30 Rock isn’t Bad Bunny‘s house, but he knows his way around. In the latest trailer for Saturday Night Live‘s Season 51 premiere, the returning host gets a little too comfortable with the cast he worked with during his other appearances on the show and introduces new members to his chaos.

Bad Bunny last hosted SNL in October 2023, but returned earlier this year as musical guest and appeared in a few sketches for the hell of it — so you can’t blame him for feeling at home there. In the promo clip, he borrows Jane Wickline’s toothbrush (don’t worry, he let her know after he used it!) and volunteers newcomer Veronika Slowikowska’s apartment as a place for his friend to crash along with his baby and dog (they all bite, by the way).

During his first hosting gig, Bad Bunny bit back at criticisms that he wouldn’t be able to host since English is his second language. “I don’t know if they know,” he responded, “but I do whatever I want.” He’ll bring this same sentiment to the upcoming Oct. 4 episode, which features musical guest Doja Cat.

He’ll also carry it all the way to the Super Bowl. Earlier this week, Bad Bunny was revealed to be the Super Bowl LX halftime show headliner. The history-making artist will be the first to deliver a fully non-English performance on the historic stage. “I’m really excited for my friends, my family,” he told Apple Music following the announcement. “Puerto Rico, all the Latino people around the world. I’m excited about my culture. I’m excited about everything, not just for me.”

After Bad Bunny kicks off Season 51, SNL will pass the baton to host Amy Poehler with musical guest Role Model, followed by Sabrina Carpenter‘s double-duty takeover as both host and musical guest.

The women of The Marlow Murder Club are back to solve another mystery.

Filming has officially concluded on the third season of the PBS crime drama, which is set to return next year. The series follows a trio of unlikely friends — played by Samantha Bond, Jo Martin, and Cara Horgan — as they investigate murder mysteries in their quiet town of Marlow, England.

Season 1 and 2 of the series — the latter of which concluded on September 28 — are currently available to stream on PBC, PBS Masterpiece, and on Prime Video. The Marlow Murder Club is produced by Monumental Television and is coproduced by U&Originals and Masterpiece in association with ITV Studios.

Per a PBS press release, Season 3 will feature “three gripping new murder mysteries told across six episodes.” Daniel Rusteau cowrote the first two episodes of Season 3 with the author of The Marlow Murder Club book series, Robert Thorogood. Amy Reith serves as the writer for Episodes 3 and 4, while Julia Gilbert penned the final two episodes of the season.

What will happen in Season 3 of The Marlow Murder Club?

“Now an established part of newly promoted DI Tanika Malik’s crime solving gang, retired archaeologist Judith Potts, dog walker Suzie Harris, and vicar’s wife Becks Starling are back and bringing their unconventional methods to a string of high-profile murders,” the logline for Season 3 reads. “From the sudden death of the town’s beloved mayor – the nicest man in Marlow – to a celebrity chef found dead at the launch of his cookbook with half the town in attendance, the team will be working under the watchful eye of the Marlow community.”

The description continues, “They’ll also be called to action at a university reunion in an eerie manor house where in a surprising twist, Becks finds herself amongst the suspects. Could this case threaten our amateur sleuths’ roles as civilian advisors?”

Bond, Martin, and Horgan will all return as Judith Potts, Suzie Harris, and Becks Starling, respectively, along with Natalie Dew as DI Tanika Malik. The new episodes will also see the return of several Season 2 guest stars, including Hugh Quarshie as Professor Darius Gifford, Phill Langhorne as DC Brendan Perry, Holli Dempsey as DC Alice Hackett, and Tijan Sarr as DC Jason Kennedy.

Nigel Harman will guest star as Marcus in Episodes 1 and 2, along with Peter Davison as Geoffrey, Jacqueline Boatswain as Debbie, Sarah Alexander as Sophia, Tony Gardner as Terrence, and Jason Merrells as Paul.

Episodes 3 and 4 will feature Harry Enfield as Hector. Episodes 5 and 6, meanwhile, will guest star Cherie Lunghi, Adrian Lukis, and Alastair Mackenzie as Marian, Matthew and Ferdy, respectively.

