Dan Rivera, a paranormal investigator known for leading the 2025 “Devils on the Run Tour,” was found dead following a scheduled leg of the tour in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, that featured the allegedly haunted doll Annabelle. Rivera was 54. While the Adams County coroner has since confirmed details surrounding his passing, at the time, fans and paranormal enthusiasts were left speculating about the mystery.

The “Devils on the Run Tour” had just completed its Gettysburg stint that was held at the Soldiers National Orphanage by Ghostly Images of Gettysburg Tours. Rivera helped the tour reach nationwide attention in recent months thanks to his TikTok presence. Per the Evening Sun, Rivera’s tour had completed its final day in Gettysburg in the afternoon on July 13, 2025 — just hours before his death.

The question on many minds was clear: how did Rivera die? Below, Hollywood Life separates fact from fiction.

Who Was Dan Rivera?

Rivera was a paranormal investigator, recently known for leading the “Devils on the Run Tour,” which featured Annabelle, and he worked with the New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR). In addition to his profession, Rivera was also a U.S. Army veteran.

Previously, Rivera was featured on the Travel Channel’s Most Haunted Places as a paranormal investigator. Additionally, he worked as a producer on various shows, such as Netflix’s 28 Days Haunted.

Dan Rivera’s Cause of Death: How Did He Die?

Rivera’s official cause of death was ruled as natural and cardiac-related, according to the Adams County coroner, Francis Dutrow. On September 4, 2025, Dutrow released a statement, obtained by People, which read, “Mr. Rivera had a known history of cardiac issues, which were consistent with the findings. It is also confirmed that Annabelle was not present in the room at the time of his passing.”

In the evening hours of July 13, 2025, Rivera was found dead in his hotel room in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The Evening Sun reported that firefighters and medical staff were called to the hotel at about 8:00 p.m. local time. Both Pennsylvania State Police and the coroner’s office responded to the hotel room to perform an investigation, according to the publication.

Adams County first responders performed CPR on a male patient of Rivera’s age. The Adams County Coroner’s Office said that Rivera’s death did not seem suspicious, per the Evening Sun. He was discovered alone in the hotel room.

“The decedent was discovered in his hotel room by workers,” a police report that was released via X on July 16, 2025, read. “Nothing unusual or suspicious was observed at the scene.

TMZ reported that Rivera was feeling ill hours before he died. Adams County Coroner Dutrow told the outlet that Rivera was “surrounded by coworkers” the morning he died, and they all “parted ways when he told them he was sick and needed to go back to his room to rest.” After Rivera’s coworkers hadn’t heard from him “in a while,” they went to check on him, which was when he was found dead that night.

Does Dan Rivera Have Children?

Yes, Rivera is survived by his four sons, whom he shared with his wife, Sarah Rivera.

Who Is Dan Rivera’s Wife?

Sarah penned two heart-wrenching posts via Facebook on July 14, 2025, calling her late husband the “love of my life and will be forever.”

“We as a family are in pieces as we share the news that Dan Rivera has passed away unexpectedly,” she wrote in a separate Facebook statement. “He was the center of this family and a pillar of love and strength. As a devoted husband, father of four sons, and a staunchly faithful friend, he always had a quiet source of resilience, strength and endless hope. Daniel carried a light and a brave heart everyday through his life and his work. We are currently at a loss for words as we process his loss but are extremely thankful for the love, support and respect during this unimaginable time.”

Where Is Annabelle Currently?

Annabelle was in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, because the doll was scheduled to appear as part of “The Devils on the Run Tour” in the area from July 11 through July 13, 2025. The figurine was previously held at the Warrens’ Occult Museum in Connecticut.

The allegedly haunted doll was scheduled to appear in Rock Island, Illinois, on October 4 and October 5, 2025, as part of the tour.

According to a July 15, 2025, press released by the NESPR, the “Devils on the Run Your” appears to be full stream ahead.

“As we navigate the days ahead, we want to share that although we do not know what the future of NESPR will look like without Dan, we do plan to move forward with the events previously scheduled for this year,” the press release read. “We believe with all our hearts that Dan would have wanted the work to continue — bringing people together, sharing knowledge and honoring the memory of Ed and Lorraine Warren.”

