Squid Game actor O Yeong-su’s sexual misconduct conviction has been overturned.

O Yeong-su’s conviction has been overturned

The 81-year-old star was convicted of two counts of sexual harassment in March 2024 but the Suwon District Court in South Korea has now reversed the ruling of a lower court.

The veteran actor had been accused of hugging and kissing a woman on the cheek without consent during a 2017 regional theatre tour, and while the appellate court acknowledged suspicion existed due to the fact the unnamed female had sought sexual violence counselling six months after the alleged incident and because the actor had apologised at her request, they also expressed concern about the possibility of the victim’s memory being distorted over time.

The court stressed the need to protect the defendant’s interests when doubts remain.

Following the new verdict, the alleged victim insisted it would not “invalidate the truth or erase the pain I have suffered”.

She added in a statement released through women’s rights organisation Womenlink: “Despite today’s ruling, I will continue to speak the truth to the very end.”

Womenlink blasted the decision, saying they were “outraged by a ruling that once again sexual violence in the theatre world.”

After being convicted, Yeong-su was sentenced to an eight-month prison term, suspended for two years, and ordered to complete 40 hours of attendance at a sexual violence treatment programme.

The prosecution had sought a one-year jail time.

The actor previously claimed he held the woman’s hand to guide her around a lake.

He added: “I apologised because [the person] said she wouldn’t make a fuss about it but it doesn’t mean that I admit the charges,” he said.

But judge Jeong Yeon-ju found the victim’s records of the assault and her claims were “consistent … and appear to be statements that cannot be made without actually experiencing them.”

The judge added: “What’s written in the victim’s diary, and the counselling report of the victim after the incident pretty much match the details of this case.”

Best known for his role as Oh Il-name in Netflix’s ‘Squid Game’, Yeong-su won South Korea’s first Golden Globe award in 2022 for his role in the show, which saw poverty-hit contestants play childhood games with fatal consequences in a bid to win 45.6 billion won.

He is seen as one of the greatest stage actors in South Korea, appearing in more than 200 stage productions since 1963 and winning a string of major awards.

Mike Smith, best known for playing Bubbles on the cult comedy series Trailer Park Boys, has been charged with sexual assault, reports CBC News.

According to court documents obtained by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Smith was charged on October 2nd in connection with an alleged assault that took place on December 30th, 2017, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Smith has been ordered not to communicate with the alleged victim, whose name has not been made public due to a publication ban.

According to a statement from Trailer Park Boys Inc., the company that oversees the show’s production and merchandise, Smith has “stepped away” from his role as managing director.

“We are aware of the allegation concerning Mike Smith dating back to 2017 and take such matters seriously,” the company wrote. “We recognize how difficult an allegation of this nature is for all involved.”

The statement continues, “Out of respect for the legal process, we will not comment further on the case. At this time, Mike has stepped away from his role at Trailer Park Boys Incorporated and Gary Howsam has assumed managing director responsibilities.”

In 2016, Smith was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery following an alleged incident at a Los Angeles hotel. However, Smith and the alleged victim later released a joint statement denying the allegations, clarifying that they were friends who had a “loud and heated dispute.”

Smith has been a central cast member of the mockumentary series Trailer Park Boys, which initially ran from 2001 through 2007 before being acquired by Smith, Robb Wells, and John Paul Tremblay in 2013. It later returned on Netflix for five additional seasons beginning in 2014.

A 13th season was announced in August and is set to air on their Trailer Park Boys+ streaming service.

Vadodara gynaecologist shares early signs of male infertility that every man should know: ‘If your sexual interest has…’

by jummy84 November 2, 2025
written by jummy84

Fertility issues can affect both men and women, but male infertility often goes unnoticed until couples struggle to conceive. Subtle changes in health or bodily functions can signal a problem. Dr Vishal Thakur, gynaecologist and centre clinical director at Indira IVF located in Vadodara, Gujarat, shares in his October 31 Instagram post the key signs of male infertility that shouldn’t be ignored. (Also read: Faridabad pulmonologist shares how to reverse lung damage from air pollution and smoking: ‘Brisk walking or exercise…’ )

Dr Thakur recommends couples trying to conceive for over a year, or six months if the woman is over 35, to consult a specialist. (Freepik)

What causes male infertility?

