Meet Isaac Middleton, the Artist Who Never Stopped Betting on Himself

Isaac Middleton is one of those artists you can’t quite put in a single box, and that’s exactly what makes his story compelling. Whether you know him as 8010az on Twitch, Isaac M when he’s singing, or Da Fire Hawk in his streaming world, he’s been building his path brick by brick, long before social media made hustling look glamorous.

He grew up in small towns, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia and Alabama, but he never saw that as a limitation. If anything, it made his dreams louder. Isaac jokes that he’s been grinding since the dial-up days, and honestly, it shows. Every move he’s made has been about growth, about learning, about refusing to let circumstances shrink his ambition.

Now based in California, Isaac is open about the ups and downs that come with chasing a creative career. “I’m not getting younger, but age doesn’t matter, I want my name everywhere, and I’m not letting a number slow me down,” he says. It’s a mindset that’s carried him through moments where motivation dips, grounded always by his faith, his family, his friends and the fans who believe in him.

Isaac’s creative world is wide. Acting is his main focus, but he doesn’t stop there, he’s also producing, directing, writing books, making music and running projects like the IME iRadio Station. He treats every opportunity like it’s the one that could change everything, and that’s why he doesn’t let any slip through his fingers.

His creative output includes the Guardians of the Dawn book series and his music track “Time Just Float Away,” produced with DJ Fire Hawk and featured on IME iRadio. His acting work spans everything from indie sets to union productions, each role adding another layer to the career he’s building with intention and purpose.

But what sets him apart isn’t just the work, it’s the person behind it. Isaac is easy to root for because he’s real. He loves burgers, pizza and sweets (even when he’s trying to cut back), spends hours on video games, hits the gym, enjoys the beach and is a fan of superheroes and anime. He was born on November 8, went to Eastside High, then continued his studies at San Diego City College and San Diego Christian College. He’s an everyday guy with extraordinary drive.

If you’ve supported him along the way, Isaac wants you to know he doesn’t take it lightly. “Thank you for supporting me as an actor, singer, songwriter, author, and podcaster. I’m grateful every day,” he says.

Because at the end of the day, Isaac Middleton isn’t waiting for someone to hand him a breakthrough, he’s creating it himself. And if his journey proves anything, it’s that big dreams don’t need big beginnings. They just need someone willing to keep going, no matter what.

Kareena Kapoor shares Taimur’s funny reaction after she stopped paparazzi from clicking kids: ‘Why can’t they click me?’

Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have always been among the few celebrity couples who never hid their children’s faces from the paparazzi. However, things changed when Saif was attacked by an intruder in January this year, after which Kareena requested the paparazzi not to photograph their kids. In a recent podcast with Soha Ali Khan, Kareena revealed Taimur’s hilarious reaction to her decision.

Kareena Kapoor recalls Taimur being upset after she asked paparazzi not to click him.

Kareena Kapoor on raising kids in paparazzi culture

Kareena spoke about not growing up in a paparazzi culture and explained how she tries to protect her sons as they grow up in an era of constant public attention. She said, “I have to be thick-skinned, and there’s no other way out. Because if you give in to the toxicity of all of this and get into it, it only feeds it more. So I have to pull back. Luckily, the children are not yet exposed to Instagram and Twitter. They are being photographed, and they understand that their parents are famous.”

Kareena Kapoor on Taimur’s reaction to her stopping paparazzi from clicking him

When asked if her sons ever questioned why strangers constantly take their pictures with big cameras, Kareena replied, “Jeh doesn’t ask. But Tim got used to being clicked, and when I told the paparazzi not to take the kids’ photos, Tim asked me, ‘Why did you ask them not to click me?’ I said, because you’re not a star. He said, ‘But they’re clicking you na, why can’t they click me?’ I said, That’s because I’m famous, you’re just my son. Now he’s figured it out. He’s calculating that basically, he’ll have to become like Lionel Messi or Virat Kohli to get famous. So I told him, you think about how you want to become famous. But now, he’s not bothered anymore.”

Taimur Ali Khan, the elder son of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, has been one of the most talked-about celebrity kids since his birth on 20 December 2016. He became a media sensation, with his adorable looks and playful expressions winning the hearts of fans and photographers alike. He was often photographed on his way to and from school and became known for cheerfully waving at the paparazzi. His popularity grew so much that Taimur dolls even began selling in the market.

Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming film

Kareena is all set to share the screen with Prithviraj Sukumaran in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming crime drama Daayra. The film went on floors in September this year and is expected to release in 2026. Sharing her excitement about the project, Kareena said, “I cannot wait to work with one of the finest directors we have, @meghnagulzar, and alongside the magnificent @therealprithvi, whose work I deeply admire. To my dream team, #Daayra, let’s do this.”

