Welcome To Derry Trailer Teases “Something Bad Is Coming”

Derry, Maine, may have the facade of a quaint, picturesque town, but with Pennywise lurking below, its residents would likely argue otherwise.

The new trailer for HBO‘s IT: Welcome to Derry, starring and executive produced by Bill Skarsgård in his return as the terrifying killer clown, gives viewers another terrifying glimpse at what they’re in for when the prequel series hits the small screen next month.

“Do you think somebody could kidnap a kid and keep him underground? In the sewers?”

The question that has plagued Derry residents for decades floats over the trailer from one of the young kids trying to understand how and why his friend disappeared. It’s 1962, and this has never happened before. Little do they know what they’re going up against.

The trailer also finally includes a look at Skarsgård’s Pennywise, hiding his face behind the infamous red balloon as he lurks in the shadows. Cut to a young girl shrieking, her face covered in blood.

If the trailer is any indication, viewers are in for a pretty disturbing ride in this 9-episode series. One this is for sure, as the trailer teases: “Something bad is coming.”

Watch the full trailer above. IT: Welcome to Derry will launch on October 26 on HBO Max.

Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti executive produce through their Double Dream production company alongside Fuchs through his FiveTen Productions banner, Brad Caleb Kane, David Coatsworth, Skarsgård, Shelley Meals, Lee and Dan Lin. Opening a Gate to Hell in Bad Nightmare Thriller ‘Foe’ Official Trailer

“We shall walk on the dust of death…” Lionsgate has revealed an official trailer for a generic, mediocre new thriller titled Foe, being dumped on VOD later this month. Not to be confused with the recent sci-fi thriller also titled Foe from 2023 with Saoirse Ronan & Paul Mescal – this is entirely different. Don’t waste any time on it, this seems entirely forgettable. “I summon you to open the gate.” During a research tour in Barcelona, world-class master of Babylonian archeology is approached to decipher an ancient text. With an impending sense of dread, he translates the archaic parchment and ultimately opens a gate to another world, one that is drenched in horrifying mystery and danger. Johan’s life then becomes a frantic maze of nightmarish visions, pushing him to the edge of sanity. Starring Mark Gantt as Johan, Nikol Kollars, Timothy Gibbs, Reg Wilson, Mingo Ràfols, Anna Andres, and Joe Lewis. This looks really bad – avoid it entirely if you can.

Here’s the main official trailer (+ poster) for Antoni Solé’s film Foe, direct from Lionsgate’s YouTube:

Foe Official Trailer

During a research tour in Barcelona, Spain, Johan Meyers (starring Mark Gantt), a world-class master of Babylonian Archeology, is approached to decipher an ancient text. With an impending sense of dread, he translates the archaic parchment only to open a gate to another world drenched in horrifying mystery and danger. Johan’s life becomes a frantic maze of nightmarish visions, pushing him to the edge of sanity. His only hope for salvation is to complete his terrifying task and uncover the text’s earth-shattering secret. Foe is written and directed by Spanish producer / filmmaker Antoni Solé, making his feature directorial debut with this project. It’s also produced by Solé. Lionsgate will release Antoni Solé’s Foe thriller movie in select US theaters + on VOD starting September 30th, 2025 coming up this fall. Who’s curious about it?

Bad Bunny’s Historic Residency Stream Breaks Amazon Music Record

by jummy84 September 22, 2025

Bad Bunny closed out his historic 31-night residency at San Juan’s El Choli on Sunday with a massive finale show that the whole world could watch online. The Puerto Rican superstar brought out Marc Anthony for an emotional duet, partied with Jowell & Randy, and paid tribute to the island’s rich history during a nearly four-hour show.

On Monday, Amazon Music revealed that the livestream for the concert — titled “Una Más,” which aired on the music streaming service, Prime Video, and Twitch — shattered viewership records for a single-artist performance.

While exact numbers have not yet been released, the show was the most-watched single-artist performance on Amazon Music to date, according to the platform.

“I have always had the same passion, love for what I’m doing. I promise I will never change. I love you, Puerto Rico. I love you, mom and dad,” Bad Bunny said onstage during an emotional speech at the end of the show. “It doesn’t matter what your issue or problem is, love will always be the solution.”

The livestream was just the start of Bad Bunny’s multi-year partnership with Amazon, which will work with his Good Bunny Foundation to help the island develop in several sectors, including education, technology, agricultural support, and economic development.