The NESPR added, “We will carry his spirit with us in everything we do.”

Is Annabelle Actually Haunted?

Annabelle is considered a haunted doll, hence why she’s been kept in a glass case for years. Late paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, who was Rivera’s mentor, investigated the doll in the 1970s after a 28-year-old nursing student named Donna from Connecticut claimed the figurine could move by itself and behaved maliciously. The Warrens said a psychic medium informed them that the doll was possessed by a dead girl named Annabelle. To prevent the supposedly possessed doll from harming anyone, the Warrens kept her in a glass case.

In May 2025, viral theories about Annabelle’s whereabouts circulated on social media in reaction to her being featured in the “Devils on the Run” cross-country tour. Contrary to rumors, Annabelle never went missing.

The doll’s story inspired the character and spinoff Annabelle films from The Conjuring universe. The real-life Annabelle doll is a Raggedy Ann plush figurine, not a porcelain doll with angry eyes, rosy cheeks like the one featured in the movies.

Was the Annabelle Doll Near Dan Rivera When He Died?

No, contrary to baseless online speculation, the Annabelle doll was not near Rivera when he died. Adams County Coroner Dutrow told CNN on July 17, 2025, that Annabelle was not in the hotel room where Rivera was found dead.

Is the Annabelle Doll Real? All About the Haunted Raggedy Ann Figure – Hollywood Life

Our worst nightmares may have come true in 2025 when Annabelle, the haunted doll, was rumored to have gone missing. Most horror fans already know that the doll inspired the figurine from The Conjuring films and their spinoffs Annabelle. To make matters even worse this year, paranormal investigator Dan Rivera, who helped lead the “Devils on the Run Tour” featuring Annabelle with the New England Society for Psychic Research, mysteriously died on July 13 at the age of 54.

So, is Annabelle real, and is she actually haunted?

Learn all about Annabelle’s story and what allegedly happened to her in 2025.

Is the Annabelle Doll Real?

Yes, Annabelle is real. She does not look anything like the doll from The Conjuring or the Annabelle movies, though. Instead of a porcelain, wide-eyed, pig-tailed figurine with angular, rosy cheeks, the real Annabelle is a Raggedy Ann doll with the brand’s iconic red hair, a white and multi-patterned dress and a face with wide-set eyes and a triangle nose.

Is Annabelle Really Haunted?

If you believe in the supernatural, yes — Annabelle was declared demonically possessed in the 1970s by Ed and Lorraine Warren. According to the late paranormal investigators, a student nurse was given the doll, and it exhibited odd and inexplicable behavior. After taking it to a psychic, the student was told that it was possessed by a spirit named Annabelle. Despite all attempts to nurture the doll, the student couldn’t handle the alleged eerie behavior, and the Warrens kept the doll locked inside a glass case.

Where Is Annabelle?

Annabelle had lived inside the Warrens’ Occult Museum in Connecticut, which comedian Matt Rife claimed he purchased in August 2025. To this day, she is kept inside a glass case. In July 2025, she was at the Soldiers National Orphanage by Ghostly Images of Gettysburg Tours in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, for the “Devils on the Run Tour.”

Annabelle is scheduled to appear in Rock Island, Illinois, on October 4 and October 5, 2025, as part of the “Devils on the Run Tour.”

Did Annabelle Go Missing in 2025?

No, Annabelle never went missing, despite social media rumors that exploded in May 2025. Paranormal investigator Rivera debunked the rumors by appearing in a social media clip, showing that Annabelle was intact and still in her glass case.

“I just wanna show you guys that Annabelle in the Warrens’ Occult Museum, and let’s check,” Rivera said while recording the inside of the Warrens’ Occult Museum. “Annabelle’s not missing,” Rivera added while filming the doll in its display case.

A social media user who shared Rivera’s clip to Facebook captioned their post, “Some wild and crazy internet rumors this morning claiming that we lost Annabelle. She/it is NOT lost and here’s Dan Rivera with NESPR proving she is back home inside the museum in Connecticut.. for now. And no, Annabelle is not supposed to be in Chicago.”

Dan Rivera’s Cause of Death

The cause of death for Rivera was officially confirmed in early September 2025. The Adams County coroner ruled his passing cardiac-related and natural, consistent with his known history of heart issues. No foul play was suspected.

