Giorgio Armani’s name is synonymous with elegance and timeless style. The Italian designer, who passed away at age 91 on September 4, 2025, transformed the fashion industry with his unstructured tailoring and minimalist designs that redefined modern luxury. His death came just as the Armani brand was preparing to celebrate its 50th anniversary, a milestone marking five decades of his enduring influence on fashion. From dressing Hollywood stars on the red carpet to building a global empire with Armani Privé, Emporio Armani, and Armani Exchange, Armani’s vision reached far beyond the runway. Along the way, he also amassed an extraordinary fortune.

Below, learn more about him and how much the late designer was worth at the time of his death.

Who Was Giorgio Armani?

Born on July 11, 1934, in Piacenza, Italy, Armani originally studied medicine before shifting to photography and then fashion. He began his career as a window dresser at Milan’s La Rinascente department store before moving into design at Nino Cerruti in the 1960s.

In 1975, Armani founded his own label with his partner Sergio Galeotti, introducing a new vision of menswear defined by unstructured tailoring and a softer silhouette. This minimalist yet luxurious style quickly became his signature, setting him apart in an era of more rigid fashion. By the 1980s, Armani had expanded into womenswear, fragrances, eyewear, accessories, and later hotels, creating one of the world’s most diversified lifestyle brands.

Armani remained at the helm until the end, still overseeing collections and company projects in his final days. His death came just weeks before the brand’s planned 50th-anniversary celebration at Milan Fashion Week.

The company wrote in an Instagram statement translated from Italian, “Mr. Armani, as he was always called with respect and admiration by employees and collaborators, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones. Tireless, he has worked until the last days, dedicating himself to the company, to the collections, to the different and always new projects in being and to becoming.”

What Was Giorgio Armani’s Net Worth?

At the time of his death, Armani’s personal fortune was estimated between $9.4 billion (per Bloomberg) and $12.1 billion (per Forbes).

How Much Is the Armani Company Worth?

The Armani Group, under Armani’s sole ownership, was valued at roughly $9 billion, with 2024 revenues around €2.3 billion (about $2.7 billion). The company includes ventures in fashion, fragrances, home goods, hotels, and hospitality.

Is Cory Booker Married? Meet the Senator’s Fiancée & Past Girlfriends – Hollywood Life

Senator Cory Booker’s political career keeps him busy, but his personal life has often shared the spotlight. After a high-profile romance with actress Rosario Dawson, the New Jersey lawmaker announced his engagement to girlfriend Alexis Lewis in 2025.

He shared the news on social media on September 2, writing, “Alexis is one of the greatest unearned blessings of my life. She has transformed me, helping me to ground and center my inner life, and discover the joys of building a nurturing home with someone you love. I’m thrilled to share: Alexis and I are engaged!”

With the exciting update, learn whether Booker has ever been married before and more about his relationship history below.

Is Cory Booker Married?

No, Senator Booker is not married yet. He has never been married but announced his engagement to Lewis in September 2025.

He added in his caption, “I am savoring the soul-affirming wonder of everyday life with my partner, best friend, and now my fiancée. We are excited for this journey ahead, having so much fun, and feeling deeply grateful for the love, support, and energy so many of you have shared with us. We are truly blessed to be surrounded by such a beautiful community lifting us in love and commitment.”

Rosario Dawson

Booker was in a relationship with actress, producer and activist Rosario Dawson from 2019 to 2022. The couple even moved in together during Booker’s 2020 presidential run.

While speaking with The Washington Post in 2019, Booker recalled the moment when his and Dawson’s connection became clear. “I mean, gosh, that night we talked for hours and hours,” he told the publication. “I had trouble asking for her phone number … I think I said something really stupid like, ‘Uh, how would I get in touch with you?’ And she mercifully said something like, ‘Oh, you want my phone number?’ And my insides were like, ‘Hell, yeah!’”

That year, Booker also gushed about how “deeply soulful” Dawson is as a person while discussing their relationship with Ellen DeGeneres. “She is just a deeply soulful person and has taught me a lot of lessons about love already,” he said, per Ebony. “Sometimes you show the greatest strength when you make yourself vulnerable. She really has this nurturing spirit that’s made me more courageous, not just in the love I project and want to see in our country, but I think in our own personal relationships to love more fearlessly.”

