Get Ready For The Mother Monster’s Makeover: Lady Gaga Transforms Into Enigmatic Rosaline Rotwood In Wednesday Season 2! | Glamsham.com

Months of anticipation, and finally, Netflix revealed the first official look at Lady Gaga in the eagerly awaited second season of Wednesday. The news came on September 1, two days before the Part 2 premiere on September 3. The pop star takes on the role of Rosaline Rotwood, a new and mysterious teacher at Nevermore Academy.

The first picture is Lady Gaga wearing an otherworldly white dress, complete with long blonde hair and perfectly shaped eyebrows. Riding on her shoulder is Thing, the favorite disembodied hand from the Addams family realm. Netflix tagged the photo: “A vision in venom. Here’s your first look at Lady Gaga as Rosaline Rotwood.”

Who is Rosaline Rotwood?

Netflix has not spilled any details about Gaga’s character. We do know that Rosaline Rotwood is a “legendary Nevermore teacher who intersects with Wednesday.” Whether she’s a new member of the faculty or a character from the school’s dark past remains to be seen. Fans are already speculating over whether she might be connected to past characters — or even the Addams family line.

New Music Release Together with the Show

In line with her guest spot on the show, Lady Gaga will also debut her brand-new song called “The Dead Dance” on September 3. The hit was originally teased at the Graveyard Gala of the events that took place in New York City by Netflix and Spotify. The song will allegedly connect with the themes and atmosphere of Wednesday, merging Gaga’s classic dark glam aesthetic with the gothic tone of the show.

Netflix announced the music release on social media:
“You heard it from Mother Monster. Lady Gaga’s new song The Dead Dance will be out on September 3 and in Wednesday Part II.”

What to Expect from Part 2 of Wednesday Season 2

The latter half of Season 2 has high stakes and surprise twists in store. A surprising teaser announced the return of Gwendoline Christie’s character, Principal Weems, who passed away in Season 1 now seen as Wednesday’s spirit guide. The story will trace Wednesday’s steps as she unravels a dark family book to prevent a prophecy and save her best friend Enid’s life, ending in a clash with Tyler.

Jennifer Affleck Talks Season 34, Competing Postpartum, More (Exclusive)

by jummy84 August 31, 2025
written by jummy84

Jennifer Affleck gave birth to her third child at the beginning of July. Less than two months later, she’s begun training for Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars. When the show premieres on September 16, she’ll be just 11 weeks postpartum.

But The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star is embracing the challenge and said she had “no” hesitation when asked to be on the show. “I am looking forward to the challenge and helping inspire other women [with] what our bodies are capable of,” Affleck tells TV Insider. “I ran a marathon a few weeks after our last baby, so I know my body can handle a lot. If anything, it will help me with postpartum depression and the baby blues. So I am grateful and looking forward to it.”

Affleck was one of the first four celebrities confirmed for the Season 34 cast ahead of the full reveal on September 3. She received the news that she’d been picked for the show during the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 2 reunion in June. Her costar Whitney Leavitt was also announced as a cast member.

“By nature, I’m not a very competitive person,” Affleck admits. “So I’m excited to have [Leavitt] there to push me and have a friend to go through the journey with when it gets hard. Hopefully we are the final two!”

Scroll down for more from our interview with Affleck, including how husband Zac Affleck will support her through this journey and more.

Why did you want to do the show and what is the extent of your dance experience?

Jennifer Affleck: Growing up, dancing was more than just a fun hobby for me. It was how I communicated, connected, and expressed myself. My mom is from Ecuador and immigrated to the United States at 27. She primarily speaks Spanish, so growing up, we weren’t able to communicate very well. We connected through our love of music and dance, and because of that, this opportunity means a lot, not just to me, but to my entire family.

It’s been my dream to do Dancing with the Stars to share more of who I am and where I come from. I don’t have any formal dance training, just a lot of practice on my countertop doing TikToks!

How do you plan on navigating having a newborn and all the training?

It will take a village. I have a nanny, assistant, and Zac helping out full-time. It won’t be easy, but I have an entire team behind me supporting me in this dream of mine.

What style of dance do you think will be your best and what are you most nervous about?

Best style will be any Latin style-based dance, since I grew up learning a lot of those at family parties. I’m not nervous for any, just really excited to learn them all and become a more well-rounded dancer. If anything, my partner should be nervous for all the TikTok dances I will be teaching them!

