Taylor Swift is one of the most influential, revolutionary and decorated music artists in the business. With countless accolades and a collection of fan-favorite albums in her portfolio, Swifties couldn’t wait to hear what Taylor was nominated for at the 2026 Grammy Awards. But when the Recording Academy didn’t say her name during its November 7, 2025, nominations announcement, fans wondered whether she was nominated for anything.

Below, find out whether or not Taylor was nominated at the Grammys for her 2025 album, The Life of a Showgirl.

When Are the 2026 Grammy Awards?

The 2026 Grammy Awards will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, on February 1, 2026.

How Can I Watch the 2026 Grammys From Home?

The 2026 Grammy Awards will be live on CBS and available to stream on Paramount+.

Was Taylor Swift Nominated for Life of a Showgirl at the 2026 Grammys?

No, Taylor was not nominated for any 2026 Grammy Awards. She released her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, on October 3, 2025, which missed the Recording Academy’s eligibility window.

Why Wasn’t Taylor Swift Nominated for a Grammy in 2026?

In order to be nominated for a Grammy Award next year, an artist had to have released music between August 31, 2024, and August 30, 2025. Therefore, Taylor’s new album was not eligible for a nomination. The “Fate of Ophelia” artist was not snubbed by the Recording Academy.

Taylor has discussed how crushing it can feel for an artist not to receive an award. During a 2015 interview with Grammy Pro, per E! News, the “Karma” hitmaker revealed how she handled losing the 2014 Album of the Year award.

“I went home, and I cried a little bit, and I got In-N-Out Burger and ate a lot,” Taylor said, pointing out that she skipped the after-parties that year.

However, she acknowledged that artists “don’t make music so we can like win a lot of awards.”

“But you have to take your cues from somewhere if you’re going to continue to evolve,” the “Fearless” artist explained. “You have a few options when you don’t win an award. For one, you can decide like, ‘Ugh, they’re wrong. They all voted wrong.’ Second, you can be like, ‘I’m gonna go up on the stage and take the mic from whoever did win it,’ or third, you can say, ‘Maybe they’re right. Maybe I did not make the record of my career. Maybe I need to fix the problem,’ which was that I have not been making sonically cohesive albums.”

How Many Grammys Has Taylor Swift Won?

Taylor has 14 Grammy Awards under her belt, with more than 50 nominations altogether. At the 2024 Grammys, she made history by becoming the first artist to win the Album of the Year award four times upon the release of Midnights.

Taylor will likely be nominated in at least one category at the 2027 Grammys.

Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce’s 1587 Prime Date After Chiefs Win
Celebrity News

Family is everything to Taylor and Travis, so the VIPs automatically include their respective parents and brothers. Presumable best man Jason Kelce also shares at least two flower girl-age daughters, Wyatt and Elliotte, with wife Kylie Kelce—though depending on when the big day is, little sister Bennett could grow into the role as well. (Alas, baby Finnley will probably have to sleep this one out.)

We’ll see which of Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs teammates make the cut, but he was a groomsman at QB Patrick Mahomes‘ 2022 wedding to Brittany Mahomes, so at the very least one boy from the football team should be there. He also has a loyal coterie of pals he’s been cultivating since his Cleveland Heights days, so that golf-and-beer-centric bachelor party is gonna be lit.

As for the bride, childhood bestie Abigail Anderson has remained a mainstay in Taylor’s life. And, while her famed squad has evolved over the years, Selena Gomez is still in the inner sourdough-gifting circle, as are Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, despite rumors they’ve fallen out amid the actress’ legal battle.

Not to mention, speaking of potential flower girls, Taylor is godmother to Blake and Ryan’s daughters.

Inside Heidiween! The Frick’s Fancy Bash! An Elizabeth Taylor Bonanza! The Most Exclusive Celebrity Halloween Parties of 2025

Arguably one of the most coveted (and charitable) nights of Halloween is none other than Bette Midler’s New York Restoration Project (NYRP) annual Hulaween—a spellbinding affair held in support of the city’s green spaces.

Last night marked NYRP’s 30th year of keeping New York green. The nonprofit, founded by Midler, partners with communities to restore parks, revive gardens, plant trees, and grow a more vibrant New York for everyone. Fittingly, the theme matched the mission: “Hulaween: New York, New York, a Helluva Town!”

As one guest dressed as Eloise quipped, “There is no one definition of New York.” The crowd proved her right—there were subway stops, Chrysler buildings, pizza rats, and one partygoer who earned a costume award for embodying every New Yorker’s quiet fear: death by falling A/C unit.

