Kayla Nicole Sparks Speculation From Fans With Halloween Costume – Hollywood Life

Kayla Nicole brought all the heat to crafting her 2025 Halloween costume! The 33-year-old Special Forces alum dressed up as R&B singer Toni Braxton and shared a stunning video of it on her Instagram. But the costume raised a few eyebrows among Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift fans because of Kayla’s song choice for the post: “He Wasn’t Man Enough” by Toni.

“She’s an icon. She’s a legend,” Kayla captioned her Friday, October 31, video. “She’s @tonibraxton circa 2000.”

Several commenters praised the sports journalist’s costume, and a few may have added more fuel to the fire of rumors. One person commented, “Will the real showgirl step to the front!!!!!” which was seemingly a reference to Taylor’s Life of a Showgirl album. “This is too good! But also, we heard THE MESSAGE,” another social media user wrote.

“YOU CLEARED THE ROOM!!!!!!! Omg,” another commenter chimed in, before adding, “The level of petty, slayage and pure decimation needs to be studied. Omg.”

Though Kayla did not mention Travis, 36, nor Taylor, 35, in her post, she’s had to face the wrath of online trolls over her past relationship with the Chiefs tight end.

Kayla and Travis dated on and off from 2017 to 2022, and the football player started dating Taylor in 2023. He and the “Karma” pop star announced their engagement earlier this year in August.

In season 3 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, Kayla opened up about the online attacks she’s faced from some overly passionate Swifties.

“Going through a public breakup, just to be frank, it’s been overwhelming,” Kayla said in one episode, which premiered in January. “I’ve never experienced anything like it. … I’m a very confident person, but dealing with trolls or just hate online, I constantly feel like I’m in a state of vulnerability. I would love to be in a headspace where I’m just not affected at all. I’m doing this course because I want to remind myself that I’m capable of doing hard things.”

Kayla added that she felt “reduced to a headline to something so small as someone’s ex-girlfriend.” Nevertheless, she insisted that she “likes” Taylor and thinks she’s “very talented.”

“I just get a lot of like s**t because [Kelce] is dating such a mega superstar,” Kayla added at the time.

All Creatures Great and Small’s Anna Madeley on Siegfried speculation

Anna Madeley visibly bristles when I suggest that Mrs Hall, her much beloved housekeeper from All Creatures Great and Small, might be repressed.

“It’s funny,” she begins in a tone that does not indicate amusement, “putting labels on characters when one of the things I love about this show, one of the things we’ve set out to do from the get-go, is avoid tropes and archetypes”.

Mrs Hall, Madeley is adamant, is not your typical busybody, buttoned-up housekeeper.

“We could have very easily come out with the old trope of the bossy woman telling everyone what to do, which a lot of people expect, and instead what’s really refreshing is having a character who has proper story behind her, history that informs who she is.”

And who is she?

“She is a woman of her time with expectations of her life that fit where she’s from. She had a difficult time with her husband and she’s come through something there. She’s had a difficult time with her son and she’s come through something there. Her life’s been tough.”

Madeley is, of course, quite right to challenge my broad brush strokes’ characterisation of her character. Younger than she is in the novels and altogether warmer a character, Madeley’s Mrs Hall is a woman with hinterland, and hidden talents. Just tonight, we discovered her heretofore unknown adeptness at darts.

Played with delicacy and nuance by Madeley, Mrs Hall isn’t just Skeldale House’s beacon of decency, stoicism and quiet resilience – without whom the house could not function, on a very practical level – she is also its moral centre and beating heart. Yes, there is a fortitude befitting the period and Mrs Hall’s class and position, but there is also extraordinary tenderness. As the vets of All Creatures deal with wounded animals, Mrs Hall, in her own way, heals wounded souls – including her own.

“She’s someone who speaks her mind, gently,” Madeley says. “She’s the person in the house who does say there’s an elephant in the room and we need to talk about it.”

