Event Tech Live and First Sight Media announce three-year partnership extension

Event Tech Live (ETL) is delighted to announce its continued partnership with long-standing production partners, First Sight Media (FSM). The new three-year deal cements a relationship that dates back to the very first ETL shows at London’s Old Truman Brewery, marking more than a decade of collaboration.

FSM, renowned for its expertise in event filming, live streaming, and hybrid event production, has played a pivotal role in capturing and sharing ETL’s world-class content since the show’s inception. The technical skill and creative approach of the team at FSM has helped bring ETL’s sessions to life for both in-person attendees and online audiences around the world.

As part of the renewed partnership, FSM will once again oversee the recording of all sessions at ETL. Additionally, this year will feature the FSM Content Hub – a dedicated space where live podcasts and interviews with event industry experts will take place throughout the show. Visitors will be able to see the FSM crew in action, producing engaging content that captures the energy and innovation of Event Tech Live.

Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, said:
“First Sight Media has been part of our journey from the very start. The team understands our event, our audience, and our values, and that shared understanding has built a really strong partnership. Partnering with FSM helps us deliver the best possible experience for our speakers, exhibitors, and attendees; we’re thrilled to be continuing that relationship for another three years.”

Richard Belcher, managing director at First Sight Media, added:
“We’re proud to have supported Event Tech Live since its first edition. The show continues to grow and evolve, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in event technology, and we’re excited to be part of that. The Content Hub is a great opportunity to showcase what we do best – capturing and sharing the stories that make this industry so inspiring.”

First Sight Media is a full-service video production company specialising in live streaming, hybrid events, and creative content for brands, conferences, and awards across the UK and beyond.

Event Tech Live extends partnership with FFAIR in new three-year deal

by jummy84 September 27, 2025

Event Tech Live (ETL) is thrilled to announce the continuation of its successful partnership with FFAIR, who will once again power the Exhibitor Manual and Shop for the show. In exciting news, the two organisations have also signed a new three-year deal, ensuring that exhibitors benefit from FFAIR’s award-winning platform for years to come.

The ETL Exhibitor Manual, powered by FFAIR, is the go-to hub for all exhibitor essentials. From submitting stand details, vital documents and artwork via Tasks to accessing personalised show information and guidelines, the exhibitor manual keeps everything organised and easily accessible. With its streamlined portal, exhibitors can track what needs to be done, stay up to date, and quickly access resources – creating a seamless exhibiting experience.

FFAIR is a next generation exhibitor and sponsorship management platform designed to simplify event operations for event organisers and exhibitors alike. Exhibitors love its intuitive interface and how it has everything they need to prepare for their event in one place, removing friction from the pre-event exhibiting process, reducing stress for exhibitors and allowing them to focus on maximising their return on their exhibiting investment.

In turn, event organisers see higher exhibitor engagement, with an average 97% task completion rate, fewer exhibitor queries, and more time to focus on creating exceptional experiences. Learn more at www.ffair.io.

Adam Jones, Founder of FFAIR, commented:

“Event Tech Live is a special event for the FFAIR team. We’re proud to support the event tech sector and play our part in this essential event. This three-year agreement highlights the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to shaping the future of the events industry.”

Adam Parry, Co-Founder of Event Tech Live, added:

“FFAIR has transformed how our exhibitors manage their show journey. The platform’s clarity and user-friendliness means exhibitors can focus less on admin and more on showcasing their products and services. We’re excited to continue this partnership and can’t wait to welcome the FFAIR team back onsite in November.”

Event Tech Live returns this November – make sure to register today and don’t miss the chance to connect with the FFAIR team in person at the show.
