When asked if she regrets anything she did on Rise and Fall, Aahana Kumra said, “No, I think maine jo bhi show mein bola hai, gusse mein hi bola hoga. Lekin kyunki mujh par kuch cheezein beet rahi thi, toh mujhe uss waqt bolna jaayaz laga. It must not have been taken very nicely by a lot of people. But jab maine show ke baahar nikal kar dekha ki logon ne mere baare mein kya kaha hai, toh maine actually unke baare mein kuch aisa kaha hi nahi tha.”

She revealed watching YouTube and Social media reels. Aahana recalled, “Maine reels pe dekha hai, maine bahut YouTube videos dekhe hain. In fact, maine aise-aise videos dekhe hain jahan maine woh shabd use bhi nahi kiye the, aur woh daale gaye the YouTube par.”
She revealed that the makers of Rise and Fall created such content. The actress said, “Makers ne daale. Unhone woh videos daale aur phir meri un makers ke saath baat bhi hui. Kyunki woh log clickbaits ke liye daalte hain woh. Kuch cheezein sirf clickbait ke liye daali jaati hain. Aur jab main show se baahar nikli, then I had a lot of death threats and rpe threats. I had a lot of rpe threats. Maine screenshots bheje hain makers ko ki mujhe aise-aise threats mile hain. Toh aise threats mujhe kyu aa rahe hain? Maine toh aisi koi baat ki bhi nahi. Maine na kisi ko gaali di hai show mein.”

Mae Martin‘s new Netflix series Wayward is a twisty psychological thriller about an academy for “troubled teens,” run by Evelyn Wade (Toni Collette), and the surrounding town that holds a whole lot of secrets.

Evelyn uses questionable methods to get the students to remember traumatic events from their past to prepare them for a ritual called “the Leap,” but the process is eventually turned on her in the end when Alex (Martin) injects her with a too-large portion of the drugs used, resulting in a haunting scene that shows Evelyn reacting to the psychedelic overload.

But did the injection actually kill her? “We actually did a lot of takes which were far more intense and it felt like Evelyn was gone forever,” Collette tells TV Insider. “But it’s kind of left a little open-ended.”

Martin, who created the show, confirms, “I think [Evelyn’s] still in there.”

Alex is a cop who’s new to the town of Tall Pines. He moved there with his pregnant wife, Laura (Sarah Gadon), who used to be a student at Tall Pines Academy and has a troubled history with Evelyn, memories of which she unlocks throughout the series. It doesn’t take long for Alex to notice that things are a little off at the Academy and within the town in general (for example, Tall Pines has no children.)

As he investigates, with help from two of the school’s teens, Abbie (Sydney Topliffe) and Leila (Alyvia Alyn Lind), he makes an enemy out of Evelyn, who wants to “Leap” him before he can find out the full truth of what she’s up to. When Alex escapes, he’s shocked to find that Laura has given birth to their child and is essentially sharing the baby with the rest of the people in the town. “It’s everyone’s. It’s the only way to break the pattern,” Laura insists.

While Alex seems horrified to see that his wife is essentially taking on Evelyn’s leadership role in a new form, he ultimately makes the decision to stay with her and their baby in Tall Pines. He helps Abbie escape by leaving her his car so she can leave town, but he doesn’t join her for the getaway.

“I knew that I wanted the show to escalate to something pretty surreal and almost sort of a parabole by the end, or a weird myth,” Martin explains. “Alex is a deeply flawed character who desperately wants acceptance, and I really understand his choice, in a way. He compromises a lot of his integrity and his morals, but he ultimately wants to stay with his wife and baby. I’m curious for what would happen for them in the future. I think their kid is going to be pretty messed up.”

As for whether or not we’ll get to explore the family’s future in another season of Wayward, that’s still up in the air. “I was told it was a miniseries, but there’s definitely more story to tell, I think,” Martin admits. “We left all those characters in crisis, basically.”

Collette adds that the cast “talks about” returning for a Season 2. “It’s endlessly intriguing,” she says. “Endlessly. So many places it could go, for sure.” As Gadon also points out, “Nothing’s tied up in a neat little bow.”

‘Jeopardy!’ Fans React After James Bond Controversy & Shocking Result

The September 19 episode of Jeopardy! was met with some controversy over a ruling on a James Bond clue. Continue reading to find out the results of the game and see if Paolo Pasco won for the eighth time.

Pasco, from San Diego, California, played against Hebah Uddin, from Long Island, New York, and Steven Olson, from Princeton, Illinois. The reigning champion had a seven-day total of $195,717.

Puzzle writer Pasco had the lead for the first 15 clues. Olson, a band director, found the Daily Double right before the first commercial break. He had $800 and wagered the allotted $1,000. In “Quick Chem,” the clue was “Atomic number 27, it’s used in EV batteries & when mixed with alumina, it’s a brilliant blue.” He answered correctly with “What is cobalt?”, bringing him to $1,800. Olson still maintained third place.

In the second half of the round, Pasco answered the clue “From an N64 game: ‘Recover the pirate helicopter & get to the bottom of this. You are licensed to kill’” in “From the Video Game Manual.” He said, “What is GoldenEye?”

Host Ken Jennings asked him to be more specific, and Pasco said, “James Bond: GoldenEye?” He was wrong.

Olsen then buzzed in and said, “What is 007 GoldenEye?”