For her part, Dawson praised Booker in an early 2021 Instagram post after he kept his senate seat. “So proud of and grateful for you my love. I got to vote for you here in New Jersey and am so glad that you overwhelmingly and rightfully won your seat again,” the Dopesick alum wrote at the time. “To know your leadership will continue to guide us with love, brilliance, patience, grace and effectiveness is the kind of representation and hope we need.”

Despite their breakup, Booker and Dawson have remained on good terms, and the actress has even kept photos of them together on her Instagram. After Booker announced his engagement to Lewis, Dawson showed her support by commenting on his post, “Love Love! Congratulations you two! ❤️❤️”

Cleo Wade

Before Booker dated Dawson, he was in a relationship with artist and Instagram poet Cleo Wade, Page Six reported in 2016. The former couple were spotted at various events together at the time.

Wade was a stylist for pop star Katy Perry, per Page Six.

Who Is Francoise Galpin in ‘Wednesday’ Season 2? Meet Tyler’s Mother – Hollywood Life

Season 2 of Wednesday introduced us to brand-new characters, and some of them tell Tyler Galpin’s (Hunter Doohan) backstory. During part 2 of the second season, viewers learned that Tyler’s mom, Francoise Galpin, was at Willow Hill. Below, Hollywood Life has compiled all the details we know about Francoise, her life and her family.

(Warning: spoilers are ahead for all of season 2 of Wednesday)

Is Wednesday Getting a Season 3?

Yes! Our favorite creepy and kooky and mysterious and spooky character is coming back for a third round, Netflix confirmed earlier this year. Season 2 ended with Wednesday’s best friend and roomie, Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers), transforming into an alpha werewolf, which forces her to flee Nevermore and live a life of solitude. So, what does this mean for season 3?

Miles Millar, co-showrunner and co-creator of Wednesday, told Netflix’s Tudum that fans “should be very worried for Enid” now that we know her fate. “We’re certainly worried for Enid,” Miles added.

“It’s a big deal for Enid and getting out of this is going to be difficult,” Miles continued. “Female friendship and sisterhood is the heart and soul of the show. Wednesday and Enid had some ups and downs this season, but that moment of pure sacrifice is a really great climactic moment for Enid’s arc this season.”

As for Emma, the actress said her character “is going to be stuck as a werewolf, having some crazy adventures up in Canada. But she’s going on a journey to find how to turn back into a human.”

“Wolf-Enid probably expects Wednesday to come find and help her — or, at least, I imagine she hopes for it,” Emma added.

As for Tyler, Wednesday’s former love interest, he becomes a complicated ally, dare we say, at the end of season 2.

Who Is Francoise Galpin in Wednesday?

Francoise Galpin is Tyler’s mom. That’s right — she’s isn’t dead, like he thought, and she’s a Hyde just like her son. Francoise is also the former wife of Sheriff Donovan Galpin. A former normie, Francoise was institutionalized at Willow Hill after giving birth to Tyler after her postpartum depression unearthed her Hyde nature.

Morticia strikes a deal with Francoise to spare Wednesday and keep Tyler away from Jericho, and the mother and son have a touching moment before viewers see her cough up blood — and indication that she’s withering away without a master. Hydes need a master to survive, but females can live without one for a while; males, however, can’t.

Francoise temporarily serves as Tyler’s master to ensure he survives, but how long can that last?

Who Is Isaac Night in Wednesday?

Isaac — a.k.a Slurp the zombie — is Francoise’s brother and Tyler’s uncle. Slurp escapes from Willow Hill just like the Galpin family did and eats multiple victims’ brains in his path. Over time, Slurp morphs back into human form, revealing his mortal self, Isaac, whose story traces back to Nevermore Academy.

It turns out that Isaac was the roommate of Wednesday’s father, Gomez, while they attended Nevermore. While there, Isaac tried to save Francoise with a machine from being a Hyde, since it’s practically a death sentence, and he needed Gomez’s help. However, the machine would result in Gomez’s death, which Morticia prevented. The machine broke down and killed Isaac, so Gomez and Morticia buried him in the cemetery until their son, Pugsley, (Wednesday’s brother) resurrected him as the zombie, Slurp.

