Bridgerton Season 4: Benedict and Sophie’s Season to Release on THIS Date

by jummy84 October 13, 2025
written by jummy84

The glimpse was unveiled, with the caption, “Do we rise to the occasion or do we bury oneself deeper amidst society’s secrets? We shall find out soon enough… Bridgerton Season 4 shall arrive in two parts, Part 1: January 29; Part 2: February 26.” Fans have dropped heartwarming comments, with many hyping up the leads. “The best news to start the week!” one fan wrote. Another said, “This is a flawless Monday announcement. So looking forward to seeing Luke and Yerin rock the season.”

“What’s striking about Season 4 is that it’s the struggle between a proper old-school fairy tale — the romance of it — and the actual reality of the world. Both are true. You have to hold both of them — the romance and the reality — in your hand. In its best version, ‘true love’ happens in the middle of that,” Luke once said in an interview.

The new season of the show will also have regular cast members Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley and more. It was reportedly primarily filmed on a newly constructed backlot at Shepperton Studios, which is outside of London.

The newcomers joining the Bridgerton cast include actors Isabella Wei, Michelle Mao and Katie Leung. They will play Sophie Baek’s stepsisters and stepmother, Posy Li, Rosamund Li and Lady Araminta Gun.

Here’s the official logline: “The fourth season of Bridgerton turns its focus to bohemian second son Benedict (Luke Thompson). Despite his elder and younger brothers both being happily married, Benedict is loath to settle down — until he meets a captivating Lady in Silver at his mother’s masquerade ball.”

Rhimes, Betsy Beers, Tom Verica and Chris Van Dusen are executive producers, along with showrunner Jess Brownell.

The cast includes Thompson as Benedict Bridgerton, along with Yerin Ha (Sophie Baek), Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton), Victor Alli (Lord John Stirling), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Julie Andrews (Lady Whistledown), Lorraine Ashbourne (Mrs. Varley), Masali Baduza (Michaela Stirling), Nicola Coughlan (Penelope Bridgerton), Hannah Dodd (Francesca Stirling), Daniel Francis (Lord Marcus Anderson), Ruth Gemmell (Violet Bridgerton), Florence Hunt (Hyacinth Bridgerton), Martins Imhangbe (Will Mondrich), Claudia Jessie (Eloise Bridgerton), Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton), Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), Will Tilston (Gregory Bridgerton), Polly Walker (Portia Featherington), Emma Naomi (Alice Mondrich), Hugh Sachs (Brimsley).

‘Yellowjackets’ will end with season four

by jummy84 October 13, 2025

Paramount+‘s hit survival thriller series Yellowjackets will be coming to an end with its next season.

The news was announced over the weekend via the show’s creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson. While a date for the show’s fourth season has yet to be announced, Lyle and Bart have confirmed that the next season will be its last.

They wrote in a statement posted on social media: “After three incredible seasons, and great consideration, we’re excited to announce that we will be bringing the story of Yellowjackets to its twisted conclusion in this fourth and final season. We’ve always known there would come a point when the story would tell us it wants to end, and it’s our belief that our job — our responsibility — is to listen.”

They continued: “Telling this emotional, wild, and deeply human story has been a profoundly meaningful experience and a true honour for us, and we’re so very grateful to the brilliant cast, crew and writers who have bravely gone on the journey with us to bring it to life. Most of all, we want to thank the fans who have stuck with us through every moment, mystery and meal — the Hive is nothing without you! We can’t wait to share the final chapter with you and hope you find it…delicious.”

Season four of Yellowjackets is expected to premiere sometime in 2026, with its writers room now open to pen the scripts for the final run of episodes.

The mystery thriller series follows a girls’ football team in 1996 who, while travelling to a tournament in Seattle, crash-land in the Canadian wilderness and are left stranded for 19 months. Between their attempts to survive, the show also jumps to their adult lives in the present day.

Season three of Yellowjackets – which earned high praise from critics when it premiered but surprised fans with a shock death in its season finale – starred Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Lauren Ambrose, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson and more. Elijah Wood appeared in a recurring role, while Hilary Swank, Joel McHale and Ashley Sutton appeared in guest roles.

Chaos Theory Season 4 Trailer at NYCC (Exclusive)

by jummy84 October 12, 2025
written by jummy84

Jurassic World: Chaos Theory is going out with a roar.

DreamWorks Animation and Netflix released the trailer for the fourth and final season of the animated entry in the Jurassic World franchise on Saturday, in conjunction with the appearance of several members of the show’s voice cast and creative team at New York Comic Con.

