Amanza Smith Lit Up Miami Art Week as the Creators Gala Delivered a Night of Art, Influence, and Luxury

by jummy84 December 10, 2025
written by jummy84

The return of Miami Art Week brought with it a surge of creative energy, and few gatherings captured its cultural pulse more vividly than the 2nd Annual Creators Gala Art Party, presented by Twenty35, Swagger Magazine, Jane Owen Public Relations and Zooz Group. On December 4, 2025, the trio of powerhouse brands once again transformed the One Ocean South residence an architectural jewel in Miami Beach’s South Pointe enclave into a haven for art, fashion, and elevated luxury.

The evening was hosted by Amanza Smith, the multifaceted television personality whose nine-season presence on Netflix’s Selling Sunset had already established her as a global figure in design and entertainment. This time, her artistic voice took center stage. Fresh off sold-out shows at MASH Gallery Los Angeles and Grove Gallery London, Smith unveiled a new art collection that showcased her evolving visual language, rich with texture, movement, and introspective expression. Her transition from model, actress, interior designer, and realtor to exhibiting artist resonated deeply during a week that celebrates creative reinvention.

Smith was joined by a dynamic lineup of creators from Zooz Group’s global influencer roster. Their presence underscored the gala’s identity as a gathering point for emerging talents and established tastemakers across entertainment, lifestyle, and media.

Throughout the night, guests experienced the sophisticated ambiance of One Ocean South, beginning with red-carpet arrivals and continuing with curated culinary offerings and elevated mixology. Signature cocktails featured selections from the William Grant & Sons portfolio Milagro Tequila, Hendrick’s Gin, Glenfiddich Scotch, Reyka Vodka, and Monkey Shoulder Whisky while Sommsation presented an artfully assembled array of wines and sparkling varietals that complemented the evening’s “Liquid Art” theme. Premium Italian lager Peroni and Peroni 0.0 added a crisp, refreshing note to the drinks program, rounding out the celebration of artisanal craftsmanship.

Music played a pivotal role as DEOCA, one of Miami’s most exciting emerging producers and DJs, curated the soundscape. Having worked alongside major talents such as J Balvin, Trippie Redd, and David Guetta, and with several Top 10 releases on Beatport’s Tech House charts, DEOCA delivered a high-energy, globally influenced set that amplified the creative spirit of the evening.

Beyond the glamour, the gala also supported a meaningful cause through its partnership with GettingAlong.com, an organization dedicated to empowering future educators and policymakers with resources that foster societal well-being, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. The collaboration added a thoughtful dimension to an event celebrated for its artistry and cultural impact.

The 2nd Annual Creators Gala once again stood out as a defining highlight of Miami Art Week—an experience where contemporary art, digital influence, and luxury living converged seamlessly. With Amanza Smith’s artistic evolution at its heart, a captivating roster of influential guests, and a carefully curated sensory journey, the evening left an indelible impression on attendees and reaffirmed the gala’s place among Miami Art Week’s most anticipated destinations.

As the city’s signature art festivities continued, the Creators Gala distinguished itself as a celebration of vision, creativity, and cultural momentum an unforgettable night where art did more than adorn the walls; it shaped the atmosphere itself.

Wicked For Good hits theatres this week; here’s how you can catch an early screening

Universal’s second chapter of the Wicked movie musical, titled Wicked: For Good, is headed to theaters on November 21, but the question already doing rounds among fans is how long will it take to appear on a streaming platform. As of now, the studio has not provided an official date yet, leaving people to look at last year’s release cycle for clues.

Ariana Grande as Glinda in Wicked: For Good.(YouTube)

What is Wicked: For Good about?

The first film, released in November 2024, enjoyed a massive global box office, with collections of more than $756 million, according to Billboard. It is the highest-grossing Broadway adaptation of all time. Wicked also won two Academy Awards out of the 10 nominations it received.

Director Jon Chu said the sequel picks up within minutes of the first film’s ending, with Elphaba rising into the air after “Defying Gravity.” From there, the tone shifts. Chu told Entertainment Weekly that Part Two deals with “consequences,” making this chapter heavier than the setup that came before it.

His line, “If Part 1 is about choices, (Part 2) is about consequences,” has become the shorthand for what to expect.

Does Wicked: For Good have new songs?