“Mr. Rivera had a known history of cardiac issues, which were consistent with the findings,” Francis Dutrow, the Adams County coroner, said.

TMZ previously reported that Rivera informed his coworkers he was feeling ill the day he died.

Was Annabelle Near Dan Rivera When He Died?

No, Annabelle was not in the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, hotel room where Rivera was found dead. The Adams County Coroner also added, “It is also confirmed that Annabelle was not present in the room at the time of his passing.”

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has long been a prominent figure in American politics. From running as an independent presidential candidate to publicly backing President Donald Trump, he was ultimately nominated and confirmed as the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services in February 2025. Now a member of Trump’s cabinet, Kennedy—part of the iconic Kennedy family—continues to draw attention not just for his political views, but also for his personal life.

His current wife, actress Cheryl Hines, has been a steady and supportive presence by his side—but who are his ex-wives? HollywoodLife has rounded up everything to know about Kennedy’s current marriage and past relationships, below.

Cheryl and Robert have been married since 2014. They started dating in 2012 after being introduced by Cheryl’s Curb Your Enthusiasm co-star Larry David.

During an October 2024 interview with Us Weekly, Cheryl opened up about her and Robert’s marriage. She noted that, in order to have a long-term relationship, there “has to be a connection.”

“There’s, like, a connection that you look at your husband or your partner and all the crazy going on around you, or you look and you check in and it’s like, ‘OK. It’s going to be OK. We’re going to move through this moment,’” the actress explained. “And, you know, a lot of times it’s funny and you can lean over and say, ‘This is crazy balls,’ and have a moment together and then hold your head up high and go to the next thing.”

When it comes to her husband’s political career, Cheryl pointed out that people “have a lot of feelings about politics, especially in Hollywood, and I don’t know. I mean, so far I feel like it’s OK.”

“I’m OK to have conversations like that with people and, to me, it doesn’t define somebody,” Cheryl said. “To some people it does and it’s like you can’t control it. There’s nothing I can do about it, so I have to let it wash over me.”

Cheryl attended the UFC 314 match in Miami on April 12 alongside her husband, RFK Jr., where Trump appeared to snub the actress after greeting her husband.

Richardson died by suicide in 2012. She was found dead at her home in Bedford, New York.

Jason Zickerman: The Fighter-Turned-Trainer Redefining Hollywood Fitness

Jason Zickerman: The Fighter-Turned-Trainer Redefining Hollywood Fitness

by jummy84 September 5, 2025
written by jummy84

Lights, camera, action! In the dazzling world of Hollywood, where celebrities chase the perfect physique, a new kind of guru has stepped into the spotlight. Meet Jason Zickerman a former pro-MMA fighter who’s rewriting the script on what it means to train like a star.

Forget fad diets, quick fixes, and fleeting workout crazes. Zickerman’s approach isn’t about red-carpet glamour it’s about grit. Drawing from his years in the octagon, he treats his A-list clients not as pampered stars but as fighters-in-training. The result? Workouts that are raw, unapologetic, and, by all accounts, life-changing.

From the Octagon to Hollywood

Zickerman’s journey is anything but conventional. After competing in the high-stakes, high-pressure world of mixed martial arts, he saw an opportunity to bring that same intensity and authenticity to a new arena: Hollywood’s elite fitness scene. Instead of glossy routines and staged workouts, he offers something different: discipline, resilience, and the mentality of a true warrior.

“It’s not about creating brawlers,” Zickerman emphasizes. His mission is to instill a fighter’s mindset in his clients. That means confronting fear, embracing discomfort, and finding strength where you didn’t think it existed. For actors, musicians, and entertainers used to life under the microscope, this mental fortitude is just as valuable as the physical results.

The Warrior’s Mindset

Step into one of Zickerman’s training sessions, and you’ll quickly see the difference. These aren’t just workouts they’re battles. Each punch, each drill, each grueling round is designed to push clients beyond their limits. The goal isn’t only to sculpt a body fit for the screen, but to forge resilience that transcends the gym.

It’s fitness as self-discovery. Hollywood’s biggest names are finding that Zickerman’s methods help them reclaim control of their bodies and minds in an industry that often demands perfection. With him, they’re not just training for roles they’re training for life.

