The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning a trip to Australia.

Duke and Duchess of Sussex planning Australia visit

The couple – who quit as senior royals in 2020 and moved from the UK to California – have hinted that they are planning a return Down Under, to where they enjoyed a successful royal visit in 2018.

Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, shared in a letter to celebrity astrologer Angela Pearl – who they met with in New York in October – that they were considering a visit to Australia.

In a letter, written on stationery bearing their joint royal monogram, they wrote: “Dear Angela, We wanted to thank you for joining us…(redacted). Your energy and insight were such a welcome addition.”

A section of the note was blacked out when Angela shared it to Instagram but the couple went on: “On a separate note, we hope your family in Ukraine remain safe, and we look forward to staying in touch especially as we look to visit Australia again.”

The letter was signed “best wishes”, with signatures from Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44.

In October 2018, Harry and Meghan embarked on a 16-day tour of Australia and New Zealand – their first major royal tour as a couple.

They announced during the trip that Meghan was expecting their first child, Prince Archie, now six.

The couple went on to welcome Princess Lilibet, four, in 2021.

Jon Stewart Says Trump Is ‘Definitely’ Planning to Serve Third Term

by jummy84 October 28, 2025
written by jummy84

On this week’s episode of “The Daily Show,” Jon Stewart pointed out all the signs that Donald Trump may be planning for a third term in office.

Late into Monday night’s monologue, Stewart played a clip of a journalist asking Trump on Air Force One if he’d be “willing to challenge the court” to serve a third term as president. Trump’s response: “Well, I haven’t really thought about it.”

Stewart facetiously exclaimed in response, “Yes! He’s doing it! ‘I haven’t thought about it.’ That’s the tell for whenever he’s asked about something that he is definitely going to do that is dubious legally, ethically, or morally. He says he hasn’t thought about it, but of course, we know he’s thought about it, because he already has the merch.” The late-night pundit then cut to a photo of two “Trump 2028” hats sitting on the Oval Office desk.

“Now, of course, the negative nellies are going to have issues. They’ll say presidents cannot serve more than two terms, due to the 22nd Amendment,” Stewart added. “But what’s interesting about Trump is he’s actually worked through the various scenarios of running for a third term he has not thought about.”

Back on Air Force One, a reporter asked Trump if he would run as Vice President to get to a third term. Although the President asserted he’d “be allowed to do that,” he repeatedly deemed the tactic “too cute” for him to try.

“Too cute? No, that’s why you don’t go to a Build-A-Bear as an adult,” Stewart joked. “Running as a Vice President to skirt the 22nd Amendment isn’t cute. But he’s the kind of guy who’s like, ‘I respect Americans too much to play games. If I’m going to run again, I’m going to rip off the Constitution’s head and shit down its neck.’ And truth is, indications are very clear he’s going to do it. You don’t move into a house, knock down a wing, and build a 90,000 square foot ballroom for the next guy.”

Watch the entire monologue below.

A Guide to Wedding After-Party Planning and Etiquette

A Guide to Wedding After-Party Planning and Etiquette

by jummy84 October 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Once you have a venue set, it’s time to create that perfect late-night atmosphere. Decide with your partner what kind of energy you want—then you can move forward with your planning. “Is the after-party space cool on its own or does it need some TLC? Sometimes candles, soft seating, and dim lights can do the trick, while other times bringing in furniture and disco balls is what is needed,” says Meyer. “It really depends on the space you’re working with and the vibe you want to create!” If you are repurposing your reception venue for the party, he advises changing the direction of the space to create a new ambiance.

Blasena emphasizes that lighting and draping that eliminates unsightly walls can make a space feel intimate, while a focal bar, signature cocktails, a photo booth, and late-night tchotchkes, such as glow sticks, flashing glasses, and flip flops, can amp up the atmosphere. She’s also a fan of creating a theme for the after-party: This could mean creating a tiki vibe, a retro disco aesthetic, or simply leaning into a color scheme.