Netflix’s hit show Wednesday is officially coming back for a third season. The gothic teen series starring Jenna Ortega has become one of the streamer’s most-watched shows, and fans are already eager to know what’s next after the shocking Season 2 finale. While the release date is still under wraps, creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar have confirmed that Season 3 is in the works — with more Addams Family secrets and hints at new storylines ahead.

Gough reflected on the renewal in July 2025, saying, “Television has — and always will be — a team sport. Miles and I have been doing this long enough to know that shows like this don’t come along every day. It’s such an alchemy of writing, directing, acting, crew, streamer, studio, and fans. We remain grateful and excited to continue this journey and tell these stories with all of our partners.”

Below, find out everything we know so far about Wednesday Season 3, from potential cast returns to plot details and more.

Is Wednesday Getting a Season 3?

Yes — Netflix renewed Wednesday for Season 3 on July 23, 2025, even before Season 2 premiered.

When Will Wednesday Season 3 Be Released?

A release date has not been announced. Season 2 arrived a little under three years after the show’s debut in November 2022.

Filming on the second season began in early 2024 after delays caused by the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, which pushed back many productions as unions reached new deals with studios. Season 2 also marked a shift in location, with production moving to Ireland after Season 1 was filmed in Romania from September 2021 to March 2022.

Which Wednesday Cast Members Are Returning for Season 3?

Though the full cast lineup for Season 3 hasn’t been confirmed, it’s expected to include the main ensemble — Ortega, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Emma Myers, Fred Armisen, Joanna Lumley, Hunter Doohan, and others — based on their continued presence in the story’s mythology.

What Will Wednesday Season 3 Be About?

Details remain under wraps, but co-creators Gough and Millar have teased that Season 3 will delve deeper into character arcs, expand the world of Nevermore, and reveal more secrets of the Addams Family. Most intriguingly, the Season 2 finale introduced Aunt Ophelia — the surprise presence scribbling “Wednesday Must Die” in Grandmama’s basement — establishing a major plot thread for Season 3.

NBC’s Today show is finally welcoming back one of its familiar faces. Sheinelle Jones has been absent from the program since January 10, 2025 — the same day Hoda Kotb aired her final episode—after revealing she stepped away to focus on a “family health matter.” On September 2, Savannah Guthrie announced on air that Sheinelle will officially return to Studio 1A on Friday, September 5, 2025. The program will include a pre-taped interview between Savannah and Sheinelle.

From her Today show salary to her impressive career, here’s what to know about Sheinelle’s net worth.

When Did Sheinelle Jones Join the ‘Today’ Show?

According to Distractify, Sheinelle joined the Today show in 2014, making her a mainstay of over a decade. She initially sat in on Weekend Today.

Is Sheinelle Jones Still on ‘Today’?

During Today‘s third hour on Friday, January 10th, co-host Al Roker offered little explanation for the talk-show star’s absence. “Sheinelle is off,” he said during the broadcast’s third hour, according to Parade.  Her absence especially concerned viewers, given that she missed out on Hoda’s farewell celebration that day. Co-anchors Carson Daly, Savannah, and Craig Melvin had no choice but to bid farewell to Hoda during the on-air festivities without Sheinelle.

The talk show beauty sparked a similar wave of concern back in October, when she missed the October 21 and 22 episodes. She later provided an explanation, which included a blend of professional and family duties. “I wasn’t here Friday, I went right outside of Philadelphia to speak with the Society of Professional Women,” she said during the show upon her return. “So many women from the Philadelphia area… but I stayed until the very end and talked to almost every single one of the women when it was over. I love that kind of stuff. Girl power! And then I rushed home and was a soccer mom.”

In May 2025, it was announced that Sheinelle was grieving the loss of her husband, Uche Ojeh, who died from glioblastoma.

On May 23, Savannah said in an update, “With profound sadness, we share this morning that Uche Ojeh, the husband of our dear friend and Today cohost Sheinelle Jones has passed away after a courageous battle with an aggressive form of brain cancer called glioblastoma. There are no words for the pain that we feel for Sheinelle and their three young children. Uche was an incredible person. We all loved him.”

What Is Sheinelle Jones’ Net Worth?

