It’s been a great week for Timothée Chalamet fans: There have been several sightings of the actor in New York as he begins promoting his new film, Marty Supreme. (He and girlfriend Kylie Jenner even squeezed in a baseball date night, too.) This weekend, Chalamet—who is currently rocking a buzz cut—was spotted on the streets of Manhattan, and his outfit was worthy of a double take. Namely, his eye-catching micro bag.

Chalamet proved he is team mini purse, wearing an orange Hermès Kelly bag. The luxurious style—a celebrity favorite, also worn by stars like Lady Gaga and Kate Moss—can go for upwards of $10,000. Despite its hefty price tag, Chalamet styled the piece in a nonchalant way, pairing it with a leather jacket, sweatpants, and a cool pair of tan sneakers. He wore it as though it was an everyday cloth tote (a New Yorker signature).

Finneas Rocks At ‘Austin City Limits’ Season Premiere

Finneas puts the spotlight on his solo catalog during the 51st season premiere of the long-running PBS-televised concert series Austin City Limits, which airs tomorrow (Oct. 4). SPIN premieres two performances from the hour-long set, “2001” and “Starfucker,” below.

“When I grew up, I did not have the channels on TV. My family could not afford cable television, which meant I grew up on PBS,” Finneas said during the show. “I watched PBS relentlessly as a child and I still consume it now. Growing up, I watched ACL on PBS often with my parents — in the kitchen on their small, small little tv that they had above the sink so that they could watch concerts like this while they were doing the dishes.”

Finneas previously performed on Austin City Limits in 2019 with his sister, Billie Eilish. With his new side project, the Favors, the artist/producer/songwriter will be in action tomorrow as part of the unrelated Austin City Limits festival, and will also headline a show later in the evening at Stubb’s BBQ.

Austin City Limits continues this fall with performances by the Marías (Oct. 11), Charley Crockett and Waxahatchee (Oct. 25), Samara Joy (Nov. 1), a celebration of legendary local venue Antone’s (Nov. 8), Kelsea Ballerini and CAM (Nov. 15) and Jon Batiste (Nov. 22).

In addition, My Morning Jacket will be inducted into the show’s Hall of Fame by filmmaker/writer Cameron Crowe on the Oct. 18 episode. The band joins prior Hall of Fame honorees such as Willie Nelson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Kris Kristofferson, Bonnie Raitt and Wilco.

“Is there something wrong with my mom?” “You’re mom’s pretending to be someone else…” “Who is she?” Only one way to find out! Hulu has revealed the main official trailer for a horror remake called The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, based on the original 1992 movie of the same name directed by Curtis Hanson. That 90s film starred Annabella Sciorra & Rebecca De Mornay and is more of a vicious vengeance tale than horror story. This new take on The Hand That Rocks the Cradle is from Mexican horror filmmaker Michelle Garza Cervera. Mary Elizabeth Winstead stars as Caitlin Morales, an upscale suburban mom who brings a new nanny, Polly Murphy, into her home, only to discover she is not the person she claims to be. Garza explains: “We build a whole different kind of thriller,” hinting that it’s not so much a remake but something new. The film also stars Maika Monroe as Polly Murphy, Raúl Castillo, Martin Starr, Mileiah Vega, Riki Lindhome, and Shannon Cochran. This definitely looks very sneaky & twisted, Polly is certainly up to something with this family. Even though it’s skipping theaters, this seems like it might be worth a watch.

An upscale suburban mom brings a new nanny, Polly Murphy, into her home, only to discover she is not the person she claims to be. The Hand That Rocks the Cradle is directed by Mexican genre filmmaker Michelle Garza Cervera, director of the horror film Huesera: The Bone Woman and the series “La Hora Marcada” previously, plus many short films. The screenplay is written by Micah Bloomberg, based on the original 1992 screenplay written by Amanda Silver. Produced by Ted Field, Michael Schaefer, Mike Larocca. Made by 20th Century Studios, Department M, Radar Pictures. 20th Century will debut The Hand That Rocks the Cradle film streaming on Hulu directly starting on October 22nd, 2025 this fall. Any good? Scarier than before?