If you and your partner have been trying to conceive without success, it’s important to understand that infertility isn’t just a woman’s issue. “In nearly one out of every three couples, male infertility is the underlying cause,” says Dr Vishal. Unfortunately, many men tend to ignore the signs, delaying diagnosis and treatment.

Many assume infertility is mostly linked to women, but Dr Thakur points out that men’s health plays an equally crucial role. “Age, lifestyle, and overall health matter more than people realise,” he explains. “Simple factors like stress, smoking, obesity, or poor diet can affect sperm quality.”

He also debunks a common myth, that men are “always fertile.” “That’s simply not true,” he says. “Men can face hormonal imbalances, infections, or structural issues that lower fertility. The good news is, many of these problems are treatable when diagnosed early.”

Warning signs you shouldn’t ignore

Dr Thakur lists some key symptoms that could indicate male infertility:

  • Low libido: “If your sexual interest has reduced for a long time, it might signal hormonal changes or underlying health issues,” he says.
  • Difficulty maintaining erection: “Erectile problems can point toward hormonal imbalance or poor blood flow,” Dr Thakur explains.
  • Pain, swelling, or lumps in testicles: These could be a sign of varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum) or infection, both of which can interfere with sperm production.

“Men often dismiss these symptoms out of embarrassment,” he adds. “But ignoring them can delay treatment and reduce your chances of conception.”

When to seek help

Dr Thakur advises that if a couple has been trying for over a year without success, or six months if the woman is over 35, both partners should consult a specialist. “Infertility isn’t a reflection of masculinity,” he says. “It’s a medical condition, and the sooner it’s addressed, the better the outcomes.”

By recognising early signs and seeking timely help, couples can improve their chances of conceiving and remove the stigma that still surrounds male infertility.

'Terrifier' Actress Claims Breach of Contract, Sexual Harassment

‘Terrifier’ Actress Claims Breach of Contract, Sexual Harassment

by jummy84 October 28, 2025
written by jummy84

Catherine Corcoran, the actress whose brutal death scene in “Terrifier” (2016) helped make the smash-hit horror franchise a success, has sued filmmaker Damien Leone and producers for breach of contract. The case was filed in a California federal court on Sunday, beginning legal proceedings that will determine whether Corcoran has been wrongly denied her fair share of profits.

The lawsuit also alleges extreme working conditions, a broken SAG-AFTRA agreement, and on-set sexual harassment — naming producer Phil Falcone in a reported incident that Corcoran says involved Falcone photographing her nude without her consent while she was trapped in a special effects rig.

IndieWire

“Were it not for Corcoran’s willingness to take a risk on this production and receive her compensation on the back-end, the series would not exist as it could not have been made on a shoe-string budget otherwise,” the plaintiff’s filing argued. “When it came time to pay what was owed, the producers chose to cheat her. This injustice must be rectified.”

An attorney for Leone told The Hollywood Reporter (which broke this story), “Damien and Phil deny the claims in the complaint and will vigorously defend this lawsuit.” Neither responded to IndieWire’s request for comment.

Corcoran claims she’s entitled to 1 percent of proceeds from a backend deal that covers ticket sales for all three films in the series — as well as any money made from the licensing and use of “Terrifier” IP. To date, the actress says she’s been paid less than $8,400 for her contribution to the killer clown icon.

“Terrifier 2” and “Terrifier 3” were distributed theatrically by Cineverse, and the franchise has a lifetime gross of more than $106 million at the box office. The suit lists major brand names in horror, including Spirit Halloween and Hot Topic, as proof of the artistic success Corcoran’s scene helped spark. Dawn’s death is currently featured as part of the walk-through “Terrifier” attraction at Halloween Horror Nights.

“The producers of the film paid Corcoran her royalties for a brief period of time several years after the release of the film, but when the film series’ success started to grow exponentially and exceeded the producer’s original expectations, the royalty payments became more and more sporadic and dwindled to amounts nowhere near commensurate with the revenues generated,” read the complaint, which also lists Dark Age Cinema, Fuzz on the Lens Productions, and the Art the Clown trademark as defendants.

