Toosii’s Game Just Got Bigger

Recently, Toosii announced he received an offer to join Sacramento State’s football program, proving his hustle isn’t limited to music. While he’s been grinding in the rap game, it’s clear he’s been putting in work on the field too, balancing two very different worlds. Now, fans are buzzing, wondering if Toosii is about to level up his athletic career and head into the NFL. One thing’s for sure: when Toosii sets his sights on something, he goes all in.

In an Instagram photo dump, Toosii repped the school’s team, rocking a green and white Sacramento State football jersey, with shots of him both in the locker room and out on the field. And, in a proud caption, he revealed:

“Man the lord is powerful Blessed to receive an offer from Sacramento State. Thank you and big shout to Head Coach [Brennan M.] and Coach [C.J. Pollard] This don’t even feel real man. I’m speechless right now I don’t even know what to say.”

The Internet Is Buzzing About Toosii’s Big Move

Fans flooded The Shade Room comment section with all kinds of reactions after Toosii’s big announcement. Some congratulated him and cheered him on, hoping to see him make it all the way to the NFL. Meanwhile, others were curious about his age, and a few just wanted to know if he’s juggling any other side hustles besides music and football.

One Instagram user @lifewluhkel said, “Imagine he actually make it to the nfl tho 😭 lowkey raw“

Instagram user @thesariyahmonae_ added, “I love when rappers have side quests 😂”

This Instagram user @lifewluhkel added, “Soulja boy got 5 minutes to respond“

And, Instagram user @kayla.parrilla commented, “Chasing your dream will always be a flex 👏🔥”

Meanwhile, Instagram user @pollyhewittt shared, “How can you hate on him chasing his dreams!! I hope he make it to the NFL!“

While Instagram user @thefinelex_ commented, “Ummmm how old is he?“

Instagram user @_tamiadanielle wrote, “Idk I like a football career on him way better than rapping for some reason“

Lstly, Instagram user @thatslawson shared, “How u on tour & on the field same season?“

Toosii Stays Making The Internet Stop In Its Tracks

The last time Toosii dropped a surprise announcement, the internet was literally in shambles. Since keeping things low-key about his family, Toosii surprised fans with the music video for his new song, ‘Even Then,’ giving a rare, heartfelt peek into his life with alleged partner, Samaria, and their son, Ezrah. The sweetest moment? The official reveal of their baby girl’s name — Aliza — wrapped up with a touching thank-you to his whole family that had fans feeling all the emotions.

FM26 release date confirmed, as Football Manager finally comes back

by jummy84 September 10, 2025
written by jummy84

Returning players won’t need to be reminded that last year’s FM25 ended up being cancelled, with the franchise’s shift to a new game engine ultimately being a bigger, longer, more difficult job than the team at Sports Interactive initially anticipated.

And now, with the Football Manager social media accounts recently having lurched back to life, there’s a big reason to celebrate.

As Sports Interactive has announced today, the FM26 release date has been confirmed as 4th November 2025.

This, of course, is slap-bang in the middle of the period in which fans would expect a new Football Manager game to drop.

On 4th November, the computer and console versions will launch across PC, Mac, Xbox and PS5. On that same date, the mobile version will arrive as an Netflix exclusive.

Nintendo Switch players will have to wait a little bit longer, with that version not slated to drop until 4th December 2025.

Here at Radio Times Gaming, we’re very much looking forward to starting a new save and searching for new wonderkids (all the while fearing for our jobs).

Football Manager 2026 will see the introduction of women’s football to the series, at long last, which is sure to open up some fun new avenues for players.

Sports Interactive gaffer Miles Jacobson said in a statement: “I’m honoured and delighted to be revealing Football Manager 26’s release date today.

“Setting Sports Interactive up for the next 20 years and beyond was an enormous undertaking but I couldn’t be prouder of the efforts of the whole team over the past two years.

“FM26 represents a landmark release in our quest to produce football management perfection and the whole studio is really excited to share it with the world.”

FM26 pre-orders are open now with a £49.99 RRP. Bring on November!

Indeed, it’s nice to return to normal scheduling – it’s been a long old wait since FM24 arrived in our lives, hasn’t it?

Football meets food! Rams star Davante Adams celebrating the start of football season by hosting the ultimate house party.

The wide receiver teamed up with Taco Bell to debut Davante’s House, an immersive
experience that brought his crib to SoFi Stadium in honor of his new home in Los Angeles, California.

Taco Bell

Tens of thousands of fans at the Rams vs. Texans game came knocking on his front door, marked 1717, a nod to Adams’ jersey number, before exploring his front yard, complete with a putting green and Taco Bell golf cart.

Inside, partygoers toured a room decked out with the athlete’s memorabilia, filled with his iconic helmets, jerseys awards, and game balls.

Taco Bell

Attendees then made their way to living room, where they visited a Taco Bell counter before kicking back on a cozy couch to watch the game on a flat screen television.

Adams’ walk-in closet was also on display, stocked with pieces from his own personal wardrobe collection, plus limited-edition purple house slippers so guests could make themselves at home too.

Taco Bell

“From day one, teaming up with Taco Bell has been a game-changer,” Adams said in a press release.
“It’s more than just a partnership – it’s about creating something unique that feels authentic to myself and Taco Bell. Bringing innovative ideas and one-of-a-kind experiences to life with such an iconic brand has been incredibly fun and special,” he added.

