Diddy Ordered To Hand Over Infamous Freak-Off Tapes, Cash & Devices To Federal Agents Following Prost*tution Sentencing

Diddy’s wild past has officially come back to haunt him.

According to AllHipHop, the hip-hop mogul has been ordered to surrender a trove of “freak-off” tapes, cash, and digital devices to federal agents as part of his sentence in a prost*tution case that damaged his decades-long career in music and entertainment.

According to court documents filed Wednesday, the confiscated materials include hard drives, iPads, iPhones, and computers—along with $9,000 in cash seized from Diddy’s Manhattan hotel suite.

Among the most notable items are the infamous “Ibiza Tapes,” filmed on a Sony DVCAM in 1996 and allegedly capturing dr*g-fueled s*x parties Diddy hosted with male escorts.

Prosecutors said the recordings were “property used or intended to be used” in connection with the prost*tution charges that led to his conviction.

Diddy was sentenced to roughly four years in prison and is appealing the verdict to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

What are your thoughts in the feds seizing these tapes?

Here’s What The Combs Kids Said During Dad Diddy’s Sentencing

Sean “Diddy” Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution back in July, and is currently standing before Judge Arun Subramanian for sentencing.

Ahead of making his decision, the judge heard from both the prosecution and Diddy’s defense team. He also allowed the Bad Boy Records founder’s six eldest children — Quincy Brown, Justin Combs, Christian Combs, Jesse Combs, Chance Combs, and D’Lila Combs — to speak on their father’s behalf.

While addressing the court, all six children were reportedly shaken, with his daughters speaking through tears as they pleaded with the judge to go easy on the family patriarch. Siblings Quincy, Christian, Jesse and D’Lila were also sure to highlight how much their father has guided them through the loss of mom, Kim Porter, and how losing him would only compound that grief.

Diddy’s team is seeking 14 months, which would essentially be time served, while the prosecution is seeking 11 years and three months.

See what each of the Combs children had to say about their father the day of his sentencing below.

  • Quincy Brown

Quincy Brown was the first to speak on his father’s behalf. Diddy legally adopted Quincy while dating his late mother, Kim Porter. Singer Al B. Sure! is the 34-year-old’s biological father.

“We’re going to love him unconditionally through his struggles. But in front of you and in front of us is a changed man,” he said, via CNN. “Our father has learned a major lesson. Week after week, we’ve seen him evolve, something we haven’t seen in 15 years. He’s completely transformed.”

“Our father will never do anything to jeopardize his freedom, and as his children we want to thank you. We only wish to heal together,” he added.

  • Justin Combs

Son Justin Combs described the mogul as his “superhero” in his statement to the judge.

“I ask that you give my father a second chance, a second chance at life, a second chance to right his wrongs, a second chance to be the man he truly is,” the 31-year-old said. “My father is my superhero. Seeing him broken down and stripped of everything is something I will never forget.”

“I can truly sincerely say he’s changed for the better. Your honor, I believe my father still has so much more to give the world and, more importantly, so much more to give his children.”

  • Christian Combs

Christian Combs, also known as King Combs, told the court that he’s noticed a change in his father in recent months, and that he’s, “more patient, more relaxed, more trusting, more understanding, and just a better man.”

“My whole life, my entire life, I studied my dad up and down. To me my dad is the greatest man in the world. My whole life he’s always taught me to treat women with respect. I’ve seen him treat my mom with respect and treat her like a queen,” the 27-year-old added with a sniffle while discussing late mother, Kim Porter.

  • Jessie Combs

One of Diddy‘s twin daughters, Jessie Combs, couldn’t help but to break down in tears while addressing the court in regards to her father’s freedom.

“We know he isn’t perfect and he has made many mistakes and we aren’t here to excuse any of those mistakes. But, your honor, he is still our dad, and we still need him present in our lives,” she said through tears.

