bitchy | Prince William’s demands for a vegan menu offended a renowned Brazilian chef

Prince William just bungles around, offending people regularly. Even with his current busywork scheme, Earthshot, he manages to constantly get it wrong. Earthshot is truly an exercise in ego – it was only in the third year of the ten-year prize scheme when William invited the actual nominees and winners to the prize ceremony. He uses Earthshot to center himself at every turn, and the winners don’t even get the full $1 million prize all in one go – it’s parceled out over five years, because nothing fuels long-term investment in green tech like a paltry sum doled out in a bizarre prize scheme with the express purpose of embiggening a slumlord. Well, William is getting criticized this week for insisting that Earthshot’s Rio ceremony should be completely vegan. He offended a Brazilian chef who uses a local fish, pirarucu, in many of his dishes. Saulo Jennings is the chef, and he’s also U.N. gastronomy ambassador and advocate for sustainability. Jennings is loudly offended by what he was asked to do.

When Saulo Jennings heard he would be cooking for an heir to the British throne, the Brazilian chef knew he wanted to showcase the star ingredient of the Amazon: a huge, fleshy river fish called pirarucu. That heir, Prince William, was hosting an environmental awards ceremony by the Earthshot Prize for 700 guests in Rio de Janeiro in early November, his first visit to Brazil. Creating the canapés seemed like the perfect job for Mr. Jennings, an acclaimed chef from the Amazon known for using sustainable ingredients from the rainforest. But there was a catch: The menu had to be 100 percent vegan, Mr. Jennings said he was informed by the Earthshot organization.

At first, convinced he had misunderstood, the chef said he offered to add a vegan option to the menu. Then, he said, when he was told he could not use any of the cherished river fish species central to his dishes and to the Amazon region’s cuisine, he grew offended.

“It’s like asking Iron Maiden to play jazz,” Mr. Jennings said in an interview on Friday. “It was a lack of respect,” he added, “for local cuisine, for our culinary tradition.”

After much coaxing by the museum that will host the event, Mr. Jennings said he created a vegan menu inspired by Amazonian ingredients like cassava root, jambu leaf and Brazil nuts. But by then, negotiations over the catering of the event had broken down. And now, he is out as the caterer for the event, scheduled for Nov. 5. “I have nothing against vegans or British people,” he said. “But I don’t want to abandon my culinary mission.”

The chef’s indignation at the demand made headlines in Brazil, as many read the menu request as a snub to the rich culinary tradition of the Amazon region, where the United Nations’ annual climate conference will be held. William, along with heads of state, scientists and policymakers from around the world, will attend. Mr. Jennings was perplexed, too. He had cooked with no problem for the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, William’s father, at the British Embassy in Brazil. “I made fish and chips,” he said, “but with pirarucu.”

A spokesman for William declined to comment on the situation. But a person close to the climate event, who asked to remain anonymous in order to discuss the sensitive issue publicly, said that the prince had not been involved with the menu. The person said that the event for the Earthshot Prize, which awards millions of dollars to recipients for their contribution toward environmentalism, had asked for vegetarian, rather than vegan, food because it always serves that type of menu as part of its commitment to sustainability. In the end, Mr. Jennings, the person said, was ultimately not selected to cater the event because of budgetary constraints, not because of any resistance to creating a fish-free menu.

Mr. Jennings built his career arguing that true sustainability is anchored in the traditional culinary techniques that have been used for generations by Indigenous people in his home region. “We eat whatever the forests give us, whatever the rivers give us,” said Mr. Jennings, who is a U.N. gastronomy ambassador. “Some days, we eat fish. Other days, we eat nuts and açai,” he added. “This is also sustainable.”

In a few weeks, Mr. Jennings will have another opportunity to show off his region’s culinary traditions. He has been hired to cook for the Norwegian and Chinese delegations at the climate conference. And, at the request of the Brazilian president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, he will cater a dinner reception for heads of state, he said. What will be on the menu? “With all due respect,” he said, “there will be fish.”