Woman who lost over 70+ kgs shares 5 simple habits that helped her transform her body: ‘I stopped skipping breakfast’

Many women struggle with weight loss, juggling busy schedules, diets, and workouts with little to show for it. One woman named Kate Daniel, who lost over 70+ kgs, shares in her September 26 Instagram post how simple, consistent habits helped her achieve a complete transformation.

Kate explains, “The impossible becomes possible when you show up with the same 5 habits, one day at a time… The small, repeatable habits I built are what helped me lose over 70 kg and silence the food noise. And you can too… Nothing flashy. Nothing complicated. Just simple things that stacked up and rewired my brain one day at a time.” (Also read: Woman says this ‘AI diet’ helped her lose 7 kg and 2 inches from her belly in 21 days: ‘Not just weight loss…’ )

Here are the five habits Kate followed:

1. Stop treating your body like bin

Kate said, “Leftovers were still waste whether I ate them or not. Every time I honoured fullness, the food noise lost a little more power.”

2. Never skip breakfast

She suggests, “No more ‘saving calories.’ A high-protein start stopped the grazing cycle before it began.”

3. Move your body daily

Kate recommends, “Walking, stretching, dancing. Not workouts. Not punishment. My stress dropped, my nervous system calmed, and the urge to eat to cope got quieter too.”

4. Make one promise and keep it

“Just one! Small, doable, and repeatable. That’s how identity shifts and habits become automatic. Building self-trust silenced the self-doubt that used to trigger overeating,” she explains.

5. Meal prep as self-care

“Delicious bariatric meal prep gave me peace, time back, and stopped the chaos. With food ready, decision fatigue faded and so did the space for food noise and cravings to take over,” she adds

Kate adds, “None of these felt perfect. But they felt possible. And possible is what compounds into freedom. Weight loss surgery gave me the tool, but it wasn’t gastric sleeve surgery alone that got me here. If you’re on your bariatric journey after gastric sleeve or bypass surgery and you’ve ever thought it was impossible for you, let this be proof it’s not. You just need the right micro habits and strategies, ones you can actually implement into your life today.”

I Stopped Looking For A Trigger For My Chronic Hives

“CSU is a challenging disease because of its chronic, spontaneous, and unpredictable nature. There’s no specific trigger, so even if we put a person with CSU in a bubble and didn’t expose them to external factors, they would still experience a flare-up,” says Dr. Gupta, who sees patients with CSU on a daily basis. “So, rather than documenting what you ate or wore before a flare-up, what you can do is document how it’s impacting your life, any lifestyle changes you’ve tried, and talk to your doctor. You don’t have to simply live with chronic hives — ask for their help in finding relief, and don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion, if needed.”

I Stopped Drinking Coffee When a Celebrity Chef Told Me This

by jummy84 August 28, 2025

I started drinking coffee when I was 11 years old. My grandmother, who drank her coffee in bed all her life, let me try it for the first time. Even though the coffee she made me was a mostly-milk latte, I felt so special and so “grown up,” that I immediately became obsessed.

What started as a cute tradition with my grandmother became a dependency that worsened in college. My course load often kept me up until 3 a.m., and I began to rely on the university cafe’s strong black coffee to help me function throughout the day. When I graduated and started my career, drinking coffee on an empty stomach became a regular part of my routine. It was something I didn’t even question; I did it by default. Every morning, I’d march into the office with my extra large thermos of coffee and settle in at my computer for the day.

I did this for years, until I started experiencing anxiety and a racing heart. At first, I thought that it was just badly managed stress, but when the situation didn’t improve, I started to look for more lasting solutions.

The situation was on my mind when I met Mikaela Reuben, a chef who has cooked for everyone from Blake Lively to the Dalai Lama. Naturally, I decided to ask her opinion—after all, she’s known for practicing a holistic version of nutrition and wellness. “I frequently encourage people to drink tea throughout the day,” she told me. “Not as a substitute for coffee, but as a habit that supports hydration, digestion, and overall nutrition. In particular, herbal infusions can be full of healing properties, and drinking something hot can be a grounding ritual. It’s one of those small gestures that can make a big difference.”

Reuben’s comments inspired me to consider my habit and to listen to my body, which was clearly giving me signals. In my emotional state, drinking coffee just wasn’t a good decision. “That said, yes, I drink coffee too,” she confided. “But I try to be mindful of how it affects the nervous system, so I usually eat first and reflect on why I drink it. Do I use it to connect or to cope? I still wonder what it would be like to give it up completely, but at the moment I’m not quite ready.”
