Thamma box office collection day 4: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s film is part of Maddock Films’ horror comedy universe.

Thamma box office collection day 4: Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films introduced a new chapter in the horror-comedy universe with Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s film. The movie struck a chord with the audience, receiving mostly positive reviews from critics as well. Let us take a look at the box office performance of the film so far.

Thamma box office collection day 4: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s film is the fifth installment in Maddock horror comedy universe.

Thamma box office performance

According to trade tracking site Sacnilk, Thamma took a bumper opening at the box office, collecting ₹24 crore on day 1. This was followed by the film continuing its magic by collecting ₹18.6 crore on day 2 and ₹13 crore on day 3. The film managed to maintain its momentum on the first Friday as well, collecting ₹3.79 crore despite being a working day. With this, the film’s total collection now stands at ₹59.39 crore.

Thamma is now eyeing to surpass the domestic collection of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari ( ₹60.35 crore). It is also eyeing to beat the lifetime haul of Varun’s Maddock horror-comedy universe film Bhediya, which collected ₹68.99 crore. For the unversed, Varun also had a cameo in Thamma and stole the limelight with his performance.

Earlier today, Ayushmann also shared an emotional post expressing gratitude for Thamma’s success. Sharing a series of pictures and videos with his family and being mobbed by fans in theatres, Ayushmann wrote, “This family has seen a lot in the last few years. The success of Thamma is like a beautiful divine light. It is a result of collective prayers of the young and old present here. आयुष्मान भव:… that’s what my father used to say whenever I touched his feet. When Paresh ji said आयुष्मान भव: in the film, it felt like my father, my guardian angel, had blessed me.” He further thanked the audience for blessing Thamma with love and revealed that he is overwhelmed by its success.

About Thamma

Helmed by Aditya Sarpotdar, Thamma revolves around a journalist who, after encountering a mysterious woman, turns into a vampiric creature called Betal and must save humanity from the bloodlust of an ancient evil. The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Faisal Malik, Geeta Agrawal Sharma and Alexx O’Nell, among others, in key roles. Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor Head to Sri Lanka for a Song Shoot

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

Peddi is Ram Charan’s upcoming rural action drama directed by Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana. After wrapping up major portions in India, the team has now flown to Sri Lanka for an exciting new schedule.

Romantic song shoot

A romantic song featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Ram Charan will be shot amidst the stunning island backdrop. AR Rahman has composed the music for this film, and the news is that he has readied a soothing number for the lead pair. According to sources, the song will be a visual feat and Rahman’s tune will perfectly complement the number.

Songs will play an important role in driving the narrative. And Buchi Babu is known for fleshing out emotional narratives like Uppena. And Peddi is a dream project that will showcase Ram Charan in a raw, intense, and completely new avatar. Charan has undergone multiple transformations and has performed some breathtaking action sequences for the film. Peddi has cinematography by R. Rathnavelu, while editing is handled by National Award winner Navin Nooli.

Janhvi Kapoor in Peddi

Janhvi plays a village belle

On the other hand, this is the first time Janhvi Kapoor is sharing screen with Charan, and there is strong anticipation to see how the pair will look on screen. Janhvi made her debut with Jr NTR’s Devara, and she was loved by the Telugu audience. In Peddi, she plays a village belle and had earlier stated that it’ll be memorable role. Buchi Babu too shared that he had only Janhvi in mind while scripting her part.

Peddi also features Kannada legend Shiva Rajkumar in a powerful role, alongside Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma. The Mirzapur actor will be seen in an intense role and has pinned a lot of hopes on Peddi to build his career in the South. The film is scheduled for a grand pan-India release on March 27, 2026.

Promo Calling Prabhas ‘India’s Biggest Superstar’ Ignites Social-Media Storm, Shah Rukh Khan Fans Fight Back

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

When the audio teaser for Spirit — directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and starring Prabhas — dropped on the actor’s birthday, it began on a high note: a hush, an announcement, the title card declaring “India’s biggest superstar Prabhas”. But what should have been a moment of celebration quickly flipped into a fan-war battlefield, as supporters of Shah Rukh Khan rushed to the keyboard to challenge the bold claim.

For Prabhas’s legion of fans, the tag felt overdue. The “Rebel Star” shot to pan-India fame with the Baahubali franchise, and after a string of less-successful films, the recent successes of Salaar and Kalki 2898 AD reignited his superstar trajectory. One social-media user wrote, “Box office collections are proof that Vanga is right here.”