[From The NY Times]

The thing about pirarucu is that Brazilians are incredibly proud of that particular species of fish, and Brazilians have spent years successfully bringing back the pirarucu population after decades of overfishing. The story of the pirarucu is the story of local leadership, national pride in their local delicacies, and community-led conservation. The story of the pirarucu has become a renowned example of how green activism can go hand-in-hand with capitalism. William and his people just thought they would stagger into Rio half-assed, with no one having read any briefing memo. While I doubt William made this particular call, he surrounds himself with lead-footed dolts who behave like their boss, saying and doing insensitive and offensive sh-t every other week. As soon as a UN culinary ambassador protested their menu choices, they should have said, okay, tell us what’s wrong, what do we have to change to make this work. Instead, they probably looked down their noses at the “locals” and rolled their eyes at a Brazilian chef who truly wanted to show off the bounty of Brazil.

bitchy | Prince William’s ‘lack of engagement’ with Christianity upsets Anglicans

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

King Charles got his big moment with Pope Leo (Bob) yesterday. The head of the Anglican Church prayed with the Holy See in the Sistine Chapel. The Queen Consort wore a mantilla and a ridiculous “crown of crows” headpiece. Pope Bob looked slightly amused and Midwestern about the whole thing, but he gave Chuck and Cam what they wanted and sent them on their way. At the end of the day, Charles has actually become what he always said he wanted to be: a defender of all faiths. His heir never had the same religious goals. By all accounts, William has little to no Christian faith, nor does he particularly care about embracing a multifaith society. His time as the head of the Church of England is going to be interesting, to say the least. Which brings me to this interesting piece in the Independent, published in the wake of Charles’s Vatican visit: “Charles has forged a holy bond with the Pope – but will William break it?” An excerpt:

As the King prayed with Pope Leo in the Sistine Chapel in an unprecedented display of Christian unity, I suspect some Vatican officials will have breathed a sigh of relief. At one time, there was considerable anxiety about what would happen when Charles came to the throne, and one senior Vatican official told me that they considered his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, to be the last Christian monarch. They had noted her own deep Christian faith and how seriously she took the monarch’s role of supreme governor of the Church of England.

No wonder then that, alongside the prayer service in the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican decided to give him what is called a spiritual honour: to be made a “confrater of the abbey of St Paul” at the papal Basilica of St Paul’s Outside The Walls, and installed in a special chair with his royal coat of arms. It will then be made available for the King and his successors to use when they are in Rome.

Charles III may well use it again, but William V? There is little sign that the Prince of Wales has much time for religion. Yes, he was “hatched and matched” in the Church of England, with his christening in the music room at Buckingham Palace and his wedding to Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey watched by millions around the world. But there is little sign of engagement with religion other than those formal ceremonies.

One formal religious ceremony will soon start to loom over his life. His father’s reign will undoubtedly be much shorter than that of Elizabeth II, which is why clerics started talking about how William needed to start thinking about his own crowning as soon as his father’s coronation was over. I know of at least one clerical coronation expert who sent a detailed memo to William’s office about it, urging him to think about it as soon as possible.

The coronation has always been essentially a religious service, involving anointing and the receiving of Holy Communion, as well as the taking of oaths. Watching the 1952 ceremony and that in 2023, you can see that the key participant firmly believes in its Christian essence. It cannot be taken for granted that William will.

That matters not only for the Church of England, but for all of us. A monarch with a belief in something greater than themselves is, in effect, a signpost to that greater thing. Without it, it is much harder to see the monarchy having any profound purpose.

[From The Independent]

It’s not for me to judge QEII or Charles’s Christian faith, their faith is to be taken at face value, in my opinion. But it’s interesting to put all of the pieces together of their actions and behavior. Yes, Charles embraces Britain’s multifaith society more than any other monarch in Britain’s history. He also mistreated his first wife, committed adultery, got a divorce, and married one of his mistresses… all of which should be frowned upon as the head of a church. QEII’s personal life was much less sordid, but as we see now, she spent the last twenty years of her life covering up her son’s rampant criminal behavior. And then there’s Scooter King, the man of little faith, the rotten egg who wants to be known as Ruthless William. No sense of Christian charity – he’s much too lazy for charity – nor does he have any sense of Christian forgiveness. I genuinely wonder if British Anglicans are going to be totally fine with a king who will only commit to barely going through the motions of Christianity, and even then, he’s going to skip Easter.

Carmen Staaf’s New LP Takes on Williams and Monk » PopMatters

by jummy84 October 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Pianist Carmen Staaf came galloping onto the jazz scene through her work with drummer Allison Miller in their Science Fair (2018) and in a set of duets, Nearness (2022). If you are playing a percussion instrument (which the piano is, after all) and keeping up with Allison Miller, you are exceptional. Staaf‘s new album is both an interesting thinkpiece and a lovely jazz recording. It is subtitled “Conversations on the Music of Mary Lou Williams and Thelonious Monk” and was inspired by the friendship of these two composers and pianists.

