Diddy Allegedly Boasting In Prison That Pardon From President Trump Will Come Early Next Year

Despite what the White House has said, Diddy reportedly believes #PresidentTrump will be the one to set him free.

Sources at the music mogul’s new home, a federal prison in New Jersey, told TMZ that Sean “#Diddy” Combs has allegedly been bragging to fellow inmates that Trump plans to pardon him in early 2026. He’s even promised to “take care” of the friends he’s made behind bars once Trump steps in to end his four-year sentence early, according to insiders. As it stands, Diddy’s official release date is May 8, 2028.

While earlier reports claimed Trump was seriously considering a pardon, the White House publicly denied those rumors in October, stating, “There is zero truth to those claims.” Diddy was convicted in July on two counts of transportation to engage in pro$titution but was acquitted of racketeering and s3x trafficking charges.

Would y’all be surprised if Trump really came through with a pardon?

Diddy Wants Fast-Tracked Appeal Over Prostitution Conviction, Sentence

by jummy84 November 3, 2025

UPDATE (Nov. 3): The Second Circuit Court of Appeals granted Combs’ unopposed motion to expedite his appeal on Monday (Nov. 3). Combs’ first appellate brief is due next month, and arguments are tentatively on track for April.

PREVIOUSLY: Sean “Diddy” Combs is trying to expedite his criminal appeal, saying he could be close to getting out of prison by the time his case is heard if forced to follow the typical, drawn-out argument timeline.

Combs is challenging both his July conviction and the resulting four-year prison sentence for arranging the drug-fueled sex marathons, known as “freak-offs,” between his girlfriends and male escorts. Jurors found Combs guilty of illegal prostitution, but they acquitted him of more serious racketeering and sex-trafficking charges.

As is the case in much of the court system, appellate procedure is usually slow. In the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, where Combs’ case will be heard, it takes nearly a year and a half on average to get a criminal appeal decided.

Combs’ lawyers don’t want to wait that long. They say in a Wednesday (Oct. 29) court filing that he could complete most of his prison sentence during the typical appeal timeline; Combs is getting credit for the year he’s already spent in jail, plus the sentence could be further trimmed down for good behavior or participation in a drug abuse rehab program.

“An expedited briefing and argument schedule is critical to ensure that Mr. Combs’s appeal of his sentence does not become moot while the appeal is pending,” writes his attorney, Alexandra Shapiro. “To ensure that Mr. Combs could meaningfully benefit from any appellate ruling vacating his sentence, we have proposed a schedule that would expedite this court’s consideration of Mr. Combs’s appeal.”

Shapiro suggests that the lawyers submit all their legal briefs by March and deliver oral arguments in April — that is, she wants the case heard just six months after Combs’ notice of appeal last week.

Wednesday’s court filing says prosecutors have consented to this expedited briefing schedule. This means it’s likely to get approved, absent scheduling conflicts from the Second Circuit.

A rep for the prosecution did not immediately return a request for comment. Shapiro said in a statement to Billboard, “Sean’s appeal will challenge the unfair use of the Mann Act, an infamous statute with a sordid history, to prosecute him for sex with consenting adults.”

The Mann Act, which makes it illegal to transport people across state lines for prostitution, indeed has an ugly past. Originally called the White-Slave Traffic Act of 1910, it has its roots in a government campaign to criminalize interracial relationships. Combs’ legal team said from the beginning of the case that Mann Act prostitution counts were improperly tacked onto his sex-trafficking indictment, and this argument has taken center stage since Combs defeated the heftier charges at trial.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ First Prison Job Is Doing Laundry: Report

by jummy84 November 2, 2025
written by jummy84

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been put to work doing his fellow inmates’ dirty laundry after being transferred to the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in New Jersey on Thursday morning, according to TMZ. It’s a job that won’t come naturally, as his assistant testified during his criminal trial about handling even his most basic personal errands.

The disgraced hip-hop mogul was transferred from MDC-Brooklyn after his legal team requested FCI Fort Dix for its drug treatment program, which could take time off his 50-month prison sentence. As such, he will be housed in a special drug program unit.

Diddy was sentenced earlier this month after his July conviction for transportation to engage in prostitution. Based on time served, he could be released as soon as May 8th, 2028.

Diddy Assigned Laundry Job at New Jersey Prison

Diddy’s first job behind bars has officially been revealed — and it’s a long way from the boardroom.

