In an event that created ripples of enthusiasm through the world of entertainment, Bollywood’s triumvirate of legends — Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan — reunited at Riyadh’s Joy Forum 2025. The union of these three superstars, who have ruled over Hindi cinema for more than three decades, made the event a night to remember as a celebration of friendship, legacy, and mirth.

The night was filled with honest talks, funny stories, and introspective words. When the three men stepped out onto the stage, they talked of their incredible careers, their friendship, and what they think of the new generation of performers. But it was one conversation that resonated with fans everywhere.

Salman Khan, smiling back at them, said, “Aamir Khan has a film background, and I have one too. But this fellow, Shah Rukh Khan, does not.” Shah Rukh caught him short before he could go on, interrupting himself as usual with a wisecrack: “Sorry I interrupted, I too have a film background — Salman Khan’s family is my family.”

The comment killed the house, with thunderous applause and cheers ringing out from the audience. Aamir, chuckling and moved by the bonhomie, added warmly, “Now you know why Shah Rukh Khan is a star.” The moment perfectly epitomized the affection and respect that the three superstars genuinely share.

The discussion also moved towards the new generation, especially Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Salman complimented Aryan’s highly discussed web series The Ba**ds of Bollywood as a “big success.” He jokingly said that SRK would be really happy only when Aryan finally took his place on the big screen.

SRK, always quick on his feet, replied with typical humor. He made a joke that if Salman ever had a son, he would like him to be the biggest star the world has ever seen — a lighthearted observation which left Salman and Aamir in stitches.

The three then discussed more seriously how today’s youth are more “video-literate” and in terms of creative drive. “They get the medium in ways that we didn’t at their age,” Shah Rukh pointed out, in reference to the change in storytelling and audience interaction.

The reunion was not all about stars — it was a glimpse into the true friendship between three of Bollywood’s all-time greats. For the fans, it was a night of nostalgia and warmth and the magic that SRK, Salman, and Aamir bring only when they are together.

Prince William and Kate Middleton made an unannounced trip to Southport, near Liverpool, today, September 23, to visit the classmates of the three young children murdered last year in the horrific knife attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga class. The reason for the visit may have been somber, but from the pictures it looks like it was a comforting occasion rather than a solely mournful one.

The pair met with children, teachers, and administrators from the Farnborough Road Infant and Junior School, and also visited a playground that opened last week in memory of the three victims, per Hello! The new playground “includes a stage, libraries, play areas and quiet spaces designed to bring comfort, hope, and healing,” the Waleses wrote online.

They also met privately with the parents of one of the victims, Elsie Dot Stancombe. The couple had previously visited the area in October 2024 to meet with bereaved family members and the first responders who dealt with the emergency, which occurred in July 2024.

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick paid tribute to his late father at the launch of his new wrestling promotion.

Nick Hogan paid tribute to his ‘icon’ father at the special event

The event took place at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday (30.08.25) for the Fox Nation wrestling special RAF 01.

Before his death from a heart attack at the age of 71 in July, Hulk had founded the Real American Freestyle group.

Honouring his father at the kick-off event, Nick, 35, said: “Hulk, to me, is an icon, a mentor, my father, and my best friend.

“[He was] a force in the sports entertainment industry that will live forever.”

The wrestling legend teamed up with former World Championship Wrestling executive Eric Bischoff on the special promotion.

The streaming deal also includes the league’s second event, scheduled to take place later in the year.

Fox Nation described the events as an “exhilarating experience, packed with action and an immersive show atmosphere”.

Hulk began his wrestling career in 1977 and achieved global fame in the 1980s with the World Wrestling Federation.

He won the WWF Championship six times, with his longest reign lasting a record 1,474 days.

Hulk also secured the WCW World Heavyweight Championship six times, holding the title for a cumulative 1,177 days, the longest in WCW history.

His match against André the Giant at WrestleMania III in 1987 is iconic, where he famously body-slammed the 520-pound Giant before a crowd of over 90,000 fans.