Due to the longstanding sexism in jazz, we tend to think of Monk as more important and influential than Williams, but this is untrue. She was a well-formed jazz musician before Monk came up in the 1940s, and she was a mentor to him and to other young beboppers. It is well documented that the main melodic element of Monk’s “Hackensack” actually came from Williams, that he shared his early music with her at salons she hosted for him and other up-and-coming players like Bud Powell, and that she acted as an advocate for Monk’s art. Monk casts a long shadow in the art form, but a good part of that shadow belongs to Mary Lou Williams.

Particularly, Williams was one of the links connecting Monk back to the early stride and swing pianists. His innovations may have been a factor in her continued growth as a writer and player well into her 60s. It was a complex friendship.

Carmen Staaf’s Sounding Line makes some interesting sonic arguments about this relationship. She presents three Mary Lou Williams tunes and two Monk tunes in alternation, followed by two originals. Five performances are duets, and two feature a quartet consisting of a trumpet/clarinet front line backed by her piano and drummer Hamir Atwal. All the recordings, made without a bass player, are more transparent or even “naked” than typical mainstream jazz. The compositions are laid bare to a significant extent.

I love how Staaf has juxtaposed Williams’ “Libra” with Monk’s “Monk’s Mood”. “Libra” is a duet with clarinetist Ben Goldberg, a searching, slow-midtempo melody that is both melancholy and stately. The pair plays it with languor, showing off the unusual harmonic structure and letting the clarinet take only a brief solo before the theme returns, lazily, subtly. The Monk tune that follows—a duet with vibraphonist Dillon Vado—also sneaks up on us.

For a couple of minutes, the musicians play a moody introduction: Vado uses his instrument’s rarely explored ability to play for a long time. These sustained notes make it sound like a synthesizer, while Staaf abstracts Monk’s harmonies into blue patterns and arpeggios. When the familiar melody finally arrives, we realize they have been teasing it all along, but in shades and slivers. Together, the performances suggest that both composers were drawn to mysterious harmonic patterns that strayed from the Tin Pan Alley norm and unique melodies.

The Williams tune “Scorpio” runs into Monk’s “Bye-Ya” in a similar way. The former finds Staaf playing a craggy, interval-leaping left-hand bass figure as trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire brings in melody. The two musicians percolate against each other, improvising, before a more particular melody joins them in careful counterpoint. In a third “movement” of the performance, Staaf’s left hand suggests an old cowboy song, a sad shade to underlie the trumpeter’s expressive playing. The Monk tune is a duet with percussionist John Santos on bongos, with another leaping bass part essential as the drums tap dance and play counterpoint to a melody that is a symphony for wild intervals.

It is no surprise, then, when Staaf’s first original, “Boiling Point”, uses a left-hand piano bass line that jumps around with lively energy. It seems to flow nicely from the prior track, Williams’ “KoolBonga”, a blues arranged with the bass line itself (played by bass clarinet and muted trumpet) being the melody. Goldberg’s clarinet and trumpeter Darren Johnston outline the “Boiling Point” melody, harmonizing it with sassy originality, and the improvisations spit, spin, and curl above the pattern without sounding like any other tune.

Staaf saves the best for last. “The Water Wheel”, the second duet with Akinmusire’s trumpet, closes the album with a summation of the other six tracks. The opening flows in a manner that suggests the title: a genuine conversation between the musicians—the conversation that took place in the 1940s-1960s between Monk and Williams, if you like. Staaf and Akinmusire improvise together, truly, interpolating her melody, mixing and matching the form, until, voila!, she begins a rolling bass line beneath the trumpet’s last set of variations. It isn’t exactly the line from the album’s first (Williams) composition, but the callback reminds us that Staaf’s artistry also flows from Williams as mentor and teacher.

Throughout Sounding Line, there is relatively little show-offery from Carmen Staaf. As a pianist, she exemplifies taste and balance—the kind of playing that makes her a superb bandmate and duet partner throughout. Her own improvisations are logical and artful, flowing out of and amplifying the beauty or daring of the composed pieces. In a sense, it is easy to “merely” enjoy an album like this because it doesn’t surge dramatically or overheat, but neither did Thelonious Monk nor Mary Lou Williams. For this recording, that is part of the point. They came together and raised jazz to a new level, and the music follows suit.