‘The Hand That Rocks the Cradle’ Trailer: Maika Monroe in Remake

Over the course of her career, Maika Monroe has emerged as one of our most reliable modern scream queens. Between “The Guest,” “It Follows,” “Watcher,” “Greta,” “Villains,” “Longlegs,” “Tau,” and many more, when you see her name in horror movie credits, you can usually bet that Monroe will be the blood-soaked final girl we’re all cheering for to the bitter end.

So that makes it all the more interesting that, for her next horror feature, a remake of Curtis Hanson’s 1992 horror hit “The Hand That Rocks the Cradle” (which starred Rebecca De Mornay and Annabella Sciorra), Monroe is this time playing the baddie. Per the film‘s official synopsis: “Mary Elizabeth Winstead stars as Caitlin Morales, an upscale suburban mom who brings a new nanny, Polly Murphy (Maika Monroe), into her home, only to discover she is not the person she claims to be.”

'The Bride!'

If you’ve seen Hanson’s film or are at all familiar with its concept, you know that the nanny isn’t our sympathetic heroine here. She’s the one doing the rocking (of all kinds! physically, mentally, and emotionally!) and upending the lives of a seemingly nice and normal suburban family. What a delicious twist for Monroe.

The remake, directed by “Huesera: The Bone Woman” filmmaker Michelle Garza Cervera will arrive on Hulu just in time for Halloween. It also stars Raúl Castillo, Martin Starr, Mileiah Vega, Riki Lindhome, and Shannon Cochran, and is written by Micah Bloomberg based on a screenplay by Amanda Silver. The producers are Michael Schaefer, Mike LaRocca, and Ted Field, and the executive producers are Michael Napoliello, Maria Frisk, and Seth William Meier.

“The Hand That Rocks the Cradle” will start streaming on Hulu on Wednesday, October 22. Check out the film’s first trailer below.

Dwayne Johnson has found incredible success in Hollywood, becoming a one-name wonder known worldwide as The Rock. The actor has starred in some of the biggest blockbusters, including Jumanji, The Mummy Returns, and the Fast & Furious franchise, and even lent his voice to the demigod Maui in Disney’s hit Moana.

But before Hollywood, Johnson rose to fame as a WWE superstar — and now his eldest daughter, Simone Johnson, is carrying on the family legacy in the wrestling world. After signing with WWE in 2020, Simone made her televised debut on NXT on October 25, 2022, under the ring name Ava Raine.

Since then, she has continued to build her presence in the company, including a notable moment in 2025 when she announced that the men’s and women’s WWE Speed Championships would officially become part of the NXT brand. Though she’s faced both praise and controversy, Simone has firmly established herself as a new voice in WWE.

Simone Is The Rock’s Eldest Daughter

Simone, born August 14, 2001, is the daughter Dwayne shares with his first wife, Dany Garcia, who is a producer and founder of The Gracia Companies. The former couple were married from 1997 to 2008, and Simone is their only child together. Dwayne also shares daughters Jasmine and Tiana with his second wife, Lauren Hashian.

She Worked as a Model & Golden Globe Ambassador

Before stepping into the ring, Simone followed in her father’s Hollywood footsteps as a model. She signed with powerhouse agency IMG Models and quickly made her mark. In 2018, she was named the first-ever Golden Globe Ambassador for the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards.

“I’ve been lucky enough to grow up in a household with strong role models and feel so honored to represent the HFPA for its 75th Anniversary,” Simone said at the time. “As the newly minted Golden Globe Ambassador, I hope to serve as a role model to young people everywhere and empower them to speak out on issues they are passionate about.”

She Made History in WWE

In 2020, Simone signed a developmental contract with WWE at just 18 years old, making history as the first fourth-generation wrestler in the company’s history, following in the footsteps of her great-grandfather “High Chief” Peter Maivia, her grandfather “Soulman” Rocky Johnson, and of course, her dad, The Rock.

