It would be easy to read the dynamic between Elphaba, Fiyero and Glinda as just another literary love triangle, with two girls torn between a dashing prince, but as charming and hot as Fiyero is (I broke into a sweat during the chaste yet horny “As Long As You’re Mine”), he’s really not that important. While it’s beautiful to see Elphaba find the romantic love she deserves, and the origin story of the Scaregrow is the strongest part of the Wizard of Oz tie-in, Fiyero mainly exists as a test of Glinda and Elphaba’s friendship. On her wedding day, Glinda has to process the fact that her ex-best friend and her fiancé are about to run away together. The tables have turned and now, she is Not That Girl. Glinda has lived a privileged life as the popular girl, always chosen, always winning, and now she’s lost not just her groom, but the bubble she so carefully constructed is also about to burst. Later, when Fiyero risks his life to save Elphaba by pointing a gun at Glinda’s face, you see her accept his love for Elphaba and her own. She calls his bluff, and resigns herself to the fact that they both love Elphaba. Of course they do. Grandé is heartbreakingly magnificent in this moment, playing Glinda’s conflict with painful awareness.

Just hours later after Navya’s post, Ananya re-shared the photo on her own Instagram story, retaining Navya’s original description along with heart and explosion emojis — demonstrating their connection offline and online.

While Suhana has recently debuted in Bollywood with The Archies, which is directed by Zoya Akhtar, she is also working on a new film now under the banner of her father, Red Chillies Entertainment. Ananya Panday, who was last seen in OTT shows CTRL and Call Me Bae, has another project lined up for the next few months.

This SheaMoisture bestseller is an oldie but goodie, and it was highly-recommended by people in my immediate friend group when I first went natural in college., I’m happy to say it definitely lives up to the hype. It features ingredients like coconut oil and silk protein, which moisturize the hair from inside the shaft, and prevents common curl concerns like frizziness.

Testing notes: Sometimes I use this after washing and blowing out my coils (I prefer to do twist outs on stretched hair), and even after applying it to my hair in a stretched state, the curls still manage to look like healthy spirals. I’m also a really big fan of the way this product makes my hair feel—after unraveling my twists, I usually find myself continuously touching my curls because of how satisfied I am with how soft and moisturized my hair feels. My only gripe is that this is a product that sort of sits on your hair—it’s pretty thick, so that’s to be expected—so if you’re someone who touches your hair often, you’ll definitely be able to feel that there’s something on your strands.

Our editors recommend this leave-in conditioner for curly hair. It has a milky texture that’s just a tad runnier than a lotion, and it features unique add-ins like rice amino acids, which can seal the outer cuticles and ensure your curls don’t become frizzy, and tomato, which is supposed to support moisture retention.

Testing notes: This is another cream that I typically like to apply on blown-out hair before twisting and setting for a few hours or overnight. I typically apply it from root to end before adding mousse. Mousse can sometimes harden my curls (it’s a holding product for a reason) or dry them out, but I’ve noticed that whenever I apply this to my hair first, I can alleviate that issue and wake up with very soft, defined, and moisturized curls.

Duki’s ‘Rockstar’ Rise (and Challenges) Shine in Netflix Doc Trailer

Duki’s meteoric rise in Argentina’s trap scene will be the focus of a new Netflix documentary. On Friday, the streaming service released the first trailer for Rockstar: Duki Desde el Fin Del Mundo, premiering Oct. 2.

Directed by Alejandro Hartmann, the film traces Duki’s evolution from freestyler to cultural phenomenon in South America and Spain. “People saw with their own eyes that I was a little kid like any other,” a young Duki says in the clip, speaking of his rise doing freestyles for El Quinto Escalón. “Before freestyling, I wanted to make music.”

The trailer weaves together moments of acclaim and criticism, along with emotional family memories, including an interview with his mother in tears, recalling, “I couldn’t believe what I was looking at!” as home videos of him as a baby play.

“At a turning point in his career and artistic identity, Mauro finds himself shedding his skin and confronting his inner demons to carry forward the story of Duki and the movement he represents,” reads the synopsis. “Who is Mauro, and who is Duki in the end?”

The teaser also features appearances by Bizarrap and Young Miko. “Duko is like putting on the superhero suit,” says Duki at the end of the video.

“For this one, we gave ourselves a lot of time,” he told Rolling Stone when discussing the record back in December. “I’m very in the moment, so it’s hard for me to make an album and hold it for a while, and then go back into the studio to re-record things, but I felt like it was worth it for this.”