Jesse Williams Returning to ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 22: All the Details

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

What To Know

  • Jesse Williams is returning as Jackson Avery in the fourth episode of Grey’s Anatomy Season 22, airing October 30 on ABC.
  • Jackson’s return follows a teaser showing him receiving a warm welcome at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital and coincides with a complex medical case involving Meredith Grey.
  • Williams, a longtime series regular who left in Season 17, has made several guest appearances since, with his character now living in Boston with April and their daughter.

Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) is back in the building at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital on Grey’s Anatomy‘s next episode.

Following the events of Season 22’s third episode, “Between Two Lungs,” a teaser revealed Jesse Williams’ beloved plastics guru alter ego is returning to the halls of the hospital once again.

In the teaser, Jackson walks alongside newly minted chief resident Ben Warren (Jason George) for a warm welcome with what seems to be the entire hospital staff.

Williams will appear in the fourth episode of the season, “Goodbye Horses,” the description for which tells us, “The interns juggle a bizarre trauma, while a complex breast reconstruction forces Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] into a tense partnership.” The episode airs on Thursday, October 30, at 10/9c on ABC.

Jesse Williams, who most recently starred in Prime Video’s new series Hotel Costiera, first joined Grey’s Anatomy early in the series’ sixth season, as one of the merging residents at Mercy West, and became a series regular in Season 7. He remained a key component of the medical drama, with Jackson experiencing love, unthinkable heartbreak, and personal and professional growth, until the actor left the show in Season 17.

He has since returned to the show several times, including in Season 18’s finale, which revealed that he and ex-wife April Kepner (Sarah Drew) had reunited romantically after they decided to move to Boston together for his professional dreams. Williams also appeared as Jackson in Season 19, when his character entertained a visit from Meredith Grey while she was in the city on business. He once again returned to Seattle for the events of the Season 21 premiere to intervene in the ongoing feud between Meredith and his mom, Catherine Fox (Debbie Allen), over the former’s research for a cure to Alzheimer’s disease.

Williams is the second major former Grey’s star to make a cameo on Season 22 so far. Previously, Kelly McCreary reprised her role as Maggie Pierce to help sister-ish Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) deal with the aftermath of the deadly OR wing explosion.

At last check-in, Jackson and April were happily together again, living with their shared daughter, Harriet, in Boston, as Jackson pursued his dreams of running the Catherine Fox Foundation with an eye on an equitable future for the organization. We’ll have to wait and find out whether there have been any major life status changes when next week’s episode airs on Thursday, October 30.

Allison Williams refutes nepo baby label

by jummy84 October 21, 2025
written by jummy84

21 October 2025

Allison Williams doesn’t accept the nepo baby label – insisting she put in the hard work before making her breakthrough as an actress.

Allison Williams insists she had to work for her acting career despite her nepo baby status

The Girls star – who is the daughter of former NBC news anchor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard – has faced accusations that she is a nepo baby, but explained that she spent plenty of time working behind the scenes on movies and TV shows instead of “being hatched out of an egg” and getting roles.

In conversation with Girls co-star Andrew Rannells for Interview magazine, Allison said: “That is exactly what people picture for nepo babies, and they’re not that wrong. But there were some stops along the way.

“Before I started acting professionally, I did several jobs on sets in support positions. One of them was being Tina Fey’s second assistant the summer she was shooting 30 Rock.

“I was also a PA, technically an intern, on A Prairie Home Companion, which was Robert Altman’s last movie. That was a stacked cast. I learned so much from that job.”

The M3GAN star continued: “And then I was the utility stand-in on the pilot of Boardwalk Empire, the summer going into my senior year of college. That was a job that I got from family connections. It’s not a level playing field.

“This girl shows up and is hired, not because I was a good height for this show – sometimes I was on apple boxes. (Martin) Scorsese deserved better, but here he was with me.

“But every one of these roles was an opportunity to see the machinations of a set, to understand how the rhythm of the day works. Where there’s tension, you can feel it.

“And I found myself, as I was shooting the pilot for Girls, so grateful not to be learning everything at the same time.”

Allison finds acting to be a “stressful” career, even though she has the “safety netting” that most other performers do not, thanks to her parents’ background.