What qualities are you looking for in your dance partner?

Someone who wants to win the Mirrorball! Just kidding, sort of. But someone who is willing to be patient with me as I learn and willing to work really hard. Also someone family orientated that understands what it’s like to have a family and how important that is to me.

What side of yourself do you think viewers will get to see on the show that maybe they haven’t before?

On Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I don’t think the audience has been able to see the real Jen yet. You have seen many different emotions from me, but I am excited for everyone to finally get to see the fun, energetic, goofy side of me. It’s what I consider the real me.

How will your family and MomTok friends support you during this journey?

Everyone is so excited. In fact, I think Zac and my mom might be even more excited than me. Everyone knows this has been a dream of mine. So I can wait to have family and friends come to my performances and cheer me on in the audience!

Emma Stone’s New ‘Spiced Sienna’ Hair Is the Perfect Copper Shade For PSL Season

by jummy84 August 31, 2025
written by jummy84

To all those dreaming of Emma Stone’s grown-out pixie cut, just wait until you see her “spiced sienna” dye job.

By now, we all know that Emma Stone did not cut her hair off because she was tired of styling it in the morning or restless for change or hoping to highlight her incredible jawline—all of which would have been valid and relatable reasons for such a dramatic chop. In reality, she fully shaved her head for her role in Yorgos Lanthimos’ newest film, Bugonia, earning herself a seven-minute standing ovation at Venice Film Festival for her efforts. Okay, they probably weren’t clapping just because she went bald, but her latest hair color by Tracey Cunningham is certainly worthy of applause.

On August 28, the 36-year-old actor debuted a “luminous copper auburn” tone at the Venice Film Festival, which Stone’s longtime hairstylist dubbed “spiced sienna” just in time for PSL season.

“Crafted with Schwarzkopf Vibrance Alkaline Color Gloss, this shade radiates warmth, depth, and glow, perfectly framing her fearless transformation,” Cunningham, the U.S. creative director of color & technique at Schwarzkopf Professional, wrote of Stone’s latest update on Instagram, sharing her exact custom formula for those who are already texting photos of her client to their local color specialists.

Those who frequent salons know that lightening one’s hair is much longer, more delicate process than going in the other direction, and Stone has slowly been making her way back to auburn since switching to a dark brunette shade in the summer of 2024. Back in January, she debuted a nutmeg pixie cut at the Golden Globes, subtly inching closer to this warm copper auburn as her hair grew out.

written by jummy84

The third season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” will premiere in January 2026, Crunchyroll revealed during a live-streamed fifth anniversary special for the Crunchyroll Anime Award-winning series.

Crunchyroll will stream the new season exclusively worldwide, excluding Asia, with episodes dropping weekly on the same day as their Japanese broadcast. The upcoming season, also referred to as “Jujutsu Kaisen The Culling Game,” will adapt the manga arc of the same name.

The first teaser trailer showcases protagonist Yuji Itadori grappling with conflict and despair after believing he killed numerous people during the “Shibuya Incident.” The preview also features an intense battle between Yuji and Yuta Okkotsu, the main character from the prequel film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0,” along with a heated confrontation between new character Naoya Zen’in and Choso. Brief appearances by Megumi Fushiguro, Yuki Tsukumo and Maki Zen’in round out the teaser.

MAPPA returns as the animation studio, with Shota Goshozono directing and Hiroshi Seko handling series composition and script writing. Yosuke Yajima and Hiromi Niwa will provide character designs.

The Japanese voice cast includes Junya Enoki as Yuji Itadori, Yuma Uchida as Megumi Fushiguro, Daisuke Namikawa as Choso and Megumi Ogata as Yuta Okkotsu.

Based on Gege Akutami’s manga, “Jujutsu Kaisen” has sold over 100 million copies worldwide. The manga concluded its run in Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2024. The first anime season aired from October 2020 to March 2021, followed by a second season covering the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death and Shibuya Incident arcs from July to December 2023.

The series earned Anime of the Year honors at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in both 2021 and 2024. The theatrical film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” won Best Anime Film at the 2023 Crunchyroll Anime Awards and grossed approximately $180 million at the global box office.

The anime is produced by Toho Animation, with Viz Media publishing the manga in the U.S.