“When my mother died, I was just a little girl trying to understand a loss way too big for words. I remember my dad sitting us down that day, holding us close, even though his own heart was breaking and promising that he would always be there to keep us safe, that he would always walk beside us in life,” she told the court. “It was the thing that helped me survive the hardest nights, the birthdays, and the very important milestones we had to experience without her.”

  • Chance Combs

Chance Combs, 19, insisted to the judge that her father is now, “more patient, more thoughtful and more open about his mistakes.”

“We’re still just daughters who need our father,” she added, insisting that Combs now, “shares the ways he’s working on becoming a better man and a more present father, and I can feel a difference in the way that he listens and responds.”

She claims to have witnessed his evolution most prominently via the way he cares for his youngest daughter, 2-year-old Love Combs.

“Watching him nurture her, even from a distance, has been unexpectedly healing. I can see glimpses of the father he was to us as babies. But it also breaks my heart because my sister deserves so much more than this.”

  • D’Lila Combs

Daughter D’Lila, 18, expressed her concern over their younger sister, Love, growing up without their father being a reliable presence in her life.

“We are scared, scared of the thought of not having our dad and our mom present in our lives,” she said through tears. “We are scared for our 2-year-old little sister that runs to us every night asking where daddy is. We cannot watch our baby sister grow up fatherless the same way we had to grow up fatherless.”

“Please, your honor, please, give our family the chance to heal together, to rebuild, to change, to move forward, not as a headline but as human beings who are trying to do better.”

Diddy Slammed for Booking Miami Speaking Gigs Right After Sentencing: “The Height of Hubris”

At Sean “Diddy” Combs’s October 3, 2025 sentencing hearing, prosecutors revealed that the music mogul had booked speaking engagements in Miami for the week following the court date — despite facing the possibility of more than a decade behind bars.

One prosecutor described Combs’s confidence in attending those events as “the height of hubris,” using the engagements to argue that he had not accepted responsibility for his crimes. Combs was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The defense countered that Combs has shown remorse and argued for a reduced sentence, pointing to time he has already served. Prosecutors, however, pushed for more than 11 years, noting that his plans to appear in Miami reflected a lack of genuine accountability.

Combs has been held in federal detention since his September 2024 arrest, after a judge denied him bail. His sentencing hearing is currently underway.

Diddy Cries as His Children Beg Judge for Mercy at Sentencing

The courtroom grew emotional during Sean “Diddy” Combs’s October 3, 2025 sentencing hearing, as both the music mogul and his children cried while pleading for mercy.

His twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, openly wept as they addressed the judge. Jessie told the court, “He is still our dad, and we still need him present in our lives.” Her sister followed, voice breaking: “We cannot watch our baby sister grow up fatherless… Please, your honor, please give us the chance to rebuild together.”

As they spoke, Combs himself broke down, sobbing while listening to their appeals. His attorney, Nicole Westmoreland, also fought back tears as she described Combs as someone who had contributed to the Black community and worked to inspire others. The court also viewed a video highlighting his family moments, charitable efforts, and community work.

But prosecutors countered sharply, asking for more than 11 years in prison. They accused Combs of showing no true remorse, pointing to his decision to book speaking engagements in Miami the week after sentencing. One prosecutor called it “the height of hubris.”

Judge Arun Subramanian echoed their concerns, saying Combs had “challenged his factual guilt full-throatedly” and had not demonstrated genuine accountability.

Combs’s defense pushed for a sentence of no more than 14 months, citing the year he has already spent in detention since his September 2024 arrest, when he was denied bail. Story developing …

Diddy Asks Judge for Leniency Ahead of Sentencing

by jummy84 October 3, 2025
written by jummy84

Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a letter to the judge asking for mercy less than 24 hours before he’s set to be sentenced in his federal case.

The mogul wrote a four-page letter to Judge Arun Subramanian asking for leniency in his sentencing. “First and foremost, I want to apologize and say how sincerely sorry I am for all of the hurt and pain that I have caused others by my conduct,” he wrote. “I take full responsibility and accountability for my past wrongs.”