Two new songs appear this time: “No Place Like Home” (Cynthia Erivo) and “The Girl in the Bubble” (Ariana Grande), confirmed by composer Stephen Schwartz.

When will Wicked: For Good release online?

There’s no official streaming window for Wicked: For Good. No platform has been named either. But the first Wicked film premiered on Peacock roughly four months after its theatrical rollout. If Universal sticks to that pattern, the sequel would land online around early 2026, as per Florida Today.

Earlier this year, the first movie became free to stream on Amazon Prime Video with a subscription. It remains available for paid purchase on Apple TV+, YouTube, Fandango At Home, Comcast Xfinity, Cox and Microsoft Movies & TV.

Early screenings and release plans for Wicked: For Good

Before the wide debut on November 21, a set of advanced showings is taking place:

November 17: Amazon Prime early screening

November 19: IMAX, Dolby, Reale, ScreenX, 4DX, D-BOX

November 20: Double feature – Wicked + Wicked: For Good

Wicked: For Good: Confirmed cast

Ariana Grande is back as Glinda, while Cynthia Erivo returns as Elphaba. The full cast list includes Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Ethan Slater, Bowen Yang, Keala Settle, Marissa Bode, Bronwyn James, Aaron Teoh and Colin Michael Carmichael.

Wicked: For Good: Ticket details

Tickets are already on sale through individual theater websites. Universal has not confirmed whether premium formats will have extended screenings beyond opening week.

For now, the only confirmed rollout stays tied to theaters, with the sequel positioned as the heavier and more consequential half of the two-part adaptation.

FAQs

When will ‘Wicked: For Good’ start streaming?

No official date has been announced. If it follows the first film’s rollout, it may arrive in early 2026.

Which platform is most likely to stream the sequel?

The first “Wicked” streamed on Peacock, then moved to Amazon Prime Video. Part two may follow a similar path.

Does ‘Wicked: For Good’ have new songs?

Yes. Composer Stephen Schwartz confirmed two originals: “No Place Like Home” and “The Girl in the Bubble.”

Where can I watch the first ‘Wicked’ movie?

It is currently available to stream for free with a subscription on Amazon Prime Video.

The Best Dressed Stars of the Week Kicked Off Holiday Season

by jummy84 November 16, 2025
written by jummy84

When does festive season officially kick off? When does your tree go up, the presents come in? The jury is out—but among the best dressed stars in the world of celebritydom, jingle bells are ringing, and frocks are shimmering.

This week, the stars embraced the forthcoming festivities in both sumptuous satins and eye-catching sequins. While many looked to classic silhouettes, it was in their intricate finishings, fun textures, and considered spins of the color wheel that things hit on a seasonal sense of sartorial joy.

Take Anya Taylor-Joy, heading to party with Tiffany & Co. in a white corseted Dilara Findikoglu mini-dress with lace accents that elevated the LWD. Elle Fanning—styled by Samantha McMillen—who delighted in sky blue and bouquet-printed Rodarte, with a swishy matching scarf an elegant and dynamic detail. A pink and sparkly good witch Ariana Grande (dressed by Law Roach) stepped out for a night at the Singapore premiere of Wicked: For Good, debuting Balenciaga designer Pierpaolo Piccioli’s first custom couture offering. The gown’s shifting sizes of sequin created an affect not unlike Glinda’s traveling orb. Rosamund Pike opted for Jonathan Anderson’s Dior Couture for the Now You See Me: Now You Don’t premiere: a drop-waisted, fluid cowl-necked gown in a buttery shade of yellow with frosted white leafy sprigs adorning the mid-hemline.

Next came Demi Moore—styled by Brad Goreski—who opted for an ultra-sheer, clingy black lace Gucci gown that proves there’s still more to give to the naked dress phenom. Olivia Rodrigo attended the GQ Men of the Year awards and kept it cool and classic in Tom Ford: a minimal dress silhouette, leveled up with blue shimmer. A-listers are hitting the holiday party circuit hard with their fashions—where do we go from here? It’s all to play for among the best dressed!

Which were your favorite celebrity looks this week? Vote below, and check back on Friday to see who Vogue readers crowned best dressed.