Yet for Shah Rukh’s fandom, the title card struck a deeply charged nerve. One tweet read: “India’s Biggest Superstar? Nice try but there’s only one Badshah who rules hearts from Mumbai to Morocco — #SRK.” Another created a meme borrowing from The Ba**ds of Bollywood* spoof, captioning it: “‘Ghante ka biggest superstar’.”

The clash goes beyond a birthday tribute and promo line. It underscores how fandoms lobby for cultural territory — legacy, visibility, size of following, history of hits — and how one claim can feel like a red flag. Prabhas’s supporters pointed to his blockbuster grosses, especially Kalki 2898 AD crossing ₹1,000 crore, and said the tag was valid.

On the other hand, Shah Rukh’s peers brought up his decades-long career and record-breaking run: Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki all marked milestones. As one commenter asked, “Legacy isn’t declared in posters, it’s earned over decades of magic, charm, and global love.”

The drama also reveals how the Indian film ecosystem is increasingly pan-regional. A Telugu-star being labelled “India’s biggest superstar” challenges Bollywood-centric ego. It reflects the new reality: box-office power, pan-India reach and multilingual fandoms matter more than industry origin.

As for Spirit, it remains one of the most anticipated releases of early 2026. Before it hits screens, Prabhas has The RajaSaab lined up, and Shah Rukh’s fans will certainly be watching the rollout closely.

At its core, this story isn’t just about a promo card—it’s about how star power is claimed and contested in the age of digital fandom. Whether or not anyone agrees with the label, Prabhas’s supporters have used it as a rallying call, and Shah Rukh’s legion responded accordingly.

In the world of megastars, the crown doesn’t come wrapped in a title card. It’s carried by films, followers and decades of resonance. But for now, the internet’s turned it into a battleground.

Hi Twinkle Khanna, What

Hi Twinkle Khanna, Now That You’ve Made A Section Of Mard Samaaj Feel It’s Okay To ‘Sneak Around & Cheat’; What’s Next, Polygamy? [Opinion]

by jummy84 October 24, 2025

Twinkle Khanna’s Opinion About Infidelity Is Bizarre! (Photo Credit – YouTube)

Twinkle Khanna and Kajol almost broke the internet when they hosted Salman Khan and Aamir Khan on the premiere of their chat show Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle. However, the latest epin infidelity, with Twinkle Khanna dismissing it as Raat Gayi Baat Gayi (just like Ranbir & Deepika decided What happens in Corsica, stays in Corsica!) However, in my opinion, this wasn’t just a difference of opinion, it was such a disappointing and careless display of one’s moral and emotional standards.

While Janhvi Kapoor, the youngest and arguably the most grounded person in the room, held her stance that ‘the deal is already broken‘ once you physically cheat in a relationship, Twinkle dismissed her thoughts by questioning her age and suggesting she would eventually have an opinion once shsode of the show featured Karan Johar and Janhvi Kapoor, and it has blown a discussion out of proportion – a casual, cool, almost breezy justification of physical infidelity in long-term marriages.

During the episode, Twinkle Khanna, Kajol, and Karan Johar unanimously declared that emotional cheating is far worse than gaining wisdom! Now, this is the most bizarre statement I have come across during this weird conversation!

While I might agree to disagree that this topic might have too many subjective opinions, and it is eventually one’s personal choice when it comes to infidelity, age has nothing to do with this. I mean, if a woman is okay with physical infidelity in her 50s, she might be okay with Polygamy in her 70s and tell me that I would agree to Polygamy when I turn 70! Sounds bizarre? So did Twinkle Khanna’s age card!

Raat Gayi, Baat Gayi Is Such A Red Flag Term!

While this was a very casual conversation where Karan Johar said, ‘Thand lag jaati hai’ and even Kajol agreed that emotional cheating is worse, I echo with what Janhvi argued – we cannot compare which is worse, and both are wrong! Setting up a notion that a physical hook-up is merely a mistake, a one-night stand to be precise, is such a dangerous narrative. It is the breach of trust that is the foundation of any relationship! And Raat Gayi Baat Gayi is such a casual way to greenlight the audacity of men who are ready to change ‘flavors’ at their convenience!

The Green Light for the ‘Mard Samaaj’

Also, if Twinkle Khanna needs to dissect this further, it clearly means loyalty is negotiable, and no, Ma’am, loyalty is never negotiable! Cheating is not negotiable! Taking your partner for granted is not negotiable! Coming from a woman, this normalizes the disrespect that women receive already in a patriarchal society from their male chauvinist partners!

The true definition of a successful, mature relationship is not how much betrayal you learn to swallow, but how strongly you maintain the boundaries that protect your dignity. If physical betrayal is no longer a deal-breaker, how low does the bar go before we realize we are not maintaining a marriage, but merely cohabiting in a societal arrangement?

So, no, Mrs Funnybones, let us not normalize infidelity, and let us keep cheating a non-negotiable parameter in a relationship. Please cool baniye, cold nahi!

Asrani: The Actor Who Brought Heart To Humour In Indian Cinema | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

The moment one utters the name Asrani, generations over 45 instinctively hear that unforgettable line – “Main Angrezon ke zamane ka jailer hoon!” The words, delivered in his inimitable pitch and rhythm, have outlived the cult classic film Sholay itself. But to remember Asrani only for Sholay would be to overlook one of Indian cinema’s most versatile, consistent, and quietly revolutionary performers.

Govardhan Asrani — simply known as Asrani — was born on January 1, 1941, in Jaipur, into a Sindhi family that had migrated from Karachi after Partition. He trained at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, where he was a classmate of Subhash Ghai and Shatrughan Sinha — both of whom would later acknowledge him as “the actor who could make tragedy sound funny.”

When Asrani came to Mumbai in the late 1960s, comic roles were largely loud and slapstick. What he brought was nuance — a realism hidden beneath humour. His characters were funny, but never foolish. Even in chaos, he maintained control — his expressions were calculated, his pauses deliberate, his delivery razor-sharp.

Asrani became a fixture in Hindi cinema through his 25-film collaboration with Rajesh Khanna. The two shared an off-screen friendship rare for that era. In films like Bawarchi, Aap Ki Kasam, Amar Prem, and Chhoti Si Baat, Asrani was more than comic relief — he was the emotional bridge between the star and the audience.

Few know that it was Khanna who insisted Hrishikesh Mukherjee cast Asrani in Bawarchi and later recommended him to Gulzar. It was Gulzar’s Aandhi and Koshish that revealed Asrani’s ability to shade humour with melancholy — something few comic actors attempted then.

The role of the jailer in Sholay wasn’t originally written for Asrani. Ramesh Sippy had initially considered Mehmood, but it was Asrani’s mock-Hitler audition that sealed the deal. On set, his improvisation — including the goose-step and exaggerated mustache — had the crew in splits. Amitabh Bachchan later recalled that “every time Asrani entered the frame, even rehearsals stopped — everyone wanted to see what he would do next.”

What made the jailer unforgettable wasn’t just the humour, but the satire – a colonial hangover caricatured in one man.

While audiences loved Asrani the comedian, the industry insiders respected Asrani the technician. He directed six films, including Chala Murari Hero Banne (1977), a semi-autobiographical take on a struggler’s life in Bollywood — years before such meta-narratives became fashionable.

He also discovered and mentored several Gujarati actors and screenwriters, quietly contributing to the rise of Gujarati cinema in the 1970s and 80s. Many later television comedians — from Paresh Rawal to Deven Bhojani — have cited Asrani as an early influence for his blend of sincerity and timing.

Unlike many of his contemporaries, Asrani never retired. He adapted. From the melodramatic frames of the 70s to the multiplex realism of the 2000s, he found his place. Whether in Hera Pheri, Malamaal Weekly, or Bhool Bhulaiyaa, he reinvented himself without ever becoming a caricature of his own legacy.

His final screen (released) appearance in The Trial (Season 2), where he played a sharp, high-profile lawyer with an understated arrogance, showed an actor still at work — still experimenting. Critics noted that his controlled performance “proved age had only honed his instinct for restraint.”

Those who knew him personally often remarked that Asrani’s off-screen persona was nothing like his on-screen ones. He was quiet, methodical, deeply spiritual, and known to rehearse each scene multiple times, fine-tuning tone and rhythm. His wife, actress Manisha (of Sholay’s chorus fame), once shared in an interview that Asrani would spend hours watching Charlie Chaplin reels to study “how silence could be comic too.”

He believed comedy was the toughest craft — “you must be intelligent enough to play stupid convincingly,” he once told a film school class in Pune.

On October 20, 2025, Asrani passed away in Mumbai at 84. His departure marks more than the loss of a beloved actor — it closes a chapter of Indian cinema that valued wit, warmth, and workmanship over showmanship.

Asrani’s body of work — over 350 films across languages, tones, and decades — stands as a masterclass in comic realism. He made laughter a language of empathy.

Bollywood has bid adieu to an artist who never sought the spotlight but ended up being the light in every frame he entered. He leaves behind not an obituary, but a legacy — one for generations of actors to learn how truth, timing, and tenderness can coexist in a single smile.

Jassi Weds Jassi Trailer Out! Harshhvardhan Singh Deo, Ranvir Shorey, Manu Rishi Chadha Promises A Hilarious 90s Love Story Ride- Watch

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

The trailer of Jassi Weds Jassi is finally out, and it’s serving up a perfect mix of nostalgia, laughter, and chaos! Set in the charming town of Haldwani during the late 90s, the film takes audiences back to a simpler time when love bloomed over stolen glances, cassette dedications, and landline calls but this time, one innocent mix-up turns romance into riotous confusion.

Jassi Weds Jassi Trailer Out!

At the heart of the story is Jassi, played by Harshhvardhan Singh Deo, a hopeless romantic who believes he’s finally found the love of his life. His Jassi, portrayed by Rehmat Rattan, is sweet, sensible, and everything he’s ever dreamed of until fate introduces another Jassi into the mix, setting off a chain of hilarious misunderstandings. What follows is a comedy of errors where hearts collide, tempers flare, and wedding bells hang in the balance!

Adding to the madness are an ensemble of colourful characters Ranvir Shorey as the well-meaning but forever frazzled lover trying to make sense of it all, Sikandar Kher as the charming troublemaker who adds fuel to the confusion, Manu Rishi Chadha as the strict law enforcer and a hopeless romantic with a bag full of advice (most of it wrong), Sudesh Lehri bringing in his signature humour, and Grusha Kapoor as the strong, over-laad pyaar wali matriarch holding the chaos together.

Sharing his thoughts on the film, Sikandar Kher says, “Sometimes, one name can turn a love story into a comedy of errors and that’s exactly what makes Jassi Weds Jassi so much fun. It’s emotional, funny, and very real. I had a gala time shooting for this mad mad film ”

Ranvir Shorey adds, “It’s that kind of story where a small mix-up snowballs into complete madness. Truly, one name can turn a blooming love story into a comedy of errors and that’s the beauty of it, I have always enjoyed working on such films where one can rewatch and relaugh again and again”

HarshhVardhan Singh Deo, who leads the film, shares, “This film captures the innocence of first love and the chaos that comes with it. It’s about how one name can turn a love story into a comedy of errors and that’s what makes it unforgettable.”

Directed by Paran Bawa, Jassi Weds Jassi stars Harshhvardhan Singh Deo, Rehmat Rattan, Ranvir Shorey, Sikandar Kher, Manu Rishi Chadha, Sudesh Lehri, and Grusha Kapoor.

Releasing on 7th November 2025, Jassi Weds Jassi promises a full on dose of comedy, drama, romance, and that big, fat wedding vibe that audiences have been missing on the big screen! Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana is currently riding high on the success of his recent release, Thamma. As the film crossed ₹50 crore in just three days, the actor shared an emotional note revealing how the film came as a “beautiful divine light” for him and his family.

Ayushmann Khurrrana reacts to Thamma’s success.

Ayushmann Khurrana on Thamma’s success

On Friday, Ayushmann took to Instagram and shared a compilation that included a video from his Diwali celebration with family, a picture with his late father, one with his on-screen father Paresh Rawal, and a clip of fans mobbing him as he visited a theatre screening of Thamma to see the audience’s reaction. Alongside the pictures and videos, he penned a heartfelt note expressing how Thamma’s success came as a huge relief.

He wrote, “This family has seen a lot in the last few years. The success of Thamma is like a beautiful divine light. It is a result of the collective prayers of the young and the old present here. आयुष्मान भव:… that’s what my father used to say whenever I touched his feet. When Paresh ji said आयुष्मान भव: in the film, it felt like my father, my guardian angel, had blessed me.”

Ayushmann expressed his gratitude for the film’s success and added, “My family, my late father and the audience have blessed Thamma with love. Don’t be surprised if you come across an overwhelmed me in one of the theatres in the suburbs —I may drop in to say hi and thank you!”

His industry friends also showered love and congratulated him on the film’s success. Rajkummar Rao commented, “Congratulations, brother. Very well deserved.” Vijay Varma wrote, “Lots of love to you and fam, brother.” Rakul Preet Singh added, “May this be just the beginning of so much more… love to all of you.”

Fans also joined in to celebrate the moment. One of them wrote, “Like they say, some successes feel personal to us. This one feels exactly like that. Your wins = our wins. So, so happy and proud of you, AK! You deserve every bit of this and even more. Ayushmann Bhava!” Another commented, “You deserve every bit of it.”

Ayushmann lost his father, astrologer P. Khurana, in May 2023 after a prolonged illness. Earlier this year, in April, his wife and filmmaker Tahira Kashyap revealed that her breast cancer had relapsed after seven years. She underwent treatment and is currently focusing on regaining her health.

Ayushmann Khurrana’s recent and upcoming work

Before Thamma, Ayushmann was last seen in Dream Girl 2 (2023) alongside Ananya Panday. The film was a commercial success, earning ₹142.2 crore worldwide at the box office. In Thamma, produced by Maddock Films, Ayushmann plays the role of a vampire. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Paresh Rawal and Faisal Malik in key roles. It has received mostly positive reviews and continues to enjoy a dream run at the box office.

Ayushmann will next be seen in Mudassar Aziz’s Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, which also stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead role. The film is scheduled for release in March 2026.

First Audio Clip of Prabhas Starrer Spirit Is Out Now

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga sprung a surprise! When it was least expected, the filmmaker released an audio clip, which he described as the sound story of his upcoming film, starring Prabhas. On the occasion of the superstar’s birthday, Sandeep’s late-night surprise sparked a fan frenzy. “Happy Birthday Prabhas anna Presenting a ‘SOUND-STORY’ in five Indian languages straight from the heart, for every fan who’s felt his,” he posted with fire emoji.

Sound story of Spirit

Prabhas’ birthday has truly turned into a cinematic celebration as fans of the superstar were treated to multiple surprises. But the biggest surprise came from Sandeep Vanga and Bhushan Kumar when they released an audio clip which stole the show. The unconventional yet unique audio teaser builds anticipation and captures the gravity of the story giving enough hint of the action thriller. The audio that features the voices of the cast Prabhas and Prakash Raj instantly strikes a chord. It encapsulates with the gripping background score of composer Harshavardhan Rameshwar.

Prabhas plays an IPS officer

Prabhas plays the role of a former IPS officer and academy topper who comes to jail as a remand prisoner. His arrest stems from conduct-related issues and is pitted against an authoritative jail superintendent (Prakash Raj) who runs the show by his own set of rules. He says, “I hate civilian costumes in my compound. It has to be either Khakis or Kadis. And the biggest highpoint comes towards the end when Prabhas delivers a striking dialogue, “I have had just one bad habit since childhood.” The audio arrives in typical Sandeep Reddy Vanga style. It has everything – character reveal, intensity, emotion – with the filmmaker referring to Prabhas as, ‘India’s biggest superstar.’

Prabhas latest photos

Fans could experience the thrill in the audio teaser, and felt that it was a perfect way to encapsulate Prabhas’s birthday celebrations. Produced by T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures, Spirit also features Triptii Dimri, Vivek Oberoi and Kanchana.

Abhinav Kashyap Accuses Aamir Khan Of Controlling, ‘Draining Out’ Filmmakers

by jummy84 October 24, 2025
written by jummy84

Filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap, known for directing Dabangg and his past conflicts with the Salman Khan family, has ignited a fresh controversy by launching a scathing attack on Aamir Khan. In a recent interview, Abhinav labeled Aamir the “sabse chalaak lomdi (the most cunning fox)” in the Hindi film industry, alleging that the star is a master manipulator who controls his projects and colleagues.

Allegations of Manipulation and Control

Speaking with Bollywood Thikana, Abhinav did not mince words, calling Aamir “the most clever thief” and “shorter than Salman.” The core of his accusation is that Aamir has perfected a method of domination over directors, a trend Abhinav claims began with the star’s associates, referencing Amol Gupte’s past situation.

