Shah Rukh himself arrived with his wife, Gauri, at the event and launched the preview of the show. Shah Rukh Khan himself introduced Aryan Khan to the people. That is why I have been practicing this speech again and again for two days. In fact I am so nervous that I have put it on my teleprompter too.’

He further said, ‘Just in case the power goes out here, I have written it on a piece of paper. And even then, if I make a mistake, then Papa is there. And even after all this, if I make a mistake, please forgive me because this is my first time.’ After this, Aryan takes two steps back in full swag and says, ‘The only purpose of making this show was to provide a lot of entertainment to a lot of people, in a lot of places. This show has been created after four years of hard work, countless discussions, thousands of takes. And I want to thank those people without whom this show is impossible. And now I would like to call my mother on stage, who is producing this show. And most importantly, she has produced me.’
Nearly two years after Nic Kerdiles was killed in a motorcycle crash, Todd Chrisley is speaking about the tragedy for the first time. The late former hockey player was engaged to Todd’s daughter Savannah Chrisley before they split in 2021, and Todd formed a close relationship with him during the pair’s time together.
“Out of respect for the love that we have for him, I will tell you, it was the hardest thing that I have ever dealt with in my life,” Todd admitted on the Chrisley Confessions 2.0 podcast. “For those of you who don’t know, Nic Kerdiles was one of the finest, funniest, kindest young men, and I so wanted he and Savannah to be married. I wanted grandchildren, and that didn’t come to pass.”
Savannah was visiting her father in prison when she learned that Nic had died in September 2023. Although almost two years have passed, Todd said his heart is still “not healed.” He also told listeners that he’s “never talking about” this topic again and gave some insight into the relationship he maintained with Nic, even after his split from Savannah.
“Even when they broke up, I still had lunch with Nic,” Todd shared. “I still talked to Nic every day.” Julie Chrisley noted that Nic supported the family amid Todd and Julie’s legal issues, and Todd added, “He and Savannah were no longer together, but he was still there for us.”
Todd and Julie began their prison sentences for tax evasion and bank and wire fraud in January 2023. They were released in May after being fully pardoned by Donald Trump.
“There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of [Nic],” Todd said. “I think I still grieve what could have been because I had always hoped that they would find their way back.”
Brandon Blackstock’s daughter, Savannah Blackstock Lee, wrote a touching tribute to her father on Tuesday. Brandon died on Aug. 7 at the age of 48 following a three-year battle with cancer.
“My daddy never fell short of making my dreams come true. No matter how high or how far, he made a way. Not only did he make my dreams come true, he chased them with me,” Savannah wrote on Instagram. “Worldwide he was there, my biggest cheerleader. He is my best friend, my voice of reason, and my favorite phone call every day.”
Savannah opened up about her faith, sharing that over “the past 6 months my dad gifted me a new avenue of our relationship, and that was a relationship centered in Jesus.” She continued, “He always loved the Lord, but 6 months ago he sought the Lord.” Savannah wrote that 12 days ago her father “blessed me the most valuable gift I could’ve asked for,” adding, “The gift of knowing where he is today, in Heaven with our Savior.”
She ended her tribute on a heartfelt note, writing, “I lost a piece of my heart and my favorite Cowboy, but Heaven gained an angel. I’m so thankful for the time I did have and I can’t wait for eternity. I love you daddy and I will miss you indefinitely. Enjoy your ranch up there, God designed it with your heart’s desires in mind.”
In her post, Savannah also included a carousel of photos with her father, including images of Brandon at her wedding and with her son, Lake, and husband, Quentin Lee. A month before her father’s death, Savannah shared that she is expecting another child with Quentin.
Along with Savannah, Brandon also had a son, Seth, from a previous marriage. He later married Kelly Clarkson, with whom they shared two children. Clarkson and Blackstock finalized their divorce in 2022, nine years after tying the knot.
“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away,” Blackstock’s family said in a statement shortly after his death. “He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family.”