So far, it has just been metaphorical elephants that Mrs Hall’s had to deal with but anything is possible where Siegfried is concerned. Given the chemistry between the curmudgeonly eccentric vet played by Samuel West and Mrs Hall, might that include romance?

“Oh my God, no,” Madeley exclaims, half-laughing, half-aghast. “A real friendship has blossomed between the two of them and they are of a generation so there’s lots of things they can share and understand about one another from their lived experiences. But we just have a lot of fun with these two characters who butt heads a bit.”

Seeming to put paid to any Sieg-drey entanglement, Madeley concedes that “They do get on and they do have a lot of affection for each other,” before adding, somewhat tantalisingly, “Where that will lead, you don’t know.”

Certainly, in the post-war years, the times they were a-changing. And now that Mrs Hall has settled matters with her ex-husband and with her son…

“It will be interesting to see where freedom from those concerns will now take her as a person,” Madeley muses. “And whether it will allow her to be a little bit… freer.”

Selena Gomez’s organ donor Francia Raisa has dismissed “rumours” of a feud between them.

Francia Raisa donated a kidney to Selena Gomez in 2017

The 37-year-old actress donated a kidney to the Only Murders in the Building star in 2017 but was reportedly not invited to her recent wedding to Benny Blanco, although she insists that she is “very happy” for Selena.

In an interview filmed before the wedding last month, Francia said: “I know she’s getting married, and I’m very happy for her. And look… she has a life and she is already a billionaire and I am grateful that I could do that for her.”

Quizzed on what she would advise anyone considering organ donation, Raisa explained that it is about saving someone else’s life rather than creating a bond with the person.

The How I Met Your Father star said: “Look, from the beginning the doctors told me, it’s a donation.

“If you are going to donate a dollar to St. Jude or somewhere else, you’re not going to call to say, ‘Hey, what are you doing with my dollar?’

“It’s a donation and it’s something nice I was able to do. I am grateful that I am alive and I can say that I have saved a life.”

Francia issued a firm riposte when asked about reports that she was unhappy with way Gomez, 33, was treating her body following the transplant.

She said: “Well, right now what you are asking me is nonsense that has been in the media, and there are too many rumours. I’ve never said anything.

“When that rumour came out that I had gotten angry or something like that because (Gomez) was smoking, I wasn’t aware of those rumours.”

The Grown-ish star added: “No one knows what’s going on, and neither she nor I are talking about it. One day, maybe we will address it.”

Francia declared in 2023 that she and Selena were still friends, despite the fact that their relationship had become more distant.

She told USA Today: “We hadn’t spoken much in six years. Especially (in) the last year, we didn’t speak at all.

“We’ve never really had beef with each other. Nothing happened, and if you ask either of us, we don’t know what happened, but we needed that time apart. Then when you come back together, you’re better people.”

When will the One Punch Man season 3 English dub be released? Latest news and speculation

During the first two seasons, One-Punch Man’s English dub was pretty well-regarded, capturing the wacky humour of the original Japanese dialogue. The show is known for its over-the-top atmosphere, so for fans who prefer to watch it dubbed instead of subtitled, good voice acting is crucial.

With new characters from the original manga expected to show up this season, we’ll also be hearing some new voices from the actors joining the cast.

So, when will we get that English release? Here’s everything we know so far.

When will the One-Punch Man season 3 English dub come out?

At present, there’s no confirmed release date for One-Punch Man’s English dub. What we do know is that season 3 will premiere on Crunchyroll on 12th October.

For seasons 1 and 2, the English dub aired several months later on Toonami. However, we can probably expect an earlier release date this time round.

VIZ Media, the company that licenses One-Punch Man in many international territories, announced the season 3 voice cast back in July 2025.

This suggests that the English dub may already have been recorded ahead of the season premiere in October, meaning that (if fans are lucky), we could see a simultaneous release for the dubbed and subtitled versions.

