Aahana Kumra Opens Up On Getting Rape And Death Threats After Her Clash With Pawan Singh, Deets Inside

Actress Aahana Kumra, who was recently evicted from the reality show Rise and Fall, has been vocal about the disturbing aftermath of her exit. In an exclusive interview with one of the media houses, Aahana revealed that she has been receiving alarming rape and death threats, following a heated altercation with Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh on the show. The issue arose after Aahana made certain remarks during their on-screen confrontation, which were later distorted and widely circulated by some of Pawan Singh’s ardent fans.

According to Aahana, the threats began shortly after the incident, with many of Pawan Singh’s followers targeting her online. Despite the situation escalating, Aahana maintains that her words during the altercation were spoken in anger, driven by personal emotions and events that transpired on the show. “I didn’t regret what I said at the time because I felt it was justified. But some people misunderstood my words and even morphed videos were uploaded, which misrepresented what I actually said,” she clarified.

She also mentioned that the reality show’s producers had taken action to remove the altered footage from online platforms after she complained. In the interview, Aahana further expressed her shock at the kind of threats she had been receiving, stating, “Why am I getting such threats? I didn’t abuse anyone, nor did I say anything offensive. One contestant has a large fanbase, and now I am being threatened because of a misunderstanding.” She also questioned the state of the world, asking, “What kind of a century are we living in when I’m being targeted like this for merely speaking my mind?”

Aahana went on to emphasize that while she respects Pawan Singh, their relationship remains strained. She recalled a moment on the stage where she apologized to him after a brief reconciliation. “I said sorry, and the matter should end there. People need to move on from this too,” she concluded. As Aahana continues to navigate this storm, it remains to be seen how the controversy will unfold and whether the online attacks will subside.

Gloria Velez Says NFL Player Tried To Rape Her When She Was Fourteen

Gloria Velez alleges that 2 Live Crew member Uncle Luke once attempted to pay for her silence to protect an NFL player from a sexual assault allegation.

During a recent appearance on VladTV, the iconic video vixen opened up about her experience touring the country at 14 years old and how the period exposed her to predatory behavior from associates of 2 Live Crew and other celebrities.

“At that time, I almost got raped a few times,” Velez recalled.

“But the reason I didn’t tell a lot of people or tell anybody was because I didn’t want to hurt the people that tried to rape me and the ones that did rape me. I thought about their family, I didn’t want to ruin their career, even though they weren’t thinking about what they did to me and how they made me feel.”

Velez remembers that she was on tour with DJ Jealous Jay at the time and traveled to do a show in the Florida Keys where Luke and 2 Live Crew performing.

“Luke had an after party and we all went. There was a new athlete that just got a major deal, a football player and he kept flirting and they kept saying, ‘She’s 14, she’s 14,’ like, chill. They kept telling him that,” Velez said of her friends’ warnings to the unidentified player, who has since retired, according to Velez.

“He’s like, ‘Let’s talk upstairs.’ He was very persistent and I went, ignorantly, and we were upstairs and he tried to rape me. I told him, ‘No, I want to leave,’ and he threw money at me, ‘[saying] how much, how much,’ and kept throwing money.

“I said no, and we went back and forth and he just jumped on me and I just started screaming, even though there was so much noise, so much music. But thank God, my people heard me busted in and he acted like he didn’t care. Like he was above the law, that he was famous and rich.”

“They called me many of times when I got home like, ‘how much money do you need to be quiet?’ I said, but nothing happened.’ He goes, ‘Yeah, but something did happen, even though it didn’t go all the way.’ But I didn’t take any money, and I just said, ‘I’ll be silent, I won’t say anything.’”

When asked, Velez confirms that Luke was one of the ppl who called [to offer money]. “[They offered] a lot of money ’cause he just made a major deal,” Velez said of the unnamed player.

“Later on, I saw him a few times, I never said anything, he never said nothing. As I got older, in my late ’20s, he apologized. He tried to even flirt, I said, ‘That’s not gonna happen.’ I thought that was weird. But I forgave him. I told him I forgive him.”