To keep the party going, Taco Bell Rewards Members can score exclusive merch, like rally towels, collectible keychains, or order the Davante Style Crunchwrap Supreme in the Taco Bell app.

by jummy84 September 7, 2025
written by jummy84

Every fall, the alumni of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) make the trek to their respective alma maters to relish in their glory days. The week-long festivities often continue decades-old traditions, empower fundraising efforts, and celebrate the legacy of campuses big and small. Classics, significant matchups that exist outside of homecomings, are also a space to uplift the institutions through sport and community.

With growing eyes at programs such as Norfolk State University, as former NFL player Michael Vick enters his first season as head coach, or recent interest in Tuskegee University garnered by Love Island breakout star Olandria Carthan, HBCUs have spawned conversations on and off the field ahead of the season.

Still, the fact remains that with or without celebrity attention, HBCUs matter, and homecomings and classics are proof. So, start hydrating for undergrad-inspired partying, reconnecting with former classmates, and dusting off that school-spirited gear.

Read below for a schedule of HBCU classic football matchups and homecoming celebrations.

Ari’s On The Sidelines, But Yosohn’s Running The Field!

Ari took to Instagram with a photo dump that had her followers in their feelings and in her comments. The pics and clips featured Yosohn hitting the field, making plays, and letting everybody know who’s really boss out there. She even rocked a shirt that read, “Somebody’s Loud Mouth Football Mama” — because of course, Ari’s gonna make a statement! While it’s unclear if this was Yosohn’s official flag football debut, it’s safe to say he already got the people talking like he’s a pro!

The Comment Section Doesn’t Play ‘Bout Yosohn

Ari’s and The Shade Room’s comment section lit up fast, with fans giving Yosohn all his flowers. Folks are already saying he’s good at everything he does, predicting an NFL career like it’s written in the stars. One thing they all agreed on? Lil man tore everybody up on that field—periodt!

She shared a video showing off her custom bedazzled football cup, because baybeee, Ari doesn’t do basic! Even Yosohn chimed in, joking that they did her dirty for not including a straw—and honestly, he had a point!

Good news!

“Two identities. One icon. Zero shame.” Meet Chad! 🏈 Hulu has debuted the full official trailer for their new sports comedy series called Chad Powers, ready for streaming starting in September one month from now. We posted the first teaser for this last year during the football season – now it’s finally about to release and they’re dropping more footage. When bad behavior nukes hotshot QB Russ Holliday’s college career, he disguises himself (using prosthetics?!) and walks onto a struggling Southern football team as the talented, affable Chad Powers. The supremely talented Glen Powell stars as Powers – he also co-created, co-wrote, and is executive producing the series through his production co-banner Barnstorm Productions. This stars Powell as Russ Holliday / Chad Powers, Perry Mattfeld as Ricky, Quentin Plair as Coach Byrd, Wynn Everett as Tricia, Frankie A. Rodriguez as Danny, and Steve Zahn as Jake Hudson. This actually looks like good fun. It’s a very ridiculous premise, but somehow Powell might just pull this off. Take a look below.

Here’s the main official trailer (+ poster) for Hulu’s comedy series Chad Powers, direct from YouTube:

“This is beautiful, twisted artwork… Feels good to do a role the audience had never seen me do.” Universal has debuted a few new featurettes to watch for the movie Him, a freaky original horror concept involving an ambitious football player who gives up his soul to become the GOAT. This is produced by Jordan Peele for Monkeypaw, made by filmmaker Justin Tipping as his second feature after Kicks previously. A promising young football player named Cameron Cade joins an isolated compound to train under a dynasty team’s aging quarterback – but there’s something else sinister going on in this place. “A chilling journey into the inner sanctum of fame, idolatry and the pursuit of excellence at any cost, featuring an electrifying dramatic performance from Marlon Wayans.” Starring former college wide-receiver Tyriq Withers as Cameron Cade, with Julia Fox, Tim Heidecker, Jim Jefferies, and Marlon Wayans. This promo is focused on Wayans, though it’s barely 30 seconds long and his clips are very heavily edited. I am still pumped for this movie! I’m hoping it’s really as good as it looks! Him Horror Movie Featurette

You can watch the teaser trailer for Justin Tipping’s Him horror movie right here for the first look again.

“Greatness demand sacrifice.” 🏈 Him stars wide-receiver Tyriq Withers as Cameron Cade, a rising-star quarterback who has devoted his life, and identity, to football. On the eve of professional football’s annual scouting Combine, Cam is attacked by an unhinged fan & suffers potentially career-ending brain trauma. Just when all seems lost, Cam receives a lifeline when his hero, Isaiah White (Marlon Wayans most recently in Air, Respect), a legendary eight-time Championship quarterback & cultural megastar, offers to train Cam at Isaiah’s isolated compound that he shares with his celebrity influencer wife, Elsie White (Julia Fox). But as Cam’s training accelerates, Isaiah’s charisma begins to curdle into something darker, sending his protégé down a disorienting rabbit hole that may cost him more than he ever bargained for…

Him is directed by up-and-coming American filmmaker Justin Tipping, making his second feature after directing the film Kicks previously; plus a director of episodes of “The Chi”, “Twenties”, “Run the World”, “Flatbush Misdemeanors”, “Joe vs. Carole” series most recently. The Blacklist screenplay is written by Zack Akers & Skip Bronkie and Justin Tipping. Produced by Ian Cooper, Jordan Peele, Win Rosenfeld, Jamal M. Watson. Made by Monkeypaw Productions. Universal will release Tipping’s Him horror movie in theaters nationwide starting on September 19th, 2025 coming up later this year. Look totally nuts? Who’s down?
