Bollywood is all geared up for a laughter-packed holiday season as the much-awaited Mastiii 4 trailer drops, teasing fans with chaos, confusion, and fun that made the franchise a cult favorite. Slated to hit the screen on November 21, the film brings back the original “Masti Boys”-Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani-for another wild adventure.

Adding more comic flair this time are Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Nargis Fakhri, Elnaaz Norouzi, Ruhi Singh, Shreya Sharma, and Shaad Randhawa. The trailer was well-received by the fans as they were overjoyed to see the trio’s signature buddy chemistry back on the big screen once again.

The trailer gives a glimpse of the three landing in hilariously outrageous situations, setting off a series of misunderstandings and comic disasters. Loud, silly, and unapologetically over-the-top, Mastiii 4 fully dives into the spirit of Bollywood’s golden age of madcap comedies-no logic, just laughter. From the slapstick gags to the witty one-liners, the movie promises pure entertainment that is definitely needed with all the thrillers and serious dramas that have hit the box office lately.

Director Milap Zaveri seems to have doubled down on nostalgia while amping the absurdity, delivering a film designed for families and groups looking to laugh together. The fast-paced energy, along with a vibrant ensemble and larger-than-life comic sequences, makes Mastiii 4 feel like a return to the classic era of big-screen laughter.

written by jummy84

The trailer of Jassi Weds Jassi is finally out, and it’s serving up a perfect mix of nostalgia, laughter, and chaos! Set in the charming town of Haldwani during the late 90s, the film takes audiences back to a simpler time when love bloomed over stolen glances, cassette dedications, and landline calls but this time, one innocent mix-up turns romance into riotous confusion.

Jassi Weds Jassi Trailer Out!

At the heart of the story is Jassi, played by Harshhvardhan Singh Deo, a hopeless romantic who believes he’s finally found the love of his life. His Jassi, portrayed by Rehmat Rattan, is sweet, sensible, and everything he’s ever dreamed of until fate introduces another Jassi into the mix, setting off a chain of hilarious misunderstandings. What follows is a comedy of errors where hearts collide, tempers flare, and wedding bells hang in the balance!

Adding to the madness are an ensemble of colourful characters Ranvir Shorey as the well-meaning but forever frazzled lover trying to make sense of it all, Sikandar Kher as the charming troublemaker who adds fuel to the confusion, Manu Rishi Chadha as the strict law enforcer and a hopeless romantic with a bag full of advice (most of it wrong), Sudesh Lehri bringing in his signature humour, and Grusha Kapoor as the strong, over-laad pyaar wali matriarch holding the chaos together.

Sharing his thoughts on the film, Sikandar Kher says, “Sometimes, one name can turn a love story into a comedy of errors and that’s exactly what makes Jassi Weds Jassi so much fun. It’s emotional, funny, and very real. I had a gala time shooting for this mad mad film ”

Ranvir Shorey adds, “It’s that kind of story where a small mix-up snowballs into complete madness. Truly, one name can turn a blooming love story into a comedy of errors and that’s the beauty of it, I have always enjoyed working on such films where one can rewatch and relaugh again and again”

HarshhVardhan Singh Deo, who leads the film, shares, “This film captures the innocence of first love and the chaos that comes with it. It’s about how one name can turn a love story into a comedy of errors and that’s what makes it unforgettable.”

Directed by Paran Bawa, Jassi Weds Jassi stars Harshhvardhan Singh Deo, Rehmat Rattan, Ranvir Shorey, Sikandar Kher, Manu Rishi Chadha, Sudesh Lehri, and Grusha Kapoor.

Releasing on 7th November 2025, Jassi Weds Jassi promises a full on dose of comedy, drama, romance, and that big, fat wedding vibe that audiences have been missing on the big screen! Robbie Walsh Brings Quiet Chaos to Life as Kane in SUGA: Ride or Die

Robbie Walsh Brings Quiet Chaos to Life as Kane in SUGA: Ride or Die

by jummy84 October 23, 2025
written by jummy84

When SUGA: Ride or Die premiered on Amazon Prime Video on September 4, 2025, audiences were introduced to Kane, a volatile yet deeply human antagonist brought to life by Irish actor Robbie Walsh. Set against a world of crime, grief, and fractured loyalty, the series captured an unflinching portrait of survival, and at its core stood Walsh’s hauntingly restrained performance.

Kane is described as “a lunatic who walks the line between family devotion and survival,” a role Walsh approached with calculated duality. “I leaned into that contradiction. Kane can be brutal one minute and deeply protective the next. For me, the key was treating his violence and his loyalty as the same instinct, survival. He’ll do anything for family, but that same drive makes him dangerous.”

