Many actors face pressure to maintain a youthful appearance, which leads to heavy social media criticism. While some, like Rajkummar Rao and Khushi Kapoor, have admitted to using such treatments, actress Divya Khossla has strongly voiced her disapproval of cosmetic enhancements.

Divya said that many people who go through these treatments end up looking very similar. Speaking to News 18, she said, “You can tell which doctor someone has gone to just by looking at their face.”

Divya shared that she prefers natural beauty and credits her upbringing and mother for that belief. “I never felt the need to follow beauty trends. I’ve never used fillers or Botox. My mother didn’t even let me bleach my face,” she revealed.

She also criticized young celebrities like Kylie Jenner, saying that using cosmetic treatments at a young age can make people look older. “Kylie started very young and now looks older than her age. It’s better to let ourselves age naturally, we might even look better as we grow,” she said.

Divya added that she avoids editing her photos with AI and prefers keeping some imperfections. “I hate it when my pictures are overly touched up. Some edits don’t even look like me,” she admitted. Despite facing criticism about her round face, Divya says she’s confident in how she looks. “I don’t fit the usual beauty standards, and I’m okay with that. I’m not obsessed with mirrors or make-up. What really matters is inner beauty,” she concluded.

On the work front, Divya was latest seen in Ek Chatur Naar brings together Divya Khossla and Neil Nitin Mukesh for the first time in a story revolving around a woman who is sharp with her wit and tries to outsmart everyone around her. Promising a complete rollercoaster of laughter and drama, Ek Chatur Naar lands in theatres on 12th September.

‘Doctors Didn’t Think I’d Go Back on Stage Again’

Back in March, Mötley Crüe postponed their Las Vegas residency under mysterious circumstances, revealing only that their frontman Vince Neil had to “undergo a medical procedure.” Now, Neil is opening up about what happened: He shared with the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he suffered a stroke during his sleep on Christmas and was forced to learn to walk again and underwent months of physical therapy.

He recalled in the interview, “My whole left side went out. I had to learn to walk again, and that was tough. The doctors said they didn’t think I’d be able to go back on stage again. I go, ‘No, no, I’m gonna do it. Watch and see.’”

Zach Roerig (who would go on to play Matt Donovan), Michael Trevino (who would land the role of Tyler Lockwood), Nathanial Buzolic (later cast as Kol), and 7th Heaven star David Gallagher, with Julie admitting of the latter, “He impressed us so much originally…but the whole 7th Heaven thing, I wonder if he’ll ever be able to get past that.” (She would later cast him as a werewolf after seeing Super 8.)

And then, finally, they found their guys: Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder.

“Paul and Ian kind of came in late in the process. Paul auditioned like 15 times, and Ian kind of appeared out of the blue,” Julie said. For her part, Nina recalled Paul (who first read for Damon!) standing out from the rest of the guys reading opposite her in the chemistry reads: “The only one who wasn’t trying too hard, that didn’t speak to me at any point unless we were filming, was Paul Wesley,”she told EW, “so it’s funny to think that he did the right thing,”

Prince William and Kate stepped out yesterday at London’s Natural History Museum. They were checking out the newly “transformed” gardens. While the big news was obviously Kate’s terrible wig, W&K actually had a prearranged photo-op set up. They had a group of kids taken out of school so that William and Kate could pose with some minority youths. Before the staged photo-op could happen, the heavens opened up and torrential rain came pouring down on all the king’s wiglets. Luckily, Kate and William had separate umbrellas. Unfortunately, the children did not. Kate and William did not offer to shelter any of the kids under their umbrellas either, leaving several of the kids screaming bloody murder as their clothes, hair and skin got soaked in the downpour.

This is so awful. The still photos are awful too. It’s not like the kids were completely panicked, but they were definitely upset. I would imagine that the kids’ parents are probably pretty upset too, especially when they see the photos and videos of their children being left out in a torrential downpour while a princess with an umbrella and a cheap wig smiles furiously, desperately trying to save the photo-op.

“I Wasn’t Mature Enough for That Role” – Hrithik Confesses
During an honest interaction with fans through a Film Companion interview (as pointed out in a Reddit thread and covered by BollywoodShaadis), Hrithik spoke of how difficult it was for him to deal with the character Prem Kishan. As per a question of whether he ever found any role difficult to relate to, Hrithik immediately mentioned Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon.

“I wasn’t mature enough to appreciate that side of myself,” he admitted. “I usually don’t do characters that are so far from my natural self. That hyper, euphoric, uppity ‘wo ho ah ah’ energy don’t come so naturally to me.”

To the delight of the audience, Hrithik made light of one of his own scenes from the film, mimicking a popular line, “Oh Aunty, oh no,” in a squeaky voice. His mock self-deprecation elicited laughter, demonstrating his capacity to laugh at his own earlier faux pas.

Hrithik Gears Up for ‘War 2’
In the coming days, Hrithik will be back in action on the big screen with War 2, helmed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra. Featuring Jr NTR and Kiara Advani alongside him, the action entertainer sequel to the 2019 blockbuster is set for a worldwide release on August 14, 2025, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film will face a box-office clash with Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’.