Announcing the milestone on Instagram, Simone shared a photo of herself in a WWE T-shirt with the caption: “To the little girl who fell in love with wrestling & said ‘this will be my life one day,’ this is for you. I’m humbled, grateful & ready to work. Let’s do this. @wwe @wwenxt.”

She later revealed her official ring name, Ava Raine, in May 2022. She was immediately slammed over the name, with one critic writing, “Giving Simone Johnson, the daughter of THE ROCK, a new name is completely nonsensical. Will hold judgement until she debuts, but if WWE doesn’t acknowledge her dad is The Rock that’s ridiculous.”

Simone pushed back, posting, “I probably sound like a broken record & hopefully this is the last I’ll mention this, but I don’t understand why people being portrayed as separate individuals from their family name is such a heated topic. A name doesn’t discredit any prior accomplishments from any family.” She later added, “I could build my entire career around my father & people would still bash me anyway.”

She Overcame a Knee Injury Before Her WWE Debut

Shortly after joining WWE, Simone suffered a knee injury in September 2020 that required surgery. She had previously undergone three other knee operations, making it her fourth overall. After her recovery, she finally made her televised debut in October 2022 on NXT as Ava Raine.

“[S]o tomorrow i’m having knee surgery for the third time,” Simone tweeted at the time. “[A]s not fun as surgery is, i’m looking forward to my knees not popping out anymore[.]”

She Balances WWE With Public Scrutiny

Since her debut, Simone has continued to grow her presence in WWE, even announcing in 2025 that the men’s and women’s WWE Speed Championships would officially be part of NXT. She’s also faced challenges in the public eye, including backlash over a social media repost following Charlie Kirk’s death.

She reposted a message on X that read, “If you want people to have kind words when you pass, you should say kind things when you’re alive,” and added the comment, “And I’ll stand behind this. Be kind, now more than ever.” Many fans interpreted her post as a direct reference to Charlie’s death, sparking criticism and even calls for WWE to take action.

Dwayne Johnson, a.k.a “The Rock” in the ring, has built a brand-new reputation as a movie star over the years. But now that he’s stepping back into the ring for his role in The Smashing Machine, Dwayne appeared on a September 2025 CBS News Sunday Morning interview, where he brought viewers to his sprawling Virginia farmhouse and property.

Where Does Dwayne Johnson Live?

Technically, Dwayne lives in multiple places, but he spends most of his time at his rural home near Gordonsville, Virginia.

During his September 2025 interview, the Jungle Cruise actor took CBS News’ Tracy Smith to his pond, where he fishes alone.

“Just me, and I’ll bring the girls here, and it’s magical,” Dwayne said, referring to his daughters, Simone, Jasmine and Tiana. “Just the way the property is set up, I never have to see anybody. And I know it sounds crazy, and maybe kind of weird, but that’s fun for me.”

Dwayne shares Simone with ex-wife Dany Garcia and Jasmine and Tiana with his wife, Lauren Hashian.

How Many Homes Does Dwayne Johnson Have?

According to multiple outlets, Dwayne has owned homes in multiple states, including California, Georgia, Florida and Virginia.

As seen in his CBS News interview with Tracy, Dwayne showed off the picturesque property he has in Virginia. By helping the CBS personality go fishing, cameras showed audiences how massive and stunning his rural home is.

However, this wasn’t the first time that the Game Plan actor has discussed his life in the Southern state. In 2017, Dwayne revealed via Instagram that he was building a gym at his house.

“When I come back home to my farm in Virginia to recharge, I have to go to a public gym to train (I’m building a gym on my property),” he captioned his post at the time, “and try to get in and out as fast as possible without drawing a crowd.”

YUNGBLUD Rocks With Aerosmith On ‘More’ EP

On the heels of a collaboration at the MTV Video Music Awards, rising U.K. star YUNGBLUD and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Aerosmith are crossing the generational divide again with a five-song EP, One More Time, which will be released by Capitol on Nov. 21. The lead single, “My Only Angel,” is out now.

One More Time constitutes Aerosmith’s first new music in 12 years and was produced by Matt Schwartz. Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford and Tom Hamilton all participated in the recording sessions, although Guns N’ Roses/Velvet Revolver’s Matt Sorum sat in for ailing drummer Joey Kramer.