If not, it’s entirely plausible that the English dub will release about two weeks after the original Japanese release, which would translate to a 26th October release date on Crunchyroll.

Right now, VIZ Media’s promotional announcements just list the new season of One-Punch Man as “coming soon.” We’ll make sure to update this page once we learn the specific date for season 3’s English dub!

Harry Potter TV series | Release date speculation and latest news

These include not only the IT Crowd’s Katherine Parkinson playing Molly Weasley, but also Dexter’s John Lithgow playing Albus Dumbledore, and Nick Frost (the Cornetto Trilogy) taking on the mantle of Rubeus Hagrid.

Filming has already begun for the first season, adapting the Philosopher’s Stone book into eight episodes — making it four times the length of the first among the Harry Potter movies. However, for more on the Harry Potter series’, including the potential release date, more casting news, and the TV show’s plot, the rest of this watch guide below has you covered.

Harry Potter TV series release date speculation

HBO’s Harry Potter adaptation is currently expected to premiere in 2027, following comments by CEO & President of Warner Bros. Discovery, David Zaslav.

Originally reported by TVLine, Zaslav told reporters back in November 2024: “Oh, it could probably be [2027], something like that”.

“But don’t hold me to any of that, because we’re just getting started in the writing and casting process”.

Although an exact release date hasn’t been announced yet, we’ll update this page as soon as we hear more.

A lot has happened since Zaslav’s comments, including the casting of the key actors, but the logistics still look like a 2027 release date for the Harry Potter show is doable.

Filming for the new Harry Potter began in July 2025, beginning what is intended to be a seven-season adaptation, taking place across the UK in locations like London Zoo, King’s Cross Station, and Hertfordshire.

If filming wraps by the end of 2025, that gives HBO a full year for post-production (which is likely to be quite complicated for a big-budget fantasy series), as well as getting started on season 2.

One obvious concern is making sure the show stays on track to release one new season per year, so the lead actors don’t end up growing too old for their roles.

Speaking about HBO’s plans to film new seasons as quickly and efficiently as possible, HBO CEO Casey Bloys, when talking to Collider’s Steve Weintraub at HBO press event, said: “From 11 to 13, is a big jump in kids’ lives. You can get away with 13 to 15, something like that. So we are going to have to think about scheduling and shooting so that they don’t grow too much between seasons. It is a consideration.”

“I think an annual schedule would be tough, but it depends on how much is written ahead of time.”

Bloys also confirmed that author JK Rowling is involved in the project, amid ongoing controversy regarding her views on trans rights, which have turned many former fans away from the franchise.

In response to these concerns, an HBO spokesperson said (via Variety): “We are proud to once again tell the story of Harry Potter — the heartwarming books that speak to power of friendship, resolve and acceptance”.

“J.K. Rowling has a right to express her personal views. We will remain focused on the development of the new series, which will only benefit from her involvement.”

This has done little to quell concerns over Rowling’s impact as a public figure, and how her income from the Potter franchise may be used to facilitate anti-LGBTQ+ projects.

In recent years, the author was notably absent from the 20-year anniversary special of the Harry Potter movies, and the 2023 Hogwarts Legacy spin-off game faced boycotts. Meanwhile, several fan-run organisations have distanced themselves from Rowling, including the international association for real-life Quidditch, which has renamed the sport “quadball.”

Who will be the cast starring in the Harry Potter TV series?

As mentioned above, the lead stars playing Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger have been confirmed. Back in September, there was an open casting call looking for the three kids, with Warner boss Channing Dungey admitting it would be “tricky” to allocate the roles (via Variety).

Now we know that, in HBO’s Harry Potter series, Dominic McLaughlin will play Harry, Arabella Stanton will play Hermione and Alastair Stout will play Ron.

Stanton is known for having previously starred in the West End production of Matilda, as well as the Andrew Lloyd Webber production of Starlight Express. Stout has been seen in TV advertisements, while McLaughlin will be seen in Sky Original comedy Grow.