In the past week, I’ve seen the most vile “reviews” of With Love, Meghan’s Season 2. Inevitably, the “reviews” start with some variation of “I watched every single minute of WLM so you, gentle reader, do not have to.” And then they recap, in minute detail, every glance, every word uttered, every drink poured, every flower arranged, all written with such contempt, you would think this was a show glorifying murder. It’s a cooking show! Meghan hangs out with friends and arranges flowers and cooks vegan curry! Anyway, as I’ve said many times, I enjoy the show and I hope to see more seasons. I think that if Netflix greenlights additional seasons, WLM will get even better, and the editing will be smoother and Meghan will find her rhythm as a cooking-show hostess. But some people doubt whether WLM will get any more seasons, because the second season failed to break into Netflix’s top ten in its first week of streaming.

With Love, Meghan is nowhere to be seen on Netflix’s top ten chart. The second season of the cooking show from Meghan Markle failed to crack the streamer’s weekly ratings after its launch on August 26. It comes after the first season squeaked into the top ten with 2.6M views in its first week, placing it at number ten, in March.

The first season also failed to have any long tail appeal; in Netflix’s semi-annual data dump – the What We Watched report, showed that between January and June 2025, With Love, Meghan ranked #383 with 5.3M views, low for a Netflix original with four seasons of Markle’s USA Network scripted series Suits ranking higher than it, despite having been off the air for six years.

The second season also failed to make the Luminate’s Top 50 Streaming Charts for the period between August 22 and 28, which covers U.S. viewing, meaning that fewer than 1.11M people watched the show in its first two days on the streamer.

The ratings will be a disappointment for Netflix, which had hoped its overall deal with the former royal duo, signed in September 2020, would have produced more successful output than it has.

Again, why compare WLM to Suits, a scripted drama which enjoyed a huge second-life success on streaming, racking up billions of streams? Why not point out that Netflix is still tinkering with this kind of programming – specialty/cooking/entertaining – and that WLM could easily be given more time to find its footing and an audience? I know the answers to all of these questions, of course. I’m still disappointed that so many people on both sides of the pond are just lining up to “take down” a gentle little show like this.

Here’s another odd thing – on Tuesday, Meghan (or her team) removed every recommendation from her ShopMy page. Her ShopMy is completely blank. Is she giving up the page after not updating it for months? I thought for sure we’d get some updates when WLM S2 came out. But I guess not. It’s really weird. One explanation is that… Meghan isn’t going to bother with it anymore because As Ever is exceeding expectations and that’s where her focus needs to be.

After the massive success of Baahubali 2, Prabhas struggled with some underperformers. But Kalki, 2898 AD, has turned the tables, and how! Many wouldn’t know, but our Darling star wanted to work with Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, but she allegedly rejected the offers. Scroll below for an interesting throwback.

In 2019, Prabhas collaborated with Shraddha Kapoor for the action thriller, Saaho. The movie starred multiple actors from South and Bollywood, including Chunky Pandey, Jackie Shroff, Arun Vijay, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Lal, Murali Sharma, Mandira Bedi, and Mahesh Manjrekar, among others. Despite mixed reviews, the film was a hit affair with box office collections of 149 crores.

Rumors once broke that Katrina Kaif was the first choice to play the leading lady in Saaho. But the actress allegedly made the producers chase her for six long months before rejecting the Prabhas starrer.

A source close to Deccan Chronicle had revealed, “Katrina Kaif is not in Saaho. She could’ve been part of it, as we had chased her for six months. This was before the release of Baahubali 2, when she didn’t think working with Prabhas was worth her while. So, after pursuing her for six months, we gave up on the idea of signing her for the movie.”

The insider also accused Katrina‘s team of spreading rumors to gain publicity since Baahubali 2 had worked way better than expected at the box office.

Kat has never addressed the rumors. Some other reports also claim that she wanted to be part of the project but decided to support Salman Khan instead, who was struggling in Bharat due to Priyanka Chopra Jonas’s sudden exit. There remains no confirmation of this, either!

What’s Next For Prabhas?

On the work front, Prabhas has an exciting slate of upcoming movies, including a sequel to the sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD directed by Nag Ashwin. He will also be next seen in Spirit and The Raja Saab.

Reflecting on a flight to Mauritius for the shoot of the title song “Kuch Na Kaho,” Abhishek Bachchan told Cosmopolitan, “I was dreading this flight. I prayed not to sit next to her. But she was right there, and I thought I was finished. She even sleeps perfectly like Miss World, and I couldn’t sleep. I was petrified she’d wake up for water and see me like a troll sleeping next to her. I thought she’d never want to romance me in the song after that!” (via News18)

Abhishek and Aishwarya have starred together in several movies, including Dhoom 2, Guru, and Raavan. They dated briefly before tying the knot, and last month, the couple celebrated their wedding anniversary with Aishwarya sharing a sweet family photo on Instagram.

When asked about their marriage in a 2010 Vogue India interview, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan humorously mentioned they fight “every day,” while Abhishek clarified, “They’re more like disagreements, not serious fights. They’re healthy. It’d be boring otherwise.” Abhishek added that he is always the first to apologize, saying, “Women don’t make up! But we have a rule—we don’t sleep on a fight. Half the time, we say sorry just because we’re sleepy. Besides, women are the superior race and are always right. The sooner men accept that, the better.”

But the two eventually confessed their feelings. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, one of Bollywood’s most beloved celebrity couples, have been married for nearly 18 years and share a daughter named Aaradhya.