“By combining music, Amazon technologies, commerce, and community programs at scale, we’re engaging global audiences to this historic moment while strengthening Puerto Rican communities,” Rocío Guerrero, an Amazon Music executive, said. Fans can continue watching for 24 hours following the show’s conclusion as well.

Like most of the shows during the residency run, Bad Bunny packed the show with guests: He brought out Ñengo Flow and Jowell y Randy for “Safaera,” and both Dei V and RaiNao for a pair of duets. Arcángel and De La Ghetto jumped in at the end of the set to exchange rap verses for “Acho PR” from Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana.

To conclude the performance, Bad Bunny played a song that serves as a sort of national anthem for La Isla del Encanto: He brought out icon Marc Anthony for a heartfelt duet of “Preciosa” as the Puerto Rican flag displayed on the ceiling of El Choli. The song, originally written by composer Rafael Hernández Marín in 1937, is a love letter to Puerto Rico.

Bad Bunny Duets With Marc Anthony at Puerto Rico Residency Finale

Bad Bunny has officially concluded his No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan — and he ended the historic run with a night full of surprises.

During Saturday night’s (Sept. 20) “Una Más” show, the Puerto Rican superstar brought out fellow icon Marc Anthony for a powerful and emotional performance of “Preciosa,” a beloved anthem honoring their homeland.

“I haven’t sung this song in over 20 years,” Bad Bunny told the crowd at El Choli, before inviting Anthony to join him onstage.

Watch the performance on X here.

“Preciosa” was originally composed by Rafael Hernández Marín in 1937 and later recorded by Anthony for his 1999 album, Desde un Principio: From the Beginning.

But the surprises didn’t stop there. Bad Bunny also welcomed an all-star lineup of Puerto Rican talent, including RaiNao, Dei V, Ñengo Flow, Arcángel, De La Ghetto and Jowell & Randy. Chuwi also joined him once again for their track “Weltita,” which the pair performed every night during the lengthy residency.

In an emotional speech toward the end of the show, Bad Bunny addressed the crowd with gratitude and love.

“I have always had the same passion, love for what I’m doing. I promise I will never change. I love you, Puerto Rico. I love you, mom and dad,” he said, later adding, “It doesn’t matter what your issue or problem is, love will always be the solution.”

Saturday’s show marked more than just the end of the residency. It also commemorated the eighth anniversary of Hurricane Maria and launched a multiyear initiative between Bad Bunny and Amazon Music focused on education, disaster relief and cultural empowerment. The partnership will include programs aimed at strengthening Puerto Rico’s economy and driving meaningful, long-term change across the island, a press release states.

The show was broadcast worldwide via livestream on the Amazon Music app, the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, and was available to all Amazon customers on Prime Video. Saturday’s livestream was the most watched single artist performance on Amazon Music to date, according to a news release.

Bad Bunny’s historic 30-day No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency drew over 250,000 attendees, solidifying Puerto Rico as a premier entertainment destination. The residency also boosted the local economy and supported small businesses. Throughout the run, he was joined by a roster of surprise guests, including Belinda, Residente, Feid, Rauw Alejandro and Ozuna.

Bad Bunny Closes Puerto Rico Residency With Guests: See Who

Bad Bunny said goodbye to the No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí residency at El Choli with a bang. On Saturday night, for his “Una Más” show, which was livestreamed by Amazon Music, the Puerto Rican icon brought out a slew of guests, including salsa legend Marc Anthony, RaiNao, Dei V, Ñengo Flow, Arcángel, De La Ghetto, and Jowell & Randy.

Bad Bunny had Chuwi join him for their collab “Welita,” which they’ve performed each night of the residency. Then, one of the first surprises of the evening came when Puerto Rican rising star RaiNao dropped by for “Perfumito Nuevo;” newcomer Dei V also made it out to help with his verse on “Veldá.” When it was time to perform massive perreo hits like “Safaera,” Benito brought out the reggaeton OGs: Genre veterans Ñengo Flow and Jowell & Randy hit the stage to sing the track, while Arcángel and De La Ghetto jumped in for a few old-school favorites.

Ñengo Flow turned his appearance into a poignant gesture by wearing a jersey with the number 4,645 on it, honoring the death toll from Hurricane Maria.