Get the Right Tunes

Music is essential to set the tone of the event. If you want guests to continue dancing into the night, hiring a band or DJ to keep the vibes going is a must. “However, make sure the music vibe is different from your wedding by chatting through playlists with your musicians or DJ beforehand,” Blasena says. While you can hire new artists to bring music to your after-party, chat with your reception musicians to see if they are available to work the second event, too.

Organize Late-Night Food

One thing that is absolutely necessary at your after-party is food to keep your guests fueled into the wee hours of the morning. “Did someone say late-night carbs? Let’s face it, the after-party is when everyone will thank you for those sliders and fries,” shares Blasena. “If you’re not the slider type, go themed with a sushi bar, mini tacos, or slices of pizza.” Think about fun ways to serve your bites, like with food trucks or by packaging items in Chinese food containers. While cocktails are a must, be sure to have water readily available too. “Not that everyone will drink it…but having it out and available encourages people to hydrate while they celebrate, which also helps them party longer and feel better the next day!” Meyer says.

Wedding After-Party Etiquette

Since a wedding after-party is a more relaxed part of the night, there aren’t as many rules surrounding its etiquette. Read ahead for a bit of guidance surrounding this post-reception fête.

Who usually attends a wedding after-party?

The after-party is attended by wedding guests who can stay up late enough and make it to that portion of the night. Sometimes, if the aesthetic or vibes of the party are not entirely appropriate for their parents and grandparents, a couple may note that it is intended for younger guests. However, it’s best not to exclude any wedding guests that desire to come.

Who pays for the after-party?

There is no rule about who pays for the wedding after-party, however it is often covered by whoever foots the bill for the wedding day. A couple may also choose to host the wedding after-party themselves. If the after-party is more casual and spur-of-the-moment, it is fine to have guests pay for their own drinks at the bar.

How long is a wedding after-party?

A wedding after-party has no time limit. It could last for just an hour after the reception ends or continue until the sun rises. The length depends on your stamina, budget, and the venue’s rules.

What to wear to a wedding after-party?

While most guests will stick to their wedding-day attire for the after-party, the newlyweds can have some fun and change their ensembles in the evening. Consider swapping a long gown for a fun mini, embracing fabric in sequins, beading, or a surprising color, and changing out your shoes to a style that can keep you going into the wee hours of the morning.

Do you need to send a separate invitation?

Not necessarily. It’s good to give guests a heads up on the wedding website that there will be an after-party or add an informative insert to your invitation suite so they know the timeline of the day. But there’s no need to send an entirely separate invite or request an RSVP.

“Reese Witherspoon lives here too, and she’s one of my best besties. I can’t say that we will be bringing Big Little Lies here.

“That’s all got to go where it is. But in terms of just, you know, there is so much room here for production. “The crews are fantastic and the actors, and the people, all of… I feel that it’s taking off and will continue to take off, so off we go. Come on, Tennessee, we’ve got this.”

bitchy | Eden: The Sussexes are planning to ‘undermine’ Prince William & Kate

by jummy84 September 26, 2025
written by jummy84

The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden is on another tear right now, and you can guess why he’s especially clenched: the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Before we get into this, can I just say that it’s really funny that the royalists have not focused whatsoever on how the left-behinds performed for the Trump state visit last week? Like, they should have been riding that high all week, there were no major gaffes, Waity and Huevo got okay headlines, they had all of the attention. So why are the royalists still miserable and still talking about Harry and Meghan? Don’t answer that, I already know. Some highlights from Eden’s melodramatic “There’s a sinister Establishment ‘plot’ to undermine Prince William and Kate and bring back Harry and Meghan. I refuse to be part of it… and today I’m exposing what’s going on.” I sh-t you not, that is the actual headline.

