Texas Attorney General Sues Johnson & Johnson, Makers Of Tylenol, Claims Company Hid
Autism Risks

The company behind #Tylenol is gearing up for a legal battle.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson and its spinoff #Kenvue, alleging that the companies marketed Tylenol (acetaminophen) as safe for pregnant women while “knowingly endangering millions to line their pockets.” The suit asserts the companies concealed evidence linking prenatal or early-childhood exposure to acetaminophen with an increased risk of #autism and #ADHD. The legal filing follows recent federal guidance announced by President #Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., which advises pregnant women to avoid acetaminophen due to concerns it may be linked to autism.

The defendants strongly contest the case. Kenvue stated: “We stand firmly with the global medical community that acknowledges the safety of acetaminophen and believe we will continue to be successful in litigation as these claims lack legal merit and scientific support.” In addition, Medical experts continue to maintain that there is no clear evidence proving a direct link between Tylenol and autism.

Cam’ron Sues J. Cole Over Song “Ready ’24,” Says Cole Promised To Appear On His Podcast After Collab But Backed Out Of Deal

The rap girlies aren’t the only ones fighting.

#Camron has filed a lawsuit against #JCole over their track Ready ’24, claiming he contributed songwriting and a verse in exchange for a future collab on one of his projects or a guest appearance from Cole on his “It Is What It Is” podcast. Apparently, the two rappers recorded the track, which appears on Cole’s 2024 Might Delete Later mixtape, back in 2022.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cam claims that between July 2023 and April 2024, he reached out to Cole multiple times to finalize their agreement. However, the #Dreamville founder allegedly kept putting him off, repeatedly saying he was unavailable.

Cam’ron is seeking a legal declaration naming him as a co-author of Ready ’24 and demanding full financial accounting for all earnings from the track, estimating his share to be in excess of $500,000.

Do you think Cole really left Killa Cam hanging?

‘But how will he prove it is him’: Twitter is confused as Sameer Wankhede sues Aryan Khan’s The Bads of Bollywood

by jummy84 September 25, 2025
written by jummy84

On Thursday, former Narcotics Control Bureau zonal officer Sameer Wankhede filed a defamation suit against the makers of Netflix series The Bads of Bollywood. He is asking for ₹2 crore in damages, citing a character on the show who seems to be parodying him.

A character in The Bads of Bollywood seems to be a parody of NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, something the latter has disapporved of.

However, as the character remains unnamed throughout the series, fans of the show are confused how Wankhede will prove it is about him.

Internet is confused

“No but how is he going to prove that’s his character help ??,” joked a fan on Twitter (X). “He might’ve wanted to do a cameo,” read a comment. “They didn’t mention his name or anything at all,” said a person.

A few are also happy that the episode will lead to a jucier season 2 for the show. “Aryan taking receipts to prepare that explosive season 2 script,” wrote one. “Aryan is good to troll him again in s2,” said another person. Aryan Khan is the writer and director behind the series. He was arrested by Wankhede in 2021 under charges of drugs use.

A person concluded, “Such poetic justice for #AryanKhan maza agaya.”

What is Wankhede’s case?

Sameer Wankhede on Thursday filed a defamation suit in the Delhi High Court against actor Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan owned Red Chillies Entertainment and Netflix for allegedly maligning his reputation in their series The Ba***ds of Bollywood

Wankhade’s plea has sought permanent and mandatory injunction, declaration and damages against the Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited, Netflix and others, for what he alleges is “false, malicious and defamatory video” of the production house and broadcast by Netflix as part of their television series.

Wankhade sought ₹2 crore in damages which he wants to to be donated to the Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital for cancer patients.

“This series disseminates a misleading and negative portrayal of anti-drug enforcement agencies, thereby eroding public confidence in law enforcement institutions,” Advocate Aditya Giri, one of the lawyers representing Wankhade, claimed.

The plea said the series has been deliberately conceptualised and executed with the intent to malign Wankhede’s reputation in a colourable and prejudicial manner, especially when the case involving the officer and Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan khan is pending and sub-judice before the Bombay High Court and the NDPS Special Court in Mumbai.

It claimed that the series depicts a character making an obscene gesture—specifically, showing a middle finger after the character recites the slogan “Satyamev Jayate” which is the part of the National Emblem.

The main point of contention seems to be the character of an ‘NCG officer’ who looks much like Wankhede and claims to be running a campaign against drugs.

Hospital Under Fire: Mother Shamaya Jackson Sues As Baby Milani Jream Andrea Finch Passes/Death After Being Sent Home… TWICE From Albany Medical Center!

Sues Albany Medical Center For Baby Milani

by jummy84 September 25, 2025
written by jummy84

A mother named Shamaya Jackson is suing Albany Medical Center following the death of her 1-month-old daughter, Milani Jream Andrea Finch. Per the mother, reported trips to the facility left her and her daughter turned away and dismissed. Ultimately, days after one visit, Milani passed away.