For the grand finale, Anthony sidled up next to Bad Bunny and showed off his power vocals for a heartfelt rendition of “Preciosa.” The song, originally written by composer Rafael Hernández Marín in 1937, is a love letter to Puerto Rico that ends with the line “Yo te quiero, Puerto Rico.” (“I love you, Puerto Rico.”) Though it’s been reinterpreted by many artists over the decades, Anthony’s rendition is among the best known — and he gave it his all while Bad Bunny belted the lyrics with him.

After Anthony’s appearance, Bad Bunny stayed onstage and closed out the show with the emotional “DtMF” and the swaggering “LA MuDANZA.” The latter song turned into an extended mix, where he used the opportunity to introduce the band and everyone who attended the performance.

Saturday night’s show was livestreamed globally on Amazon Music and the streaming service’s Twitch channel worldwide. The performance will also be available to replay for 24 hours after the initial live broadcast.

Along with livestreaming the show, Amazon and Bad Bunny’s Good Bunny Foundation reached a multi-year agreement to aid the island by investing in initiatives related to education, technology, food delivery, agriculture support, and economic development.

“Benito embodies the spirit of Puerto Rico, and together we’re creating a celebration that transforms his passion for the island into real impact for its people,” said Rocío Guerrero, an Amazon Music executive, in a press release. “By combining music, Amazon technologies, commerce, and community programs at scale, we’re engaging global audiences to this historic moment while strengthening Puerto Rican communities.”

Last Sunday, Bad Bunny hosted what many thought to be the final show of the residency. However, the following morning, Bad Bunny revealed he’d play one final show on Sept. 20.

“This has been an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything,” Bad Bunny said at the Sept. 14 show, pausing to wipe away tears. “When I was little, I dreamed of doing this. I knew that anything I worked for with passion I could make happen, but all of this surpassed my own dreams. Thanks for so much love.”

Since kicking off his 11-week run of performances in mid-July, Bad Bunny has played every weekend, bringing out special guests during every show throughout the run, including María Zardoya of the Marías, Chencho Corleone, and many other celebrities from across fashion, movies, and sports.

After wrapping the residency, Bad Bunny will kick off his Debí Tirar Más Fotos tour on Nov. 21 in Santo Domingo before traveling across Latin America through late February.

Artists both familiar and new will be on display when NBC’s Saturday Night Live returns for its 51st season this fall.

Bad Bunny will serve as host and Doja Cat as musical guest for the debut episode on Oct. 4. Bunny is about to wrap a historic residency in his home country of Puerto Rico in support of his latest album, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, which is up for 12 Latin Grammy awards. Doja Cat’s new album, Vie, is due Sept. 26.

Role Model will perform on the Oct. 11 episode, which will be hosted by former cast member Amy Poehler. The singer/songwriter broke through last year with his album Kansas Anymore and enjoyed a high-profile opening act slot for Gracie Abrams. His song “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out” recently topped Billboard‘s Adult Alternative Airplay chart.

Sabrina Carpenter will host for the first time and perform for the second on the Oct. 18 edition, five days before the start of a new North American leg of her massive Short n’ Sweet Tour. Carpenter’s second album in a year, Man’s Best Friend, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 earlier this month.

Bad Bunny and Carpenter both participated in specials celebrating the 50th anniversary of SNL earlier this year, with the former performing two songs at a music-focused Radio City Music Hall event and the latter duetting with Paul Simon on Simon & Garfunkel’s “Homeward Bound” during a retrospective taped in the fabled Studio 8H at Rockefeller Center.

Bad Bunny also served as the musical guest for the 50th season finale episode in May, hosted by Scarlett Johansson.

Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, and Doja Cat Set for New Season of Saturday Night Live

by jummy84 September 18, 2025
written by jummy84

The new season of Saturday Night Live is just around the corner, and NBC has now announced the first sets of hosts and musical guests. Bad Bunny will host the season debut, on October 4, and Doja Cat will serve as musical guest. The next week, Amy Poehler is host and Role Model is the musical guest. Then, on October 18, Sabrina Carpenter will host for the first time and also perform music.

Bad Bunny previously hosted Saturday Night Live in October 2023. He most recently served as musical guest in May. He soon begins an international tour in support in support of the new album Debí Tirar Más Fotos.

Doja Cat and Role Model will be making their respective Saturday Night Live debuts. Doja Cat’s performance will occur not long after the release of her album Vie, and Role Model shared the deluxe album Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye) earlier this year.

Sabrina Carpenter made her Saturday Night Live debut last year. She then participated in SNL50: The Anniversary Special.