William & Kate have kept their own counsel since the Oprah interview: William and Catherine have kept their counsel since then, while also having to cope with the trauma of the princess’s major abdominal surgery followed by her cancer diagnosis and treatment. Over recent months, they have also faced a relentless public relations campaign waged by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex aimed at restoring the California-based couple to the affections of the British public. Worryingly, King Charles has been drawn into this, aided by some key figures of the Establishment behind the scenes.

A royal reconciliation: Since the July meeting [between reps for Harry & Charles], there has been a seemingly endless stream of stories about how the Sussexes want to mend fences with the Royal Family that they have done so much to hurt and damage. The couple achieved their aim earlier this month when the King agreed to meet Harry during his visit to Britain, their first get-together in 19 months. After taking tea with his father at Clarence House, the duke could barely contain his glee as he was pictured smiling broadly. In an interview with anti-monarchist newspaper The Guardian two days later, Harry made clear that he hoped to return to Britain with Meghan, and their children, Prince Archie, aged six, and Princess Lilibet, four. ‘This week has definitely brought that closer,’ Harry declared.

The Sussexes want a royal residence! During his visit, he told friends that he wanted his children to be educated in Britain, as I reported last week. Harry hopes that by the time his children are of an age to attend school here, he and Meghan will be spending more time in Britain, possibly living in a royal residence if relations with the King continue to improve. ‘Harry and Meghan know [there’s no half-in], but what they want is friendly relations with the King and to be in a position to move between Britain and the States regularly with no fears for their security,’ a source tells me.

Undermining the Waleses: The King is, however, in danger of forcing the heir to the throne into a very uncomfortable corner. If he allows this plot to succeed, Harry and Meghan will be back in Britain, undermining Prince William and Catherine without ever having apologised for their appalling behaviour. In his interview with the Left-wing Guardian, Harry claimed that he had nothing for which to apologise, declaring: ‘My conscience is clear.’ The King needs to put his foot down and make clear to his younger son that there will be no more appeasement unless he apologises to William and Catherine. Only then, could a genuine reconciliation be possible.

[From The Daily Mail]

LMAO, Eden’s big, melodramatic exclusive is… exposing that Harry has repeatedly said, on the record, that he’d like to visit the UK more often and that William and Kate are throwing tantrums about it. Girl, you couldn’t think of anything else to write about this week? That’s all you’ve got? “Waity and Peg demand an apology before Harry visits again!!” Man, they really can’t hide the fact that William’s whole world crashed down when Charles and Harry met two weeks ago. Nothing has been the same since.

Here’s how meal planning can improve your nutritional intake:

1. You eat more balanced meals

When you plan meals, you’re bound to end up with the appropriate amount of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, healthy fats, and vegetables. Unless planned, we resort to convenience foods that contain no nutrients. A bit of planning in advance enables each plate to be properly balanced and nutritious.

2. It decreases unhealthy snacking

When there isn’t a meal plan, hunger strikes hard and that’s when biscuits, chips, or sweet foods sneak in. Knowing you have a meal or good snack already prepared reduces impulse eating and makes you more mindful of what you’re eating.

3. You waste less, save more

Planning means you only purchase what you require, so fewer moldy vegetables and stale cupboard contents. That’s good for your purse and good for the environment, too. Less thrown away, more nutrients. Also read | Dietician shares veg and non-veg Indian meal plans for sustainable weight loss

4. You get to choose portions and ingredients

Home preparation enables you to control portions, parameters that you cannot control when you are ordering it. This places you in control of your health, particularly when you suffer from metabolic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, or PCOS.

5. It encourages variety

Meal planning makes you think creatively with ingredients and experiment with new recipes. This means that you’re consuming a wider range of nutrients, which ensures everything from gut health to immunity stays in top condition.

6. It minimises stress at mealtime

No more last-minute rushes or what’s for dinner tonight anxiety. When meals are pre-planned, you won’t resort to sloppy, unhealthy meals, and will get to enjoy your food. Also read | Effective meal planning tips to save money and stay healthy