Now, Jackson is speaking out, noting that her daughter’s death could have been prevented. What happened? And why is the medical center also facing fines, lawsuits, and other allegations?

The Shade Room‘s Justin Carter is stepping in and shedding light on what’s really happening and what the public should know on ‘TSR Investigates.’

More On Shamaya Jackson & The Death Of Milani Jream Andrea Finch

According to the lawsuit, on April 9, 2025, Jackson visited the facility with her 1-month-old daughter. At the time, Jackson noticed that the infant was having trouble breathing. Despite this, Jackson and Milani were sent home. Then, on April 25, the pair returned. Additionally, per the mother, she was told her daughter had HMPV — symptoms close to coughing and wheezing. Ultimately, medical officials dismissed Jackson’s concerns, and she and her baby were discharged from the facility. Then, the next day, Milani was back at the facility and placed in the ICU for respiratory failure.

Ultimately, the 1-month-old passed away.

“Y’all made it seem like everything was okay — like it was just a regular cold. Like, how did we get here?” Jackson recalled of the Albany Medical Center staff. “[She was] disregarded — like everybody just got up and just left. They didn’t wrap my baby up in a blanket. They just left her body…”

What’s Really Happening At Albany Medical Center?

Per Carter, the events appear to be a “trend” at the center. Furthermore, in 2022, a three-year-old passed away due to a pulmonary embolism and an enlarged heart. He and his family had reportedly gone to the facility three times within two weeks. In their lawsuit, his family accused the center of failing to give their son timely treatment.

Scroll above to watch as Carter breaks down a New York State Department of Health report filed against the facility in June. The department reportedly issued a $375,000 fine against the center for “over 500 staffing violations.” Additionally, even shares the remarks from one nurse who allegedly worked at the facility and said she and her co-workers were being “spread too thin.” Furthermore, Carter shares videos that have surfaced of staff members creating dance TikToks while on the job. And he shares whether he received a statement from Albany Medical Center in response to it all. Lastly, Carter shares a general statement that a spokesperson for the facility has shared with The Times Union.

To note, those interested can contribute to the GoFundMe campaign to support Milani’s family following her passing here.

Isabella Ladera Sues Beéle Over Leaked Sex Video

by jummy84 September 18, 2025
written by jummy84

Over a week after Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera alleged that the singer Beéle leaked a sex video of the two of them, she has officially filed a lawsuit against him. In it, she accuses Beéle (real name: Brandon de Jesús López Orozco) of invasion of privacy, sexual cyber harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.

“The refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Beéle is the source of the leaks,” reads the lawsuit filed Wednesday and obtained by Rolling Stone. (López Orozco’s attorneys previously denied circulating the video, saying he was “also a victim of the nonconsensual exposure of his privacy.” They did not respond to Roling Stone‘s request for comment on Wednesday.)

In the lawsuit, Ladera explains that she and López Orozco met during a Miami party in December 2023 while he was in the process of divorcing his wife, Camila “Cara” Rodriguez. The pair struck up a friendship and later a romantic relationship where they “at Beéle’s request, would record their sexual interactions,” according to the filing.

Ladera explains that the pair would share the videos privately and that she “never thought” they’d be shared with anyone else. Ladera claims that she asked the singer to delete the recordings around May 2024, about a year before they broke up. “To her surprise, he not only refused to erase them, but instead questioned her trust in him,” reads the lawsuit.

The following month, in June 2024, Ladera’s attorneys noted that López Orozco’s estranged wife began sharing private communications between the singer and Ladera — apparently accessed directly from his phone — as she attempted to accuse him of infidelity. (The attorneys point this out to suggest that a third party may have had access to the leaked video.)

Ladera and López Orozco split up in March 2025. Several months later, in June, two people reached out to Ladera, saying they had screenshots from a video that would soon be released publicly, according to the lawsuit.

“Shockingly, on September 7, 2025, one of the videos was leaked through a WhatsApp account. The video went viral, and for Ladera the earth stood still,” the attorneys write. “Although she always knew this could be a possibility, she thought that having contacted Beéle’s team would stop the leak from occurring.”

In the lawsuit, Ladera speaks against those who claim that she leaked the video herself “for her own personal gain,” saying that she had deleted those videos more than a year prior.

“Ladera suffered damages, shame, humiliation, and mental anguish as a result of the public disclosure of her private affairs and activities,” reads the lawsuit.

The singer’s attorneys claimed in a Sept. 9 statement that he “did not leak said material” nor “disseminate” the sex video in a release from his attorneys. López Orozco’s legal team explained at the time that they had started legal action in Colombia and in the United States against “those responsible for the obtaining, distribution, hosting, indexing, or monetization” of the private sex video.

In her emotional accusation earlier this month, Ladera called López Orozco someone who “lied to me from the start” and “never tried to protect me,” claiming that he purposefully leaked the video while she was in the process of “reconstruction” following their break-up in July 2024.