Among the first victims of Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton), Corcoran sys she played Dawn — notoriously vivisected from crotch to cranium, while the actress was suspended upside-down — for just $100 a day. Corcoran’s performance reportedly fell under a special SAG contract for ultra low budget performers that, coupled with the terms of a mutual nondisclosure agreement Corcoran’s team has submitted as evidence, lead her to believe she would be compensated more robustly if the $35,000 film became a success. The suit claims Corcoran was later told Falcone “didn’t keep records.”

“The low-budget nature of the production carried over into the working conditions on set, including long hours in below freezing temperatures in condemned buildings, all without heat and some without bathrooms,” continued the complaint. “The so-called ‘practical effects’ that made ‘Terrifier’ so compelling on screen involved the director placing prosthetics with actual rat feces on Corcoran’s skin and real duct tape over her mouth.”

“Further, when creating the silicone mold for Corcoran’s body cast, the producers of the film required Corcoran to lie nude on a piece of plywood while she was covered with a quick-drying liquid silicone agent,” the court document said. “However, the process was done incorrectly and the silicone dried and essentially glued Corcoran to the plywood, requiring a long, painful process to remove the dried silicone from her body. To make matters worse, Falcone took numerous still photographs of Corcoran’s nude body while she was glued to the plywood sheet without her consent.”

The case further challenges the terms of Corcoran’s employment on “Terrifer,” arguing that Leone and producers never got her written approval for the nude scene as required by SAG. The actress claims that Leone, Falcone, and more “Terrifier” contributors have continued to profit off the unauthorized use of her nude image by using it to sell products. Corcoran says the sawing scene for “Terrifier” took ten hours to shoot and caused blood to pool in her head, resulting in reported cranial swelling and eardrum damage.

The public disagreement comes on the heels of more “Terrifier” controversy, involving the treatment of sequel stars Lauren LaVera and David Howard Thornton earlier this year. Neither actor has commented on the case. Production on “Terrifier 4” has not yet started and the film does not have a distributor.

Sachin Sanghvi of Sachin-Jigar Duo Arrested for Sexual Assault, Lawyer Responds

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

Singer and music composer Sachin Sanghvi, one half of the popular duo Sachin-Jigar, has been arrested following allegations of sexual assault. He is known for his compositions in films such as Thamma, Bhediya, Maalik and Param Sundari among others.

According to the complaint, a woman in her 20s alleged that Sachin initially contacted her via Instagram in February last year and offered her work on his music album. The two later exchanged phone number and eventually started meeting each other. The woman claims that during one of these meetings at his studio, Sachin proposed marriage to her and then sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions.

In response to these allegations, Sachin’s lawyer Aditya Mithe dismissed the claims as baseless. He said, “The allegations in the FIR against my client are absolutely baseless and unsubstantiated. There are absolutely no merits to the case. My client’s detention by the police was illegal and that is the reason why he was released on bail immediately. We intended to defend all allegations fully and unequivocally.”

Sachin Sanghvi has not publicly commented on the matter yet but has deactivated his Instagram account. Jigar Saraiya, his work partner in the duo, has also refrained from making any statements.

Sachin Jihar

Sachin-Jigar have been prominent figures in the music industry and are known for their contribution to Bollywood and Gujarati music. Sachin worked as a programmer for music directors such as AR Rahman and Pritam before joining Jigar in 2009. They debuted as a duo with the 2011 film FALTU and worked on films such as ABCD, Badlapur, Go Goa Gone, Stree, Stree 2, Ramaiyaa Vastavaiyya among others. Their most recnet work is in the film Thamma, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. It was released on October 21.

Sachin-Jigar’s Sachin Sanghvi Arrested Over Sexual Assault Allegations, Lawyer Calls Claims ‘Baseless, Unsubstantiated’

by jummy84 October 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Music composer Sachin Sanghvi, one half of the celebrated duo Sachin–Jigar, was arrested in Mumbai following allegations of sexual assault. The incident has sent shockwaves through the Indian music industry, where the duo is widely regarded for their extensive body of work across Hindi, Gujarati, and other regional cinema. Sachin’s legal team, however, has strongly denied all accusations, calling them “absolutely baseless” and motivated by malice.