The wrestler played a pivotal role in the formation of the New World Order (nWo) in WCW, revolutionising wrestling storylines.

Hulk was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice – first as an individual in 2005 and later as a member of the nWo in 2020.

During a promotional event for his newly released song Saiya Seva Kare, Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh, known for Lagavelu Lipstick, drew criticism on social media after allegedly touching co-star Anjali Raghav inappropriately on stage. In a video from the event, Pawan and Anjali are seen standing side by side, with Anjali dressed in a shimmering golden saree as she addresses the audience.

In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Pawan and Anjali were seen standing together on stage. Anjali, dressed in a sparkling golden saree, addressed the audience, while Pawan, clad in a white coat and trousers, stood beside her. As she engaged with the crowd, Pawan gently placed his hand on her waist. At first, she smiled and carried on speaking.

Pawan once again placed his hand on her waist, making her visibly uncomfortable. He asked her to move her hand, but she refused. Still, Pawan continued touching her waist. After a while, he said: “Okay,” and removed his hand from her waist.

Internet Erupts Over Viral Video

A user, after watching the video, said: “How sickening to touch a woman inappropriately. He doesn’t even back down. Sicko!” “Pawan Singh keeps crossing the line. Remember when actress Akshara Singh made serious allegations against him? He has a pattern. And yes, the woman here should also have spoken up,” an X user wrote.

“What a disgusting and vile person he is! He did not even feel ashamed in front of so much public while doing such a despicable act. Aren’t you ashamed, @PawanSingh909? Anjali Raghav, feeling so uncomfortable, yet she is not slapping on the stage,” tweeted another social media user. “People like Pawan Singh defame the entire Bhojpuri community. They are unaware of how many young people influenced by them are going down the wrong path. It is a matter of shame,” tweeted another person.

Pawan’s past controversies

This is not the first time Pawan has found himself in the midst of controversy. A few years back, he faced charges for allegedly defaming actor Akshara Singh and sharing ‘vulgar’ photos and videos of her online. Reports indicate that an FIR was filed in connection with the case.

According to a DNA report, she chose to end their friendship after his marriage in March 2018. However, he was unwilling to let go and allegedly pressured her to maintain contact. Akshara further claimed that he threatened to ruin her career in the industry, and even went as far as allegedly threatening to kill her.

The Gorge filmmaker Scott Derrickson responded to Aubrey Plaza‘s recent comments about the Apple TV+ movie helping her process her grief over her late husband Jeff Baena.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, the director noted he was affected by the Parks and Recreation alumna’s “very touching” words and how much it meant considering his “personal fondness” for the actress.

“I mean, how could I not be moved by that?” the Emmy nominee said. “It was very touching. I think she was being really earnest and, of course, it makes you as a filmmaker feel good that your work is out there giving people experiences and helping them define their own feelings.”

The Black Phone and Doctor Strange helmer continued, “I don’t think it was something unique to The Gorge. I think that she just happened to talk about it the way I’ve talked about movies giving clarity to my own experiences and my own feelings many times.”

Earlier this week, the Honey Don’t actress appeared on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, where her friend and former co-star gave her space to talk about how she is coping with Baena’s death. The Agatha All Along star compared her grief to the open chasm depicted in the action horror sci-fi, which separates two snipers played by Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy Plaza, adding that while the analogy began as a joke, it also represents how she feels.

“At all times, there’s a giant ocean of awfulness, that’s right there and I can see it, and sometimes I just wanna just dive into it and be in it. Then sometimes I just look at it. Then sometimes I try to get away from it, but it’s always there,” she said in part.

Baena — a screenwriter and director best known for projects like Life After Beth (2014) and The Little Hours (2017), both of which starred Plaza — died at the age of 47 in January of this year as a result of suicide. At the time of his death, Plaza released a statement, writing, “This is an unimaginable tragedy. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered support.” The filmmaker was lovingly remembered in tributes from Alison Brie, Adam Pally, Molly Shannon and many others.
