Chrisean Rock is making it clear that she doesn’t play when it comes to her son, Chrisean Jesus Porter. The rapper dropped a series of messages on her Instagram Stories, calling out folks who keep speaking negatively about her baby. She even threw Blueface’s name in the mix. The posts left fans confused and trying out who or what could’ve sparked the messages.

On Friday, Oct. 24, Chrisean Rock hopped on her IG Story, sharing a few messages warning folks to stop talking about her son, Chrisean Jesus Porter. She made it crystal clear that she’s over people mentioning Jr.’s name for clout. “I wonder why they keep going when they see the end result of trying to harm me for your personal clout gain.” From there, she told folks to leave her alone and back off.

Rock Seemingly Throws Subtle Jab At Blueface For Allegedly Abandoning Chrisean Jr.

In the midst of Chrisean’s messages, fans noticed she seemed to take a jab at Blueface. In a separate post she said he dipped out on Jr. She also said she thinks he ended up in prison because he used to speak negatively about their son.

“First It was his Daddy look at him he been locked up for 2 years now our son was 6-7 month baby when his Dad lost his freedom,” Rock wrote.

Even with everything Chrisean said, Blueface has been sitting behind bars since January 2024. Back in August of that year, a judge hit him with a four-year sentence for violating his probation tied to a 2021 assault case. On top of that, Vegas officials put out a warrant over a 2022 shooting. In the end, he got extra probation, a suspended sentence, and credit for the 30 days he already served.

Chrisean Previously Went All Out For Jr.’s 2nd Birthday

The last time fans saw Chrisean Jesus Porter was in September when Rock threw a huge birthday bash to celebrate his 2nd birthday. She went all out for her baby boy, showering him with gifts alongside her ex-boyfriend, HoodTrophy Bino. In one TikTok clip, a group of people sing happy birthday to Chrisean Jr. while Chrisean hugs and kisses him. Chrisean also gave him a birthday shoutout on Instagram, sharing several photos of him as a baby and snapshots from her pregnancy.

Monster: The Ed Gein Story slammed by Anthony Perkins’s son

Osgood Perkins, the son of Psycho star Anthony Perkins, has criticised the latest season of Ryan Murphy’s true crime series Monster.

Speaking to TMZ, the Longlegs and The Monkey director admitted he hasn’t seen Monster: The Ed Gein Story but “wouldn’t watch it with a 10-foot pole”.

He also condemned streaming platforms for taking the true crime genre and attempting to give it “glamorous and meaningful content”, adding that he worries about contemporary culture being “reshaped in real time by overlords”.

One of the show’s subplots centres around Osgood’s late father Anthony (played by Joey Pollari) and depicts the actor being cast as the Gein-inspired character Norman Bates in Sir Alfred Hitchcock’s 1960 movie Psycho.

Following its debut, Monster season 3 received backlash for hinting at a link between Perkins and Gein, because of the actor’s decision to keep his sexuality private during his lifetime.

Perkins added that the genre as a whole is “increasingly devoid of context and that the Netflix-isation of real pain is playing for the wrong team”.

While the star’s sexuality was an open secret among Hollywood, he remained married to Osgood’s mother Berry Berenson until his death from AIDS aged 60 in 1992.

The inclusion of Anthony Perkins isn’t the only storyline strand to have received backlash following Monster season 3’s debut, with its portrayal of Gein’s connection with Ted Bundy, his relationship to Adeline Watkins, and the show’s version of Evelyn Hartley’s disappearance also having come under fire from some viewers.

Gein star Charlie Hunnam previously defended the show’s divisive depiction of the titular serial killer, telling The Hollywood Reporter that he doesn’t agree the series sensationalises the killer’s crimes.

“I never felt on set that we did anything gratuitous or for shock impact,” he said. “It was all in order to try to tell this story as honestly as we could.”

He also questioned whether Gein is the real monster of the show, or whether it’s the audience for watching the series.

“Is it Ed Gein who was abused and left in isolation and suffering from undiagnosed mental illness and that manifested in some pretty horrendous ways? Or was the monster the legion of filmmakers that took inspiration from his life and sensationalised it to make entertainment and darken the American psyche in the process?” he asked.