In a previous interview, 2 Live Crew member Brother Marquise admitted that some men expressed the belief that they had a “pass” to rape women, a mind-state he said was uncommon in Miami at that time. “Some of that sh*t was going on,” Marquis, who passed away in 2024, said of the sexual violence against women.

“We got to Miami, it was sort of a lawless place where anything goes. Girls were there and there were guys that were really extra on some thug, some goon sh*t. In Miami, it was nothing, you’d hear guys [say] all the time, ‘I got a rape license.’ I used to see girls get abused and slapped for not participating.”

VIBE has reached out to Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell and his representatives for comment.

Paul Gallagher, Brother of Oasis’ Noel and Liam, Denies Rape Charge

Gallagher’s trial will not take place until September 2027

Paul Gallagher, the older brother of Oasis’ Liam and Noel Gallagher, pleaded not guilty to rape and other charges on Friday, Sept. 26.

Gallagher, 59, also pleaded not guilty to charges of coercive and controlling behavior, three counts of sexual assault, three counts of intentional strangulation, two counts of making a threat to kill, and one count of assault, according to the BBC. He was released on bail, and a start date for his trial was scheduled for Sept. 13, 2027.

Lawyers for Gallagher did not immediately return Rolling Stone’s request for comment. His attorneys at Carson Kaye previously issued the statement, “Mr. Gallagher has consistently engaged with the police throughout their investigation and always strongly denied the allegations made against him. He looks forward to clearing his name, but as there are now ongoing legal proceedings, our client is unable to comment further” (via Reuters).

Gallagher was charged by Scotland Yard in July following an investigation that started last year. “The offenses are reported to have taken place between 2022 [and] 2024,” a police spokesperson previously told Rolling Stone. “A woman is being supported by specially-trained officers.”

In 1997, Gallagher wrote a book called Brothers: From Childhood to Oasis — The Real Story, but he is not (and has never been) a member of his younger brothers’ band. The news of his arrest came just weeks after Oasis kicked off their long-awaited reunion tour, which is set to resume with additional shows in London this weekend. Further shows in Japan, Australia, and South America are scheduled through November.

Liam and Noel’s brother Paul Gallagher denies rape and sexual assault charges

by jummy84 September 27, 2025

Paul Gallagher, the older brother of Oasis’ Noel and Liam, has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of sexual assault.

Today (Friday September 26), the 59-year-old appeared at Harrow Crown Court, which was sitting at Southwark Crown Court, entering pleas of not guilty to all charges (via BBC).

The charges include one count of rape, three counts of sexual assault, three of intentional strangulation, two of making a threat to kill, as well as charges concerning coercive and controlling behaviour and assault conditioning actual bodily harm.

The Metropolitan Police have said the alleged offences took place “between 2022 and 2024”, and Gallagher has now been bailed to face trial on 13 September, 2027.

Gallagher was charged in July by Scotland Yard after an investigation opened against him last year. He went on to make an appearance in court last month, speaking during a five-minute hearing only to confirm his name, age and address.

Paul is one year older than Noel and seven years older than Liam, and has worked previously as a photographer and DJ.

The Telegraph reported in July that the North London flat that Paul Gallagher lives in now, situated in East Finchley, was bought for him by Noel in 2004. While he grew up with Liam and Noel in Burnage, Manchester, he has never been involved with the Britpop band. He was listed as ‘tour DJ’ in the official tour programme for the Oasis Live ‘25 reunion tour.

This weekend, Oasis are set to play their final two announced UK shows on the reunion tour, headlining Wembley Stadium on Saturday and Sunday (September 27 and 28). They recently wrapped the North American leg of the tour and they have further dates to come in South America, Australia, South Korea and Japan.

Metro Boomin Testifies, Gives His Side at Civil Rape Trial

Metro Boomin Testifies, Gives His Side at Civil Rape Trial

by jummy84 September 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Hip-hop producer Metro Boomin told jurors at his civil rape case on Wednesday that he had two consensual encounters with his accuser in 2016, always wore a condom, and couldn’t wait for his trial to start so he could testify and give his side.