Beyond “My Only Angel,” the EP includes the original songs “Problems,” “Wild Woman” and “A Thousand Days,” plus a new rendition of Aerosmith’s 1976 favorite “Back in the Saddle.” The artwork was designed by Chrome Hearts, in a first for the luxury brand.

“A year ago, I got a call that YUNBLUD wanted to come to Sarasota to work with me and write some songs,” Perry says. “I had heard his single and said, hell yeah, this guy’s got the juice. Four days in the studio and we got to know each other along with his team. I called Steven and told him, you have to hear this guy YUNGBLUD — he’s the real deal. Fast forward to May and we’re in the studio with Steven recording new music. The end result turned out to be an amazing collaboration between Aerosmith and Yungblud. Let the music do the talking.”

“For Joe and me it was another cosmic collision to find ourselves in the studio with this outrageously talented and positively wild animal named Dom,” adds Tyler. “Here’s this kid that lives his life out loud [and] grew up on our records and the British Invasion, and now we’re in the studio together creating something that bridges generations. He devoured all the same greats looked up to and then he started to dream on. It’s as simple as that.”

“Aerosmith have been such a staple of rock’n’roll and showmanship for me, so I’ve been ready for this my whole life,” enthuses YUNGBLUD. “As soon as we entered the studio, the chemistry exploded and the songs just poured out of us. It’s the kind of collaboration that young me wouldn’t even dream of, so to sit here holding a vinyl in my hand that says Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD on it is truly blowing my mind. Steven and Joe are at the top of their game and working with them is a huge fucking honor. I’m making records with my heros, the show is insane every night and rock’n’roll is waking the fuck up, whether you like it or not. I’m loving every second.”

The draping is delicate and flaunts a vintage aesthetic. The outfit became a standout moment on the international red carpet.

Janhvi paired the outfit with sleek heels inspired by the traditional Kolhapuri chappal. The footwear was custom-made by Indian designer Aprajita Toor. The minimalist design of the heels added depth to her ensemble.

Janhvi styled her hair in soft waves. She kept her makeup understated. She flaunted blushed up cheeks with mascara-heavy eyes. She kept her eyebrows defined.

The actress let the outfit speak for itself. She is attending TIFF with the cast and crew of Homebound, including Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has always been known for his larger than life presence — literally, which makes his sudden transformation that much more alarming

It’s not that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has been hiding away from the public eye. While the actor and professional wrestler’s socials have been abuzz with appearances, workouts and consistent uploads, his IRL appearance at the currently ongoing Venice Film Festival, for the premiere of his film The Smashing Machine, also starring Emily Blunt, has seriously thrown fans and well wishers off balance.

You don’t even need to be a fan of The Rock to know that the word ‘small’ doesn’t belong in the same sentence as his name. Yet, that was all anybody saw during his Venice appearance. While he looked dapper in a beige-grey suit for the premiere itself, visuals of him, casually dressed, off the red carpet, had his fans in a bind.

A casual periwinkle button down and lose fit tailored pants actually captured how much ‘smaller’ The Rock has become. Media reports peg his weight and muscle loss somewhere around 60 pounds leaving the 53-year-old’s weight somewhere around 240lbs, significantly lesser than his standard 300lbs. While some attribute this drastic change to him playing MMA fighter and UFC pioneer Mark Kerr in The Smashing Machine, others believe it was high time for him to start winding down on the intensity of his bodybuilding, given the fact that maintenance at his age would prove to be a problem.

Reactions from fans carried quite the range: “Its called stoppin the roids”, “He still looks good honestly”, “It’s probably really good for him!! Dude has been gigantic forever”, “My boy is getting older😢”, “The Rock turned into a pebble” and “It’s called aging..relax” read a few comments.

Some fans also speculated if The Rock dropping weight and muscle is potentially because of a rumoured artery condition, though this narrative was trumped during a sit-down interview with his physician Dr. Mark Hayman on The Dr. Hayman Show.