Following the lead actors being announced, showrunner Francesca Gardiner and director/executive producer Mark Mylod said in a statement to Variety: “After an extraordinary search led by casting directors Lucy Bevan and Emily Brockmann, we are delighted to announce we have found our Harry, Hermione and Ron”.

“The talent of these three unique actors is wonderful to behold, and we cannot wait for the world to witness their magic together onscreen. We would like to thank all the tens of thousands of children who auditioned. It’s been a real pleasure to discover the plethora of young talent out there.”

Meanwhile, HBO previously announced that John Lithgow is set to play Albus Dumbledore in the new Harry Potter show.

Lithgow previously said of taking on the role: “It came as a total surprise to me. I just got the phone call up at the Sundance Film Festival for yet another film, and it was not an easy decision because it’s going to define me for the last chapter of my life, I’m afraid. But I’m very excited.”

Elsewhere, Paapa Essiedu (I May Destroy You) will star as Severus Snape, Janet McTeer (Tumbleweeds) will star as Minerva McGonagall, and Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead) will appear as Rubeus Hagrid.

While those four series regulars had previously been rumoured to be joining the project, some other new additions have been more unexpected.

The more surprising additions are Luke Thallon as Quirinus Quirrell and Paul Whitehouse (The Fast Show) as Argus Filch, who will appear in guest/recurring roles. Thallon is currently best known in the theatre world and most recently starred in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s 2025 Hamlet.

In June, a whole load of new additions were also announced to fill out supporting roles. Katherine Parkinson (Rivals) will play Molly Weasley, Lox Pratt (Lord of the Flies) will play Draco Malfoy, Johnny Flynn (Ripley) will play Lucius Malfoy and Bertie Carvel (The Crown) will play Cornelius Fudge.

Meanwhile, Leo Earley will play Seamus Finnigan, Alessia Leoni will play Parvati Patil, Sienna Moosah will play Lavender Brown, Bel Powley (Masters of the Air) will play Petunia Dursley and Daniel Rigby (I, Jack Wright) will play Vernon Dursley.

Unfortunately, those hoping for returns from the film franchise’s stars, such as Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson or Rupert Grint, are out of luck – it’s not looking likely. Chatting to ComicBook.com, Radcliffe quashed any speculation about him making an appearance.

He said: “My understanding is that they’re trying to very much start fresh, and I’m sure whoever is making them will want to make their own mark on it and probably not want to have to figure out how to get old Harry to cameo in this somewhere.”

He continued: “So I’m definitely not seeking it out in any way… but I do wish them, obviously, all the luck in the world, and I’m very excited to have that torch passed. But I don’t think it needs me to physically pass it.”

Argus Filch star David Bradley told RadioTimes.com: “I think it’ll be very interesting to see what they will do with the extra time they’ll have to film more of the books than we could.

“The Goblet of Fire and the last two, they were quite chunky – how do you condense those into a two and a half hour film?

“Of course, you’ve got to sacrifice quite a lot of plot and characters. I’m assuming the reason they’re doing it is they’ll be able to include more of the story because they’ll have more screen time – a lot more than the films had. I’ll be interested. I haven’t had the call yet!”

Asked whether it felt strange to see a new adaptation in the works, Jason Isaacs, who played Lucius Malfoy, mused: “It’s no weirder for me than for everybody else who’s seen the films. I happen to be in the films too.”

He continued: “They make a new Spider-Man every 15 minutes. You know, there was a ton of stuff in the books that we left out. Yeah, it’s an odd feeling, but it’s no odder for me than it is anyone else. I can’t wait to see them and see what they do.”

Behind the camera, we know that His Dark Materials writer Francesca Gardiner will serve as showrunner, while Succession director Mark Mylod is attached to produce and film some episodes.

Meanwhile, JK Rowling will executive produce the series, alongside Neil Blair and Ruth Kenley-Letts.