According to reports, the Mumbai Police arrested the composer earlier this week after a woman filed a complaint accusing him of sexual assault. The alleged incident reportedly took place earlier this year. Following his arrest, Sanghvi was produced before a magistrate court, which granted him bail after due hearing.

The woman’s identity has not been revealed, in line with legal protocol, but preliminary details suggest that she had professional ties to the music industry. Police sources confirmed that an FIR was registered under sections of sexual assault, and an investigation is underway to determine the sequence of events and verify the claims.

Lawyer’s Strong Denial

Sanghvi’s lawyer issued a detailed statement asserting that the allegations are completely false and devoid of any factual basis. “The accusations against Mr. Sachin Sanghvi are absolutely baseless, fabricated, and unsubstantiated. There is not a shred of truth in these claims. We are fully cooperating with the authorities and confident that he will be exonerated soon,” the statement read.

The legal team further suggested that the complaint might be an attempt to extort or damage the composer’s reputation, emphasizing that the truth will emerge once the investigation is complete. “Mr. Sanghvi has had a long and unblemished career spanning more than two decades. His record speaks for itself,” the statement added.

Industry Shock and Silence

The news has left the Indian music fraternity stunned. Sachin–Jigar have composed chartbusters such as Saibo (Shor in the City), Jeene Laga Hoon (Ramaiya Vastavaiya), Apna Bana Le (Bhediya), Tere Naal (Banjo), and Paani Da Rang (as collaborators). The duo also enjoys a huge following in Gujarati cinema and independent music.

While several industry figures expressed disbelief privately, most have refrained from commenting publicly, choosing to wait for the official outcome of the investigation. Some colleagues described Sachin as “soft-spoken” and “deeply family-oriented,” saying the news “doesn’t align with the person they know.”

Fans Rally Behind the Composer

Soon after news of his arrest surfaced, social media was flooded with reactions. Hashtags like #SachinJigar and #StandWithSachin began trending on X (formerly Twitter), with fans urging people not to pass judgment before the facts are verified. Many cited his longstanding reputation for professionalism and humility, while others demanded a fair and unbiased probe.

One user wrote, “Let’s not ruin someone’s life based on unproven allegations. Wait for evidence.” Another said, “It’s sad that such respected artists are being dragged like this. Hope the truth prevails.”

However, a section of users emphasized the importance of taking every accusation seriously and ensuring that the complainant receives fair treatment. “If a woman has come forward, she deserves to be heard with respect,” one post read. “But equally, justice must be rooted in facts, not public sentiment.”

Sachin–Jigar’s Legacy in Music

Sachin Sanghvi and Jigar Saraiya have been among Bollywood’s most consistent composer duos for over a decade. Starting their careers under the mentorship of Pritam, they went on to build a distinct musical identity, blending Indian classical elements with contemporary pop and EDM influences. Their work spans genres—from soulful romantic melodies to high-energy dance numbers.

Beyond Bollywood, they’ve contributed heavily to regional cinema, television soundtracks, and independent music videos, often celebrated for maintaining melody in an era of short-lived viral songs. The duo has also mentored new talent through music reality shows and collaborations.

Legal Process and the Road Ahead

While Sachin has been released on bail, police sources confirm that the investigation will continue, with statements being recorded and evidence being collected. The legal team has indicated that it will soon move to quash the FIR if found “maliciously motivated.”

The case adds to a growing list of high-profile allegations that have roiled India’s entertainment industry over the past few years. As conversations around consent, power dynamics, and accountability deepen within show business, this case is likely to draw intense scrutiny from both the media and the public.

For now, Sachin–Jigar’s upcoming projects, including a major Hindi film soundtrack and an independent EP, remain on hold pending clarity on the situation. Whether this controversy affects their long-standing brand or fades away with legal vindication remains to be seen.

What Happened to ‘Deadliest Catch’s Edgar Hansen? His Sexual Assault Case and Exit From Show

by jummy84 October 10, 2025
written by jummy84

Sig Hansen is a staple on Deadliest Catch, and for several seasons, viewers also got to know his brother Edgar Hansen as they worked aboard the F/V Northwestern together. However, he abruptly disappeared from the program after Season 14 in 2018 and has not returned since.

Deadliest Catch is currently in the midst of its 21st season, with Sig remaining as a main player. But what happened to Edgar? Scroll down for everything we know about why he left the show and more.