More Than a Trainer, a Game-Changer

Zickerman is proving that authenticity resonates, even in a city built on illusion. By bringing the raw, uncompromising energy of MMA into Hollywood’s glossy gyms, he’s redefining what it means to be fit. His clients aren’t just building muscle they’re building confidence, grit, and a new sense of purpose.

In a town where trends come and go, Jason Zickerman is carving out something timeless. His formula is simple but powerful: train hard, think like a fighter, and embrace the journey. Whether you’re an actor prepping for a role or simply someone looking for transformation, his philosophy is the same anyone can become a champion, in the ring and in life.

Jason Zickerman isn’t just another trainer. He’s a movement, a mindset, and a reminder that true strength comes from within. Hollywood has found its new fitness icon, and this one doesn’t just promise results he delivers them, one warrior at a time.

Willow Sage Hart is Pink‘s daughter, and she has blossomed into a talented and amazing teen. The pop star shares Pink with husband Carey Hart, and Willow inherited her mom’s impressive vocal skills! Previously, she teamed up with Pink to release an uplifting and original song, “Cover Me In Sunshine.” The song goes to show that Willow is following in the footsteps of her Grammy-winning mom.

“We thought we’d put it out around Valentine’s Day as a big old hug and kiss to all y’all,” Pink explained.

Pink’s daughter has amazed fans with her singing voice.

At the time when she and Pink released that single, Willow was just 9 years old. Now, she’s 14 and in middle school!

Willow performed on ‘The Disney Holiday Singalong’

Willow also showed off her singing skills during ABC’S airing of The Disney Holiday Singalong in Nov. 2020. At the time, not many fans had been aware of Willow’s special talent, so viewers were stunned when the nine-year-old teamed up with her mom to sing Nat King Cole‘s “The Christmas Song.”

However, that was not the first time Willow did a duet with her mom. She made her recording debut on “A Million Dreams (Reprise)” from The Greatest Showman: Reimagined in 2018 (you can listen above).

Willo is also known for her punk rock hair

While Willow has picked up her mom’s musical skills, the young singing sensation got her punk rock flair from both her mom AND dad (he’s a famous BMX star, in case you didn’t know). Willow got a shaved mohawk hair makeover in Sept. 2019, and is currently sporting a rock and roll-approved pixie cut.

Willow has a younger brother named Jameson

Willow is the older sister of Pink and Carey’s four-year-old son, Jameson Moon Hart. He too made his singing debut on TikTok, which led many fans to tease that Willow’s adorable brother has a future in “metal” rock. While Jameson is healthy and rocking now, Pink revealed that he was “really sick” amid a scary battle with COVID-19 in April of 2020. The “So What” singer fell ill with the virus too, which got so bad, she had to go on “nebulizers for the first time in 30 years” (Pink suffers from asthma). Fortunately, Willow and her dad, Carey, managed to stay healthy.

There is a special meaning behind Willow’s name

Pink may be a Hollywood superstar, but actually took inspiration from nature for her firstborn’s name. “The willow is my favorite tree. I grew up near one. It’s the most flexible tree in nature and nothing can break it — no wind, no elements. It can bend and withstand anything. I love that sentiment. I want that for her,” Pink told People in Dec. 2020.

“Sage is cleansing and sacred,” Pink continued. “And it sounded great together. It doesn’t hurt that her last name is Hart — flexible cleansed heart.”

Updates on the Christy Martin Biopic – Hollywood Life

by jummy84 September 5, 2025
written by jummy84

Sydney Sweeney is stepping into the boxing ring—or more accurately, punching it—for what might be her most physically and emotionally demanding role yet. In Christy, the new biopic premiering at TIFF, the Emmy-nominated actress portrays legendary boxer Christy Martin. Sweeney, 27, committed fully to the role, even literally delivering real punches alongside her co-stars. “Every single fight you see, we are actually punching each other. We are going full force,” she told Vanity Fair—and yes, she emerged with bruises and concussions to prove it.

She’s also making her case beyond the ring: “I was blown away that her story wasn’t more known on a universal, global level,” Sweeney said of Martin, calling her “one of the most harrowing and inspiring women that I’ve ever met in my entire life.” That emotional weight is underscored by Sweeney’s physical transformation—training for months, gaining more than 30 pounds, and stepping fully into Martin’s shoes.

