Bridgerton Season 4: Benedict and Sophie’s Season to Release on THIS Date

The glimpse was unveiled, with the caption, “Do we rise to the occasion or do we bury oneself deeper amidst society’s secrets? We shall find out soon enough… Bridgerton Season 4 shall arrive in two parts, Part 1: January 29; Part 2: February 26.” Fans have dropped heartwarming comments, with many hyping up the leads. “The best news to start the week!” one fan wrote. Another said, “This is a flawless Monday announcement. So looking forward to seeing Luke and Yerin rock the season.”

“What’s striking about Season 4 is that it’s the struggle between a proper old-school fairy tale — the romance of it — and the actual reality of the world. Both are true. You have to hold both of them — the romance and the reality — in your hand. In its best version, ‘true love’ happens in the middle of that,” Luke once said in an interview.

The new season of the show will also have regular cast members Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley and more. It was reportedly primarily filmed on a newly constructed backlot at Shepperton Studios, which is outside of London.

The newcomers joining the Bridgerton cast include actors Isabella Wei, Michelle Mao and Katie Leung. They will play Sophie Baek’s stepsisters and stepmother, Posy Li, Rosamund Li and Lady Araminta Gun.

Jeezy Makes 5th Annual Sno Ball Gala Adorable Daddy-Daughter Date

Jeezy shared the red carpet at his 5th annual Sno Ball Gala with his toddler, Monaco Jenkins, on Thursday night (Oct. 9) in Atlanta. Jeezy and his ex-wife Jeannie Mai welcomed baby Monaco in 2022.

The father-daughter duo stepped out in their best threads for the rapper’s annual fundraising event, him in a suit while the 3-year-old served age-appropriate glam in a gold dress and matching tiara.

Taking place at the Delta Flight Museum, the upscale event hosted the likes of Lil Jon, T.I., Ludacris, and more. The gala is coordinated through Jeezy’s  Street Dreamz Foundation to raise funds for underserved communities.  According to the official website, the non-profit was launched in 2001 by the Soul Survivor performer to encourage a generation of at-risk youth to become effective leaders through programs that foster independence and respect for others, while educating and motivating each child to reach their ultimate potential in their area of interest.

Fans of the 48-year-old can soon see the rapper as he extended his Thug Motivation 101 Live anniversary tour with a Las Vegas residency. The first part takes on a masquerade theme and will take place on October 31 and November 1. The second edition will be Nutcracker-themed and occur on December 19 and 21.

“If you don’t call that Black excellence and leveling up, then I don’t know what is,” remarked Jeezy when the concert was announced.

The streamer debuted both a teaser and the show’s premiere date. The espionage drama follows an intelligence analyst who discovers his brain has been hacked, granting the perpetrators access to everything he knows.

Produced by horror-meister James Wan and costarring In the Heights and Scream star Melissa Barrera, the eight-episode series promises a gripping blend of espionage, high-tech paranoia, and richly layered characters woven into an intricate narrative.

Filmmaker James Wan from The Conjuring Universe, Insidious, and M3GAN fame will exec produce with Michael Clear and Rob Hackett for Atomic Monster. Executive producers also include Mark Winemaker and Jet Wilkinson, who also helms Episodes 1 and 2. Liu is set to both executive-produce and star.

Is The Devil Wears Prada About Anna Wintour?

The creators behind the film — which is based on the 2003 novel of the same name by Lauren Weisberger — have not held back in sharing their inspirations behind the film’s apathetic fashion world setting. While it’s not entirely inspired by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, fashion designers were too afraid to lend costume pieces to the film in fear of Anna’s reaction, writer Aline Brosh McKenna told Entertainment Weekly in 2021.

“I had enormous trouble finding anyone in the fashion world who’d talk to me, because people were afraid of Anna and Vogue, not wanting to be blackballed,”Aline said. “There was one person who spoke to me, whose name I will never divulge, who read it and said, ‘The people in this movie are too nice. No one in that world is too nice. They don’t have to be, and they don’t have time to be.’ After that, I did a pass to make everyone a bit busier and meaner.”

In spite of this, Anna has had a sensor of humor about the film. In January 2024, the fashion queen and Anne made cameos in Broadway’s Gutenberg as producers, who hand the stars of the show a Broadway contract at the end.

Anna announced she was stepping down from her role as EIC of Vogue in June 2025.

Welcome back to Freddy Fazbear’s. The upcoming sequel to Blumhouse and Universal Pictures’ Five Nights at Freddy’s will be released in December 2025. To hold fans over, producer Jason Blum appeared at Las Vegas’ CinemaCon in April 2025 — wearing a serial-killing animatronic costume, no less — to debut the trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. But Blumhouse’s New York Comic Con panel featured even more thrilling surprises! And fans can look forward to its original star returning for the second film: Josh Hutcherson.

The Five Nights at Freddy’s sequel will be released on December 5, 2025, its official trailer revealed.

