Exhibit 3Sixty, the Coventry-based exhibition services contractor, has today announced the appointment of industry veteran Aden Bryant to the newly created role of shell scheme foreman. The strategic hire strengthens the company’s operational leadership and reinforces its commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
Bryant brings 26 years of hands-on industry experience to the role, having started his career in events at the age of 16. A highly respected professional, Bryant has led the shell scheme build for some of the UK’s most prestigious and complex exhibitions, including Grand Designs Live, the Ideal Home Show Christmas, Solar & Storage Live, and the LAMMA Show.
In his new position, Bryant will take responsibility for managing everything from labour and logistics to the build quality and maintenance of the company’s extensive stock of shell scheme, including the 3000sqm of new stock recently purchased by the company to service its expanding portfolio of shows.
Speaking on his appointment, Bryant said: “Having worked alongside the Exhibit 3Sixty team on various projects over the years, I’ve always been impressed by the company’s workplace culture and its absolute commitment to quality. The company is on an exciting growth path, and I’m thrilled to be joining such a respected and forward-thinking team.”
The appointment is a key part of Exhibit 3Sixty’s strategy to invest in the best talent and resources to support its expanding client base.
Andy Pearce, director at Exhibit 3Sixty, commented on the arrival: “We are delighted to welcome Aden to the Exhibit 3Sixty family. His reputation and experience leading projects for major national shows speak for themselves. This appointment reinforces our core promise to clients: we will always deliver a transparent, meticulously planned, and high-quality service.