What happened to Edgar Hansen?

Edgar’s exit from Deadliest Catch came after he pled guilty to sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl. His guilty plea came in July 2018, following a September 2017 incident, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Per The Seattle Times, Edgar submitted a handwritten statement, in which he agreed to the assault. He pled guilty to fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.

“I committed this assault for the purpose of my own sexual gratification,” Hansen said. “I am very sorry for that conduct, and I have commenced treatment to ensure that nothing like this assault ever happens again.”

Hansen’s victim was identified as 16-year-old “Jane Doe,” who told her therapist in October 2017 that Hansen had sexually assaulted her the month prior. She reiterated the allegations in an interview with a police specialist.

Did Edgar Hansen go to jail?

No, Edgar did not serve any jail time as part of the plea deal he reached in the case. Instead, he received a 364-day suspended sentence, had to pay court fines and fees of $1,653, and underwent a sexual-deviancy evaluation and treatment, per The Seattle Times.

Why did Edgar Hansen leave Deadliest Catch?

While Discovery has not commented on Edgar’s legal issues, he no longer appeared on Deadliest Catch after the court case in 2018. His last episode of the show was at the end of Season 14 in 2018, which had already been filmed prior to his sentencing.

When Season 15 returned in April 2019, Edgar was no longer part of the cast. However, viewers have claimed to spot him in the background of scenes aboard the F/V Northwestern in the years since, so it’s possible he still works with his brother and the rest of the crew.

Alisha Chinai Recalls Industry Isolation After Sexual Harassment Case Against Anu Malik

Alisha Chinai Recalls Industry Isolation After Sexual Harassment Case Against Anu Malik

by jummy84 October 6, 2025
written by jummy84

Singer Alisha Chinai, one of the most prominent voices of the 1990s Indian pop scene, has revisited one of the most difficult chapters of her life — her 1996 sexual harassment case against music composer Anu Malik. In a recent interview with Zoom, the Made in India singer revealed how speaking out cost her dearly, both professionally and personally, as she was shunned by much of the industry soon after taking legal action.

Alisha shared that she was initially reluctant to take the matter to court, but it was her then-husband and manager, Rajesh Jhaveri, who urged her to speak up and stand her ground. “I believe they dismissed it outright. Ultimately, it’s a man’s domain, sadly. Well, it used to be. Now, it’s a woman’s domain,” she said. “At that time, I was married, and my former husband Rajesh was also overseeing much of my career. He was quite supportive of my perspective.”

At the height of her fame, Alisha had collaborated extensively with Anu Malik, delivering a number of hit songs that defined the era. However, once she filed the case, her work offers began to dry up rapidly. “A lot of my work just stopped,” she said, adding that no one from the film or music industry came forward to support her. “But I told myself, forget it — it didn’t bother me that they isolated me.”

Despite the professional setback, Alisha maintained her resilience and chose to rebuild her life quietly. Years later, she and Anu Malik found themselves crossing paths again — this time on a film project. In 2003, they reunited for Ishq Vishk, a film starring Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao, which featured the popular track Chot Dil Pe Lagi. The two would later appear together as judges on Indian Idol, a collaboration that surprised many given their fraught history.

Addressing that unexpected reconciliation, Alisha explained that it came only after Anu Malik personally apologised to her. “He did apologise, and I accepted it. Everyone makes mistakes,” she said, noting that she wanted to move forward and not let the bitterness of the past define her.

However, the story did not end there. When the #MeToo movement swept through India in 2018, several women in the entertainment industry came forward with similar allegations of misconduct against Anu Malik. Many of them reached out to Alisha for support, recalling her case as one of the earliest instances of a woman in Indian music taking a stand against harassment. Though initially hesitant, Alisha eventually spoke up in solidarity with the new wave of survivors. “I believed them,” she said, adding that she understood all too well the price that often comes with speaking out.

Alisha’s recollection serves as a reminder of the deeply entrenched gender power imbalance that existed in the entertainment industry in the 1990s. “At that time, it was still very much a man’s world. You didn’t have platforms, you didn’t have social media. You just had to face the consequences alone,” she noted.