This moral ambiguity drew Walsh to the part. “He’s unpredictable. I’ve played fighters, villains, survivors before, but Kane has this quiet madness to him. He’s not looking for approval, he’s not trying to fit in, he’s just this force that arrives and unsettles everything.”

Unlike the show’s title character, Suga, Kane isn’t a biker, and that outsider status was key to Walsh’s portrayal. “That difference is everything. Kane doesn’t need the leather or the patch to prove who he is. He’s an outsider in their world, and that makes him more threatening, he’s not bound by their codes. He walks in on his own terms.”

That independence gives Kane an unpredictable edge, one that makes him both an adversary and mirror to Suga. “There’s definitely a respect there, but respect doesn’t mean mercy. Kane respects strength, and Suga has it, but that doesn’t stop him from seeing him as an obstacle. Kane understands the family situation but Kane’s family comes first before anyone.”

Walsh admits he’s most drawn to the character’s loyalty, though it’s a loyalty laced with danger. “The loyalty, hands down. The ruthlessness is the mask, the loyalty is what makes him human, and it’s what makes him dangerous, too. Because when loyalty is tested, that’s when the monster shows up.”

For Walsh, the power of Kane lies in his stillness. “Silence is more powerful than shouting. I worked on holding stillness, letting Kane’s presence do the talking. If you believe the threat is real, you don’t need to announce it, it’s scarier when you don’t.”

Body language became the foundation of that menace. “It’s all in the eyes, the pace, the stillness. I treated Kane like a loaded gun, the less movement, the more tension. If he twitches, you know it means something.”

To bring authenticity to the role, Walsh drew from real Irish underworld influences. “Yeah, I definitely pulled from Irish gangland culture. I grew up around stories of those figures, the codes they live by, how family and violence are tied together. I did base Kane on the stories of one or two people, but they will remain nameless, those influences are in Kane’s DNA.”

Transforming into Kane meant shedding every trace of softness. “Physically, it was about how he carries himself, grounded, immovable. Emotionally, it was stripping away charm or softness. Kane doesn’t ask for sympathy, so I had to drop that instinct as an actor and just sit in his rawness.”

Working under directors Diederik Van Rooijen and Michiel van Jaarsveld challenged Walsh to balance intensity with restraint. “Diederik and Michiel were fantastic. They never wanted Kane to be one-note. They pushed me to find those quiet, unsettling beats instead of playing him loud. It was about restraint, they would feed me improved lines and we’d go for it, but they stuck to what they wanted and I’d work with them and the team again in a heartbeat, less performance, more presence.”

Even the multilingual nature of the set added to the experience. “It was wild in the best way. You’re switching between Dutch, Flemish, English, and it forces you to really listen, to connect beyond words. That fits the world of the show, too, because Kane is a man of few words. He fits right in.”

And like any gritty shoot, there were lighter moments too. “The Irish guy me & Johnny & the crew were on a night shoot, it was absolutely awesome to see the trucks, drones, guns, lights but we had to lie down for hours, as I joked with our directors and crew I said ‘this floor smells weird’ and our friends happily laughed ‘Robbie brother, if it looks like shit, smells like shit, feels like shit, guess what?’ We laughed for an hour ruining a take.”

Walsh believes SUGA: Ride or Die goes far beyond typical crime drama. “Because it’s human. It’s not about clichés or tropes, it’s about grief, family, loyalty, revenge, survival. People know those feelings, and when you set them against a crime backdrop, it hits even harder.”

And for Kane, that universality is what makes him stand out. “He’s not glamorous, he’s not stylized. Shows like Sons of Anarchy or Peaky Blinders have big worlds, Kane is stripped back. He’s not mythology, he’s menace. He doesn’t want to rule the world, he just wants his piece of it. But I truly believe with time he could be one of the great villains, a true hero will sacrifice his loved ones to save the world, but the great villains will sacrifice the world to save their loved ones. This is Kane.”

Asked to sum up Kane in three words, Walsh doesn’t hesitate, “Unpredictable, loyal, ruthless.”

With that combination, Robbie Walsh’s Kane is poised to become one of the defining antiheroes of the year, a reminder that sometimes silence, loyalty, and danger share the same pulse.

Arkansas Traveler Dylan Earl Takes Us for a Ride » PopMatters

by jummy84 October 10, 2025
written by jummy84

Dylan Earl is that friend your parents never wanted you to hang out with. They knew he had a healthy disrespect for authority and would rather drive around smoking than do anything constructive. His love of nature trumped his desire to do chores. He wasn’t lazy; he just didn’t understand what was better than hanging out in the woods or cruising the byways. At least, that’s how he comes across on his latest album, the complacently titled Level-Headed Even Smile. He’s sitting on top of the world on his “Lawn Chair” and invites you to accompany him in the backyard. You can hear him pop a top as he invites one to join him.