Midler herself leaned into her roots, arriving in denim overalls and glittering eye makeup as a playful nod to her showbiz sparkle and hands-on gardening spirit. Accepting the Catalyst Award, she joked, “I’m no longer a spring chicken, no longer a summer chicken, I’m not even a fall chicken. I’m an endangered chicken at this point!” Echoing the mission that has guided NYRP since 1995, she told the crowd, “Clean, green, open space is a right, not a privilege.”

Hosted by Busy Philipps, the evening sparkled with quintessential NY moments. Guests were treated to a surprise musical tribute from Billy Crystal alongside Marc Shaiman, Ben Platt’s rendition of “On Broadway,” and Andy Cohen (costumed as fellow Andy, Andy Warhol), honored with the Joan Kors Green Champion Award by designer Michael Kors in a taxi driver getup.

As the festivities wound down, guests were gently reminded to move along or risk being booted from Casa Cipriani’s storied halls. The City that Never Sleeps truly lived up to its name. – Lauren Sanchez

Taylor Momsen Rocks New Version of ‘Grinch’ Song

by jummy84 November 1, 2025
written by jummy84

Taylor Momsen is revisiting a holiday classic — with a rock twist.

The Pretty Reckless frontwoman has re-recorded “Where Are You Christmas?” 25 years after first performing the song as Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

The reimagined version appears on the band’s new holiday EP, Taylor Momsen’s Pretty Reckless Christmas, released Friday (Oct. 31) via Fearless Records.

The original ballad, co-written by Mariah Carey, James Horner, and Will Jennings, first appeared on the 2000 film’s soundtrack and was famously performed by Momsen at just seven years old. That same year, Faith Hill’s version reached No. 65 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Momsen’s 2025 update opens with a nostalgic snippet of her childhood recording before launching into a full-blown rock version, anchored by crunchy guitars and her signature gritty vocals. “Where are you, Christmas? Why can’t I find you?” she sings, giving the wistful lyrics new energy and edge.

The six-track EP also includes four original songs — “I Wanna Be Your Christmas Tree,” “Christmas Is Killing Me,” “Blues on Christmas,” and “When We Were Young” — as well as a reprise titled “Christmas, Why Can’t I Find You.”

“Pretty Reckless Christmas started as just one song, but the moment we got into the studio, it took on a life of its own,” Momsen said in a statement. “There was so much emotion, nostalgia and chaos wrapped up in it that it didn’t feel right to leave it standing alone. To really honor it, I needed to build a whole world around it. That’s how this project became a full body of work — something bigger, deeper and far more personal than I ever expected.”

Momsen’s last studio album with The Pretty Reckless, Death by Rock and Roll, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart in 2021, making them the first female-fronted band to hit No. 1 on the chart with their first four albums.

Meanwhile, “For I Am Death,” The Pretty Reckless’ first new music since its 2021 album Death by Rock and Roll, climbs to No. 1 on the ranking dated Nov. 8. It’s the band’s eighth leader and fourth straight, a streak that dates to 2020, when “Death by Rock and Roll” led for three weeks, followed by reigns for “And So It Went” and “Only Love Can Save Me Now” in 2021.

In 2013, The Pretty Reckless made its maiden appearance on the tally with “Heaven Knows,” a song that ended up reigning for four weeks beginning in March 2014. That kicked off a streak of four consecutive No. 1s, with “Heaven Knows” followed by “Messed Up World” (2014), “Follow Me Down” (2015) and “Take Me Down” (2016).

Taylor Swift Paired Her Trendiest Fall Boots With a Very Un-Taylor Swift Jacket

by jummy84 October 31, 2025
written by jummy84

Taylor Swift has always loved autumn, so it’s no surprise her best style moments typically fall between the months of September and November. The year of 2025 is no exception.

On October 30, the 35-year-old pop star proved she’s aware of this fall’s biggest trends—and knows exactly how to dress up her own pair of chocolate suede boots. During a New York City outing with close friend and stylist Ashley Avignone, Swift went for a monochrome brown look, pairing her Manolo Blahnik knee-high Lina boots with a cashmere turtleneck minidress by Doên, her go-to California-based brand.

While knee high boots and refined knitwear are key elements of Swift’s style, she went a bit off-script with her choice in outerwear. Instead of pulling out one of her long-favored wool coats, Swift finished off the look with an oversized brown bomber jacket by Polish designer Magda Butrym. You can see the look here.