“Max’s commitment to preserving the integrity of my books is important to me, and I’m looking forward to being part of this new adaptation which will allow for a degree of depth and detail only afforded by a long form television series,” said Rowling.

Who is playing Voldemort in the Harry Potter series?

The actor who will be playing Voldemort in the Harry Potter HBO series hasn’t been revealed just yet, but well-known contenders like Matthew Macfadyen, Matt Smith, Paul Bettany, Cillian Murphy, and Tom Hiddleston are in the running, according to Online Betting Guide.

However, known entertainment industry leaker Daniel Richtman recently posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the Harry Potter TV show is “auditioning both men and women for Voldemort”, so there is a chance Tom Riddle could be portrayed by a female.

There is no confirmation of either claim yet, but we will be updating this guide as soon as we hear more.

The series will be based on all seven books in the series, originally published between 1997 and 2007.

A statement from the newly branded Max explained: “The stories from each of Rowling’s Harry Potter books will become a decade-long series produced with the same epic craft, love and care this global franchise is known for.

“The series will feature a new cast to lead a new generation of fandom, full of the fantastic detail, much-loved characters and dramatic locations that Harry Potter fans have loved for over 25 years.”

It continued: “Each season will be authentic to the original books and bring Harry Potter and these incredible adventures to new audiences around the world, while the original, classic and beloved films will remain at the core of the franchise and available to watch globally.”

The Harry Potter series will stream on HBO Max.

Making the announcement from Paris, France (where the dramatic finale mostly took place), author of the books the show is based on, Jenny Han, shared: “There is another big milestone left in Belly’s journey, and I thought only a movie could give it its proper due.

“I’m so grateful to Prime Video for continuing to support my vision for this story and for making it possible to share this final chapter with the fans.”

Fans of the books will know – spoilers follow – they end with Belly’s marriage to Conrad, so while details of the film’s plot are being kept under tight wraps for now, with production due to start soon, we could safely bet we might see some more wedding planning for the Cousins gang.

When will The Summer I Turned Pretty movie be released?

So far, there is no confirmed release date for The Summer I Turned Pretty movie after it was announced on 17th September 2025.

The good news is that Jenny Han will be penning the film, which has been dubbed “the final chapter”, but she has suggested fans may have to wait a little while and ruled out a 2026 release.

Han told Variety: “I don’t know when it will be out, but I don’t think it’s safe to say next year because we haven’t filmed it yet. I honestly, really want that extra time, because it’s just getting the actors a little bit closer to adulthood.”

She added: “We’re getting to see Belly at 15, turning 16, and then seeing her as this young woman. And now Lola is 22! I think that I always wanted some distance for the movie, so I’m really glad to get that breathing space.”

At time of writing, there are no confirmed plot details for The Summer I Turned Pretty movie and Han has said she doesn’t yet know how far ahead in time the movie could jump.

However, there’s plenty to speculate about after the thrilling ending to season 3, which saw Belly and Conrad finally get together after years of will-they-won’t-they.

Fans of the books were expecting to see a glimpse of their wedding, which we didn’t get, so it would be safe to assume that will be a central point of the movie.

There were also some unanswered plot points at the end of season 3 which could also be addressed.

Steven (Sean Kaufman) and Taylor (Rain Spencer) were going from strength to strength until there was the small issue that Steven might have to move to San Francisco to start his business. Taylor seemed happy to follow him in the end, but will they last? (We hope so!)

Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) also found a new love with Denise (Isabella Briggs) so we’d be really interested to see if they last, too!

Of course, the celebs won’t have the help of smartphones or bank cards and will have to part from the comfortable travel they’re used to as they squeeze everything they can out of a shoestring budget.

Not yet. In the past, the series hasn’t stuck to the same release pattern, but with the cast now confirmed, we can expect it to be on screens very soon.

Who is taking part in Celebrity Race Across the World season 3?