“Is Ed Gein the monster of this show, or is Hitchcock the monster of the show? Or are we the monster of the show because we’re watching it?”

Regarding the kerfuffle over her brother starring in a Spielberg-daughter-directed short, Dylan stressed, “This is the business. It is about who you know. Always. Whether you’re the son of Sean Penn or not.”

Hopper, who made his movie debut in Sean’s film The Last Face, told E! News in February that the nepo baby conversation didn’t really affect him.

“I’m like, ‘If you like it, cool. If you don’t, great,'” he explained, having just made Devil’s Peak with mom Robin Wright. “And if you think that there’s nepotism going on, I really don’t care because I’m gonna do the work just as professional as everybody else, and I’m not gonna come there and do it half-ass because I’m working with my dad, I’m working with my mom.'”

Working with his father, Hopper noted, was the same “great nightmare” for him as it was for all the other actors who weren’t related to the director. 

And on any project, he added, “if I messed up on the film the first day, I’d be fired just like everyone else. Or, if I was terrible, I’ll be terrible. And I have been terrible.”

The 74-year-old actor told how 13-year-old Kolbjörn – who made his acting debut in 2022 miniseries Clark and has had a number of other roles since – “doesn’t have any friends” and feels isolated because other kids have questioned his talent and claimed he’s only got work because of his famous name.

The father-of-eight told Vulture: “My 13-year-old, Kolbjörn, the youngest, suffers from that.

“When his pals at school call him nepo baby, he gets so sad. He doesn’t have any friends at school. He gets isolated. Cruel kids — or cruel and ignorant. They love it on the internet.

“But it is such a bulls*** thing. Because nobody would hire you, at least not for anything good, if you’re not good enough.”

The Sentimental Value actor – who has Alexander, 49, Gustaf, 44, Sam, 43, Bill, 35, Eija, 33, and Valter, 29, with ex-wife My Skarsgård and Ossian, 16, and Kolbjörn with spouse Megan Everett – has not “reduced” himself to being just a father and thinks his kids have benefitted from his passion for his work.

He said: “Your work is you to such a big extent. It’s not like being an accountant. If you’re a painter, if you’re a musician, you go to work with you and your own material. Combining that with family life is hard.

“But if you become a really good father and you are at home more than you want to be, then suddenly you reduce yourself….

“You’ve become some other person. It’s like you would think differently. You would act differently. You need your creative art. It’s your stimuli.

“And you are more fun to the kids when you come home and tell them a story that you can’t tell them if you haven’t been stimulated. I’m trying to defend myself now.”

Stellan has a “very good relationship” with his kids.

He quipped: “I wouldn’t have spent 50 years with them otherwise. But they have no respect for me just because I’m their father. Because that’s bulls***. You shouldn’t be respected for five minutes of joy.”

The Mamma Mia star “usually” takes not just his family but a number of their friends along when he works overseas.

He said: “You also have to bring your wife’s friends because otherwise she will be alone in a foreign city babysitting.

“You have to get some of the kids’ friends. They’re a social functioning unit. We had 43 Swedes living in Frescati outside of Rome when I was shooting the first Exorcist movie there.

“I worked 12 hours a day because I was the lead. I barely saw them. I saw them on the weekends. But the house was vibrating with joy because they were having a party. I made a lot of money on the film, but there wasn’t that much left. It was worth it.”

Ready for streaming in November this fall. A father without a son, a son without a father, and a shared dream. A village of one-of-a-kind encounters that turn into unlikely stories… Starring Rodrigo Santoro and inspired by the best-selling book by Valter Hugo Mãe, this Netflix film The Son of a Thousand Men, made by Daniel Rezende, shares a fable about solitude, love, and acceptance. Crisóstomo, a 40-year-old fisherman, decides to search for what he lacks: a son. Upon meeting Camilo, a 14-year-old boy, he ends up changing the lives of excluded and rejected characters, forming a non-conventional family united by a love for simple things. In addition to Santoro, it also stars Johnny Massaro, Rebeca Jamir, Juliana Caldas, featuring Miguel Martines as Camilo. It was filmed between Búzios, along the coast of Rio de Janeiro, and Chapada Diamantina, in Bahia. This has some absolutely amazing cinematography by DP Azul Serra. I’m hooked – I will be watching this.
