Reba Wilson Back Behind Bars After Shooting Repairman Over $70

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

Hold up, y’all — things got wild on Indianapolis’ east side! What started as a seemingly normal repair service quickly spiraled into a showdown nobody expected. Reba Wilson, 43, is back in the headlines, and the details are raising eyebrows across the city. From long-standing legal troubles to a shocking encounter at her home, there’s a lot to unpack — and folks are already buzzing about what went down.

Wilson Said “No $70,” Then Pulled The Strap!

Nate Baird, a self-employed HVAC and appliance technician, says he showed up at Reba Wilson’s east side home on Payton Avenue. According to reports, he arrived to fix a dryer that wasn’t heating properly. But after diagnosing the issue, things took a sharp left turn. Baird claims Wilson insisted the dryer was still under warranty and flat-out refused to pay for the visit. When he refused to work for free and started to leave, Wilson allegedly pointed a gun at him and demanded he fix it anyway.

He Ran For His Life—Then Heard A Shot!

Baird says he tried to stay calm, pretending to continue working before making a run for it out the back door. As he sprinted away, he claims he heard a gunshot and Wilson yelling, “I’ll pop a cap in your a**!” Additionally, Police later found a shell casing on top of the dryer and a gun hidden under a couch. Wilson was arrested and hit with several charges — including criminal confinement, intimidation, and being a serious violent felon with a firearm.

Baird says he’s still shaken and hopes Wilson finds support. “I just hope she gets some help” he told reporters, admitting he’s now worried about his safety on future jobs. Social media users are already sounding off about the situation, with many saying, “All that over seventy dollars?!”

“I’m just worried for my safety if I go around to someone else’s house if something like that happens again,” Baird shared. “It’d be definitely scary.”

One Year Later, Wilson’s Back In Jail

Looks like things just got even more serious for Reba Wilson as she is back in jail, according to WTHR 13. Turns out, Wilson had been on the run for over a year after violating her pretrial release. Additionally, she was hit with an arrest warrant served on October 22. She returned to court this week to face that long-standing violation and is now scheduled for trial on December 2. Furthermore, Wilson faces five felony charges, including criminal confinement and unlawful possession of a gun by a serious violent felon.

Who Are the Louvre Heist Suspects? Updates on the Investigation – Hollywood Life

The world’s most famous museum just became the scene of one of Europe’s boldest crimes. Authorities in France are investigating a daring daylight robbery at the Louvre Museum in Paris that left priceless Napoleon-era jewels missing. Suspects have now been arrested in connection with the heist—one near Paris and another while attempting to flee the country—as police continue to search for more accomplices and the stolen treasures.

Learn what’s been revealed so far about the suspects, how the robbery unfolded, and the latest updates in the investigation below.

How Did the Louvre Heist Happen?

The brazen robbery occurred on October 19, 2025 at about 9:30 a.m., just after the museum opened.

Thieves, disguised as construction workers in high-visibility vests, drove a truck with an extendable ladder to reach a second-floor balcony of the Apollo Gallery via the Seine façade. They used power tools—an angle grinder and other equipment—to cut a window, broke into two display cases containing Napoleonic-era crown jewels and escaped on motorbikes in what French officials described as a “professional” operation lasting only seven minutes.

Investigators found DNA traces on a helmet and glove left at the scene, giving them a strong forensic lead.

Who Are the Louvre Heist Suspects?

As of late October, two men in their 30s have been arrested in connection with the theft, French police confirmed to Reuters. One was apprehended at Charles de Gaulle Airport while trying to leave the country; the other was arrested in Seine-Saint-Denis.

Both men are reportedly known to authorities for previous criminal activity. Law enforcement officials told local outlets they believe the pair are part of a larger, organized network that may include additional accomplices still at large.

How Much Money Did the Louvre Thieves Steal?

The thieves made off with eight or so pieces of historical Crown Jewels from the Apollo Gallery, estimated to be worth approximately €88 million (about US $100 million) in total.

One of the stolen items—a crown once worn by Empress Eugénie—was recovered later outside the museum, broken.

Why the term ‘mainstream music’ is outdated – National

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

Before the internet really exploded around 2000, our access to music was limited.

It began at the record label level. Without a deal, getting distribution of your music was nearly impossible. Even if you did, your music was run through other filters: radio, music video channels, record stores and music magazines. The entire time, you competed with all the other new songs out there, along with older established favourites.