All of these pieces share a timeless quality, while still complying with current trends that favor earthy browns and rich suedes across the board. Oversized bomber jackets, of course, have been a hot commodity for the past few fall-winter seasons, though Swift typically avoids the voluminous silhouette outside of sports arenas.

Discounting her $3,750 Louis Vuitton camera box bag, this look is devoid of the designer logos Swift embraced last year, signaling a return to the more relatable, classic style the pop star was once known for. And while her specific outfit is far from affordable—barring her jewelry and designer bag, the three main pieces still ring up to $5,610—the look itself is not difficult to replicate at various budgets without sacrificing quality.

Madewell Relaxed Leather Bomber Jacket

When it comes to Taylor Swift’s trendy boots, it doesn’t get much more similar than Dolce Vita’s Emmi Boots in dark brown suede, which retail for $275, though Glamour has tracked down plenty of other versions of the popular style. Add a vintage leather bomber or a faux leather version like this $160 option from Abercrombie & Fitch, et voilà. Depending on your personal budget, you may have enough left over to spring for the actual Doên sweater dress in Swift’s closet, which retails for $450 and is still available now.

Taylor Swift continues her domination of the ARIA charts this week, locking in her fourth consecutive double-header as The Life of a Showgirl and “The Fate of Ophelia” remain at No. 1 on the Albums and Singles charts, respectively.

The feat marks yet another high in a standout year for Swift, with both her re-recordings and original material continuing to perform strongly in Australia. Her latest chart-toppers have held steady across Halloween week — a fitting flex for a pop sorceress who’s made chart magic her signature move.

Meanwhile, Australian country artist James Johnston celebrates a new career high, debuting at No. 5 with his sophomore album Where You’ll Find Me, which also lands at No. 1 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart. It follows the success of his debut Raised Like That, which peaked at No. 7 in 2023.

British pop icon Lily Allen returns to the top 10 with West End Girl, her first album in seven years. The project opens at No. 6, becoming her fifth top 10 ARIA album. Her previous efforts include 2009’s chart-topping It’s Not Me, It’s You and 2014’s Sheezus, which peaked at No. 4.

UK rapper Dave also makes a strong entrance with The Boy Who Played the Harp, debuting at No. 7. It follows his 2021 project We’re All Alone in This Together, which reached No. 5.

Melbourne’s Paul Dempsey claims the No. 8 spot with Shotgun Karaoke Vol. II, a covers record that features renditions of songs by R.E.M., Patti Smith, Cher, and more. The Something for Kate frontman also lands at No. 2 on the ARIA Vinyl Albums Chart. Dempsey has a long history of top-charting albums, both solo and with his band, including No. 1 albums The Official Fiction (2003) and Desert Lights (2006).

On the Singles Chart, Olivia Dean continues her Australian ascent. “Man I Need” holds firm at No. 2, while “So Easy (To Fall In Love)” jumps to No. 7 from No. 22. Former hit “Nice To Each Other” climbs from No. 16 to No. 12. Dean now has five tracks in the top 50 as she gears up to perform at the ARIA Awards on Nov. 19.

Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours holds the No. 1 spot on the On Replay Albums Chart, while Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control” continues its reign atop the Hitseekers Singles Chart.

Taylor Swift's Ex Backup Dancer Jan Ravnik Eliminated on 'DWTS'

Taylor Swift’s Ex Backup Dancer Jan Ravnik Eliminated on ‘DWTS’

by jummy84 October 29, 2025
written by jummy84

Jan Ravnik’s reputation as Taylor Swift‘s backup dancer precedes him, but unfortunately, her song wasn’t the good-luck charm he might’ve hoped for on Dancing With the Stars.

The dancer and his celebrity partner, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives‘ Jen Affleck, were eliminated on the show’s Tuesday (Oct. 28) episode after performing a contemporary number set to the pop superstar’s Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Look What You Made Me Do.” Honoring the night’s Halloween theme, Ravnik channeled a rugged vampire while Affleck wore a spooky blood-red outfit.

After spinning, flipping and twirling their hearts out, the pair received a score of 34 from the judges. Later in the episode, they were eliminated.

“I got all the love from this show,” Ravnik said in a post-show interview with Entertainment Tonight, noting that he was “proud” of Affleck, regardless of the results.

The episode comes shortly after the Slovenian performer drew criticism from former DWTS pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd, who called Ravnik’s casting on the show into question on a recent episode of the latter’s The Penthouse With Peta podcast. “Jan has absolutely no business being a pro on Dancing With the Stars,” Chmerkovskiy said at the time.