Cosmic beings, welcome to the grand finale of Scorpio season… and it’s not going out quietly. This week, Mercury retrogrades back into Scorpio on the 18th, joining Venus and the Sun in this emotionally raw, fiercely transformative water sign. With so many planets swimming through the shadows, don’t be surprised if your inner world feels louder than usual. Conversations may rewind to long-forgotten truths, secrets might slip, and connections — especially romantic or financial — could deepen or dissolve. Venus in Scorpio craves intimacy with a capital “I,” and Mercury’s return here suggests the Universe is giving us one last chance to revisit what was left unsaid.

Meanwhile, from November 17 to 19, the Moon disappears from the sky. This is the dark moon phase: the quiet, liminal space before a new beginning. It’s a cosmic cocoon that invites stillness, surrender, and deep emotional excavation. Old insecurities, shadow selves, and fears may surface during this time, not to punish you, but to be witnessed, embraced, and alchemized. If you find yourself overthinking, oversleeping, or even crying unexpectedly this week, you’re not broken… you’re unraveling. This is the fertile soil where your next version takes root.

StubHub, Tencent Shares Fall in Another Bad Week for Music Stocks

As some once high-flying streaming stocks limp toward the end of the year, music stocks have fallen far below their all-time high.

Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) dropped 11.0% to $18.93 after the company reported its third-quarter earnings on Tuesday (Nov. 11). TME reported strong growth in online music of 27.2% and music subscriptions of 17.2%. It’s not clear why investors reacted negatively, but it’s possible they have concerns that TME’s margins will suffer as offline (merchandise sales and performances) revenues grow faster than online revenues; as CFO Shirley Hu said during Tuesday’s earnings call, “offline performances and artist-related merchandise sales delivered triple-digit year-on-year revenue growth” in the quarter, adding that those offline revenues have a “lower gross margin.” Another factor was Nomura’s decision on Friday (Nov. 14) to lower its TME price target to $26 from $30 while maintaining its “buy” rating.

Spotify was one of the week’s few winners, rising 3.1% to $635.81 and recapturing some of the previous week’s 5.9% decline. The stock reached as high as $668.49 on Thursday (Nov. 14) after news reports revealed the company unveiled a new Premium Platinum plan that will take the place of Premium Family in five markets, including India and South Africa.

Among streaming stocks, TME is up 66.2% year to date but has fallen 25.9% over the last 13 weeks. Spotify has gained 58.8% in 2025 but is $150 below its all-time high of $785 set in June. Similarly, Netease Cloud Music is up 64.8% year to date but has lost 30.8% in the last 9 weeks.

The 19-company Billboard Global Music Index (BGMI) fell 0.1% to 2,700.25, marking the eighth consecutive week the index has failed to post a gain; over those eight weeks, the index has dropped 12.9%. Only three of the index’s 19 stocks finished the week in positive territory, while two stocks were unchanged and 14 were in the red.

StubHub, which is not included in the BGMI, dropped 23.5% to $14.87 after the company’s first quarterly earnings release as a public company on Thursday (Nov. 13). StubHub reported an 8% increase in revenue but declined to provide guidance for the fourth quarter, causing the stock price to fall 21.0% on Friday alone. After the precipitous decline, StubHub is now 36.7% below its $23.50 IPO price.

Warner Music Group (WMG) finished the week in positive territory, rising 0.4% to $30.36. WMG will report results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year on Thursday (Nov. 20).

HYBE dropped 2.6% to 297,500 KRW ($205.24). On Tuesday (Nov. 11), Nomura dropped its price target on HYBE to 354,000 KRW ($TK) from 370,000 KRW ($244.22) and kept its “buy” rating. The week could have been worse: HYBE shares rose 4.5% on Thursday (Nov. 13) on news that the members of girl group NewJeans will return to HYBE imprint ADOR after losing their legal battle to break away from the company. The stock jumped 18% in the week ended Oct. 31 after the court’s ruling.

Universal Music Group fell 0.8% to 22.30 euros ($25.92). On Thursday, Sadif Investment Analytics trimmed its price target to 28.56 euros ($33.20) from 28.82 euros ($33.50) and lowered its rating to “hold” from “strong buy.”

On the radio front, Cumulus Media fell 28.8% to $0.0085, bringing its year-to-date decline to 88.9%. Cumulus reported earnings on Oct. 31 but could have been dragged down by iHeartMedia, which reported earnings on Monday (Nov. 10) and finished the week down 12.1% to $4.07.