“Were you wrongly accused?” his lawyer, Lawrence Hinkle, asked inside a federal courtroom in downtown Los Angeles.

“Absolutely. I’ve been thinking about this day for a year,” the producer, whose legal name is Leland T. Wayne, told the jury. The influential producer, songwriter, and DJ said he found it “preposterous” that plaintiff Vanessa LeMaistre had accused him of raping her in a hotel without a condom in 2016 after handing her a drink that allegedly caused her to “black out.”

“I really don’t know where to start. This is crazy. I can’t even believe I’m up here doing this right now,” he said. “For her to accuse me of something like this, it’s something I could never fathom. I can’t even say what I think should happen to people who rape people.” Wayne testified that he lost his mother to domestic abuse and believes sexual abusers “should be tortured and killed.”

Asked point-blank if he ever sexually assaulted LeMaistre, he said, “Absolutely not.” Asked again minutes later, he said, “No way in the world.”

Wayne, 32, took the witness stand as his friend and fellow Atlanta-based artist Young Thug watched in the courtroom gallery. “I’m just here to support him,” Young Thug told Rolling Stone as he walked into the courthouse during the lunch break. “He’s a longtime friend.”

Earlier on Wednesday, LeMaistre finished her own testimony in the case, telling jurors she was still reeling from the recent loss of her newborn son in 2016 when she visited Wayne at a Los Angeles recording studio after ingesting half of a Xanax. She said Wayne handed her a shot that she sipped shortly before she passed out. LeMaistre said she later found herself drifting in and out of consciousness in a hotel room with Wayne on top of her, penetrating her vaginally and then performing oral sex on her. When she finally woke up completely hours later, Wayne allegedly ushered her out of a side door and pointed her to a car that returned her to the studio to retrieve her car, she testified.

Editor’s picks

“I was confused,” she told jurors of her immediate reaction. She said she didn’t go to the police right away or confront Wayne because she was still processing what happened. “It was very foggy for me waking up the next day,” she explained.

LeMaistre, who was 30 when she first met a 22-year-old Wayne in Las Vegas earlier that year, testified that she spoke about the alleged assault with a mental health professional she was seeing at a treatment center called Prototypes in the fall of 2016. She later discussed it with professionals again when she called a pair of rape hotlines in 2024, she said.

“Having lost my son, and the defendant assaulting me, have been the two, by far, worst things I’ve ever experienced in my life. It has been excruciatingly painful,” LeMaistre said on the witness stand. “This stole the past nine years of my life. I haven’t been able to have any healthy relationships. I want to get married one day.”

During a fierce cross-examination by Wayne’s other lawyer, Justin H. Sanders, LeMaistre defended a series of handwritten notes she wrote that were turned over to the defense in discovery. In journal entries dated June 14, 2017, LeMaistre used two different pen colors as she authored what appeared to be a conversation with someone named “Chrisie.” “All of it was me just self-soothing,” she testified.

Related Content

“When should I hit back Metro?” she wrote in the journal. “Will I sleep with him again?” Then switching to Chrisie’s voice, she wrote, “Yes, and it will be beautiful, great, amazing.” Asked what she meant by “again,” LeMaistre said “technically” she already had slept with Wayne, but “the conditions were rape.”

Sanders then turned to notes LeMaistre wrote during a 2024 trip to Peru, where she engaged in an extended “Ayahuasca ceremony,” a spiritual ritual involving the ingestion of a psychoactive plant used by indigenous cultures in the Amazon. In the notes titled “Plan Ayahuasca Gave Me,” LeMaistre wrote that she intended to “blow the whistle on Metro Boomin.” She also wrote that she planned to contact the law firm that singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura used to sue music mogul Sean Combs, and further planned to publish her “date rape” allegations in a post on social media. “We’re asking for 3.4 million to 3.7 million,” she wrote in her sometimes admittedly illegible handwriting.

