bestselling author Casey McQuiston and screenwriter Gemma Burgess.

The original movie was a cultural hit, admired for its humor, emotional resonance, and affirming queer portrayals. Viral moments, fan illustrations, and TikTok edits propelled Red, White & Royal Blue into one of the most-viewed Amazon Prime romantic comedies, particularly in India.

Red, White & Royal Wedding follows the next chapter of Alex and Henry’s journey to forever as they dive into royal customs, self-discovery, and the scrutiny of life in the public eye.

Director Jamie Babbit stated, “After But I’m a Cheerleader, I’m delighted to return to queer love stories. We all need this type of optimism and gay joy.” López further stated, “It’s been a pleasure to co-write the next chapter. Jamie brings the perfect mix of wit and heart.

Author Casey McQuiston revealed, “Jamie has the sensitivity to care about Alex and Henry’s tale. I am waiting for the fans to see what’s next.”

As a celebration of love without borders set to be, the sequel reiterates that romance, even between politics and royalty, is always worth fighting for.

Rolling Stone Tips Lady Gaga’s Mayhem As 2026 Grammys Album Of The Year Front-Runner | Glamsham.com

Lady Gaga is once again in the Grammy spotlight, and this time, she might just take it all. Rolling Stone has predicted that Gaga’s Mayhem could be the album to beat at the 2026 Grammys. Critics are calling it her most confident and layered work in years, and the momentum around it feels massive. After a decade filled with acting projects, fashion triumphs, and creative reinventions, Gaga has returned to music with the same bold energy that defined her early career, only sharper and more seasoned.

Gaga’s history with the Grammys has always been remarkable. She earned three consecutive Album of the Year nominations starting with The Fame in 2010, followed by The Fame Monster in 2011 and Born This Way in 2012. Each project pushed pop boundaries and redefined what a mainstream artist could do. Now, after more than a decade, she’s back with experience, artistry, and a sound that merges the raw energy of her debut with the maturity of a global icon.

“Lady Gaga always feels like a strong contender for this category,” says John Stein, Head of North America Editorial at Spotify. “But this time, she has both the story and the music on her side.” His comment reflects a wider industry sentiment: Mayhem isn’t just a pop record, nit’s a cultural moment. The album blends experimental production with emotional songwriting, giving fans both spectacle and soul.

Still, Gaga faces serious competition. Bad Bunny’s next project is expected to dominate global charts, Kendrick Lamar is rumored to be dropping a politically charged record, and Tyler, the Creator is known for his unpredictable yet artistic albums. The 2026 Grammys might turn into one of the fiercest Album of the Year races in recent memory. But as of now, all eyes are on Gaga and Mayhem, the comeback everyone’s been waiting for.

Emma Stone’s Bugonia Dialogues: The Most Mind-Blowing Revelation Of The Year! | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 October 15, 2025

With a few months left in the year, moviegoers still have plenty to look forward to — and Yorgos Lanthimos’ upcoming film Bugonia is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated releases of the season. Known for his unique cinematic style (The Favourite, Poor Things), Lanthimos returns with a darkly humorous, genre-bending tale that blends conspiracy, sci-fi, and psychological tension.

Bugonia stars Emma Stone as Michelle, a powerful, self-assured corporate executive whose life is turned upside down when she is kidnapped by two eccentric men obsessed with conspiracy theories. But this isn’t a standard kidnapping — there’s no demand for ransom, no threats over money or power. Instead, her captors are convinced that Michelle is not a human being, but an alien sent to Earth as part of a plot to destroy it.

The trailer hints at an offbeat and chaotic ride, with Michelle desperately trying to reason with her abductors, only to realize that logic doesn’t work when you’re up against delusion. At one point, in an effort to escape the endless interrogation, she even sarcastically confesses to being an alien — a moment met with skepticism. “The truth, lies, what’s the difference?” she asks, summing up the film’s themes of perception, identity, and control.

Lanthimos’ signature style is on full display, with disorienting camera angles, surreal color palettes, and an atmosphere teetering between absurdity and dread. As the kidnappers’ plan unravels, the lines between reality and belief become increasingly blurred.

Joining Stone in the cast are Jesse Plemons, Aidan Delbis, Vanessa Eng, Cedric Dumornay, and Alicia Silverstone. With its mysterious premise and razor-sharp satire, Bugonia promises a thrilling and unconventional addition to this year’s lineup of monster and alien-themed films.