The 37-year-old star said: “It’s stressful. One of the things that is true about nepo babies, certainly for me, is that there was a floor through which I was not going to fall.

“There was safety netting, and that fundamentally changes your risk calculation.

“But a lot of people, when they’re deciding to become actors, have to really fortify themselves against the fight that’s coming, the years and years of rejection, trying to figure out how to pay the bills. I certainly got luckier than most.”

Taina Williams Shares THIS Response When Asked If G Herbo Could Bag Her If They Met Today

LiveBitez caught clips of G Herbo and Taina Williams on a flight, the rapper started getting curious asking her questions on whether he stood a chance with her if they didn’t know each other. Taina didn’t even blink before saying, “No!” But Herbo wasn’t letting up. He tried to set the scene, saying, “What if I was sitting next to you on this flight, you telling me you wouldn’t give me your number?” Taina doubled down with another “No!” The rapper called cap on that real quick replying with, “Man you crazy as hell.” Peep the funny clip below.

Hayley Williams Releases New David Byrne Duet “Open The Door,” Slams Kid Rock

In another reason why they should just form a dang band already, Hayley Williams and David Byrne have released another new collaboration in “Open The Door.”

The sentimental, sunshine-laden ballad is from the soundtrack to the new Netflix film The Twits (based on the beloved 1980 Roald Dahl children’s novel). In the film, two kids and a “family of magical animals” team up to battle the “meanest, nastiest villains [who] pull a trick to take over their town.” Check out the song below.

The same day the pair released “Open The Door,” Williams made a surprise appearance during Byrne’s October 10th show at New York’s Radio City Music Hall. Byrniams/Willyrne performed their other duet, “What Is the Reason for It?” (off Byrne’s latest, Who Is The Sky?). Then, later in the set, Williams returned for a rendition of Paramore’s 2017 jam “Hard Times” (of which Byrne previously released a cover and performed regularly across this latest tour). Check out footage from that show below.

The pair first linked up in 2023/2024 when Paramore covered “Burning Down The House” for the A24-led re-release of 1984’s Stop Making Sense concert film. Byrne told People recently that they’ve maintained regular contact ever since, and he has nothing but adoration for Williams’ talent.

“She has an extraordinary rapport with her audience,” Byrne said. “It’s very sincere and very close, which I made note of that. I just thought that’s really amazing.”

Byrne also noted that “What Is the Reason for It?” came together rather organically, and that he and Williams both managed to be in town at the same exact time. He added, “I just texted her and said, ‘Do you want to come by and sing on this?’ And she said yes.”

It’s been a busy few weeks for Williams. In addition to these collabs, she’s been further supporting her latest solo album, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party. And speaking of that very LP, the title track continues to garner the singer some contempt from certain conservative figures.

The song, which features a line about a “racist country singer,” is hands-down a sturdy middle finger to one Morgan Wallen.

“It could be a couple [singers], but I’m always talking about Morgan Wallen. I don’t give a shit,” Williams recently told The New York Times’ Popcast podcast. “Find me at Whole Foods, bitch, I don’t care.”

Yet even as Williams is clearly talking about someone else, that didn’t stop Kid Rock from commenting during a recent Fox News appearance.

“You know what’s stupid is people who think they’re cooler than art thou that worry about their outfit every day like some of these rock singers that live here in Nashville — I won’t stay any names — or these chicks running around on their campuses with their blue hair, their five nose rings.”

In turn, Williams responded to Rock’s comments with an Instagram story (per Stereogum), spinning a hilarious little yarn that places the “rapper” in  some rather interesting context.

“I remember being a little kid in Meridian, MS the first time I heard a Kid Rock song [‘Bawitdaba’]…at Poplar Springs Elementary’s annual field day. I thought it sounded dangerous and cool. Later, I learned I wasn’t allowed to listen to him ’cause the Southern Baptist Church said he was evil. My how the turn tables!”

So, who wins the Williams-Kid Rock beef? Well, one of them is regularly collaborating with David Byrne and the other’s on The Ingraham Angle, so we’ll let you decide.

David Byrne Welcomes Hayley Williams In New York

by jummy84 October 12, 2025
written by jummy84

David Byrne and Hayley Williams have enjoyed a close personal and working relationship for the past several years, and their chemistry was evident last night (Oct. 11) at New York’s Radio City Music Hall, where the Paramore frontwoman made a surprise appearance for two songs.

