The Shade Room caught clips from Blaze Taylor’s first birthday bash on Instagram, and from the looks of it, it was lit! The Game and Shaniece Hairston led the “Happy Birthday” song for their lil’ man while folks in the background chimed in. Blaze stole the show looking too cute in a Kith top and shorts, Game kept it chill, sporting a dark tracksuit, and Shaniece popped out serving a look in a pink dress. The whole party was decked out in blue and was giving galaxy vibes as the decor included rockets and stars. Even his tiered cake seemed to mimic the look of planet as it had rings around it.

Blaze’s exact birthday is under wraps, but Game and Shaniece have kept fans locked in with sweet pics and videos of him on social media. Bambi & Lil Scrappy Come Together For Their Son’s Birthday

Lil Scrappy is showing that even with their divorce and past differences, he and Bambi are able to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship. Scrap hopped on a livestream while at a wrestling event and revealed it was for his son’s birthday. As he recorded, the camera quickly caught Bambi walking up with their two daughters. Bam and Scrap share three kids together: Breland, Xylo, and Cali. Scrappy also has an older daughter, his eldest child, Emani from his previous relationship with Erica Dixon and a son, Kyrie Richardson, whom he shares with Shakira.

While recording at the WWE event, Scrap even joked that he wanted to get in the ring, because he thinks he has the look for it. “Now I wanna go in the ring, you know I’m big enough for it. Got the muscle for it.”

Sources told the outlet that the 43-year-old singer and her sons are “healing together.” Jayden, now 18, has been leading the way, moving in with his mother for a couple of months earlier this year, before returning to Los Angeles.

During that stretch, they watched movies, cooked meals, played board games, and even worked on music. “They fell right into the swing of things like the old days,” an insider explained.

Sean, 19, is slower to rebuild trust but has visited his mother twice recently. A source said he has been honest about past tension, including his discomfort with her risqué social media posts. Britney, the insider noted, is “really listening now” and respecting his wishes.

Lil Nas X‘s father, Robert Stafford, has spoken out following the arrest of his son last week. Stafford discussed the incident with The Times over the weekend, describing the rapper’s breakdown as the price of fame.

“I understand how the music business is,” Stafford said. “It’s like a high. When you get to that level, you want that drug again, you want to hit that high again.”

Lil Nas X, born Montero Lamar Hill, was arrested and charged with four felonies on Aug. 21. The rapper pleaded not guilty after he was accused of charging at Los Angeles police officers while roaming the streets of Studio City in his underwear and a pair of cowboy boots in a disconcerted state. He was released on a $75,000 bond after spending the weekend in jail, which was conditional on him attending drug treatment.

Stafford told The Times he blamed both the “pressure” of success and being a provider for his family for his son’s breakdown. Hill’s mother has battled addiction for many years. In 2021, she was filmed begging for food on a street corner in Atlanta.

“For a 26-year-old to have to deal with what he’s dealing with — to be a breadwinner for a lot of people, the inability to change his mother’s situation and the pressure he puts on himself…” Stafford said. He added that Hill has tried to help his mother, but she has declined the offers. “That can weigh heavily on your heart,” Stafford said.

Stafford said he flew to Los Angeles in the wake of the arrest to support his son. “I went to visit him in jail and as soon as I walked through that door, I couldn’t do anything but cry,” Stafford said. “To see my baby boy on the other side of that glass. We shed tears with each other for a minute. And I had to tell him that ‘What you’re going through is normal.’ We all have breakdowns every now and then, but the difference is, yours get played out in the public eye. When I went to visit he asked me to say, ‘Tell everybody I’m sorry they saw me like that.’ Even in that moment, he was apologizing to people for something he was going through.”

He added, “Hopefully, this is a turning point in his mental stability. Sometimes God will take you through your worst moment to give you your best moment.”

Angela Simmons recently got candid about how she felt after the de@th of her child’s father.

While visiting her brother JoJo Simmons’ For Good podcast, Angela opened up about the heartbreak she experienced after Sutton Tennyson was $hot and k*lled outside his home in Atlanta back in 2018.

Though they were no longer together at the time, Angela admitted she still felt “numb,” especially at the thought of no longer having him as a co-parent. She said:

“It changed me as a person. You question everything. You say, ‘I didn’t have a child to raise him alone… to raise him alone at that capacity is, like, another level.’”

Angela went on to say that “God, prayer,” and “therapy” ultimately helped her move forward after the loss so she could continue caring for their son, Sutton Jr., who turns 9 next month.

Regina King Opens Up About How Son’s Death Changed Her Outlook On Life

Regina King is opening up about how the death of her son Ian has transformed her perspective on life. The acclaimed actress says the event has led her to be more present and even inspired a meaningful entrepreneurial venture.

In her new Haute Living cover story, the Shirely actress said,

“I think in life, it’s harder and harder to have those meaningful moments. And that’s why, when I have them now, they feel even more special. We have them less and less as time goes on, and we have to work harder to have them.” When speaking about how she lives differently now while carrying grief, she said, “I one thousand percent live in the moment more. I don’t know if that’s something that just comes with time, or with pain, or with the pandemic — probably all of it. But I feel it.”

Her son Ian died by suicide in January 2022 at the age of 26. He was her only child and she shared him with her ex-husband, Ian Alexander Sr..

The Oscar-winning actress is focused on keeping her son’s memory alive in her life, most recently in the form of an orange wine. Her newly launched brand is named MianU — short for “me and you” — and was inspired by the wine Ian introduced her to.

“It was kind of an epiphany I had that came from a place of continuing to create memories in Ian’s spirit. I’m still here, on this plane, separate from him, and I’m surrounded by people talking about their children — engagements, weddings, new chapters — [while mine is gone],” she told the outlet. “I still love talking about Ian: I just don’t have the chance to create new memories in the way they do. But I’m not focused on that. This is my way of creating something new, together.”

The wine is deeply meaningful to her because it reminds her of her son constantly, with each and every moment. “Every time a cork opens, or every time I’m pouring a glass, I’m thinking of Ian. I’m thinking of him 24/7 anyway, but always in this moment, I can see his face. And for people who never got the chance to dance with Ian, maybe they’ll be curious. Maybe they’ll ask. His name is right there, in the middle of it all. He’ll never be forgotten… If you see me, you see Ian,” she said.

Another way the Boondocks talent also aims to keep her son with her at all times is by intentionally speaking “about him in the present, because he’s always with me,” and remembering “the joy and happiness that he gave all of us.”