With production wrapped and excitement growing over Sweeney’s transformative performance, many fans are eager to know more about the film, the true story behind it, and when it will hit theaters. Find out more about the Christy Martin boxing biopic below.

Who Is Christy Martin?

Martin is a groundbreaking American professional boxer who rose to fame in the 1990s, earning the nickname “The Coal Miner’s Daughter.” She’s widely credited with bringing women’s boxing into the mainstream, becoming the first woman signed by promoter Don King and fighting on high-profile cards. Martin won the WBC women’s super welterweight title and retired with a record of 49 wins, 7 losses, and 3 draws.

Beyond her victories, Martin’s story resonated with fans for her courage outside the ring as well. In 2010, she survived a near-fatal attack by her then-husband and manager, James Martin. She later testified against him in court, and today she uses her platform to advocate against domestic violence while continuing to mentor young fighters.

What Is ‘Christy’ Starring Sydney Sweeney About?

The film—directed by David Michôd and co-written with Mirrah Foulkes—chronicles Martin’s rise in the 1990s, her role in breaking barriers for women’s boxing, and the deeply personal struggles she endured behind the scenes. It doesn’t shy away from her survival story after the 2010 domestic violence attack that nearly cost her life, making the biopic both a sports drama and an intimate portrait of resilience.

Michôd described the project as “a wild mix of inspiring underdog sports-world story and personal saga,” praising Sweeney’s dedication: “Sydney trained her butt off to play the part. The beauty of Sydney is that she turned up to work every day with her tail wagging, ready to go. No matter how tough it was, she was like a ray of sunshine.”

Sweeney transformed physically and emotionally for the role, gaining over 30 pounds and committing to a grueling daily training regimen. “I loved it,” she told W Magazine. “I had about three and a half months of training. I started eating. I weight-trained in the morning for an hour, kickboxed midday for about two hours, and then weight-trained again at night for an hour.”

Is the Christy Martin Biopic Based on a True Story?

Yes. The film is a true-to-life portrayal of Martin’s journey, from her barrier-breaking success in professional boxing to her survival and recovery after enduring a brutal domestic violence incident.

When Does ‘Christy’ Come Out?

The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in September 2025, where Sweeney’s performance drew immediate attention. According to Deadline, a wider theatrical release is slated for later in 2025, though exact distribution details are still to be announced. Filming wrapped in late 2024.

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, loves being a mom so much. But previously, she confessed to People that she was initially “terrified” to have children because she was worried she’d “be a terrible mother.” And she couldn’t have been more wrong! “But, oh my God, being a mom is the most incredible thing I’ve ever done,” Pink also said in that interview. “It’s shocking how responsible I’ve become.”

Below, learn all about Pink’s kids, Willow Sage and Jameson.

Willow Sage Hart

Pink’s daughter was born on June 2, 2011. “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart,” Pink wrote on Twitter when she announced her daughter’s arrival. “She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy #beyondblessed.”

Willow, now 14, has followed in her mother’s footsteps as a performer. In December 2020, Pink and Willow teamed up for The Disney Holiday Singalong where they performed a duet of the classic “The Christmas Song.” Willow was then featured on her mom’s 2021 single “Cover Me In Sunshine,” dueting with the popstar on a heartfelt ballad. A few months later, Willow joined her mom on stage at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards for an impressive aerial routine. Willow also has other passions that Pink revealed in a 2021 interview with People. “Willow does gymnastics and reads Harry Potter and is convinced she’s going to Hogwarts when she’s 11, and I don’t have the heart to tell her that she’s not,” the “So What” singer said.

Jameson Moon Hart

Pink’s son was born on December 26, 2016, and she announced his arrival on Instagram. The singer shared a photo of her husband holding baby Jameson, with the caption, “I love my baby daddy.”

Jameson, now 8, is the most adorable little boy and he’s so loved by both his parents. Pink frequently posts footage of Jameson doing all kinds of different activities on her social media. Jameson has also been to many red carpet events with his famous mom and the rest of their family. In an interview with People, Pink revealed that her son “wants to be an astronaut.” She also said that both Jameson and Willow are “normal kids.”

