In partnership with Show Gear, the company delivered crystal-clear audio across a multi-zone setup, supporting more than 1,500 attendees with wireless headsets across nine concurrent seminar areas.

This silent audio format is especially valuable in open-plan venues, where multiple presentations often run side-by-side. The headset system eliminates the need for bulky PA systems and dramatically reduces ambient noise levels, enhancing the audience experience.
Behind the scenes, a combined team of Silent Seminars and Show Gear technical specialists provided on-site support, managing headset distribution, transmission setup, and real-time audio troubleshooting throughout the event.