The BBC has now confirmed all four duos for the third season of Celebrity Race Across the World.

Derry Girls and Big Boys star Dylan Llewellyn will be taking part alongside his mum Jackie.

Dylan said of them joining the line-up: “It’s like a whole whirlwind of emotions, and so many struggles and challenges. But also, I feel like you grow a lot as a person. I feel like I’m a better person after it.”

Elsewhere, Woman’s Hour and Countryfile presenter Anita Rani is involved in the race alongside her dad, Bal. She shared the news on Instagram, saying: “I can’t tell you any more than that, you’ll have to watch it to find out but yeah, I got to do the dream programme.”

Ever since the film was announced in April, the project garnered global appeal for the kind of VFX that’s being integrated into the narrative. While the team of AA22XA6 (working title) recently wrapped up its Mumbai schedule, here’s an interesting scoop about the project. Streaming giant Netflix has reportedly expressed willingness to acquire the digital rights of the film.

There’s so much being written about Allu Arjun’s new film AA22XA6 under director Atlee. The anticipation grew so much that a team from Netflix flew down to Hyderabad recently. The team met Allu Arjun, Atlee, Allu Aravind (Allu Arjun’s father) and had a lengthy discussion about films, filmmaking and how Indian cinema has been shaping up. But their dialogue wouldn’t have been complete without the mention of AA22XA6. According to reports from Tollywood circles, the OTT streaming giant evinced interest to buy the digital rights of the Allu Arjun-starrer. Apparently, the team from the streaming giant has been holding discussions with several top names from the South Indian film industry. And when the team met the unit of AA22XA6, it sparked major speculation.

“Allu Arjun’s film unit has reportedly quoted a whopping for the OTT rights. The streaming giant too was game to shell out considering the film’s budget, genre and of course, Allu Arjun’s growing global appeal. While the official deal is yet to be completed, the discussions are still at preliminary stage. But after the picture of team posing with Allu Arjun and Atlee emerged on social media, fans predict that Netflix will seal the deal,” says a source in the know.

The zany idea follows an earlier musical episode as well as an unexpected crossover with animated series Lower Decks, which saw Jack Quaid (Brad Boimler) and Tawny Newsome (Beckett Mariner) bring their voice roles to live-action.

Clearly, this is a show that isn’t afraid to keep surprising fans, whether longtime Trekkies or newcomers to the constantly evolving franchise.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 4 does not yet have a confirmed release date, but the episodes are confirmed to be dropping in 2026 on Paramount Plus.

Production got underway in March of this year, meaning that it’s quite possible that season 4 will be ready by May or June 2026, thus returning it to the months that seasons 1 and 2 began in years’ past.

Of course, the third was severely delayed by the Hollywood strikes of 2023, which saw members of the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and Screen Actors Guild (SAG) withdraw their labour from numerous high-profile projects.

The rapid progress on season 4 and the advance renewal of Strange New Worlds for a fifth and final season seems designed to help the show recapture its lost momentum after that longer-than-planned hiatus.

Anson Mount, Ethan Peck and Celia Rose Gooding are confirmed to be reprising their roles in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 4, having been pictured on the set of the upcoming episodes.

Other key cast members, such as Rebecca Romijn and Babs Olusanmokun, are also returning, alongside repeat guest stars Paul Wesley (James T Kirk), Adrian Holmes (Robert April) and Dan Jeannotte (Sam Kirk).

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 4 plot speculation

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will once again send its crew on a number of wild adventures, including another comical foray into surreal territory with a puppet-led episode.

The light-hearted sci-fi series has previously toyed with its format, producing both a musical episode and an animated crossover with Star Trek: Lower Decks.

This puppet edition marks one of their most ambitious efforts yet, with showrunner Henry Alonso Myers explaining that “a lot of time and care” went into it, estimating the work to have spanned “more than six months”.

Other episodes will no doubt be teased as we get closer to the release.
