Saif Ali Khan has added a significant property to his real estate holdings with the purchase of a Rs 30.75 crore commercial space at Kanakia Wallstreet in Andheri East, further strengthening his impressive portfolio. The actor, known for owning several luxurious homes, continues to expand his investments in prime locations.

The deal was brokered by Knight Frank and Volney, a prominent real estate advisory and investor network founded by Rohan Sheth as reported by News18. Notably, Volney recently handled the office leasing for Elon Musk’s SpaceX–Starlink at Kanakia Boomerang in Chandivali, Andheri East. The acquisition includes two adjoining office units, 901 and 902, located in the A Wing of Kanakia Wallstreet.

These units offer a combined carpet area of 5,682 sq. ft. and a saleable area of 9,659 sq. ft., along with six parking spaces. It is believed that the property is intended for either personal use or investment. The seller is Apiore Pharmaceutical, a US-based pharmaceutical company. Situated in Andheri East, Kanakia Wallstreet has become a preferred destination for corporates, creative agencies, and international firms. The complex is known for its modern design, high-end features, and houses notable clients such as Nuvama, Mannapuram Finance, Coca-Cola, Trade Bulls, ICICI Lombard, and others.

Saif Ali Khan, often regarded as Bollywood royalty, is renowned not only for his acting talents but also for his extensive real estate investments. He resides in a luxurious apartment in the upscale Bandra West neighbourhood of Mumbai. His property portfolio includes a Rs 24 crore flat in the Satguru Sharan building, which he purchased nearly ten years ago, covering over 6,500 sq. ft. since April 2012. He has also acquired a lavish property at The St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, The Pearl, in Doha, Qatar.

She had said, ‘I believe you are living with someone and you are doing something.’ So, I said, Yes. And she said, ‘Don’t get married.’ And I said that I got married yesterday. And a big tear fell off her eye. She started crying, and she said, ‘You really hurt me. Why didn’t you tell me?’ So that’s actually what happened there,” Saif added.

Saif further shared that he first spoke to his mother about their separation. The Hum Tum actor said, “About the separation, the first person I spoke to before separation was my mother, who took a deep breath, and there was another pause on the phone, and said, ‘I am with you if that is what you want, and that helped a lot.”

According to Wion News, speaking about Saif Amrita’s divorce, Sharmila Tagore said, “When you are together for such a long time and you have such lovely children, then no breakup is easy. Then it is not harmonious. I know it is difficult to have harmony at that stage; everybody is hurt. So, that stage was not nice, but I tried. But that’s water under the bridge; she needed time to cool down. It is not just staying away; there are so many other things that are involved. It wasn’t a happy time for us because Ibrahim was just three, and we were very fond of the children. Tiger was especially fond of Ibrahim, and he would say, ‘That’s a good lad.’ He didn’t get that time with him. So, we felt doubly deprived to lose Amrita and the two kids. So, it’s not just about him, but we also had to adjust to all that.”

The attack happened on the night of January 16th, when an intruder broke into Saif and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s residence in Mumbai. The man entered the room of their younger son, Jeh, and in a bid to escape, stabbed Saif multiple times. Saif was rushed to the hospital, where surgeons removed a part of the knife from his body.

Now, nine months later, Saif has finally opened up and addressed the situation on Kajol and Twinkle Khanna’s talk show, “Too Much.” During the interview, Saif revealed the harrowing details of that night.

He said Kareena was out when the incident took place, and he was with their sons Taimur and Jeh after watching a movie. Around 2 a.m., the maid informed him that an intruder was in Jeh’s room, holding a knife and demanding money. Saif described how he rushed into the room and confronted the man, who swung the knife wildly, injuring both Jeh and the nanny. A fierce struggle ensued, and Saif was stabbed multiple times, including a wound near his spine.

Saif credited Jeh’s nanny for saving his life by pushing the attacker away. Despite the pain, Saif reassured his son Taimur that he would survive. After the attacker fled, Kareena planned to take the children to Karisma Kapoor’s house, but Saif insisted on going to the hospital, even requesting a stretcher upon arrival. Addressing the rumors, Saif said he walked out of the hospital because he wanted to reassure fans and avoid unnecessary panic. “There was no need for a wheelchair,” he explained, adding that although walking was painful, he was physically capable. Saif also shared that his mother, Sharmila Tagore, advised him to use a wheelchair, but he chose not to.

A leaked promo of the upcoming episode has given fans a glimpse of the duo’s lively banter and engaging conversation.

The promo opens with Kajol and Twinkle introducing Akshay and Saif as “Khiladi and Anari”, a nod to their hit 1990s film Main Khiladi Tu Anari. Akshay, in his trademark humorous style, quips, “In my opinion, the show should be named Two Cheetahs.” The clip also shows Saif bursting into laughter as Twinkle and Akshay jokingly argue over who first claimed, “An astrologer predicted their marriage.”

The episode promises more than just light-hearted fun. Akshay and Saif also share their thoughts on marriage, with Akshay remarking, “Every husband should be a good listener.” Saif amusingly adds, “Or at least look like a good listener.” The tone shifts briefly when Saif recalls a frightening incident: “I had been stabbed in the leg and there was blood everywhere. I remember Taimur looking up to me and asking, ‘Are you going to die?’ I said, no, I don’t think so.” Kajol responded emotionally, hugging Saif and calling him a “real hero.”

Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan are reuniting after 17 years for Priyadarshan’s movie Haiwaan. They were last seen in Tashan. They were one of the most loved duos back in the ’90s, with hits like Main Khiladi Tu Anari, Yeh Dillagi, Tu Chor Main Sipahi and Keemat.

The BTS images from the sets of Haiwaan have dropped which have amped up the buzz around the film. The movie is currently in production with about 40 percent of the shoot wrapped, including outdoor schedules in Kochi, Vagamon and Ooty.

The recent behind-the-scenes clicks show Priyadarshan, Akshay and Saif busy during the filming of an important scene. In one of the clicks, Saif and Priyadarshan are seen laughing it out. While in another photo, Akshay is figuring out an important scene. Interestingly, Akshay and Priyadarshan have had many successful collaborations. The actor is currently shooting for another film with the director titled Bhooth Bangla, which marks their reunion after 14 long years. Their partnership has given Bollywood some timeless comedies like Hera Pheri, Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Garam Masala.

Fans have been eager to see the two on screen, given their last outing together was in 2012’s Agent Vinod. Kareena and Saif finally united on screen again, though this time it is only for a brand commercial.

On Friday, Kareena’s Instagram account was tagged in a new post with Spotify India. The post had a new ad which featured Kareena along with Saif. Kareena began by saying, “I know my Saif. For him, it is about the little things.” In response, Saif showed his big ‘Kareena’ tattoo on his hand and said, “Lagta hai tattoo thoda little reh gaya (It seems the tattoo was little)!”

Then, Kareena says that he also likes her surprise gifts- which was a drum set. Turns out, Saif likes to play guitar instead. Kareena also adds that in his spare time he likes to listen to ghazals.