“It pains me to say this because you were so close,” Ken Jennings said. “GoldenEye is the movie, GoldenEye 007 is the game.” They both lost $1,000 on that response.

“Terrible ruling,” a Reddit user said.

“GoldenEye absolutely should have been accepted, and “007 GoldenEye” probably should have been too. On the box art, the way the logo is stylized doesn’t clearly indicate whether the 007 is supposed to come before or after GoldenEye, and on the title screen, there’s no 007 at all; the in-game name of the game is just GoldenEye. The very first page of the manual before the table of contents, does say “Thank you for selecting the GOLDENEYE 007 Game Pak”, but the page that they got the quote in the clue from is titled THE GOLDENEYE STORY,” another commented.

“It’s absolutely ridiculous that neither Paolo’s nor Steven’s responses were accepted,” a third wrote.

By the end of the round, only $400 separated first and second place. Pasco had $4,000. Olson moved to second with $3,600. Uddin, a social media moderator and Ph.D. candidate, had $2,200.

Olson found the first DD in Double Jeopardy. He had the lead with $7,800 and wagered $4,000. In “Let’s Go To The Park,” the clue read, “The world’s tallest animal is so common there that Nyerere National Park has been nicknamed this, punning on a dino-franchise.” “What is Giraffic Park?” was the correct response. Olson improved to $11,800.

He continued to dominate the round, surpassing Pasco by a lot. Olson then found the last DD. With $13,400 in his bank, he wagered $2,000. In “Your Prime Number’s Up,” the clue was “The highest 2-digit prime, it needs 4 syllables in French & 5 letters in Roman numerals.” At the last second, he guessed, “What is 97?” and moved to $15,400.

Olson led with $17,400 by the end of the round. Pasco had $9,800. Uddin was in last place with $4,600. Could Final Jeopardy be Pasco’s saving grace?

The category for Final Jeopardy was “Slogans.” “After adopting ‘Very Nice’ in tourism ads, an official of this country said its people, ‘jokes to the contrary, are some of the nicest,’” was the clue. The correct response was Kazakhstan, a reference from the movie, Borat.

Uddin wrote, “What is Canada?” She was wrong and dropped down to $2,600 after wagering $2,000. Pasco wrote, “What is Kazakhstan? (I liiiiike!)).” He was right and wagered $7,601, giving him $17,401, $1 more than Olson’s current total. However, Olson also got the answer right and wagered $2,202, giving him a final total of $19,602. He became the new winner, taking down Pasco. Olson will return on Monday, September 22.

Frankie Muniz Teases ‘Pretty Shocking’ ‘Malcolm In The Middle’ Reboot

While Frankie Muniz is remaining tight-lipped about the forthcoming Malcolm in the Middle reboot, the actor-turned NASCAR driver teased the four-episode revival will be “pretty shocking” to audiences.

In a recent appearance on the Lightweights Podcast with Joe Vulpis, Muniz previewed that fans of the aughts-era sitcom can expect “closure” for the eponymous genius teen, who spent seven seasons trying to come of age in a chaotic household full of loud and oft-dimwitted grown-ups and siblings.

“I think people will be surprised, in a sense, where everybody is and the story. But it’s only four episodes,” Muniz said, adding that the initial idea for a revival — gestating for a decade along with co-star Bryan Cranston — was a two-hour film. “It’s hard to fit in 20 years of stuff in four 30-minute episodes, right? But I think people are going to be very happy with what they came up with.”

Muniz, who is now focused on being a full-time racer, noted the production worked around his NASCAR schedule, and the shoot had to insure him for a hefty price tag, as he had five races during filming.

“I had the best time of my entire life, I’m not exaggerating, filming this reboot, like I loved it so much, way more than I ever thought I could have,” he recalled. “We ended in May, and I haven’t talked to anybody since, you know what I mean? I’ve been gone. I’ve only been home, I think, like 12 days since the beginning of the year. So I’m just always crazy, and I think next week, I’m going to have time. I’m going to reach out [to the rest of the cast].”

The Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated actor also echoed previous sentiments about “how quickly [the cast] just jumped back into being a family.”

Winning seven Emmys, a Grammy and Peabody when it aired from 2000 to 2006, the influential single-cam comedy was a hit for Fox and admired by critics and audiences alike. The revival’s plot will feature a grown-up Malcolm, who has a wife and daughter, drawn into his parents’ chaos once more for Hal (Cranston) and Lois’s (Jane Kaczmarek) 40th wedding anniversary party.

Previously, Muniz reflected on wrapping production for the Disney+ limited reboot: “I’m still reeling. This experience was straight-up incredible—like stepping back into Malcolm’s wild world but with all the love and chaos cranked to 11. Reuniting with the cast, getting to know some new characters, laughing till it hurt, and making new memories on set felt like a dream I didn’t want to wake up from. It went by so fast, like a blur of perfect moments. I wish it could go on forever,” he wrote in part.

“Several heroes requested that I meet them at midnight and harassed me continuously,” Mallika explained. “Why would I go? Just because I did risky scenes on screen? I didn’t compromise, and so the offers stopped.”

The announcement of Swift and Kelce’s engagement on social media last Tuesday caused a global frenzy.

A crucial aspect of organizing the majority of weddings is choosing the wedding party, which consists of the bridesmaids and groomsmen.

Given their strong relationship and Swift’s obvious adoration for the former Philadelphia Eagles center, many people believe that Jason would be Travis’s first option because he is the most significant or brother of the game gender.