Getting the public’s attention was hard. Getting them to part with their limited disposable income to buy your music was even harder.

But because the initial supply was small and the winnowing process so stringent, rewards awaited the lucky few who came out the other side of the star-making machinery system. We lived in a monoculture, driven largely by radio airplay. In those days, we had a general idea of what everyone else was listening to. Music fans were connected by a common music vocabulary and a need to know that there were others with similar musical tastes. And because the biggest songs were so ubiquitous, we couldn’t help but learn the lyrics to even songs we hated.

Story continues below advertisement

To be a mainstream artist was to be BIG: Michael Jackson-Madonna-AC/DC-Eagles big. You could stop any stranger on the street to name three songs by any of those artists and get three correct answers.

Today, though, we all live in our separate, individual and highly personal musical bubbles, and we like it a lot. It’s so empowering to have our own little special niche that’s tailored for us. Thanks to streaming, there’s no more “mainstream” music fan. We’re all unique, each with an opinion on what music is “good.”

Even with someone as big as Taylor Swift, her songs haven’t achieved the kind of ubiquity we used to see before 2000. If you want to test that, ask a random stranger to name three Tay-Tay songs. Unless you choose a Swiftie, that person will probably struggle. I work in the music industry with all sorts of music 24-7-365 and I have trouble.

Another example: What was the song of the summer of 2025? What song was in everyone’s heads over June, July and August? For the first time in years, there was no clear winner. This underscores the fact that we’ve moved beyond big artists having big hits for the masses. Today’s hits are far smaller than those of the past because the same number of people can no longer come to a consensus on what we should all be listening to. That shared experience over a song/artist is nowhere near what it used to be.

Story continues below advertisement

Radio, as popular as it still is, is no longer as dominant as it once was when it comes to getting the word out on a song or artist. The music video channels have disappeared. When was the last time you bought a physical music magazine? And how many regular people make regular visits to record stores because there’s that hot new release everyone says they must have? Instead, we have streaming algorithms that automatically and constantly offer an endless parade of songs that they think we, as an individual music fan, might like. There’s no “everyone” anymore. It’s just “me.”

The music industry is struggling to redefine “mass appeal.” And it’s more than just radio airplay, streaming numbers and record sales. In today’s music business, you can have a hit outside the realm of what used to be defined as mainstream. In fact, you’ll be surprised to learn how big an act can be serving just their community.

Take My Chemical Romance, for example. When they announced their reunion tour, I was surprised that they’d been booked to play stadiums. Stadiums? For an emo band that had broken up for years and whose reunion was sidelined by COVID-19? Yet in one 30-day period this past summer, they averaged 42,797 people per show, a sellout rate of 100 per cent Surprised? I was.

Trending Now

  • Trump administration tells Colorado to stop importing wolves from Canada

Then there are the Lumineers, the Ho Hey band that became a Family Guy meme. During the same 3o-day period, they performed seven sold-out arena shows, averaging 18,430 tickets per gig, resulting in an average box office gross of nearly US$2 million per show.

Story continues below advertisement

Here are some other recent numbers via Pollstar, the bible of the touring music industry. Are any of these “mainstream” artists in the old sense of the definition?

  • ENHYPHEN: eight shows at 98 per cent sold, average of 20,329 tickets per gig, average gross of US$2.9 million.
  • Rüfüs Du Sol: nine shows at 96 per cent sold, average of 18,197 tickets per gig, average gross of US$1.65 million.
  • Phil Wickman/Brandon Lake: six shows at 100 per cent sold, average of 15,733 tickets per gig, average gross of US$889,512.
  • Anuel AA: eight shows at 85 per cent sold, average of 13,794 tickets per gig, average gross of US$1.2 million.

Even Creed, one of the most ridiculed bands of the last quarter-century, is selling out shows with an average attendance of 11,000 people. That’s close to a million bucks a night.

To be clear, none of what I’m saying is the screed of an old man pining for the old days. I’m merely pointing out the difference between how the music world used to be and what it’s become.

Story continues below advertisement

While the major labels still haven’t figured out how to deal with this new world, indie labels have more of a chance. Songs and artists bubble up online through streamers and social media and end up finding their audience, person by person. Eventually, there are enough of them to band together into a community for that artist, communities that, while large, are largely invisible to everyone else.