According to Closer, Sheinelle has an impressive net worth of around $25 million, and the outlet cites a staggering annual salary of somewhere between $1 and $5 million per year. The Pennsylvania native has previously worked at Fox affiliate KOKI-TV in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and WTXF in Philadelphia.

How Much Money Does He Have Now? – Hollywood Life

MrBeast’s rise to fame is unmatched. The YouTuber, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has redefined what it means to be a content creator. With viral stunts, massive giveaways, and a business empire that spans everything from snacks to streaming, he’s become a household name—and a serious earner.

So, just how much money has he made by now? Find out more about his massive net worth below.

How Did MrBeast Get Rich?

Donaldson began his YouTube career in 2012 at the age of 13, initially posting gaming content and reaction videos. His major breakthrough came in 2017 with a video where he counted to 100,000—an odd yet captivating stunt that went viral and marked the start of his rise. From there, he leaned into over-the-top challenges, massive giveaways, and philanthropic acts, which quickly grew his audience. As his videos racked up billions of views, he began earning significant income through YouTube’s ad revenue and brand partnerships.

But Donaldson didn’t stop at content creation. He expanded into business with ventures like Feastables, a snack company that reportedly generated $215 million in revenue in 2024, and MrBeast Burger, a virtual restaurant brand that launched in 2020.

In 2024, he announced Beast Games, a reality competition series produced by Amazon Prime Video. The show featured 1,000 contestants competing for a record-breaking $10 million prize—the largest single cash prize in reality television history. The first season premiered on December 19, 2024, and quickly became one of Prime Video’s most popular shows, drawing viewers from within and beyond the US.

On top of that, he founded Beast Philanthropy, a nonprofit that funds food banks, disaster relief, and more. These efforts collectively turned MrBeast into a media empire—and made him one of the richest and most influential creators in the world.

What Is MrBeast’s Net Worth?

As of 2025, MrBeast’s net worth is estimated at $1 billion, according to Celebrity Net Worth. This makes him the world’s youngest self-made billionaire at age 27. His business empire, Beast Industries, generated $473 million in revenue in 2024 and is projected to reach $899 million in 2025, according to Business Insider.

Did MrBeast Buy the NFL?

No — MrBeast did not buy the NFL.

A recent video sparked the rumor after MrBeast humorously posed the question, “What if MrBeast bought the NFL?” in a playful promo alongside NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. The clip, which imagines adding a special 54th roster spot on every team for YouTube creators, was released to promote YouTube’s first-ever exclusive live NFL broadcast, not any actual ownership change. The promo features creators like Dude Perfect, Valkyrae, IShowSpeed, and others—none of which indicates a real takeover.

That said, the stunt was a clever marketing move: YouTube is streaming a Week 1 matchup between the Chargers and Chiefs for free on Friday, September 5, 2025, live from São Paulo, Brazil.

Movie Review: In ‘The Baltimorons,’ emergency dental work prompts an unlikely rom-com | Hollywood

by jummy84 September 3, 2025
written by jummy84

There are all kinds of movies that are either endangered or practically extinct. The big-studio comedy. The original musical. But the sweet and shaggy regular-people movie — more a province of the 1970s, always one that required a little hunting down — is a particularly rare breed.

Movie Review: In ‘The Baltimorons,’ emergency dental work prompts an unlikely rom-com

“Baltimorons” is one of those little movies you might stumble across and be surprised that it hooks you. It does so despite — or more likely because — of its complete lack of flashiness or any self-evident attempt to “hook you.” Instead, it manages that simply with low-key charm and a warm, unpretentious humanity.

Director Jay Duplass’ film is about a young Baltimore man in recovery for two things. Cliff has quit both drinking and improv comedy. If “yes, and” had been his personal mantra, he’s now, after a failed suicide attempt seen in the movie’s first moments, pledged to give up both for his girlfriend, Brittany .

It doesn’t take us long to grasp that this state of affairs is trying for Cliff, a gregarious and easygoing guy, but an aimless one. The alcohol isn’t so much the problem, though. More difficult is going cold turkey on riffing his way through life.

On Christmas Eve, while Cliff is heading to Brittany’s family home for a holiday celebration, he trips and chips his tooth. With most dentist offices closed, he ends up at the door of Didi . Their interactions are, at first, awkward. Cliff is informal and prying; Didi, many years his senior, is more official. As a partner for Cliff’s eager conversation, Didi, a woman with a defeated, just-getting-through-the-day, middle-aged melancholy, would seem about the least genial match.