“That was the number given to me,” Le Maistre testified about the amounts. Asked if she meant that the numbers were “given” to her during the Ayahuasca ceremony, she said, “Correct.”

With eight jurors listening intently, LeMaistre said that when she first heard the Wayne-produced song “Rap Saved Me” in 2017, she believed the lyrics were about her. In the chorus, artists 21 Savage and Offset rap, “She took a Xanny, then she fainted. I’m from the gutter, ain’t no changing. From the gutter, rap saved me. She drive me crazy, have my baby.”

LeMaistre also testified that she found out she was pregnant after visiting a Planned Parenthood in late 2016. As Sanders walked her through her medical records from Planned Parenthood, he showed jurors forms listed her last menstrual cycle had been on Oct. 1, 2016, and her “most recent unprotected sexual intercourse” as having been on Oct. 13, 2016. She denied experiencing any instances of “coercion” or intimate partner violence, the medical records said. Another record dated Nov. 7, 2016, said the gestational age of the fetus was five weeks and two days. LeMaistre, who had a non-surgical abortion to end the pregnancy, later contacted Planned Parenthood on Feb. 10, 2025, asking to amend the reported dates in her records and remove her “denial of coercion.”

“You knew when you tried to change those records that it was the only way you could make your story stick,” Sanders challenged LeMaistre. “You had to change the dates of the last unprotected sex, correct?” Sanders asked. LeMaistre denied the allegation. Sanders appeared to be suggesting that LeMaistre wanted to link her pregnancy to Wayne because it would support her claims that Wayne had unprotected sex with her and a reason to allegedly pen the lyrics “have my baby.”

In his own testimony, Wayne said he “never” has sex without a condom because he’s not ready to be a father. “Even at that time, my high school sweetheart and I were still using condoms. There was no way this girl I just met in Las Vegas, that I had unprotected sex with her,” he testified.

Asked if there was any truth to the allegation he personally authored or even “suggested” the cited lyrics in “Rap Saved Me,” Wayne replied, “None whatsoever. I just made the beat.”

Trending Stories

While LeMaistre was the sole witness for her entire case, Wayne called a clinical psychologist to the stand to testify about her assessment of the plaintiff. Dr. April Thames, chief psychologist at UCLA’s Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences, told jurors that she reviewed LeMaistre’s medical records and conducted her own 90-minute to two-hour exam with the plaintiff. She said she personally diagnosed LeMaistre with “borderline personality disorder with psychotic features.” Under cross-examination, she admitted that LeMaistre had not formally received that diagnosis before, though she previously had been diagnosed with major depressive disorder.

Both sides rested their cases on Wednesday afternoon. Closing arguments are set for Thursday.

Sophie Turner defends controversial rape scene in Game of Thrones: ‘We were actually doing a lot of justice to women’

Game of Thrones fans still remember the controversial assault scene between Sansa Stark and Ramsay Bolton, which sparked intense controversy. Years after the show’s finale, actor Sophie Turner, who portrayed role of Sansa Stark, has opened about her thoughts on the backlash that followed, particularly regarding the depiction of sexual abuse.

Sophie Turner portrayed Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, and was 15, when the show first premiered on HBO.

Sophie defends the controversial scene

Turner reflected back on working on popular show Game of Thrones during an interview with Flaunt where she also spoke about the scene in which her character (Sansa Stark) was sexually assaulted by her husband. She said she still believes the show was “actually doing a lot of justice to women.”

Turner said, “I did feel – and still do – that Game of Thrones shone a light on things that many people were like, ‘Oh god, you can’t show that kind of thing’ – and I understand it can be triggering – I totally understand that point of view. But I did feel we were actually doing a lot of justice to women and the fight women have had to fight for hundreds of thousands of years – the patriarchy, being treated as objects, and being constantly sexually assaulted – I don’t think there’s one woman I know who hasn’t had a form of that.”

She added, “I think if Game of Thrones came out today, we’d definitely put some trigger warnings on there. But I’m really proud to have been a part of Game of Thrones where they didn’t shy away from showing atrocities that happened to women back then. I feel proud to have been part of the conversation.”