Noah LaLonde on Cole’s Growth, Love for Jackie in ‘Walter Boys’ Season 2

by jummy84 August 31, 2025
written by jummy84

[Warning: This story contains spoilers for season two of Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys.]

It’s a new era for Noah LaLonde’s Cole Walter in the second season of Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys.

When viewers last saw LaLonde’s Cole, he was sharing a romantic kiss with Nikki Rodriguez’s Jackie Howard after a season full of sparks and growing feelings despite Jackie’s ongoing relationship with Cole’s brother Alex (Ashby Gentry). However, their happy ending was cut short when Jackie decided to return to New York, leaving a heartbroken Cole — and Alex, who had confessed his love to Jackie.

Season two, which premiered on the streamer on Aug. 28, sees Jackie return to a shocked Cole and Alex, who were left to grapple with her abrupt departure. However, the once bad boy Cole is proving to be on a new path since Jackie has been away, committing to his education and pursuing a new avenue into his passion for football.

Having met Jackie and seen her courage following the tragedy of losing her family in an accident gave Cole a new perspective, LaLonde explains, and allowed him to see a future that could be possible for himself.

“He’s trying to show up for people better. He doesn’t always succeed, but he’s trying,” LaLonde tells The Hollywood Reporter of the different Cole this season.

“I think part of what Cole sees in Jackie is her ability to wade her way through the waters of these unfortunate events that have happened to her in this new life that she is living now and ultimately continuing to persevere and remain in touch with the same goals and who she wants to be. And I think when she comes to Silver Falls and he witnesses that, that exact thing that he’s having a hard time doing with his own life and the worst thing in his head that could happen to him is happening,” LaLonde says.

Cole’s identity revolved around his football career, but with that “out of the picture,” LaLonde says it left a “very confused and very negative” Cole. But in season two, we see Cole “working on accepting that reality” and “re-identifying which direction he’s going to go” by attending summer school, being tutored and committed to studying for the SATs. At one point, he even asks for Jackie’s help with studying much to her excitement.

“I even think that subconsciously, he’s trying to become the type of person that is fit for Jackie Howard. I don’t necessarily think he’s like, ‘I need to be better for her,’ but I think in her, he sees something he really wants in himself and for himself,” LaLonde says. “This person he really loves, I don’t know if he feels worthy for her yet. I think he needs to work on that and I think he knows he needs to work on himself.”

In addition to his studies, Cole is also finding a way to “repurpose his skills and abilities from football” by taking on a coaching assistant job at the school. However, the former star quarterback is left to watch and guide from the sidelines, a place he didn’t foresee and is having trouble accepting. As he tries to embrace his new role and path, Cole struggles to move on from the what could’ve been. During episode four, the quarterback makes a pass to win the game; however, despite everyone celebrating, Cole isn’t.

“I think it’s very easy to watch a scene like that and think, ‘This guy’s selfish.’ But it’s the hardest thing, because it’s like you can do everything but the thing you want to do. And that’s why this journey is ongoing for him, because I don’t know if it’s the thing he’s supposed to do, because it’s a really hard thing to process.

From left: LaLonde and Kolton Stewart as Dylan.

David Brown/Netflix

“The difference that is being in the game and on the sidelines is such a tough thing to reckon with,” he adds. “It’s fresh. It’s been a year since this path was laid out. In life, the more you become sure of what’s going to happen, the more you should expect it not to happen. But I think as a junior-sophomore in high school, that lesson’s not quite learned yet. I think just continuing to work through that transition is this everlasting battle. Are the skills [and] abilities built? Have they been built up for this guy’s entire life, and are they going to waste if he’s not using them in some way? You could make that argument, but it’s just hard. I think when you are given such confidence, you start to identify ways in which you feel love from the thing that you do and not who you are.”

In episode five, that difficulty adjusting is evident and reaches a breaking point. In a self-sabotaging moment, Cole decides to drink and act out during the anticipated high school dance that Jackie worked hard to make happen, leaving his family and Jackie disappointed.

“I don’t think it was totally undeserving, but I also think the harshness did snap him back into reality a little bit,” he explains. “I think the way in which he comes up short is communicating and processing those feelings in a healthy, positive way. Because there are moments it just gets to be too much.