But each gets little windows into the other’s life. Didi, divorced, learns her daughter won’t be with her that evening — a phone call overheard by Cliff. And when the dental work is done, Cliff realizes his car has been towed. Didi reluctantly offers a ride, and, from there, the two end up on an unlikely Christmas Eve odyssey together, without the supernatural qualities of Dickens but nevertheless with ghosts from the past along the way, such as Didi’s ex-husband and Cliff’s former improv troupe .

“Rom-com” or “May-December romance” would be reasonable labels to put on Duplass’ film, written by him and Strassner. But part of the freewheeling charm of the film is that it doesn’t try to define the relationship that evolves during its lightly paced night. These are just a couple of people a bit disappointed by life, who find each other at the right time.

Jay Duplass and his brother, Mark Duplass , first made their mark in the early ‘00s with micro-budget comedies like “The Puffy Chair.” “The Baltimorons,” though, doesn’t feel like it’s trying to shake up the movie industry. Like its characters, it’s just trying to get by, and maybe find a little companionship along the way.

“The Baltimorons,” an Independent Film Company release, is rated R by the Motion Picture Association for language. Running time: 100 minutes. Three stars out of four.

Does Enid Die in ‘Wednesday’ Season 2? Updates & Spoilers on Her Fate – Hollywood Life

Woe is us after watching the explosive second season of Wednesday. Part 1 revealed one character’s imminent death: Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers). Meanwhile, Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) must race against time to save her best friend and roommate “or die trying.” But is it true — does Enid actually die in part 2 of the series?

Below, Hollywood Life has the answers from the second season of Wednesday. (Warning: spoilers are ahead on Wednesday season 2 part 2)

How to Watch Wednesday Season 2 Episodes

All episodes of Wednesday are streaming on Netflix.

Season 2 of Wednesday premiered in two parts on Netflix. The first four episodes (part 1) dropped on August 6, 2025, followed by the remaining four episodes (part 2) on September 3, 2025. This eight-episode season continues the show’s signature pun-filled tone, beginning with “Here We Woe Again” and continuing with “The Devil You Woe,” “Call of the Woe,” and “If These Woes Could Talk.”

Does Enid Sinclair Die in Wednesday Season 2?

Apparently, Enid might die in season 2 of Wednesday, according to a psychic vision that Wednesday has. As seen in part 1 of season 2, Wednesday envisions Enid’s grave, which reads, “In memory of Enid Sinclair,” then a deceased Enid appears to grab Wednesday’s throat and yell, “I died because of you!”

But fear not, woeful fans! Wednesday successfully stops that vision she had of a dead Enid blaming her, but it comes with a cost.

Wednesday discovers that Enid is an alpha werewolf, which means that she will be alone and be stuck in her wolf form forever. While saving Wednesday from a deadly burial, Enid changes into a wolf for strength. She’s then forced to leave Nevermore to avoid harming anyone.

While speaking with Netflix’s Tudum about her character’s future and season 3, Emma said, “Enid is going to be stuck as a werewolf, having some crazy adventures up in Canada. But she’s going on a journey to find how to turn back into a human. Wolf-Enid probably expects Wednesday to come find and help her — or, at least, I imagine she hopes for it.”

Is Enid Leaving Wednesday After Season 2?

It doesn’t sound like Emma is leaving Wednesday after season 2. While speaking with Tudum, she teased that Enid is on a “journey” to figure out how to become human again.

Creatives behind Wednesday, including director and producer Tim Burton, gushed to Variety in April 2025 about Emma. Collectively, they pointed out that Emma is game to try anything new on set and is easy to work with.

“She just surprises you all the time,” Tim told the outlet about Emma. “I didn’t really learn till this season that she could dance so well. She’s not overly demonstrative as a person, so she just kept surprising me, just with her level of humor and her ability to be chromatic and humorous. I like a mixture of people that can do comedy and be emotional at the same time — and she’s got all of those elements.”

As for Emma, she teased that her character, Enid, has “changed over the summer” and is “grown, and she’s become more comfortable with herself.”