Another paradigm is to create a superfan constituency. If you can convince just 3,000 people to pay you $10 a month for all kinds of exclusive access and special privileges, that’s $360,000 a year. Not bad.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to listen to the new Jehnny Beth album, You Heartbreaker You. It’s excellent. Everyone’s listening to it–or at least should be.

Hailey Bieber made Botox pledge

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

26 October 2025

Hailey Bieber “made a commitment” to herself not to consider Botox injections until she’s in her 30s.

Hailey Bieber has detailed her beauty procedures

The Rhode Beauty founder admitted she has used the injectable to treat her temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, as it is seen as an option for pain management, but she won’t think about having wrinkle-smoothing jabs for the foreseeable future.

Speaking to Owen Theile on his In Your Dreams podcast, the 28-year-old beauty said: “I don’t have any Botox except for in my jaw for TMJ, but I have no Botox in my face.

“I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.”

Hailey – who has 14-month-old son Jack with husband Justin Bieber – is “really diligent” about looking after her skin and while she doesn’t use Botox, she has had “light little lasers” a few times a year and also has PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) injections, which see a person’s own blood injected back into the face.

She said: “[PRP is] when they take your blood from your arm and they spin it. I love doing PRP with microneedling. I’ve talked about that a lot.”

“[With PRF], they take your blood, but it’s called EZ Gel, and basically they heat it and then they cool it, and it kind of makes your blood a gel consistency. And then you inject it. So I’ve done that, which I loved.

“I’ve injected my smile lines. I’ve injected it under my eyes.”

Hailey’s own mom, Kennya Baldwin, has stayed away from Botox too.

She said: “My mom does nothing to her skin, and she looks insane.

“Why would I lie? I tell you everything.”

Owen agreed his pal is “the most honest person – honest to a fault!”

You’ll Be Back for These Secrets About The Terminator

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

Whittled from the original idea of two cyborgs into one (the idea would inform Terminator 2: Judgment Day), The Terminator was made for about $6.4 million and made $78 million worldwide, including $38 million domestically, earning it sleeper hit status.

“But to give you some perspective, the same year [Karate Kid] made $90 million, so it was a hit, but it wasn’t like this huge, huge hit,” Michael Biehn, who played soldier-from-the-future Kyle Reese, told Ain’t It Cool News in 2011. “1984 is when it came out, that’s when most people started getting their VHS players and I think that that’s really where that movie took off. Everybody saw it on VHS.”

Biehn also worked with Cameron on Aliens and The Abyss.

Hamilton, who reunited with Cameron for T2, as well as briefly joined him in holy matrimony, probably couldn’t envision that she and her biceps would be reporting for duty 35 years after the original came out for 2019’s Terminator: Dark Fate.

“I have come to terms with the fact that I will always be Linda ‘The Terminator’ Hamilton,” she told MTV News in 2009. “I go out in the world and people just scream, ‘I love you!’ That’s a great job description. It’s wonderful to have done something that will live longer than me.”

And the rest is sci-fi history. Here are some epic secrets about the making of The Terminator:

Rick Ross Lists Lavish $6.5 Million Florida Mansion For Sale + Features Soundproof Theater, Nine-Car Garage & More

Rick Ross is ready to cash out on one of his most luxurious properties. The Miami rapper has officially listed his stunning South Florida mansion for $6.5 million, giving fans a glimpse into his boss-level lifestyle.

Located in Southwest Ranches, Florida, the 14,000-square-foot property includes six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and sits on 2.3 acres in the exclusive Landmark Ranch Estates neighborhood.

The home boasts marble floors, soaring ceilings, a private driveway, a resort-style pool, a custom bar, a soundproof theater, two offices, and even a nine-car garage. The primary suite is a showstopper, with “a custom one-of-a-kind closet, sitting area, bonus room and spa-inspired bath,” according to the listing.

Rozay bought the property from former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire in 2021 for $3.5 million cash and made major upgrades, including a massive double-R logo driveway and a new roof. He still owns his 322-acre Georgia estate, “The Promise Land.”