Thanks to Blumhouse’s CinemaCon debut, fans were finally able to watch the sequel’s trailer. In comparison to the first film, FNAF 2 has plenty more jump scares and horrors, as seen in the teaser. Josh’s character, Mike, has his hands full with protecting everyone around him from the terror of Freddy Fazbear’s murderous animatronics.

How to Watch Five Nights at Freddy’s 2

Although the first FNAF was released on both Peacock and in theaters, the second movie has an exclusive theatrical release, meaning that fans can watch it in theaters.

How Can I Stream Five Nights at Freddy’s 2?

It’s currently unclear when FNAF 2 will be released to a streaming platform. Since we’re months away from its theatrical release, Universal Pictures has not declared a streaming date yet.

Since the first FNAF is available to watch on Peacock, the sequel is expected to be released via the same platform.

Who Is in the Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 Cast?

While Josh leads FNAF 2, he’s accompanied by several talented cast members. Horror icon Matthew Lillard — who is also returning to the Scream franchise for the seventh installment — is reprising his role as William Afton, the first film’s villain.

Piper Rubio is also returning as Mike’s little sister, Abby Schmidt, as is Elizabeth Lail, who plays local police officer Vanessa: the daughter of William. Actress McKenna Grace also joined the cast.

At New York Comic Con, Blumhouse revealed that Megan Fox joined the cast as the voice of Toy Chica.

Will There Be a Five Nights at Freddy’s 3?

Per Movieweb, Matthew confirmed that he signed a three-picture deal for FNAF. So, if the sequel performs well at the box office, fans can likely expect a third movie to come out.

Star Trek fans may have said goodbye to two of the Paramount+ series in the franchise in the last two years (Picard in 2023, Discovery in 2024), but there are new additions still to come. One of them is Starfleet Academy, and now, thanks to the panel at 2025 New York Comic Con on Saturday, October 11, we know when it will premiere: January 15. We also now the full roll-out schedule for their first season.

During the panel, Paramount+ also released a new trailer, which you can watch above, introducing the cadets, teasing interactions between Holly Hunter’s captain and chancellor and Paul Giamatti’s villain, and more.

Plus, Stephen Colbert shared in a video, which you can watch below, that he will be the voice of Starfleet Academy’s Digital Dean of Students, giving daily announcements to the students and alerting them of anything that needs their immediate attention.

This new series was first said to be in development in February 2022. Just over a year later, it was announced that Paramount+ had picked it up to series (in March 2023).

“Admission is now open to Starfleet Academy! Explore the galaxy! Captain your destiny! For the first time in over a century, our campus will be re-opened to admit individuals a minimum of 16 Earth years (or species equivalent) who dream of exceeding their physical, mental and spiritual limits, who value friendship, camaraderie, honor and devotion to a cause greater than themselves. “We are excited to introduce Star Trek fans to a whole new generation of Starfleet officers in training as they navigate the rigors of the Academy and the brink of adulthood in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy,” added Domenic DiMeglio, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Data, Paramount Streaming. “Introducing new characters and compelling storylines, this all-new original series will serve as a fantastic addition to the franchise and Paramount+, bringing new generations of viewers and long-term Star Trek fans alike together to enjoy the next chapter in the iconic Star Trek universe.”

When will Star Trek: Starfleet Academy premiere?

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Season 1 will premiere on Thursday, January 15, 2026, with the first two episodes. The rest of the 10-episode season will be released weekly on Thursdays, with the finale dropping on March 12.

What is Star Trek: Starfleet Academy?

The series will follow the adventures of a new class of Starfleet cadets as they come of age in one of the most legendary places in the galaxy. This young group of cadets will come together to pursue a common dream of hope and optimism. Under the watchful and demanding eyes of their instructors, they will discover what it takes to become Starfleet officers as they navigate blossoming friendships, explosive rivalries, first loves, and a new enemy that threatens both the Academy and the Federation itself.

Who’s in the Starfleet Academy cast?

Holly Hunter stars as Nahla Ake, the Chancellor of Starfleet Academy and Captain of the U.S.S. Athena, who also happens to be a long-lived half-Lanthanite.

“It feels like we’ve spent our entire lives watching Holly Hunter be a stone-cold genius,” said Kurtzman and Landau in a statement.  “To have her extraordinary authenticity, fearlessness, sense of humor, and across the board brilliance leading the charge on Starfleet Academy is a gift to all of us, and to the enduring legacy of Star Trek.”

Paul Giamatti has been cast in the recurring role of part Klingon, part Tellarite Nus Braka, the season’s villain with an ominous past connected to one of the cadets.

Said Kurtzman and Landau, “Sometimes you’re lucky enough to discover that one of the greatest actors alive is also a huge Star Trek fan, and meeting Paul was one of those miraculous moments for us. The sheer delight with which he dove in on Starfleet Academy is only surpassed by the gratitude we feel about him joining our incredible cast.”