Have you watched the trailer for Netflix’s The Woman In Cabin 10? I’m including it at the end of the post – the film looks enjoyable, a sort of thriller-on-the-sea, starring Keira Knightley. Keira has been doing more work with Netflix, and I think she enjoys the partnership, and enjoys the diversity in projects she’s being offered. When I saw the trailer for this, I was genuinely surprised that Keira is the lead – it feels like something they would have offered to Emily Blunt and like ten other actresses before they got to Keira. That’s not a slam, it’s cool to see Keira in this kind of thing. The film costars Guy Pearce, Hannah Waddingham, David Ajala, Daniel Ings. Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Kaya Scodelario, and David Morrissey.

Last night was the London premiere, and I’m including some photos in this post. Keira wore Erdem, an ochre-colored high-neck dress with some very beautiful floral embroidery. I love the fabric and embroidery, but I find the high neck with the frill much too fussy. I also don’t really get the double-belt situation. I dig her boots though. Bring back that style – the pretty high-feminine dress with sh-tkicker boots.

I actually love when Aussie Guy Pearce does a posh British accent and plays someone really haughty, evil and rich. He’s very good at it.

When will Ghosts Season 5 premiere?

Ghosts Season 5 will officially premiere on Thursday, October 16th at 8:30/7:30c, as the comedy maintains its Thursday timeslot from past seasons. It will debut the same night as CBS’s other returning comedy, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage. It was previously revealed by the network that Ghosts would maintain the 8:30/7:30c timeslot, but the premiere date gives fans a specific period of time to look forward to.

Season 5’s premiere mirrors Season 4’s release pattern, debuting nearly a year apart from the October 17th, 2024, date. Stay tuned for more on the premiere as we approach October.

Currently, we anticipate the show’s large ensemble to return for more shenanigans, including Rose McIver, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Danielle Pinnock, Richie Moriarty, Brandon Scott Jones, Sheila Carrasco, Asher Grodman, Devan Chandler Long, Rebecca Wisocky, and Román Zaragoza. Also, we’d guess that recurring stars like Caroline Aaron and Betsy Sodaro will likely be back, but only time will tell for certain.

So far, McIver teased Matt Walsh and Mary Holland‘s returns with a behind-the-scenes video shared to fans on her Instagram Story. In the series, Hunt will play AJ Pascarelli, a first-year analyst at New York’s most prestigious investment bank, and Avantika has been tapped to play Abhinaya “Abby” Chilukuri, an assistant to a celebrity stylist. Meanwhile, Angus is playing Davis Beau Bradley Barrett III, a finance bro who just wants to be loved, Martin is portraying Josh Teitelbaum, an idealistic New Yorker, and Durvernay will step into the role of Kel Washington, a charming and anxious medical student with dreams of becoming an actor.

It has since been announced by Deadline that Running Point star Jay Ellis would also join the ensemble as Bill Gibson, a charismatic investment banker who is admired in his role as the company’s highest-earning managing director.

BET Sets ‘106 & Sports’ Premiere Date: Watch Teaser

BET has set the premiere date for its new original series, 106 & Sports, a reimagining of the legendary 106 & Park brand.

Produced by Fulwell Entertainment’s SpringHill and hosted by Cam Newton and Ashley Nicole Moss, 106 & Sports premieres on Wednesday, October 15, on BET with episodes streaming the following day on BET+.

The network describes the series as a “fresh countdown highlighting sports, music, and entertainment like never before,” calling it the “definitive home for culturally-driven sports commentary.”

“When I think about ‘106 & Park,’ I remember how it was a voice for the culture. It gave artists and fans a place to connect. Now, we’re doing the same thing for sports,” Newton said in a statement. “’106 & Sports’ is where you’ll get the real talk, the authentic insights, and the kind of conversations you won’t find anywhere else. I’m excited to team up with Ashley and BET to build something special, something that honors that legacy while creating a new one.”

Moss added, “I know how much this iconic brand means to so many people, including myself. I want everyone to know how much of an honor it is to be part of this amazing culture, and my goal is to resonate that with every show. My hope is for people to feel a connection with ‘106 & Sports’ in the same way they did with ‘106 & Park.’”

Tiffany Lea Williams, Executive Vice President of Unscripted Programming and Development at BET Media Group, considers the series to be an “exciting evolution of BET’s legacy” as it reimagines “the cultural heartbeat of ‘106 & Park’ through the lens of sports.”