Would you drop $6.5 million on Ross’ mega mansion?

bitchy | King Charles’ courtiers believe QEII has ‘a lot to answer for’ with the Andrew problem

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

It’s incredibly funny to watch King Charles try to thread this needle with his late mother’s memory: Queen Elizabeth II was the greatest monarch ever and everything she said and did is above reproach… AND the late queen was petty, negligent, short-sighted and she’s to blame for pretty much every problem plaguing Charles. You can’t have it both ways – either QEII’s words are the royal gospel or she made tons of horrible decisions which left the monarchy in terrible shape long-term. Which is it? All of this brings me to Roya Nikkhah’s new piece in the Times, where “insiders” and “sources” are basically complaining about how QEII should have taken care of this Prince Andrew situation during her reign, and why oh why did they leave this issue on the shoulders of Charles the Ditherer? Some highlights:

A stain on the Carolean era: Whichever way the saga of Andrew ends — and the end does not yet appear to be in sight — it has indelibly stained the Carolean era, a reign that has already been buffeted by the King’s cancer, for which he is still receiving weekly treatment. A friend of the monarch said: “He won’t be looking at it through the lens of ‘this is my brother’. He’ll be looking at it through the lens of ‘this is getting in the way of the royal family’s duty to serve the country and distracting from the public work’ — and that’s not where he wants the focus to be.”

The inherited problem: Charles and his aides have been firefighting for weeks, attempting to digest each new, tawdry revelation about Andrew that emerges to do with his links to the convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein…But there is a growing feeling that too little is being done too late, and the Palace is playing catch-up because of mis-steps committed during the last reign. After his BBC Newsnight interview, Andrew was forced by Queen Elizabeth, with the support of Charles and Prince William, to step back from public life in the vain hope the scandal would fade. In February 2022, when Andrew agreed a multimillion-pound settlement with Giuffre, part-funded by his mother and Charles and admitting no liability, the late Queen enforced further punishment, removing his HRH styling, military titles and patronages. But she could not bring herself to fully strip him of his titles, or suggest that alternative accommodation might be more appropriate in the circumstances. He remained her weak spot, and Charles is now paying the price.

QEII has a lot to answer for!! A source who knows the royal family said: “It seems to me that Queen Elizabeth has quite a lot to answer for. It’s as if she left an unexploded bomb for Charles. The thing about the Queen was that everyone always said she was so dutiful, and she was — but this was a terrible dereliction of duty. She indulged Andrew all the time and always avoided confrontation.”

QEII the ostrich: Another royal source, who knew the late Queen well, said: “It wasn’t just Andrew — it was all the family troubles. She just didn’t want to engage. She was like an ostrich with her head in the sand. But I don’t think any of the family knew the full extent of what would come out.”

The advanced talks with Andrew: Talks between Andrew and courtiers, thought to be led by the King’s principal private secretary, Sir Clive Alderton, on the issue of where else he might live — and who would fund a move — are said to be continuing. The prince has so far dug in his heels and shows no imminent signs of moving. This is despite mounting pressure prompted by revelations last week in The Times that he pays the Crown Estate a “peppercorn rent” for the sprawling mansion.

Charles must stop dithering and confront Andrew directly: The source said: “Charles has to say to his face, ‘There’s no choice here, you must now leave Royal Lodge. Whatever the lease says. You say you always put your family and country first. Prove it. This is doing real damage to the monarchy. You’ve got to move.’ I think that would do a lot to assuage public anger.” Another royal source said: “The public are angry at Andrew, angry that he’s still in that house and angry at the disdain in that statement. Something else [beyond the dukedom] has to go.”

What is Camilla doing? Queen Camilla has so far kept a low profile on the matter, choosing to support her husband privately as he navigates the Andrew fallout. The Palace will not say whether Camilla — who, like the Duchess of Edinburgh, is a longstanding campaigner on raising awareness of sexual abuse — has read Giuffre’s book or expressed an interest in its contents, published posthumously. A friend of Camilla’s said: “Knowing her, she probably will. Set against the Queen and the Duchess of Edinburgh’s personal agenda, it is a very difficult backdrop to try and promote the issues they care about when they’ve got someone so close to home caught up in it.”

Endless scandal: Another former courtier says of the endless scandal: “If a story lasts more than nine days, you’re toast. It’s been 15 years now.” A friend of the King said: “The King has one of the best antenna for judging public opinion and he is keeping a very close eye on the mood on this matter. There is a genuine sense that he feels he has taken every step available and they have pulled all the decisive levers they can. If it isn’t enough, because the public outrage is still high, they will look again. But it is not an institution that is prone to knee-jerk reactions.”