“If you look at the events, it’s like, Jackie wants space and to be just friends, ouch. And then, you can coach, but you still can’t play. Team wins, no glory for you, ouch. And then in the middle of the dance floor at the Fall formal, sorry, not going to be a slow dance for you, pal. Oh, also, Dylan is going to that [football] camp. Ouch. It builds up to a point where it’s like, what do you expect? This is like the boiling pot of things to happen to him that he would not react well to. So I’m not surprised. I’m not going to defend the behavior, even though, if you boil it down, he was just defending a really, a really crude comment about the girl he was around.”

As for Cole and Jackie, throughout the season, they keep their distance after Jackie requests some space and to be friends. However, unbeknownst to Cole, Jackie had rekindled a relationship with his brother Alex and kept it secret from everyone.

“It’s frustrating for him, because I think ultimately, all along, he has this idea that the friends thing is temporary, the space thing is temporary, and the thing that he feels is so strong, I think it’s hard to come to terms with the fact that somebody could maybe not feel that so strongly as to want to put that all out there.”

Though Jackie and Cole have their lighthearted moments, LaLonde explains it was frustrating given the “inopportune times of which these interactions will come.”

“She’ll want to come and be the really good friend after the football game when he’s not in the mood to process something. The dance is great, like, let’s dance! Oh, wait, we’re kind of breaking through this barrier? Nope, we’re just friends. Let’s learn how to drive a stick shift. Oh, this is kind of fun. Nope!”

However frustrating the fleeting moments can be, the actor notes that Jackie’s ability to have “discipline for the things she wants” is admirable. He explains, “It’s kind of the catch 22 because it’s the thing that is so attractive to him about her. She’s able to see the thing that she wants and kind of attack it with little regard for anything else in a pretty healthy way. Something she’s good at, [but] something he could use some work on.”

LaLonde and Nikki Rodriguez.

Netflix

In season two’s final moments, Jackie finally confesses her true feelings to Cole, admitting that she loves him but vulnerably explains why she’s afraid to pursue anything with him. But Alex, who they don’t see standing nearby and whom she also told she loved, hears the moment and asks her, “You love him?”

“It kind of ends in the same form, frustrating and confusing, because we don’t really get any answers based on what happens,” LaLonde says of that cliffhanger moment that also sees them learning Walter patriarch George needs to be sent to the hospital.

The actor stays mum when teasing where they go from there for season three, which is in production, but did reflect on his hopes for Cole going forward.

“If you’re Cole, the thing you want is Jackie. It feels like one of the ingredients to getting your life on track is having this Jackie-sized piece in your heart and in your life. You can never change the thing that you did at your mom’s awards dinner when you ruined everything. You can never change the fall formal dance that you ruined. You can never change these things, but the responsibility is on you to reflect as to why they happened and what you could do to grow from them and become a better person because of them.”

Cole may not always get it right, but LaLonde assures Cole “has a great heart,” “means well” and is “a good person.”

“I just think he needs to identify how his feelings relate to his actions and continue to grow in that way. I think an honest conversation between some of the more important people in his life is long overdue. Just continuing to grow in a healthy direction and to continue to learn from those experiences that are unhealthy or were unhealthy.”

SVU Star Ice-T Talks Season 27 Premiere Twist

by jummy84 August 30, 2025
written by jummy84

Fin Tutuola will take a beating when Law & Order: Special Victims Unit returns for its 27th season, according to Ice-T.

“In the first episode, something bad happens to me, and I end up in the hospital,” the rapper-turned-actor told People in a new interview as he hyped up SVU’s September 25 return.

In fact, it sounds like Fin’s hospitalization might take the NYPD sergeant out of commission for a while.

“I wasn’t in the second episode, but I’m back in the third,” Ice-T said. “They move us around.”

Virginia Sherwood/NBC

The longtime SVU star said he and his fellow cast members “have no idea” where the show is heading, with the possible exception of Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson), since she’s also an executive producer of the NBC series.

“Until we get a script, we don’t know,” he explained. “When I showed up for the first episode, I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m getting my ass beat? Really?’ In the past, it was like, ‘Oh, you’re gonna get married this year.’ I’m like, ‘Married to who?’ ‘Right — Phoebe.’ I was like, ‘I’m in, I guess.’”

(Fin and Phoebe Baker, played by Jennifer Esposito, were engaged to be married in Season 22 but ultimately decided to keep their relationship the way it was.)