According to TMZ, the music mogul has been assigned to laundry duty at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he’ll be responsible for washing and drying clothing, linens, and inmate uniforms.

The report notes that during his criminal trial, prosecutors claimed Diddy had grown accustomed to relying on several personal assistants for basic tasks like charging his phone or grabbing water — making this new assignment a major change in routine.

The outlet did not specify how long the job will last or whether it’s permanent, but it marks the first confirmed work detail for Diddy since his transfer to Fort Dix.

Thoughts? Should Diddy’s prison job matter, or is it just part of paying his dues?

Ex-Inmate Claims Knife Attack Against Diddy Stemmed From Argument Over A Chair &
“Basketball Wives”

We’re getting more insight into what reportedly went down when Sean “Diddy” Combs was nearly attacked behind bars.

Raymond Castillo, a former inmate at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, spoke out to clarify reports that Diddy woke up to a homemade knife at his throat. “He didn’t ‘wake up’ to no knife to his neck,” Castillo said. “And I was the one who intervened.” According to Castillo, the incident wasn’t a planned attack but rather a dispute that started over a chair and the TV. Castillo claimed a #WestCoast gang member serving a 30-year sentence wanted Diddy to give up the seat he was using while watching #BasketballWives.
_____________

“The guy got hostile… maybe looking for clout,” Castillo explained. “Diddy didn’t flinch. He stayed calm, told him, ‘Why you coming at me like that over a chair that don’t belong to none of us?’” Castillo said the inmate then pulled out a handmade knife, but he managed to grab the man’s arm before anyone got hurt. “Diddy just got up and told him, ‘You might need to pray,’” Castillo added. “He tried to calm the guy down and even offered to pray with him. I’ve never seen anyone handle it like that.”

#Diddy’s friend touched on the alleged attack earlier this month, claiming it was meant as a warning rather than a m8rder attempt.“It was probably a way to say: ‘Next time you ain’t gonna be so lucky’… Everything is intimidation.” He added, “I don’t know whether he fought him off or the guards came. I just know that it happened.”

Once famed for extravagant celebrations that blended luxury fashion with hip-hop excess, 55-year-old Combs – now inmate #37452-054 – is living a vastly different spooky celebration this year inside the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

The October 31 menu at the notoriously tough prison shows breakfast is served at 6am, featuring fruit, cereal, a pastry and skim milk.

Lunch includes baked fish or black beans with rice pilaf, spinach and coleslaw, while dinner – served after the jail’s 4pm headcount – offers a turkey roast with mashed potatoes, vegetables and whole-wheat bread.

Those declining meat receive two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches instead.

The contrast with Combs’ past Halloweens could not be sharper.

In 2023, he wore a Batman costume inspired by Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight, posting videos of himself walking through crowds in full armour.

The previous year, he appeared as the Joker.

Following his arrest in a Manhattan hotel on 16 September 2024, Combs has spent the past year in custody.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Combs is projected to be released on 8 May 2028, roughly 30 months from now. His legal team has requested he be transferred to the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey – a low-security facility that offers the Residential Drug Abuse Program, while U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian has recommended Combs be considered for a substance-abuse programme.

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

His trial in the Southern District of New York ended with acquittals on more serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.

The verdict left him facing a significantly reduced sentence – but with credit for time already served and possible good-behaviour reductions, his release date could shift.

Combs’ pre-scandal and jail highlights include founding Bad Boy Records in 1993 before he launched the careers of artists including The Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans and Mase, while releasing his own chart-topping albums such as No Way Out and Forever.

Across his career, Combs has sold more than 35 million records worldwide and won three Grammy Awards for his work in hip-hop and R and B.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ prison release date revealed – National

by jummy84 October 27, 2025
written by jummy84

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison release date has been revealed just over three weeks after he was sentenced. Combs was found guilty on two counts of prostitution.

Combs is currently scheduled to get out of prison on May 8, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ online database.

The 55-year-old disgraced hip-hop mogul is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.

On Oct. 3, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Combs to just over four years in prison and a fine of US$500,000, the maximum possible, for his conviction on federal prostitution-related offences. He will also be under five years’ supervised release after his time in prison is served.

In his ruling, Subramanian said “a history of good works can’t wash away the record in this case, which shows that you abused the power and control over the lives of women who you professed to love.”

“You were no John,” he added. “You were more than that, even if your currency was satisfying your sexual desires instead of money.”