In the letter, Combs states that he understands that saying “I’m sorry” will “never be good enough” as the words “cannot erase the pain from the past.” He reflects on his time spent in prison over the past 13 months, stating that “the scene and images of me assaulting Cassie play over and over in my head daily. I literally lost my mind.”

He explains that he has come to terms with his past behavior and takes responsibility for it. “I lost my way. I got lost in my journey. Lost in the drugs and the excess. My downfall was rooted in my selfishness. I have been humbled and broken to my core. Jail is designed to break you mentally, physically and spiritually. Over the past year there have been so many times that I wanted to give up. There have been some days I thought I would be better off dead. The old me died in jail and a new version of me was reborn. Prison will change you or kill you—I choose to live.”

Combs asks for mercy from the judge and says he wants to be a good father to his seven children and resume being the primary caretaker for his ill mother. “Today, I humbly ask you for another chance—another chance to be a better father, another chance to be a better son, another chance to be a better leader in my community, and another chance to live a better life,” he stated. “I am writing this not to gain any sympathy or pity, this experience is simply the truth of my existence and has changed my life forever and I will never commit a crime again.”

Earlier this week, prosecutors in the case asked that Combs be sentenced to at least 11 years in prison on his two counts of transportation for prostitution. This afternoon, Combs’ counsel reinforced their request for Combs to be given 14 months, which would free him by the end of the year, inclusive of time already served. On Tuesday, Judge Subramanian denied Combs’ request for a new trial or acquittal.

Combs is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. ET. He’s expected to speak directly to the Judge during the sentencing.

Diddy Wants To Plead His Case At Sentencing + Plans To Address Judge & Reveal Rehab Progress

Diddy is preparing to break his silence in court for the first time since his conviction, hoping his words will sway the judge before sentencing.

The music mogul plans to personally address Judge Arun Subramanian during Friday’s hearing, according to documents filed by his attorney, Teny Geragos.

“The sentencing proceeding holds significant importance for Mr. Combs,” Geragos wrote. “He wishes to appear before the Court, address Your Honor, and allocute in the most dignified and respectful fashion possible.”

Diddy also requested to wear street clothes instead of a jail jumpsuit, aiming to present himself respectfully in front of the court and the victims.

This marks Diddy’s first opportunity to speak publicly about the charges, as he did not testify during trial. He’s expected to discuss his time in rehabilitation programs at Brooklyn MDC, including the STOP Program for v*olence prevention.

One victim, referred to as “Mia,” is also expected to deliver a victim impact statement.

What do you think will happen at sentencing?

Diddy’s legal team seeks immediate release ahead of sentencing – National

by jummy84 September 24, 2025

Lawyers for Sean “Diddy” Combs urged a judge to sentence him to no more than 14 months in prison for his conviction on two prostitution-related charges, which would result in his near-immediate release if the judge grants the request.

In a written submission, Combs’ legal team said he has already been punished enough.

“Mr. Combs’s celebrity status in the realms of music, fashion, spirits, media, and finance has been shattered and Mr. Combs’s legacy has been destroyed,” his legal team wrote to Judge Arun Subramanian, who is scheduled to decide the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s sentence on Oct. 3.

“He has served over a year in one of the most notorious jails in America—yet has made the most of that punishment. It is time for Mr. Combs to go home to his family, so he can continue his treatment and try to make the most of the next chapter of his extraordinary life.”

In the 182-page sentencing memo, his lawyers argued for Combs’ release as he has already served nearly 13 months in a Brooklyn jail.

“To achieve specific deterrence in this case, a sentence of no more than 14 months is ‘sufficient, but not greater than necessary’ to achieve the goals of sentencing,” his lawyers wrote.

The court filing also provided new information about what Combs’ life has been like during his nearly 13 months behind bars, describing intense surveillance by guards and at least one threat of violence.

“Mr. Combs’s near-13 months in prison has been life changing, productive, and a testament to his desire to return to his family and community and lead the best life possible,” his lawyers wrote. “He has taken the time to achieve necessary rehabilitation from day one at the MDC (Metropolitan Detention Center) — including getting clean of all substances.”