Still, Ice-T says he’s enjoying the job. “I’ve been on Law & Order for over 25 years now,” he said. “And filming for the new season has been great.”

And it’s great in part because Kelli Giddish is coming back to play Amanda Rollins full-time.

“I’m in love with everybody on the show, so it’s good to be back with her,” Ice-T told People. “Kevin [Kane] and Aimé [Donna Kelly] came on as series regulars. So you know, we pass the buck around.”

Also, the new cover of Jenny Han’s We’ll Always Have Summer, featuring Lola Tung, Chris Briney, and Gavin Casalegno, was revealed on May 5. The paperback edition of Han’s third and final book is now available for purchase on Amazon and everywhere books are sold, with Amazon also releasing an exclusive hardcover edition (both are available here).

So what else do we know about the upcoming final season? Read on for everything, and we’ll continue to keep you updated as more announcements come through.

Will all episodes of The Summer I Turned Pretty season three premiere at once?

No. On Friday, June 20, Prime Video announced that two episodes will premiere on launch day, which is Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Then a new episode will debut every Wednesday until the series finale on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. That’s good news for those of us (myself, for one) who want to savor this final season and not be in a rush to consume it all at once. On the other hand, those fans who love a binge-release model won’t be pleased, but it does follow previous seasons, which did a weekly release.

Meanwhile, it was a year ago, on May 14, 2024, that Jennifer Salke (now the former head of Amazon MGM Studios) announced that season three would debut in summer 2025, but made no mention that the season would be the final one. At the Upfront presentation for Prime Video, Salke was joined by The Summer I Turned Pretty creator, showrunner, and author Jenny Han and series regulars Lola Tung, Christopher Briney, and Gavin Casalegno.

They also released this clip at the time:

This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.

How many episodes will there be?

There will be 11 hour-long episodes in season three. Season one consisted of only seven episodes and season two had eight.

Why Are Cast Members Leaving 'SNL'? The Reasons for Departures

Why Are Cast Members Leaving ‘SNL’ Before Season 51? Their Departures – Hollywood Life

by jummy84 August 30, 2025
written by jummy84

Two months before its season 51 premiere, Saturday Night Live lost multiple cast members, including one long-running star. In just one week, the cast departures shocked fans as many wondered why these comedians were leaving SNL.

Below, Hollywood Life is breaking down everything we know so far about the reasons behind the SNL cast departures and who’s leaving.

Is SNL Ending?

No, SNL is not ending before its 51st season. The new season premieres on October 4, 2025.

Which Cast Members Are Leaving SNL?

The following comedians are leaving SNL before season 51:

Heidi is the only one who has yet to publicly comment on her SNL exit. She was with the sketch comedy series for eight seasons.

Why Is the Cast Leaving SNL? Departure Reasons

Devon was the first to confirm his departure from SNL in an Instagram carousel post, which featured a screenshot from a Text Edit note. The message read, in part, “Me and the show did three years together, and sometimes, it was really cool. Sometimes, it was toxic as hell. But we did what we made the most of what it was, even amidst all of the dysfunction. We made a f**ked up lil family.”

Devon labeled his note,  “wait..did he quit or did he get fired?” leaving the reason behind his exit up in the air. However, Emil revealed in his own statement that he was told he would not return for season 51, implying that he and the others may have been fired.

“I won’t be returning to SNL next year,” Emil confirmed in his Instagram statement. “It was a gut punch of a call to get, but I’m so grateful for my time there.”

Michael also expressed that his release from the show was a bummer for him. He wrote in an Instagram carousel, “Will not be returning for a 4th season at SNL. Wish I was, but so it goes. It was the best three years of my life so far. I feel nothing but gratitude for the experience and everyone there. Lorne, you gave me the greatest job in the world and changed my life. You even put my mom on TV. Thank you doesnt begin to cover it, but thank you. I’ll miss it all, but I’ll miss the friends I made and seeing them everyday the most.”

Despite the heartbreaking news, it’s actually normal for SNL to cycle through different comedians. After almost each season, the show hires new faces once veterans leave.

Who Is in the SNL Season 51 Cast?

Only James Austin Johnson was confirmed to be returning for season 51 by Lorne Michaels, himself. The rest of the cast presumably still features the following names who were in season 50:
