ADE Green, presented by Amsterdam Dance Event and Green Events, proudly unveils its 2025 program: a full day of panels, workshops, and interactive sessions at Felix Meritis on Friday, October 24. As the world grows more complex, ADE Green brings together artists, organisers, policymakers, and sustainability experts around one urgent question: how can the music and events industry prepare for a future defined by uncertainty — and continue to grow sustainably, inclusively, and creatively?

ADE Green 2025 welcomes a diverse line-up of thought leaders and individuals driving the transition toward a more sustainable and just cultural sector. Among them are artists like Madame Gandhi, Kiss Nuka, El Búho, transition scientist Prof. Dr. Jan Rotmans, director of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure & Water Management Afke van Rijn, EXIT Festival, Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact at Sony Music UK Charlotte Edgeworth, manager of Belfast rap trio Kneecap Dan Lambert, and Follow the Money journalist Henk Willem Smits. They are joined by representatives from organisations including A Greener Future, Amnesty International, Beatport, Boom Festival, Chasing the Hihat, DJs For Climate Action, ESNS, European Space Agency, Follow the Money, Green Deal Circular Festivals, Into The Great Wide Open, Resident Advisor, Roskilde Festival, Shambala, VibeLab, and more.

This year’s conference program spans pressing social questions, practical sustainability strategies, and cross-sector innovations, while also creating space for reflection and connection. Notable program items include a showcase by Circular Festivals and the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, reflecting years of work towards a more sustainable festival sector; an in-depth conversation on ethics and accountability presented by Amnesty International; a pioneering workshop on using A.I. for sustainability management, a panel discussion on changing an organization’s culture from within featuring speakers from Sony Music UK, Resident Advisor, and Beatport; and a session on cross-sector collaborations, showing how organizations can form new partnerships to accelerate the transition towards a future-proof society.

As always, ADE Green emphasises connection and community. The program includes speed-dates with 13 experts in sustainability and social change, the ADE Green Networking Drinks, as well as three exclusive roundtables for a select group of industry professionals at the start of the conference – registrations for these sessions are now open.

The conference will take place on Friday, October 24th (11:00–18:00) at Felix Meritis, Amsterdam. Limited ADE Green tickets are available through the official ADE website, with early booking recommended due to high demand.