Subramanian said a substantial sentence is required “to send a message to abusers and victims alike that exploitation and violence against women is met with real accountability.”

Federal prosecutors had asked that Combs, 55, be sentenced to at least 11 years and three months in prison. Combs’ lawyers urged the judge to sentence him to no longer than 14 months, which would have resulted in his near-immediate release, as he has already served nearly 13 months in a Brooklyn jail.

While addressing the judge, Combs thanked Subramanian for “giving me the chance to finally speak up for myself,” as the former rapper did not testify during his trial.

“One of the hardest things that I’ve had to handle is having to be quiet. Not being able to express how sorry I am for my actions,” Combs said in his statement to the court.

“I want to personally apologize again to Cassie Ventura for any harm or hurt that I’ve caused her – emotionally or physically.”

Combs called his conduct “disgusting, shameful and sick.”

“Because of my decisions, I lost my freedom, I lost the opportunity to effectively raise my children and be there for my mother,” Combs said. “I lost all my businesses, I lost my career, I totally destroyed my reputation.”

Combs said that he’s “lost my self-respect” and he has been “humbled and broken to my core.”

“I hate myself right now. I got stripped down to nothing,” Combs said. “I want to apologize to my seven children. Y’all deserve better.”

The sentencing marked the conclusion of Combs’ New York trial, which began on May 5.

Combs’ legal team filed a notice of appeal on Oct. 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from the Oct. 3 judgment. Details of the appeal have not been made public other than the legal filing.

Diddy Nearly Harmed By Fellow Inmate Who Snuck Into His Cell & Pressed Makeshift Blade To His Throat, Friend Claims

Sean “Diddy” Combs narrowly avoided a violent attack inside Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, according to longtime friend Charlucci Finney.

Finney said an inmate slipped into Diddy’s cell and pressed a makeshift blade to his throat while he slept: “He woke up with a knife to his throat,” he told The Daily Mail. Finney believes the incident was meant as a warning rather than a m8rder attempt, adding, “It was probably a way to say: ‘Next time you ain’t gonna be so lucky’… Everything is intimidation.” He added, “I don’t know whether he fought him off or the guards came. I just know that it happened.”

The scare echoes concerns #Diddy’s defense raised during trial, when attorney #BrianSteel told the court a shiv-wielding inmate had been intercepted by a guard, allegedly seeking “prestige” by harming the music mogul. As reported, Diddy is serving four years after being convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in pro$titution. He was acquitted in July of s3x-trafficking and racketeering charges.

Diddy Officially Appeals 50-Month Federal Prison Sentence Following Prost*tution Conviction

Lawyers for Diddy have officially filed a notice of appeal in his federal criminal case, according to court documents shared by journalist Meghann Cuniff.

The filing, submitted in the Southern District of New York on Monday, October 20, 2025, challenges both the final judgment and Diddy’s 50-month prison sentence. His legal team is appealing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which oversees cases from the Southern District.

Diddy was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transporting individuals across state lines for the purpose of prosttution. The charges were tied to allegations that he arranged for paid escorts to travel for sxual encounters. He was acquitted of the more serious racketeering and s*x trafficking charges.

On October 3, 2025, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Diddy to 50 months in federal prison, a $500,000 fine, and five years of supervised release following his prison term.

Do you think Diddy will win his appeal?

Diddy Ordered To Hand Over Infamous Freak-Off Tapes, Cash & Devices To Federal Agents Following Prost*tution Sentencing

Diddy’s wild past has officially come back to haunt him.

According to AllHipHop, the hip-hop mogul has been ordered to surrender a trove of “freak-off” tapes, cash, and digital devices to federal agents as part of his sentence in a prost*tution case that damaged his decades-long career in music and entertainment.

According to court documents filed Wednesday, the confiscated materials include hard drives, iPads, iPhones, and computers—along with $9,000 in cash seized from Diddy’s Manhattan hotel suite.

Among the most notable items are the infamous “Ibiza Tapes,” filmed on a Sony DVCAM in 1996 and allegedly capturing dr*g-fueled s*x parties Diddy hosted with male escorts.

Prosecutors said the recordings were “property used or intended to be used” in connection with the prost*tution charges that led to his conviction.

Diddy was sentenced to roughly four years in prison and is appealing the verdict to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

What are your thoughts in the feds seizing these tapes?