[From The Times]

“The King has one of the best antenna for judging public opinion” – no he doesn’t??? LMAO. Charles married Camilla, for God’s sake. Charles doesn’t have a feel for public opinion, but he believes that he can manipulate public opinion to get his desired result. Andrew Lownie – who wrote the book on the Yorks, published this past summer – pointed out that the public is way ahead of the monarchy and the government on the Andrew situation. There’s HUGE public support for formally stripping Andrew of all of his titles and forcing him out of Royal Lodge and launching a criminal inquiry into him. Charles and the Starmer government look out of touch for attempting to slow-walk these half-measure punishments.

As for all of the stuff about blaming QEII… lol. Charles really is his mother’s biggest opp, and always has been. Charles is disrespecting the dead queen! Punishing Andrew is a slap in the dead queen’s face! Sorry, do we only reserve that kind of hyperbole when it’s about the Sussexes? The thing that makes it even funnier is that Charles is actually right, QEII should have punished Andrew during her reign and yes, this was always going to explode during Charles’s reign. But QEII didn’t force Charles to put Andrew front-and-center on the Christmas walk and Easter walks. QEII didn’t force Charles to dither and slow-walk the Andrew situation for three years.

Ari’s Tweet Got Everyone Reflecting

On Friday afternoon, Ari came through with a word for the people. In a tweet, she wrote, “Regret is the [worst] feeling. Wishing you would’ve made a different decision will literally eat you up inside. Be careful.” While she didn’t name names or share details, her post gave major “lesson learned” energy. Fans immediately began speculating about what could’ve had her feeling this way, with some saying Ari’s been in her growth era lately, choosing peace and self-awareness over the chaos she used to entertain. Whatever it is, one thing’s for sure—Ari’s message had the timeline in full reflection mode right along with her.

Regret is the worse feeling. Wishing you would’ve made a different decision will literally eat you up inside. Be careful.

Everybody Felt This One, Sis

As soon as Ari dropped her post, fans flooded her X comments to sound off. Some couldn’t help but bring up her past with G Herbo, hinting that the message might’ve been inspired by him. Others said her words hit deep and came at the right time, while a few chimed in, reminding everyone that life’s too short to live with regrets.

No seriously. I regret not making a better decision with the father I chose for my son.

Life only moves forward when making a decision especially life changing decision take your time weigh all the options and whatever decision you make and the one you don’t be willing to live with your decision wrong or right that helps with having regret later

The pain comes from our tendency to idealize the “what if”

while forgetting that no choice is perfect, and every path has its trade-offs.

Big Bling, Bigger Regrets

Ari Fletcher stays reminding us that growth is a journey—especially when it comes to fashion! Not too long ago, sis got real about some of her past looks that didn’t quite age how she hoped. On Thursday, October 9, Ari hopped on X to clown her old jewelry era, tweeting, “Why was I walking around with that big a* jewelry on. I’m so embarrassed. Okay new money we see you boo.”

And, over on Instagram Stories, she doubled down by posting a throwback photo of herself rocking oversized black shades, stacked rings, chunky bracelets, and a massive “KYLE” Cuban chain that screamed new money energy. Fans couldn’t help but laugh along, with many praising her for being able to look back and laugh at herself—because if there’s one thing Ari’s gonna do, it’s evolve and keep it real while doing it.

Culture at heart of Blue Jays’ World Series run

by jummy84 October 26, 2025

TORONTO – Whether it was at the draft, the trade deadline, or during free agency, Ross Atkins has always emphasized the importance of values during his decade as general manager of the Toronto Blue Jays.

Every time there was a potential addition to the team, Atkins never failed to mention their “high character.”

He believes that policy has paid off in 2025, with the Blue Jays reaching the World Series for the first time in 32 years in large part thanks to their cohesiveness and dedication to each other.

“I’ve always been taught and learned and believed strongly that hiring and identification of — whether it be players, coaches, scouts, anyone that’s helping support the organization — that hiring’s the most important thing we do,” said Atkins during a news conference on Friday before Game 1 of the World Series. “If you do that with values that are important to you, then over time, that’s going to pay off for you.”

Atkins said that centring the team’s personnel policy and the resulting atmosphere is something that he and manager John Schneider actually spoke about earlier in the week.

“The thing that I think about the most is the relationships, the people that we have hired and the people that we have grown with together,” said Atkins, who was hired as the team’s GM in December 2015. “I’ve always felt there’s a big group of people here that I’m working with that will, for sure, be lifelong relationships and lifelong friendships.

“This success — albeit we’re not done, with work to do — not just this year, but well beyond, I think just emboldens that feeling of how powerful these relationships will be.”