More about the controversial scene

Sophie Turner starred on all eight seasons of the HBO series as Sansa Stark. She was at the center of one of the show’s biggest controversies when Sansa was raped on her wedding night in Season 5.

In the controversial Season 5 episode which was titled “Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken”, Sansa Stark endured a lot of physical and emotional violence at the hands of her husband, Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon). The episode featured Ramsay sexually assaulting Sansa after their wedding as Sansa’s former childhood friend, Theon, was forced to watch.

The scene prompted outrage on social media as it was not a storyline Sansa had in the Game of Thrones books. The viewers accused the show of going overboard when it came to depicting violence against women.

What’s next for Sophie Turner

Sophie Turner was most recently seen in mystery thriller, Trust, which premiered on August 22. The film follows Lauren Lane, a rising Hollywood actor who escapes to a remote cabin after she’s embroiled in a controversy. Her quest for peace changes for the worse when she discovers she is not alone and is trapped in a sinister survival game. Carlson Young has directed the film, which also stars Rhys Coiro, Billy Campbell, Peter Mensah, Forrest Goodluck, Gianni Paolo, Renata Vaca, and Katey Sagal. After Trust, Turner is expected to be in two more titles, Steal and The Dreadful.

Sophie Turner Defends Game of Thrones’ Sansa Rape

by jummy84 August 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Sophie Turner recently told Flaunt magazine as part of a cover story that “Game of Thrones” was “actually doing a lot of justice to women” despite generating constant backlash during its run for putting its female characters through violent and/or sexually gratuitous scenes. Turner starred on all eight seasons of the HBO series as Sansa Stark. She was at the center of one of the show’s biggest controversies when Sansa was brutally raped on her wedding night in Season 5. Turner stands by the horrific moment.

“I did feel — and still do — that ‘Game of Thrones’ shone a light on things that many people were like ‘Oh god, you can’t show that kind of thing’ — and I understand it can be triggering — I totally understand that point of view,” Turner told the publication. “But I did feel we were actually doing a lot of justice to women and the fight women have had to fight for hundreds of thousands of years — the patriarchy, being treated as objects and being constantly sexually assaulted — I don’t think there’s one woman I know who hasn’t had a form of that.”

Turner said that men still don’t believe her when she says that nearly every women she’s met has experienced some form of harassment, “and that’s because we don’t [talk about] it enough — we shy away from it.”

“I think if ‘Game of Thrones’ came out today, we’d definitely put some trigger warnings on there,” Turner added. “But I’m really proud to have been a part of ‘Game of Thrones’ where they didn’t shy away from showing atrocities that happened to women back then. I feel proud to have been part of the conversation.”

Sansa Stark endured a lot of physical and emotional violence at the hands of her sadistic husband, Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon). The controversial Season 5 episode “Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken” featured Ramsay sexually assaulting Sansa after their wedding as Sansa’s former childhood friend, Theon, was forced to watch. The scene prompted outrage as it was not a storyline Sansa had in the “Game of Thrones” books. Outraged viewers accused the show of going overboard when it came to depicting violence against women.

Tuner addressed the show’s female violence while at Comic-Con in 2015, saying: “The one thing that Sansa still is, despite what happened to her, is strong. She’s not to blame for that… Sansa, yes, has gone through a lot, but she’s developed some skills from Cersei and Margaery and others, and she’s still just as strong… she could have fought back [in the wedding night scene]. But she didn’t. She does her scheming in her mind rather than outwardly.”

“Thrones” producer Bryan Cogman told EW at the time that he stood by the wedding night assault scene, explaining: “This is ‘Game of Thrones.’ This isn’t a timid little girl walking into a wedding night with Joffrey. This is a hardened woman making a choice and she sees this as the way to get back her homeland.”

“We made the decision to not shy away from what would realistically would happen on that wedding night with these two characters, and the reality of the situation, and the reality of this particular world,” he later added.