Abhinav claims Aamir achieves this control by “seducing important people,” holding parties, and indulging in what he termed “debauchery,” suggesting these social tactics help Aamir find and exploit his collaborators’ weaknesses.

The director also dismissed Aamir’s renowned “perfectionism,” calling the star “anal” and stating that Aamir takes numerous takes—often 25—without any significant difference between the first and last performance, suggesting the actor “doesn’t understand acting.” Abhinav argues that Aamir “drains out” his collaborators by being excessively involved in every stage of filmmaking, from shooting to editing, thereby maintaining full creative control.

Claim of Trapping Top Intellectuals

Furthermore, Abhinav alleged that Aamir uses powerful individuals to execute his manipulation and has “trapped” some of Bollywood’s most respected creative minds.

“He’s manipulated me a lot in his ad films,” Abhinav claimed, going on to state, “He’s trapped some of the industry’s most prominent intellectuals, including Prasoon Joshi and Rakesh Omprakash Mehra… I don’t know what hold he has over them.”

These remarks come as Abhinav’s long-running public feud with Bollywood’s top stars, particularly after his fallout with the Salman Khan camp over the Dabangg franchise, continues to fuel industry debate. His unfiltered comments have once again polarized audiences, with some viewing them as a bold truth and others seeing them as a continuation of his personal disputes.

Every Cameo Appearance In Thamma Movie Explored! ( Photo Credit – Maddock Films )

Spoiler Alert: This article contains major spoilers from Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s Thamma.

Thamma is the latest addition to the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. The film is successfully running in theaters and getting major buzz from the audience. One of the most talked-about aspects of the movie is the cameo appearances of other major characters from the universe. These cameo appearances connect Thamma with the other films from the MHCU. In this article, we will discuss all the cameos from the Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna starrer.

Bhediya (Varun Dhawan)

One of the most impactful cameo appearances in Thamma was Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya. Dhawan’s werewolf, aka Bhaskar, was seen engaged in a heated confrontation with Ayushmaan’s character. The audience loved the new, enhanced version of Bhediya, and the cameo felt gigantic in the film. This cameo has even generated significant buzz for the next installment of the Bhediya movie.

Bhediya is my favourite character from the universe 🐺 pic.twitter.com/g80jIuYOEt

Elvis Karim Prabhakar (Sathyaraj)

Elvis Karim Prabhakar appeared in Munjya and played a significant role in capturing the evil power. Sathyaraj’s character also had a brief cameo in Thamma. He was the one aware of the existence of Vetaals and their heated rivalry with Bhediyas. Elvis also asserted to Alok’s father that he would remain a Vetaal for the rest of his life, leading to Paresh Rawal’s character accepting the fate of his son, Alok (Ayushmann).

Jana (Abhishek Banerjee)

Abhishek Banerjee’s Jana also had a cameo role in Thamma. In the film, Jana was seen in a conversation with Elvis Karim, expressing his concern about Bhaskar’s failure to transform into Bhediya.

During this scene, Jana came across Alok and even called him Bittu, his friend from Stree Universe. This reference to Bittu comes from the real-life story, as Ayushmann Khurrana and Aparshakti Khurrana, aka Bittu, are brothers in reality.

Sarkata (Sunil Kumar/Akshay Kumar)

Sarkata from the Stree Universe appears at the end of Thamma, where he rescues Yakshasan from the Vetaals. Although some fans are convinced that the Sarkata in Thamma is a version of Akshay Kumar’s character who was seen drinking from a lava pot at the end of Stree 2, it is not officially known whether the Sarkata seen in Thamma was Sunil Kumar’s version of the character or Akshay’s. However, it is likely that Thamma leads to a potential alliance between Sarkata and Yakshasan. The cameo from Sarkata in provides an excellent ending to Maddock’s latest film.

Additionally, Nora Fatehi, who first appeared in the MHCU with the viral Kamariya song from Stree, was featured in another song, titled Dilbar Ki Ankhon Ka, in Thamma. However, her appearance this time was more than just a dance number as Nora was portrayed as one of the Vetaals in the film.

Diwali just got hotter! 🔥#DilbarKiAankhonKa is here, and @iamnoraf is back to set the dance floor on fire. 💃

Song Out Now.