The Arkansas traveler wants you to “Get in the Truck”, where the radio and the road take one wherever one’s going. He gets high just being in the Ouachita National Forest in the Natural State. The simple pleasures of mountain life in the “White River Valley” (a Jimmy Driftwood cover) can be found in bird songs and the sighing of pine trees. Earl can be corny and old-fashioned, but his smooth voice bleeds sincerity. There are traces of classic country in his purposeful Merle Haggard-style delivery. Earl never seems to strain to reach a note.

That doesn’t mean the singer-songwriter’s content. Earl sings about hitting rock bottom in Little Rock and clearly enjoys hitting the bottle too much to deal with the pain of heartbreak. “I guess I’ll sober up when I’m dead,” he sings with a smirk. That contrasts with the satisfied persona who finds solace in nature. He needs a dose of wildlife to insulate him from the hurt of daily life. This push and pull keeps the album from sounding too similar from one track to the next.

Something is missing here, and that’s other people. Earl may have friends and family, but they scarcely make an appearance in his lyrics. He claims to be “Two Kinds of Loner”, but we really don’t know why. Sure, hell can be other people, but so can heaven.

Earl’s sense of humor keeps things from getting too heavy. His take on outlaw country inverts the Charlie Kirk perspective on empathy. He notes “White privilege is real” and rails against the hypocrisy of those with authority and sings with an affected drawl to show his Southern roots. Why, he’s just a good ol’ boy, NOT! He’s funny, but he is serious.

As the title song says, the singer-songwriter aspires to be on even keel. That mostly means being alone while complaining about or celebrating being alone. He can find that mental state somewhere in the Arkansas woods, in the bottom of the bottle, or just taking a drive through the country, but it does seem that he can’t stay levelheaded for long. There is always something to disrupt his inner peace. Dylan Earl needs a friend or more friends or even a lover, but he seems like the character one’s parents warned about. He may waste your time, but he would be a good pal.

Tom Pelphrey Breaks Down Robbie’s Tense Car Ride With Mark Ruffalo’s Tom (Exclusive)

by jummy84 October 6, 2025
written by jummy84

[Warning: The below contains MAJOR spoilers for Task, Season 1 Episode 5, “Vagrants.”]

Task‘s latest episode put Robbie Prendergast (Tom Pelphrey) on a collision course, careening with the FBI’s Tom Brandis (Mark Ruffalo) and the Dark Hearts, as a path of escape for his criminal pursuits closed in, “Vagrants.”

The installment found Robbie frantic as he tried locating Cliff (Raúl Castillo) following his run-in with the Dark Hearts, and after a meet-up with Erin (Margarita Levieva), it was clear to him that Jayson (Sam Keeley) was the culprit responsible for Cliff’s absence and apparent demise. Robbie also sought out a way to sell the drugs he’d stolen from the gang, opting to team with Shelley (Mickey Sumner) to offload the goods in exchange for cash.

Putting himself in danger, Robbie met with dealer Freddie Frias (Elvis Nolasco) to come to a deal. Eventually, Robbie went home to find Maeve (Emilia Jones) had taken Sam (Ben Doherty), and we learn she’s turned him into the FBI, cooperating with the feds. But that wasn’t before Dark Hearts boss Perry (Jamie McShane) showed up to look around the property, claiming he needed to grab some items that belonged to her dad.

Peter Kramer / HBO

With the walls essentially closing in, Robbie prepared to leave the house, but was met by Tom Brandis in the driveway, who claimed he was there to seek out Maeve in regards to her father Billy’s cold case. He talks his way into the house and is communicating with task force member, Anthony Grasso (Fabien Frankel), unaware he’s a crooked agent, but their texts are interrupted when Tom is sent a sketch resembling Robbie as the suspect who kidnapped Sam.

Robbie holds a gun to Tom’s head and forces him into his car, taking him hostage, as they drive down the highway. Robbie and Tom’s discussion revolves around life after death and their views of the world. All the while, Robbie tells Tom about everything he knows, ranging from Jayson being responsible for Billy and Cliff’s deaths to him hitting houses in retaliation for his brother’s loss.

The candid conversation occurs while Robbie has a gun to Tom’s back, but as he directs the FBI agent down a dirt road, he instructs him towards a lake and asks that Tom make sure Maeve isn’t held responsible for his actions, freeing the agent and continuing on his own path. When Tom gets in touch with his team, they pick him up, and they track the car Robbie took through the satellite radio. Little do most of the agents know, apart from Grasso, that the Dark Hearts are also in pursuit of Robbie, and everything is about to converge.