In their last season, the Nublar Six work to find a way to come together in order to survive the deadly dinosaur and human threats hidden within Biosyn Valley. As the trailer promises, those threats — whether of the high-flying, head-smashing, fiery, toothy or mysterious variety — will leave audiences on the edge of their seats, and holding onto their butts.

Alongside the trailer release, executive producer and co-showrunner Scott Kreamer was joined by Sean Giambrone (voice of Ben), Kausar Mohammed (voice of Yaz), Paul-Mikél Williams (voice of Darius and Kiersten Kelly (voice of Brooklynn) at the panel to celebrate the season’s launch and “witness the end” to a story nine seasons in the making.

As part of Saturday’s discussion, the team will recap season three, tease what’s ahead for the Nublar Six, offer behind-the-scenes insights, and share in the joy and impact of the series, which hails from executive producers Steven Spielberg, Colin Trevorrow and Frank Marshall.

Set six years after the events at Camp Cretaceous, Chaos Theory has followed the Nublar Six as they’ve struggled to find their footing off the islands amid a world now filled with dinosaurs and the people who want to hurt them. Reunited in the wake of a tragedy, the group — initially surviving members Darius Bowman, Kenji Kon, Ben Pincus, Sammy Gutierrez and Yasmina “Yaz” Fadoula before Brooklynn’s re-emergence — comes together, before soon after finding themselves on the run.

Catapulted into a global adventure to unravel a conspiracy that threatens dinosaur and humankind alike,  the group works to learn the truth about what happened to one of their own while picking up a few new friends along the way. That includes, as the season four trailer highlights, everyone’s favorite “huggie-wuggie monster” Smoothie.

The series’ voice cast also features Darren Barnet (voice of Kenji) and Raini Rodriguez (voice of Sammy). Executive produced and co-showrun by Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley, with Zesung Kang serving as the supervising producer, Jurassic World: Chaos Theory will begin streaming its nine-episode final season Nov. 20 on Netflix.

‘Yellowjackets’ Is Ending With Season 4 on Paramount+

by jummy84 October 11, 2025
written by jummy84

The surviving Yellowjackets will have one more season to make it home.

The Paramount+ thriller, produced by Lionsgate TV, will end with its upcoming fourth season, series creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson said in a statement Friday evening (which they also posted on social media). A writers room for the now-final season is open, with production set to start in 2026. A premiere date hasn’t been set.

“After three incredible seasons, and great consideration, we’re excited to announce that we will be bringing the story of Yellowjackets to its twisted conclusion in this fourth and final season,” Lyle and Nickerson’s statement reads. “We’ve always known there would come a point when the story would tell us it wants to end, and it’s our belief that our job — our responsibility — is to listen. Telling this emotional, wild, and deeply human story has been a profoundly meaningful experience and a true honor for us, and we’re so very grateful to the brilliant cast, crew and writers who have bravely gone on the journey with us to bring it to life. Most of all, we want to thank the fans who have stuck with us through every moment, mystery and meal — the Hive is nothing without you! We can’t wait to share the final chapter with you and hope you find it … delicious.”

Lyle and Nickerson will continue as showrunners in the final season and are in conversations with Paramount about extending their relationship with the company.

Yellowjackets premiered on Showtime in 2021 and became a word-of-mouth hit as it told the often wild tale of a high school girls’ soccer team surviving the Canadian wilderness after a plane crash in the late 1990s and the present-day stories of those who made it out and tried to put their lives back together. The show’s third season concluded in April, and it scored a renewal — from Paramount+, which has absorbed the Showtime brand as part of its Premium tier — in May.

The series has also scored 10 Emmy nominations so far, including two best drama series nods for seasons one and two.

Lyle and Nickerson had previously said they had envisioned five seasons for Yellowjackets, but Lyle admitted to The Hollywood Reporter following the season three finale that “Any time that you say, ‘We’re going to do five or six seasons,’ that’s a shot in the dark and incredibly wishful thinking, just from a practical standpoint. … We feel that there is more story to tell and we’re really excited to dive into it. As you said, to be able to tell the story of the reassimilation into society, to see what horrors are in store for them even without the horrors of the wilderness is very exciting. But you can never truly predict and we just will be very grateful that we keep getting to tell the story.”

Season three starred Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Lauren Ambrose, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Steven Krueger, Warren Kole, Kevin Alves, Sarah Desjardins and Simone Kessell. Elijah Wood had a recurring role, and Hilary Swank, Joel McHale and Ashley Sutton guest starred.