A Pioneer of Indian Pop

Despite the challenges she faced, Alisha Chinai’s contribution to Indian music remains undeniable. A leading figure of the Indipop movement, she broke barriers with her 1995 album Made in India, composed by Biddu, which became one of the highest-selling pop records in the country. The album not only cemented her status as the “Queen of Indipop” but also redefined how female pop artists were perceived in India.

Over her decades-long career, Alisha collaborated with leading composers like Bappi Lahiri, Rajesh Roshan, and Anu Malik, lending her distinctive voice to numerous Bollywood hits, from Kajra Re to Tinka Tinka. Known for her bold, trendsetting persona, she paved the way for a generation of female artists who followed.

Today, Alisha’s reflections offer a rare glimpse into the courage it took to stand up against systemic wrongs in a time when few dared to do so. While she admits the journey was isolating, her resilience and honesty continue to inspire — a reminder that truth, even when silenced, finds its echo years later.

Metro Boomin Found “Not Liable” In Sexual Assault Case

by jummy84 September 28, 2025
written by jummy84

Metro Boomin has officially been cleared.

On Thursday (Sept. 25), a Los Angeles court ruled in favor of the Grammy-nominated producer, born Leland T. Wayne, finding him not liable in a civil sexual assault case brought by Vanessa LeMaistre. According to Rolling Stone, the jury unanimously concluded that LeMaistre had not proven that the “Like That” producer assaulted her in 2016 at a Southern California hotel.

“I’m grateful and thankful to God that I can finally put all of this nonsense behind me. Based off of how I treat others and represent myself, never in a million years would I have thought I could be accused of such a disgusting and heinous act,” Metro said in a statement following the verdict.

“Today I took a victory in court but in reality there is a long list of losses I stacked up in this year-long process of clearing my name and reputation,” he continued. “The very large amount of money and time wasted, coupled with the incalculable amount of money and opportunities that did not make it to me or my team during this time. This has been a very difficult time for me and my family.”

The 32-year-old doubled down on maintaining his innocence, saying “From the beginning I have said these allegations were false and that I would not be a part of a shakedown. She attacked who I am as a person and how I was raised, and I could not let her get away with that. I would never do what she accused me of to anyone. I am deeply thankful to my legal team, my loved ones, the jury, and everyone who stood by me. I’m relieved that the truth came out in court.”

LeMaistre, 39, declined to comment after the verdict, according to her lead attorney Michael J. Willemin, who told PEOPLE, “Though the legal system is often stacked against survivors, our client showed unwavering fortitude throughout this trial. We are disappointed in the outcome, but are proud to represent Ms. LeMaistre and believe that the verdict will ultimately be overturned on appeal.”

The case dates back to October 2024, when LeMaistre filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging that she was sexually assaulted and raped by the “Type Sh*t” producer in 2016. She claimed the encounter led to her getting an abortion. She alleged that during a visit to Metro’s studio in California, she ingested a drink he allegedly gave her after taking half a bar of Xanax, then blacked out and later awoke to him sexually assaulting her.

Weeks later, she claimed she was expecting a baby by him and terminated the pregnancy. Metro’s attorneys, however, maintained that the claims were false and he emphasized that he had always used protection during consensual encounters.

During the trial, Metro testified that he had two consensual sexual encounters with LeMaistre in 2016, always with a condom, and firmly denied the allegations. “For her to accuse me of something like this, it’s something I could never fathom. No way in the world,” he told the jury, adding that the loss of his mother to domestic abuse shaped his belief that sexual abusers “should be tortured and killed.”

LeMaistre testified earlier in the day, recounting her grief over losing her newborn son and alleging the incident left her unable to form healthy relationships and disrupted her dream of one day getting married. Defense attorneys highlighted perceived inconsistencies in her story, including journal entries that suggested she had considered intimacy with Metro after the alleged assault and notes from a 2024 Ayahuasca retreat in Peru outlining her plan to publicly accuse him. Her team denied claims that she had altered medical records to connect Metro to her pregnancy.

A clinical psychologist from UCLA, Dr. April Thames, also testified for the defense, diagnosing LeMaistre with “borderline personality disorder with psychotic features.” Thames admitted that the diagnosis had never been formally made before, with prior records listing major depressive disorder.