The artists reprised their collaboration “What Is the Reason for It?” from Byrne’s latest album, Who Is the Sky?, and Williams returned later to lend a hand on Byrne’s cover of Paramore’s 2013 song “Hard Times,” which he’s played at every show so far on his in-progress North American tour.

What’s more, Byrne and Williams’ previously announced contribution to the Netflix animated film The Twits, “Open the Door,” is out now ahead of the movie’s Oct. 17 release date. Byrne wrote and produced three other original songs, “We’re Not Like Ev’ryone Else,” “Lullaby” and “The Problem Is You,” for the project, which is based on characters by Roald Dahl and boasts voice acting by Natalie Portman and Emilia Clarke.

“She has an extraordinary rapport with her audience,” Byrne told People of seeing Williams perform with Paramore at New York’s Madison Square Garden in 2023. “It’s very sincere and very close, which I made note of. I just thought, that’s really amazing.”

Byrne concludes his four-night Radio City run tonight and has dates booked in North American through Dec. 6 in Miami. Dates in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and Europe begin Jan. 14 in Auckland.

G Herbo Gushes About Taina Williams, She Celebrates His 30th

by jummy84 October 9, 2025
written by jummy84

G Herbo is doubling down on his plans to marry Taina Williams! A few weeks after his “leave me alone” announcement, he was gushing about getting down on one knee. The new interview with Shannon Sharpe dropped amid Taina doing her big one for her man’s 30th birthday. Roomies, will a proposal come this year?!

G Herbo Says He’s Ready To Marry Taina Williams

In a two-hour conversation, Shannon and G Herbo talked about his music, collaborations in the industry, and personal life. When Taina Williams came up, he wasn’t shy about his plans for their relationship. He shared that he hesitated to propose because he wanted to afford a lavish wedding! Now he’s ready to marry his woman, he said! And Herbo was cheesin’ the whole time behind Taina!

“Just that elevation and growth. I’m a critical thinker, I’m two steps ahead. I didn’t want to get to get married til I could afford a ring that cost $300,000, a wedding that’s a $1 million. I was always on that type of time, I always envison myself to have that. I kinda cut my relationship short because she ain’t even want all that,” he said.

When Shannon said that big weddings are to impress other people, Herbo admitted that’s what he wanted, to impress others. But he also clarified that he wanted that for Taina too–for her wedding to be a dream! “Where I am right now, I can’t wait to marry my girl,” he said. When Shannon asked about a timeline, a year or two, G Herbo didn’t hesitate to confirm.

“I’m ready to get on one knee right now, I’m ready to go home and propose,” he said.

“I Told Y’All” Is G Herbo’s Energy Behind Tiana

This is the first time we’ve seen G Herbo blush on camera about wanting to marry Taina Williams, but it’s not the first time he’s said it this year. Last month, he hopped on Instagram Stories to clock anyone attempting to disturb his peace with his woman! He made it clear that with him, today’s price is not yesterday’s price!

“ANY B*TCH THAT THINK THEY KNOW ME OR THOUGHT THEY KNEW ME DON’T KNOW ME! I’M TRYNA MARRY MY WOMAN…I ACCEPT ALL ACCOUNTABILITY 4 WHAT I MIGHT’VE DONE IN THE PAST BUT THAT SH*T IS THE PAST & I’M LEAVING IT THERE.”

The rest of his message? “Just don’t call” him because he’s not blocking or changing his number. Taina didn’t say anything online about G Herbo’s warning post but one day after she shared a photo dump with her man, her man, her man enjoying NYFW and dressed to the T!

Taina Williams Does Her BIG ONE For Rapper’s 30th Birthday

G Herbo’s interview premiered on October 8, the same day as the rapper’s 30th birthday. Amid him showing his love for her, she returned the energy by celebrating him this week. On Instagram Stories, he tagged her saying she “tricked off badddd” and then photos showed an ALL-BLACK flood of gifts laid out in a room. There was a giant “Happy Birthday” sign near some windows and a bunch of black decorative balloons on the ceiling. And it looks like she might’ve given him 30 gifts wrapped in black.

The couple also seemingly celebrated G Herbo’s 30th birthday surrounded by other loved ones! One hilarious video shows Herb singing spicy lyrics to Taina. The room was decorated with ceiling balloons and streamers and black candles.