Combs’ life in prison has been harrowing at times, his lawyers said.

On one occasion, an inmate approached Combs with a shiv — a makeshift blade — and accused Combs of sitting on his chair, the lawyers wrote. Combs calmed the man down, the lawyers said.

Combs heats his drinking water because he doesn’t trust that it is clean and must sleep within two feet of other inmates in a dorm-style room containing a bathroom with no door, the lawyers wrote.

“Mr. Combs has not breathed fresh air in nearly 13 months, or felt sunlight on his skin, often walking with a limp due to a painful knee injury that requires surgery,” they said.

Prison has also allowed Combs to become sober for the first time in 25 years, his lawyers wrote.

“Without minimizing Mr. Combs’s conduct, this is in many ways a ‘sex, drugs, and rock n’ roll’ story,” they said.

Combs has created a program in jail, called Free Game with Diddy, in which he is “inspiring and helping other inmates,” his lawyers said in the filing.

The program is a six-week course, “which is an educational program designed to equip participants with essential skills in business management, entrepreneurship and personal development,” the legal filing stated.

“Despite many professional successes in Mr. Combs’s life, he counts his Free Game course as one of the most impactful and important endeavors of his life. He hopes to continue with and expand and improve upon this curriculum in the future,” his lawyers wrote. “His goal is to implement this program on a grander scale upon his release with programming to extend to youth in the community as well as in state operated facilities.”

Combs’ lawyers quoted the rapper as telling a probation officer that he once thought “success and money gave me freedom to do whatever I wanted to do with no real consequences.”

“I used to call myself a king. But I didn’t act like a king. I didn’t act like a man. This situation has made me become a man, a man who knows and understands his responsibilities,” Combs said, according to the lawyers.

Letters from more than 75 of Combs’ associates

Combs’ lawyers included letters from different associates of the rapper, including his family members and his ex-girlfriend, Caresha Brownlee, also known as rapper Yung Miami.

“I believe it’s important for the court to know the side of Sean that isn’t always seen or spoken about — the man who poured into others, who gave opportunities, who led by example, and who loved deeply,” Brownlee wrote.

Brownlee shared details about her three-year relationship with Combs, who she described as “loving, genuine, supportive, and always encouraging.”

“He helped shape me both professionally and personally. He believed in me, pushed me to grow, and taught me how to be a better businesswoman,” she wrote.

Brownlee added that she truly believes Combs “belongs at home, with his family, the people who mean the most to him and who continue to be his greatest source of purpose and strength.”

“Judge.. That’s a good man,” Brownlee’s letter concluded.

Combs’ son, Christian, 27, also submitted a letter to Subramanian, asking him to “please let my father out of jail.”

“We have been through a year of lies and discrimination and dehumanization and loneliness and separation and extreme stress on the family,” Christian wrote.

“This is my dad and he is the best father in the whole world. He has never ever taught me anything but to treat people with the most respect possible and to never be entitled and to always work for what I want and to treat people with love and kindness most importantly.”

Christian said his father is the reason he has a career in the music industry and credited him for the person he is today.

“Please let my father out of prison! He does not deserve to be there and has already been in jail for a year!! This has been the worst year anyone could ever go through,” he added.

Combs’ sentencing takes place Oct. 3

On July 2, Combs was found guilty of two counts of prostitution. Prosecutors said he arranged for paid sexual encounters between his girlfriends and male sex workers.

The Bad Boy Records founder was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.

Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo asked that Combs be released on conditional bail to his home in Miami and offered a US$1-million bond. Prosecutor Maurene Comey countered, saying to Subramanian that Combs should remain in jail until sentencing.

Comey also said the government will seek a 20-year maximum sentence for Combs.

Prosecutors have yet to submit their final recommendations for a sentence, but in a previous court filing, they said his “extensive history of violence” and attempts to minimize his conduct demonstrate that he is still a dangerous person.

Combs’ sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 3.