Discovery‘s Mary Wiseman (Sylvia Tilly), Tig Notaro (Jett Reno), and Oded Fehr (Admiral Vance) and Voyager‘s Robert Picardo (The Doctor) are reprising their roles. Notaro and Picardo join as series regulars, and Fehr and Wiseman join as guest stars.

And playing cadets are Kerrice Brooks, Bella Shepard, George Hawkins, Karim Diané, Zoë Steiner, and Sandro Rosta.

Rosta is Caleb Mir, an orphan with a troubled past – and unlikely Starfleet cadet. Diané is Jay-Den Kraag, a Klingon cadet who dreams of becoming a medical officer. Brooks is Series Acclimation Mil, a.k.a. Sam, the first of her kind to ever attend Starfleet Academy. Hawkins is Darem Reymi, an aspiring captain from a wealthy home world. Shepard is Genesis Lythe, an admiral’s daughter determined to make her own name in Starfleet. Steiner is Tarima Sadal, a Betazoid and daughter of the president of Betazed.

Gina Yashere recurs as Commander Lura Thok, a Klingon/Jem’Hadar hybrid who is the chancellor’s First Officer and Cadet Master.

And at New York Comic Con 2024, it was announced that Tatiana Maslany will be a recurring special guest star in Season 1. No character details have been revealed.

Is there a Starfleet Academy trailer?

Yes, and more than one! In addition to the one at the top, there’s also the trailer that was released at 2025 San Diego Comic-Con. It offers a look at the series’ iconic campus in San Francisco plus the new starship and integral part of the Starfleet Academy campus, the U.S.S. Athena.

“You are all the first Academy class to return to our campus in San Francisco after more than 120 years,” Captain Ake tells the cadets. “Some of you are here for your families, some for yourselves. Together, you are the best and the brightest from across the galaxy, a tapestry that is Starfleet. You will learn the skills that shaped our greatest officers. Like them, we’ll ask you to give more of yourselves than you know you have. To dream without limitations, whatever challenges came before today led you to this moment. You, here now, you weave together the future, so go out and seek, explore, boldly go where no one has gone before. It is my great honor to welcome you all to Starfleet Academy.”

Will there be a Starfleet Academy Season 2?

Yes! At New York Comic Con 2024, the series was given an early renewal for Season 2. The news came as the show was still in production on Season 1 in Toronto.

Who’s behind the new series?

Alex Kurtzman and Noga Landau serve as co-showrunners and executive produce the series alongside executive producers Gaia Violo, Aaron Baiers, Olatunde Osunsanmi, Jenny Lumet, Rod Roddenberry, Trevor Roth, Frank Siracusa, and John Weber. The series’ premiere episode is written by Gaia Violo and directed by Alex Kurtzman. Action movies are more than just alive — they’re owning the big screen, and Glen Powell has become one of Hollywood’s rising action stars following his successes with Top Gun: Maverick, Hit Man and Twisters. With his latest project, The Running Man, on the horizon, fans of the original 1987 movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger are curious how it will shape up.

What Is The Running Man About?

The film follows Ben Richards (Powell) who joins a game show called The Running Man, where contestants are pursued by individuals called “hunters” that are hired to kill them. His motivation? To help his family out of poverty and a health crisis. But the game show is no ordinary one; with almost no rules to follow, Ben must evade death as millions around him try to kill him.

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Glen teased that his character has “got a bone to pick with the world” and added, “It’s a different gear, you know. [director] Edgar [Wright] always calls it ‘Bad Mood Glen.’ He’s like, ‘Hey, I need more Bad Mood Glen!’”

The actor also pointed out that his friend, former co-star and mentor Tom Cruise was his “first call” when he got the part. After all, who other than Tom would know about action sequences and stunts?

“I said, ‘Tom, how do you do this?’” Glen recalled. “I spent like two and a half hours on the phone with him. I took a million notes. I knew I was going to have to put my body on the line on this movie. He told me all the things to worry about, all the things not to worry about, and also how to entertain audiences at the highest level. [He said], ‘Don’t just put your life on the line, make sure all the elements around you highlight cinematically the experience.’ Because [you] can jump off a bridge from an explosion, if you don’t frame it right, if it’s not timed correctly, the audience may not even know that you’re the guy doing it.”

In addition to Glen, the rest of The Running Man cast features Josh Brolin, Colman Domingo, Lee Pace, Jayme Lawson, Michael Cera, Emilia Jones, William H. Macy, David Zayas, Katy O’Brian, Daniel Ezra, Karl Glusman and Sean Hayes.

The Running Man Trailer Breakdown

As with any action movie trailer, the teaser for The Running Man is packed with infernos, fights and screaming. In a Hunger Games-esque manner, Glen gets hunted down by everyone around him for 30 days so he can win the game show and help his family.

As Glen’s character, Ben, gets hunted down for viewers’ entertainment, viewers hear spectators chant in the trailer, “Hunt him down!”

Paramount Pictures will release The Running Man on November 7, 2025, in theaters.