“There’s zero foundation, technique, quality, understanding of the partnership,” he continued, while Murgatroyd added, “Hiring a non-ballroom dancer to teach ballroom dancing to a celebrity as a job is outrageous.”

But while speaking to ET, Ravnik responded to the criticism by saying, “the people who’s trying to stay relevant, spreading the hate, this is not a way to do it.”

Ravnik was a fan favorite on Swift’s global Eras Tour, during which he supported the 14-time Grammy winner for nearly two years on the road. The dancer has continued working with Swift even after the trek wrapped in December 2024, appearing in her recent music video for Hot 100-topping The Life of a Showgirl single, “The Fate of Ophelia.”

Watch Ravnik and Affleck dance to “Look What You Made Me Do” below.

Taylor Sheridan's New Deal Shows A-List Creators Are Still King

Taylor Sheridan’s New Deal Shows A-List Creators Are Still King

by jummy84 October 28, 2025
written by jummy84

Taylor Sheridan may never produce another series as wildly popular as “Yellowstone.” NBCUniversal will not suddenly steal away the rights to “Yellowstone” from Paramount. But the changing of the guard that will result in Sheridan taking his services from Paramount to NBCUni is seismic all the same because his name brand is more valuable than almost any individual IP he’s created.

As Puck first reported on Sunday night, Sheridan intends to strike a new overall deal for both film and TV with NBCUniversal once his commitments to Paramount are completed. Sheridan’s film deal with Paramount expires in March and his new film deal with Universal will begin next year, and he’s tied up with Paramount on the TV side until 2028, at which point he’ll then be able to start making shows for NBCUni. He’ll still be expected to stay plenty busy with Paramount until that time, but his time making a mountain of entertainment for Paramount has an end date.

Nobody Wants This Season 2 stars Timothy Simons as Sasha, Jackie Tohn as Esther, shown holding each other in front of the Hollywood sign

Paramount and NBCUniversal each declined to comment for this story.

It’s a shocking coup for a few reasons. For one, Paramount’s new CEO David Ellison recently fawned praise over Sheridan as his new company’s top creator, calling him a “singular genius” with a “perfect track record.” “My goal is to have Taylor call Paramount his home for as long as he wants to be telling stories,” Ellison told CNBC in August.

Paramount too since it merged with Skydance is the one that has been doing the poaching. One of the new regime’s first major deals was to woo the Duffer Brothers away from Netflix, offering them the chance to make culture-defining movies for theaters in a way Netflix would’ve been reluctant to offer. James Mangold signed an overall deal with Paramount and will now call it home for years to come. It was also unafraid to bring back Will Smith and Johnny Depp from Hollywood jail and make them the face of new franchises. Paramount even locked up “South Park” creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker for $1.5 billion, because it would be a blow if they walked out the door too.

'Yellowstone'
‘Yellowstone’Paramount Network

What Paramount realized, just as Donna Langley did at NBCUni, is that it’s the people that are worth spending on, not brands. Langley is making the bet that Sheridan will continue producing hits at the pace he’s done at Paramount, but also that audiences are coming to watch because it’s a Taylor Sheridan project. That they’re spinoffs of the Dutton family or are star vehicles for Sylvester Stallone or Nicole Kidman are secondary.

Thus far Paramount had been willing to write Sheridan a blank check because his shows — “Mayor of Kingstown,” “Tulsa King,” “Landman, “Lioness,” “1923,” the reality competition series “The Road,” and upcoming series “Y: Marshals,” spinoff “NOLA King” starring Samuel L. Jackson, and “The Madison” — comprise the majority of Paramount+’s streaming strategy. Those and new episodes of “Knuckles.” The shows may be expensive, which Puck reported may have been part of the reason that led to the divorce, but they deliver, continually topping streaming charts.

Sheridan also has rare clout to operate the way he wants. He’s the auteur creator who writes all his series on his own, he stays put on his Texas ranch and shoots most of his series from his home state, and he’s had the clout to push back on even his stars like Kevin Costner when it comes to who really calls the shots on the direction of the show.