“This act doesn’t just put my privacy at risk, it also goes against my dignity and has caused me immense pain to me and my family,” she wrote, describing the act as an example of violence against women. “The worst part has been receiving hate and judgment while the real person responsible remains silent.”

Details On Lawsuit Filed By Angie Stone’s Children

Page Six reports that Angie Stone’s children, Diamond Stone and Michael D’Angelo Archer, filed a lawsuit on September 2 in Atlanta. The suit states that Angie originally survived the first crash when her Sprinter van was carrying her and her crew, but flipped over. While trying to escape, Angie was struck by an 18-wheeler, ejected, and trapped underneath, where she later died. The court docs also claim that the truck driver was distracted, the safety system failed, and he didn’t break before hitting the van at 70 mph.

Angie Family Speaks Out After The Fatal Crash

Days after Angie tragically passed away on March 1, her family issued a statement about her death.  Per 11Alive, her loved ones thanked everyone for their support.“It is with heavy hearts that the children of the R&B Singer Angie Stone along with her extended family want to thank you all for your love and well wishes at what is an extremely difficult time.” The statement also highlighted that Angie stood a strong example for Black women and girls and also championed Black men.

“Angie was an example for Black women and girls everywhere. Angie also loved and championed for Black Men with her number one hit entitled ‘Brotha.’ Angie Stone believed in giving back to her fans and the community with her Foundation, ‘Angel Stripes, the Angie Stone Foundation.’ She lived and died doing what she loved most, which was music,” the statement read.

Fans across the internet mourned Angie Stone’s death after a car crash claimed her life on March 1. The incident occurred hours after she wrapped up a performance in Montgomery Alabama. According to AP News, the Alabama Highway Patrol said the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van carrying Angie and her team overturned on Interstate 65 and then collided with a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia truck. Emergency responders pronounced Stone dead at the scene and later rushed the Sprinter’s driver and seven other passengers to a hospital.

Apollonia Sues Prince's Estate Over Ownership of Her Name

Apollonia Sues Prince’s Estate Over Ownership of Her Name

by jummy84 August 20, 2025
written by jummy84

Singer, songwriter, and Prince muse Apollonia filed a new lawsuit Tuesday that alleges Prince’s estate, Paisley Park Enterprises, is “attempting to steal” her name.

In her 14-page complaint filed in federal court in Los Angeles and obtained by Rolling Stone, Apollonia, whose real name is Patricia Apollonia Kotero, says she “famously starred” as the character Apollonia, Prince’s love interest, in his classic film Purple Rain. After that, Kotero claims he never demanded that she cease using the name Apollonia and never “contended that the name did not belong to her either personally or professionally.”

“In fact, Prince himself consented to and encouraged Apollonia in her professional endeavors as ‘Apollonia,’” the lawsuit alleges. “If ever the fundamental principles of fairness – waiver, acquiescence, and laches – apply, they apply here.”

According to the complaint, Prince’s estate was out of line when it claimed ownership of the “Apollonia” trademark in June, filing an “intent-to-use” application for use in connection with clothing and entertainment services. Kotero says the estate has since taken steps to cancel her trademark registrations and applications.

Kotero, 66, is adamant that she’s the “rightful owner” of the name, so the estate has no right to accuse her of “public confusion.” The singer-songwriter says she’s been using “Apollonia” for 40 years and deserves a court order confirming that she owns the name and its associated trademarks.

“All of the goodwill associated with the name and trademark ‘Apollonia’ for the past four decades is attributable to plaintiff,” the lawsuit states. “There is only one Apollonia, and Apollonia is the source of the goods and services provided under this name.”

After she shot to fame in Purple Rain, Kotero embarked on a worldwide tour to promote the 1984 movie and her hit song from the film, Sex Shooter. She and Prince became “lifelong friends,” the lawsuit states, and she co-wrote the Bangles hit “Manic Monday” with him. Kotero says she provided vocals on Prince’s “Take Me With You,” using her stage name, and in 1985, she became a regular on the television series Falcon Crest, where she played a love interest to Lorenzo Llama’s character, again using the name Apollonia. Her self-titled solo album, Apollonia, was released in 1988.

Editor’s picks

According to the complaint, Prince’s estate purportedly claimed that Kotero waived all of her rights related to the name Apollonia when she signed a 1983 contract for her Purple Rain role.

However, Kotero says in the lawsuit that even if she entered into a valid, enforceable contract wherein Prince retained all rights to the “Apollonia” name, the ownership was “never enforced,” so the “alleged rights” expired “long ago.”

Trending Stories

“Our client fully expects to prevail in protecting her name,” Kotero’s lawyer, Daniel M. Cislo, said in an email to Rolling Stone.

Attempts to reach a representative for Prince’s estate were not immediately successful on Tuesday. Prince died of an accidental fentanyl overdose in 2016 at the age of 57. He had no will and no children, so his six siblings inherited equal interests in his estate.