Markets were mixed as investors contemplated an AI bubble and the likelihood of another rate cut by the U.S. Federal Reserve. In the U.S., the Nasdaq composite index fell 0.5% to 22,900.59 and the S&P 500 rose 0.1% to 6,743.11. In the U.K., the FTSE 100 gained 0.2% to 9,698.37. South Korea’s KOSPI composite index improved 1.5% to 4,011.57, bringing its year-to-date gain to 64.3%. China’s Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.2% to 3,990.49.

Megan Thee Stallion’s Defamation Lawsuit Against Blogger Milagro Gramz Set To Kick Off Next Week, Possible Jurors To Be Questioned About Their Knowledge Of Tory Lanez

#MeganTheeStallion’s courtroom showdown with #MilagroGramz is approaching.

As previously reported, Megan sued Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Cooper, accusing the blogger of orchestrating a harassment campaign to defame her amid the #ToryLanez sh**ting case. The suit includes claims of defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and alleges that Gramz worked closely with Lanez and his father during the cyberstalking.

According to court documents obtained by journalist Meghann Cuniff, potential jurors may be asked questions such as, “Have you heard of Daystar Peterson, professionally known as Tory Lanez, before today?” and “Are you aware of the criminal trial where Tory Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion? If so, do you have any opinions, positive or negative, about the outcome of that case?”

The trial is set to begin next week, with more updates expected soon.

Katy Perry’s ‘Bandaids’ Voted Favorite New Music This Week

“Bandaids,” the new single from Katy Perry, tops this week’s fan-voted music poll.

Music fans voted in a poll published Friday (Nov. 7) on Billboard, choosing Perry’s latest track as their favorite new release.

“Bandaids” made its arrival during a week that also saw new music releases from Rosalía, Hilary Duff, Kehlani and more, and brought in 44% of the vote.

The song about moving on following the end of a longterm relationship — Perry’s first since splitting with actor Orlando Bloom — has the pop star singing, “Got so used to you letting me down/ No use tryna send flowers now/ Telling myself you’ll change, you don’t/ Bandaids over a broken heart/ Tried all the medications/ Lowered my expectations/ Made every justification/ Bleeding out, bleeding out, bleeding out slow/ Bandaids over a broken heart.”

“tbh I struggled for months with the idea of putting this song out… even after all these years it can be scary to be vulnerable… but hopefully the lyrics of this song resonate with someone going through what I have been through and maybe they won’t feel so alone and will find the strength to keep going like I have,” she wrote to fans on Instagram.

Perry’s been on the road with her Lifetimes Tour since April, and is currently finishing up the European leg of the trek before making her way to China later this month.

Her last full-length studio album, 143, was released in 2024 and debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Among the new releases trailing behind “Bandaids” are Rosalía’s Lux, with 37% of the vote; Hilary Duff’s “Mature,” with 9% of the vote, and Kehlani’s “Out the Window,” with 2% of the vote.

Your Horoscope This Week: November 9 To 15

by jummy84 November 9, 2025
written by jummy84

Gemini, let’s be real: Mercury’s retrograde starting November 9 is going to hit different, because it’s happening in your relationship sector (in the sign of Sagittarius), and Mercury’s your ruling planet. So yeah, you’re gonna feel it. Expect some double-texting energy, some “Wait… what did they really mean by that?” vibes, and maybe a ghost or two reappearing just when you thought you were emotionally vaccinated. This isn’t about drama for the sake of drama, though. It’s about clarity. If you’ve been unclear about what you want in love, business partnerships, or even creative collaborations, this retrograde could shake the dust off that indecision. Misunderstandings may happen, but they’re revealing what needs to be refined. And hey, if an ex pops up and you’re tempted? Ask yourself: Is this curiosity, closure, or an escape from what’s actually available to you right now?

Then there’s 11/11 — a major portal, and the same day Jupiter begins its retrograde in Cancer, which lights up your money and self-worth sector. This is deep. Like, ancestral beliefs about abundance deep. You might find yourself revisiting decisions around savings, investing, or even the ways you’ve been undervaluing yourself in business or relationships. If you’ve been hustling for approval or centering others’ needs out of fear of rejection, this week will lovingly (or not so lovingly) ask you to stop. You are not a backup dancer in your own life. Jupiter here says: take up more space — but the retrograde says, first, check where you’ve been shrinking. Maybe it’s time to raise your rates. Maybe it’s time to cut off a draining energetic tie that’s been taking more than it gives. Either way, your value isn’t negotiable, even if your pricing strategy is.