Lyle and Nickerson executive produced season three with co-showrunner Jonathan Lisco, Drew Comins of Creative Engine, Jeff W. Byrd, Sarah L. Thompson, Ameni Rozsa and Brad Van Arragon.

Is the Show Coming Back After Season 2? – Hollywood Life

DC Universe fans might have to catch their breath after watching the season 2 finale of Peacemaker. Now that James Gunn‘s series has wrapped its second season, viewers are dying to know if they can look forward to a season 3 of the John Cena-led show.

Below, Hollywood Life has the latest updates so far about a possible season 3 of Peacemaker (Warning: spoilers from the season 2 finale of Peacemaker are ahead)

How to Watch Peacemaker: Where to Stream All Episodes

All season 1 and 2 episodes of Peacemaker are available to stream on HBO Max.

What Happens in the Peacemaker Season 2 Finale?

Cena’s character, Chris Smith, a.k.a Peacemaker, is kidnapped by the A.R.G.U.S. (Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans) and taken to a new world known as Salvation: a prison planet that A.R.G.U.S. made to detain metahumans and villains. Salvation captures Smith to use him as its first participant, and the season 2 finale ends with him completely alone on Salvation.

Will There Be a Season 3 of Peacemaker?

At the time of publication, there has been no announcement regarding a season 3 for Peacemaker. Season 1 of the series premiered in January 2022, and season 2 came out in August 2025. Therefore, should a third season be confirmed, it might take at least another year for its release.

What Has James Gunn Said About Peacemaker Season 3?

Gunn has repeated he’d “never say never” about a potential third season, but the filmmaker played it coy when asked by both Variety and Deadline about the show’s future.

“This is about the other stories in which this [season 2 cliffhanger] will play out,” Gunn told Variety. “Never say never. But right now, this is about the future of the DCU.”

During his separate interview with Deadline, Gunn doubled down on the sentiment, noting, “This is about the wider DCU and other stories in which this will play out right now. That doesn’t mean that there won’t be [a third season]. I don’t want to never say never, but right now, no, this is about the future of the DCU. It’s an important character.”

Kelly McCreary Returning to ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ for Season 22 (VIDEO)

by jummy84 October 10, 2025
written by jummy84

Maggie is back again! After the consequential Season 22 opener for Grey’s Anatomy took away one full-time, it looks like the second episode of the season will welcome back a familiar face in Kelly McCreary‘s Maggie Pierce.

Maggie’s return was foreshadowed in the post-episodic teaser, which promised to follow the fallout of the premiere episode’s fatal loss, as Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) reels from the death of Dr. Monica Beltran, who died after being crushed in an equipment collapse due to the explosion caused by the events of the Season 21 finale.

McCreary first left Grey’s Anatomy in Season 19 after nine seasons on the show. She previously returned for the Season 20 finale, briefly, to sign divorce papers with her then-husband Winston Ndugu (Anthony Hill).

Grey’s showrunner Meg Marinis teased that fans should expect some familiar faces to grace the halls of Grey Sloan Memorial in Season 22. She also indicated that Amelia in particular would bear the brunt of the loss of Dr. Monica Beltran (Natalie Morales), telling TV Insider, “This will have a drastic impact on Amelia.”

Grey’s Anatomy‘s next episode marks the series’ 450th episode, and it’s titled, “We Built This City.” The description for the episode tells us, “The team at Grey Sloan navigates a chaotic first day of surgical rotations amid hospital renovations. Meanwhile, Meredith spends time with Amelia.”

It looks like Meredith won’t be the only one pitching in to give Amelia an assist right now, as her sister-in-law-ish Maggie will also be on hand to do some much-needed damage control.

Interestingly, her return coincides with a question mark surrounding Ndugu’s potential future with Jules Millen (Adelaine Kane). The two have had a very “will-they-or-won’t-they” type of relationship thus far, but when Monica died after guiding Jules through a surgery post-explosion, Jules rushed into the arms of Ndugu, which seemed to elevate the chances that they might finally go there and give their chemistry a chance at coupledom. We’ll have to wait and see whether and how Maggie’s return to Seattle might affect that when next week’s episode airs.

Elsewhere in the teaser, it looks like Atticus “Link” Lincoln (Chris Carmack) is still not completely in the clear after the near-catastrophic injuries he sustained in the explosion incident. The preview, embedded above, shows him and Jo (Camilla Luddington) dealing with his limitations after the accident. Plus, the case of the day looks gnarly as a patient deals with a forklift piercing his abdomen. In other words, it’ll be another day at Grey Sloan when the show returns next week!