Toronto led all of Major League Baseball with 49 come-from-behind wins in the regular season, with 12 of those victories coming when the Blue Jays trailed by at least three runs.

They also rallied from a 2-0 deficit to the Seattle Mariners in the best-of-seven American League Championship Series. The climactic Game 7 in Toronto was capped by George Springer’s three-run homer in the seventh inning, undoing Seattle’s early 3-1 lead in that series finale.

“I think that’s what forms a good team. It’s talent and it’s players, but it’s people,” said Schneider before the World Series began. “I think that we’ve done such a phenomenal job of creating a culture where people are just welcome.

“It’s what we’ve grasped on to, the standard we’ve set. Not just the type of player we want, but the type of people we want in here, too.”

Schneider has been with the Blue Jays organization since 2002 when he was drafted in the 13th round of that year’s draft. He retired from playing after the 2007 season due to three concussions suffered that year, then became a minor-league manager for the rookie-level Gulf Coast League Blue Jays in 2008, working his way up through the franchise’s different levels of ball.

He said that the relationships that have been built in Toronto during Atkins’s tenure has helped create the culture that made the Blue Jays (94-68) playoff run possible.

“I think that when you’re trying to establish a winning environment and a winning organization that can do it repeatedly, that people come into play,” said Schneider. “People that are going to push things forward and not be satisfied.

“Even this year, when we acquired (infielder Andres Gimenez) and signed (Anthony Santander) and signed Max (Scherzer), we were talking about what that would do for people around them too and where the people that we had already were in their career and in their lives.”

Schneider said it was also a factor in July as Major League Baseball’s trade deadline approached and the Blue Jays were gearing up for a deep post-season run.

“It was cool to have those conversations with Ross, understanding what we were doing at the time, and not trying to disrupt that,” said Schneider. “You want to try to add people that are going to help.

“So Seranthony (Dominguez), who is about as selfless as there is, Louis Varland, Ty France, they’re good pieces for what we already have, too. We made it a point to be really aware of it this year and, again, it’s been a couple years in the making to get to this point.”

Varland and France were traded to Toronto by the Minnesota Twins on July 31 for Alan Roden and Kendry Rojas. Varland, who has become a fixture in the Blue Jays bullpen in the post-season, said that the strong culture on his new team was immediately apparent.

“From the coaching staff to the players to the support staff to the chefs, like everybody’s great, everybody’s friendly, welcoming,” he said. “I saw this the other day, ‘the Glue Jays.’

“That’s, like, a perfect way to sum it up. Everybody’s so close and everybody’s a great guy or girl.”

Bijou Phillips wants Danny Masterson’s surname dropped from daughter’s name

26 October 2025

Bijou Phillips has filed to remove Danny Masterson’s surname from their daughter’s name.

Bijou Phillips wants to change her daughter’s name

The 45-year-old actress filed for divorce from the former That ’70s Show star two years ago when he was sentenced to 30 years to life behind bars after being found guilty of raping two women 20 years ago, and she has now submitted new court documents asked for 11-year-old Fianna Francis to be given her own last name instead of her father’s, TMZ reports.

The filing is currently awaiting approval from a judge.

But in another legal move on Friday (24.10.25), a judge changed both the Almost Famous star and her former spouse’s legal statuses to single.

Despite their divorce, Bijou previously gave a character statement for Danny – who is behind bars at North Kern State Prison in California – and said he’s still in touch with their little girl every night.

She said: “Danny is an amazing father.

“Our daughter and I are heartbroken that he is not home with us. It has been very difficult without him here. Even though he is now in jail, he calls her every day. He helps her with homework every night.”

The actress filed for divorce just a few weeks after his sentencing, citing “irreconcilable differences” for the breakdown of their 11-year union.

Her lawyer said in a statement at the time: “Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter.

“This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life.

“Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter. She hopes that everyone will respect her family’s privacy in these difficult times.”

Danny agreed to give Bijou full legal and physical custody of their daughter, but requested visitation rights.

The Raising Hope actress requested their assets be divided by the court as separate property.

Last year, Bijou was romantically linked with Jamie Mazur, with insiders telling how her relationship with the businessman had given her a new outlook on life.

A source told People magazine at the time: “After Danny was found guilty, Bijou had a hard time.

“She has been incredibly sad for their daughter. It’s just so awful that she lost her dad. Bijou has leaned on a small group of friends for support since she filed for divorce.”