The 50th season of Saturday Night Live ran from September 2024 to May 2025. It featured the aforementioned anniversary special, SNL50: The Homecoming Concert, and performances from Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, and others.

‘Saturday Night Live’ Season 51 Lineup: Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny

by jummy84 September 18, 2025
written by jummy84

Saturday Night Live will hit the ground running with Season 51, scheduled to premiere in October. The follow-up to an elaborate 50th anniversary celebration, the latest season is set to kick off on October 4 with Bad Bunny returning to host, accompanied by Doja Cat as musical guest. The fun continues the following weekend with Amy Poehler and Role Model, followed by Sabrina Carpenter‘s double duty takeover as both host and musical guest.

Carpenter made her SNL debut last year on an episode hosted by Jake Gyllenhaal. She performed her hit single “Espresso,” then mashed up “Nonsense” and “Feather” from her 2022 album Emails I Can’t Send. Since then, she’s released two more monster pop records, Short n’ Sweet and Man’s Best Friend.

In February, Carpenter opened the SNL50 anniversary special with a duet of “Homeward Bound” with Paul Simon. That same night, the pop star guest-starred in a sketch that brought back Marcello Hernandez’s viral character Domingo and introduced his two brothers: Pedro Pascal’s Ronaldo and Bad Bunny’s Santiago.

Bad Bunny last hosted SNL in October 2023, when he filled the double duty slot with performances of “Un Preview” and “Monaco.” He returned as musical guest in May 2025 with “NUEVAYoL” and “Perfumito Nuevo” with RaiNao from his latest album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos. With Bad Bunny as host, Doja Cat readies her SNL debut. Known for her standout television performances, it’s surprising to see the rapper and singer reach this particular milestone so far into her career, but it comes just in time for her latest album Vie, out Sept. 26.

Trending Stories

Role Model will also make his performance debut on the Oct. 11 episode hosted by Poehler. His single “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out” arrived earlier this year and has since become a career-defining record for the musician. Meanwhile, Poehler’s hosting slot is a grand homecoming. She last hosted in December 2015 with Tina Fey. Now, she’ll be helming the show solo for the first time in 15 years.

SNL lost a major slate of cast members in the lead-up to Season 51. Heidi Gardner, Ego Nwodim, Emil Wakim, Michael Longfellow, and Devon Walker announced departures from the show in recent days. Maybe major pop stars and veteran comedians can fill the gap.

Música Mexicana Snubbed, Bad Bunny Scores, More

The Latin Recording Academy unveiled nominations for its 26th edition, and Bad Bunny reigned supreme with the most nods. The list also spotlighted fresh favorites like Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso while leaning on (expected) repeat nominees such as Edgar Barrera, Alejandro Sanz, and Natalia Lafourcade.

Notably, Bad Bunny — repping reggaeton, a genre with a long history of being overlooked — dominated with 12 nominations for his genre-exploring album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, including in all of the major categories. Argentine duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso broke through with their latest release on this list, while the Academy continued expanding its embrace of Portuguese-language music after adding new categories last year. But what about música Mexican? After three massive years of dominance, the genre’s recognition here still feels frustratingly small. Still, the awards show seems to be expanding, adding two new categories: Best Music for Visual Media and Best Roots Song to the list of categories.

Ahead of the 2025 ceremony, scheduled for Nov. 13 in Las Vegas, here are some key takeaways from the long list of nominations:

A Spotlight on Bad Bunny

Historically, reggaeton and trap artists have had trouble getting love from the Latin Grammys. However, this year, Bad Bunny swept the major categories, and then some, landing a whopping 12 nominations. It’s clear his standout album Debí Tirar Más Fotos struck a chord with voters; it appears across categories, including Album of the Year. “Baile Inolvidable” and “DTmF” are both up for Song of the Year and Record of the Year (“DTmF” also got nominated for Best Urban Song, Best Urban/ Fusion Performance.) “Voy A Llevarte Pa Pr” is up for Best Reggaeton Performance, while “LA MuDANZa” is also up for Best Urban Song. The LP is also Best Urban Music Album, and the emotional track “Lo Que Le Pasó A Hawaii” is in the newly created category Best Roots Song. The video for “El Club,” directed by Stillz, is up for Best Short Form Music Video.

Editor’s picks

All these nominations bode well for El Conejo Malo, but multiple nods in big categories could split his vote and make it harder for him to take home the trophy in those areas.