As Tom calls out to Robbie from the edge of a river, the Dark Hearts have also closed in, but what’s next? Only time will tell. As for Robbie finally colliding with Tom, Pelphrey tells TV Insider, “it’s such a beautiful juxtaposition. One of the things I was struck by between Robbie and Tom is that here you have this ex-priest who’s, in a very real way, grappling with loss of faith, what faith means, and his own understanding of god. On the other hand, you have Robbie who, in a strange way, lives in faith.”

Viewers get a taste of this in the opening and closing moments, in which Robbie takes water and rubs it on his chest, a practice he and his brother took up before jumping into the cool waters of the quarry to swim in the winter months. While he claimed he did it to keep from having his heart explode, the action is more loaded in the final minutes as he seems to get ready for whatever action is ahead.

“Now, he says he doesn’t believe in God, so he’s not living in a sort of religious faith, but he’s constantly saying things happen for a reason, and he’s acting like things happen for a reason,” Pelphrey explains of Robbie’s approach. “I found that to be more of a subtle way that they’re kind of an interesting opposite side of the same coin, Tom and Robbie.”

For episode director and executive producer Jeremiah Zagar, things were a little trickier behind the scenes than they appear onscreen. “A hard scene was the scene in the car with Robbie and Tom just because it was like 99 degrees and they didn’t have any air conditioning and they were sweating bullets and the equipment was bumping around,” he reveals. “Sometimes the things that seem easy are often incredibly difficult.”

Despite external challenges with heat and cameras in small spaces, Zagar credits Pelphrey and Ruffalo with delivering emotionally during that key moment. “That scene is the core of the show. I think that’s what you’re waiting for the entire season, in some ways, and that scene has to pay off in its utter simplicity,” Zagar points out. “It’s a testament to Mark and to Tom. They’re such incredible actors, and they lived in those characters’ skin for so long.”

See what’s next for Tom and Robbie as Task continues on HBO, and let us know what you thought of the heart-pounding episode’s ending in the comments section.

The “Psycho Killer” Trailer Is A Gripping Thrill Ride You Won’t Want To Miss | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 October 4, 2025
written by jummy84

The haunting official trailer for Psycho Killer has finally come, providing a disturbing preview of a violent cross-country manhunt initiated by Barbarian actress Georgina Campbell. The horror thriller that awaits us is a chilling dive into the depths of psychological darkness written by Se7en screenwriter Andrew Kevin Walker.

Georgina Campbell plays Jane Thorne, a Kansas highway patrolwoman whose world shatters upon the brutal murder of her husband, a state trooper. Inspired by anger and grief, Thorne isn’t about to back down and instead embarks on her own relentless hunt for the killer. But this is no typical game of cat-and-mouse—the trailer hints at something much darker. The killer she’s tracking, played with chilling ferocity by James Preston Rogers, is a Satanic serial murderer, a “Satanic Slasher,” whose depraved motives and bloody ceremonies are far greater than anything Thorne had envisioned.

Against desolate Midwestern landscapes and drenched in terror, the film’s mood recalls the dark psychological horror of Se7en and Zodiac. Horror legend Malcolm McDowell adds extra weight to the cast as he plays a as-yet-undeclared role that suggests deeper psychological depths in the narrative.

Directed by Gavin Polone, in his feature directorial debut after years as a busy producer, the film reanimates a script that Walker is said to have written over a decade ago. Now, with the producers of Barbarian behind it, Psycho Killer is being realized with all the bloody tension and psychological firepower horror enthusiasts desire.

With its dark mood, constant velocity, and profoundly disturbing premise, Psycho Killer is sure to be a must-see for fans of the genre. Psycho Killer opens in theaters across the country on February 20, 2026, and based on the preview, it’s not for the faint of heart.

Maddock Film releases trailer after much-wait with caption, “A forgotten legend from our folklore, #Thamma takes centre stage this Diwali!” After watching Ayushmann’s look in the trailer, a user commented, “Varun Dhawan’s Cameo In #Thamma.” Another praised, VARUN DHAWAN AS BHEDIYA IN THAMMA . Can’t wait for Bhediya vs Vampire #ThammaTrailer.”

The movie has a great supporting cast, consisting of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Paresh Rawal, Faisal Malik, and Aparshakti Khurana, in addition to Ayushmann and Rashmika in the lead roles. With this talented pack, expectations are sky-high.

Thamma will open in theaters globally on October 21, coinciding with the Diwali festive weekend—a perfect release date for a mass entertainer. With the teaser creating such buzz and the horror-comedy genre being super popular in India, trade experts are looking for Thamma to have a great run at the box office.

As Maddock Films builds its horror-comedy franchise further, the announcement of Thamma and the positive response to the teaser further cement the brand image of providing such crowd-pleasers. With the added assurance of updates regarding Stree 3, fans have even more to get excited about in the days ahead.