King Charles III is decently healthy at the age of 76. However, the monarch, who is married to his wife, Queen Camilla, revealed he was diagnosed with a “form of cancer” that was discovered following a surgery. The diagnosis reportedly “shocked” multiple insiders from Buckingham Palace, according to People.

“I was really shocked when I heard it,” the source told the publication on February 6, before adding, “He has not looked himself. I put it down to grief — he’d had two deaths close together — but maybe he wasn’t well, without realizing so. It would take it out of him.”

King Charles’ health has been at the upmost importance for the Palace since he became king after the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth II, who lived to the age of 96. In May 2025, his son Prince Harry made a rare comment about his estrangement from his family and noted he wanted “reconciliation” with his father.

“Life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has,” Harry acknowledged in a BBC interview that month. “He won’t speak to me because of this security stuff. But it would be nice to reconcile. … I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore.”

Here’s everything you need to know about King Charles III’s health.

King Charles III Was Treated for an Enlarged Prostate

Buckingham Palace released a statement on January 17, 2024, announcing that King Charles was going to be hospitalized for an upcoming surgery.

“In common with thousands of men each year, The King has sought treatment for an enlarged prostate,” the statement read. “His Majesty’s condition is benign and he will attend hospital next week for a corrective procedure. The King’s public engagements will be postponed for a short period of recuperation.”

News of King Charles’ surgery broke the same day that Kensington Palace announced that his daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, was hospitalized for a “planned abdominal surgery.” The Palace confirmed that Kate’s surgery was successful and she was recovering.

What Is an Enlarged Prostate?

An enlarged prostate, called Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), can cause bladder, urinary tract or kidney problems, according to the Mayo Clinic. The condition becomes more common with age, especially in men over 50. Treatments include medicines, surgery and other procedures.

How Is King Charles III’s Health Today?

Charles and Camilla were seen leaving The London Clinic on January 29, 2024. The palace gave the latest update on Charles’ health that same day “The King was this afternoon discharged from hospital following planned medical treatment and has rescheduled forthcoming public engagements to allow for a period of private recuperation,” the palace said in a statement, according to ABC News.

The Royal Family’s Instagram account released a statement on January 29, as well. “Thank you to all those who have sent their good wishes during The King’s hospital stay,” the statement read. “His Majesty is delighted that his diagnosis is having a positive impact on public health awareness.”

Shortly after his procedure, Camilla visited Aberdeen, Scotland, and in a video by ITV reporter Chris Ship, she said that he was doing well after the procedure. “He’s fine, thank you very much. Looking forward to getting back to work,” she said in the clip shared on X.

A palace insider also opened up about why the monarch decided to be candid about the health issues and disclose exactly what was going on. “It was sensible to be more open about it, as otherwise, people might have thought the worst,” the source told PEOPLE for a January 25, 2024 report.

On January 26, 2024, Queen Camilla was seen leaving the London Clinic where her husband was staying. As she walked out, she told reporters in a separate online video that Charles is “fine.” PEOPLE reported that the king was doing well following the procedure.

Unfortunately, doctors discovered that Charles has a form of cancer, Buckingham Palace confirmed in a public statement on February 5, 2024.

“During The King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted. Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer,” the palace’s statement read. “His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties. Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”

Charles spoke out about the support he’s received since his going public with his diagnosis in an Instagram post on February 11, 2024. “I would like to express my most heartfelt thanks for the many messages of support and good wishes I have received in recent days,” he said. “As all those who have been affected by cancer will know, such kind thoughts are the greatest comfort and encouragement.”

King Charles III’s Past Health Issues

King Charles has dealt with minimal health issues in his lifetime. Back in 2003, when he was still Prince Charles, he hurt his hernia laying hedges in the gardens at one of his estates and underwent a “fairly routine operation,” according to the BBC. In 2008, he had a “minor and routine” procedure to remove a non-cancerous growth from his face, according to the Associated Press.

King Charles has also had COVID-19 twice. He first tested positive for the virus in March 2020 as the worldwide pandemic began. At the time, his spokesperson told PEOPLE that Charles was in “good spirits” and continued working at home amid “mild symptoms.” He tested positive for the virus a second time in February 2022. Clarence House said in a statement that he was “self-isolating” until he was free to resume his royal duties.