Música Mexicana Get Snubbed — Again

It seems like every year, the Latin Recording Academy reminds us just how out of touch it is with the ever-growing and modernizing música mexicana scene. Across its main categories, just one act from the genre, Carin Leon, made the cut in the Album of the Year category, despite its massive last few years. Song and Record of the Year got zero musica mexican acts, and no, Natalia Lafourcade, a Latin Grammy favorite doesn’t count. A closer look shows an even deeper disconnect: the Academy completely ignores what younger generations are actually listening to. It’s not just that música mexicana was excluded from the top awards — albums like Fuerza Régida’s history-making 111xpantia were entirely overlooked in genre-specific categories like Contemporary Mexican Music Album, despite making history on the charts. Rising stars with stellar debut albums, like Xavi and Netón Vega, didn’t earn a single nod. And in Best New Artist, breakout acts such as Estevie and Vega were nowhere to be found. It’s the same story every year — and maybe it’s time the Latin Recording Academy takes a long, hard look at itself and ask: Do we have a diverse enough group of voters to make this process truly fair? Jimmy Humilde put it poetically when he reacted to the nominations in 2023: “I think they’re full of shit.”

Liniker and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso Are the Breakout Darlings

Every year, one of the most exciting parts of the Latin Grammys is seeing which breakout artists had a huge year. 2025 is shaping up to be all about Brazil’s Liniker, who turned up in major categories on the strength of her album Caju, and Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso, the Argentine duo who went wildly viral after their Tiny Desk concert last October.

Related Content

Both offer a side the Latin Grammys hasn’t typically embraced, since it can often feel like Brazilian music and pop-jazz fusions are siloed off into specialty categories. But both acts are up for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year — with Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso even enjoying multiple nominations per certain categories, similar to Bad Bunny.

Trending Stories

New Categories Show Innovation

A Best Roots Song category could seem like a throwaway category ignored at the telecast, but the newly unveiled category actually makes a lot of sense thanks to contemporary artists blending traditional sounds with pop music. The nominees are especially interesting: Bad Bunny has a much-deserved nod for “DtMf,” a song that seamlessly weaves in Puerto Rico’s plena sound with modern instrumentation and rap-sung verses. There’s also room for interesting work being done by Natalia Lafourcade and El David Aguilar, who have been known to revisit the past and bring it into the future.

The second new category, Best Music For Visual Media, speaks to music that’s cinematic in scope and spirit. The frontrunners there seem to be Argentine legend Gustavo Santaolalla, who has soundtracked films like Amores Perros and Brokeback Mountains, and Cabra, the famed producer and former half of Calle 13, both who create sonic landscapes in their work.

Bad Bunny to livestream final Puerto Rico residency show on Prime Video for free

Bad Bunny will livestream his upcoming final Puerto Rico residency show on Prime Video – see all the details below.

  • READ MORE: Bad Bunny – ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’ review: ode to homeland is a new high for the Puerto Rican star

Last night, the rapper and Amazon’s Prime Video announced that the final show of his ongoing Puerto Rico ‘No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí’ residency – which was recently announced for September 20 – will livestream for free across the Amazon Music app, the Amazon Music channel on Twitch and Prime Video for Amazon Prime members.

Additionally, a trailer for the upcoming livestream – consisting of footage filmed at past shows on the historic residency – has been revealed. Check it out below.

The ‘No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí’, which kicked off on July 11 and was scheduled to end on September 14, has since been extended for one final show on September 20. That show, like the first nine dates of the residency, is reserved exclusively for Puerto Rico residents.

Bad Bunny has since announced a ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’ 2025/2026 world tour, that will see him visit Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia and will include two massive dates at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London in June 2026.

He has also admitted that he won’t be touring the US during the forthcoming world tour due to fears over ICE agents raiding his concerts. Immigration raids through ICE since Donald Trump became president have soared in the US with the agency aiming for 3,000 minimum arrests a day since May. It also comes after the rapper said he previously witnessed an ICE raid in Puerto Rico in June.

Bad Bunny’s upcoming tour will be his first time arriving back to Europe since 2019, and his first time in Latin America since 2022. It will also be the rapper’s live debut in countries like Australia, Brazil and Japan.

In a five-star review of ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’, NME shared: “On ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’, Benito revolutionises Puerto Rico’s folk music and reclaims his reggaeton throne with game-changing fusions that are authentic to him and what he believes in.”