There are only a handful of TV creators who have such clout in the industry. Shonda Rhimes and Ryan Murphy have virtual free reign at Netflix. Non-writers like Dick Wolf and Jerry Bruckheimer are still immensely important name brands. People like Donald Glover, Greg Berlanti, Chuck Lorre, Noah Hawley, Mindy Kaling, Jesse Armstrong, Kenya Barris, and Lisa Joy & Jonah Nolan inspire that kind of loyalty and (for most of them) back it up with prolificness. Sheridan though is 1-of-1, and soon he’ll be taking his mess of shows, the type of output you can literally build a streaming service around, to NBCUni and Peacock.

L-R: Sylvester Stallone as Dwight
‘Tulsa King’Brian Douglas/Paramount+

When the 2023 writers strike arrived, it became clear how valuable of currency it was to have an overall deal with one of those top names. Studios en masse suspended all of its first look and overall arrangements with writers, and the studios used the opportunity to purge from its ranks some of the expensive ones with talent that weren’t actually resulting in any shows. The ones that remained are the cream of the crop, and lack of activity has never been Sheridan’s problem.

By setting him up with a film deal as well, Sheridan is in a position to be a top filmmaker and a top showrunner. Universal knows how to market its auteurs, be it Steven Spielberg, Jordan Peele, or coming movies from The Daniels and Christopher Nolan. Those are similarly names who can get the clout to do what they want at the pace they want because they have a track record and an audience that is now showing up because it’s a Nolan movie or Peele movie, not because of the IP they’re working with.

We’ll see if Sheridan can join that company on both sides of the aisle. He has a film for Warner Bros. called “F.A.S.T.” likely arriving next year, and before “Yellowstone,” he looked like he was on a hot streak of movies thanks to the unofficial trilogy of “Sicario,” “Hell or High Water,” and “Wind River.” His last feature, “Those Who Wish Me Dead” with Angelina Jolie, fizzled at the box office with just $19.1 million worldwide.

Eventually, Paramount+ will get the streaming rights back to “Yellowstone” itself, which famously was licensed to none other than NBCUni’s Peacock. By that time though, Peacock could have its own new Taylor Sheridan shows to make up for it.

Teyana Taylor to Host the 2025 CFDA Awards with Amber Valletta, Julianne Moore, Addison Rae, and More Presenting

by jummy84 October 28, 2025
written by jummy84

The 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards are scheduled for November 3 at the American Museum of Natural History, where they will be hosted by American triple-threat Teyana Taylor, who can be seen in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another and, of course, on the runway at Vogue World: Hollywood. The actor, choreographer, and singer joins a list of past hosts that includes Anne Hathaway and Cynthia Erivo.

In addition to honoring American fashion and cementing its future, one of the ceremony’s most endearing traditions is that, in addition to famous presenters, who are more often than not actors, supermodels, and singers—it invites American designers to do the honors. This year, the lineup portends a fabulous night filled with both up-and-comers and stalwarts.

Joseph Altuzarra will present the American Womenswear Designer of the Year award alongside actor Leslie Bibb, who most recently appeared in the third season of The White Lotus. Resident funny guy Benito Skinner of Overcompensating fame will join Jennifer Fisher to introduce the American Accessory Designer of the Year Award. Addison Rae and Christopher John Rogers—both Libras hailing from Louisiana!—will introduce the Google Shopping American Emerging Designer of the Year category, and CFDA chairman Thom Browne will present Ralph Rucci with the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Founder’s Award in honor of Eleanor Lambert will be given to Cynthia Rowley by Julianne Moore, and Jerry Lorenzo of Fear of God will receive the Innovation Award Presented by Amazon Fashion from Ava DuVernay. Ariana DeBose and Amber Valletta will give the Positive Change Award to Donatella Versace, who is being recognized for her advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community, and her support of young talents, and Vogue’s Nicole Phelps will present the Isabel Toledo Board of Directors’ Tribute to her fellow New Yorker Andre Walker. Pieter Mulier will receive the International Designer of the Year Award from Naomi Campbell.

Nominees and honorees were announced early in September as New York Fashion Week got going, and the Council of Fashion Designers of America has shared that the recipient for the Fashion Icon recognition will be none other than Vogue’s May 2025 cover star A$AP Rocky.

The rapper, who is known as a menswear oracle of sorts and acted as co-chair at the 2025 Met Gala, has a label of his own as part of his creative agency AWGE. Rocky is also the creative director of Puma and Ray-Ban and has fronted campaigns for labels including Bottega Veneta and Calvin Klein, in addition to designing a capsule for Moncler. “A$AP Rocky is a fashion icon in the purest form,” CFDA chairman Thom Browne said. “He is one of a kind. His truly original approach to fashion inspires me, and so many, to think differently.”
