Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat Review: A Story Of Passionate Love | Glamsham.com

Details
Written and directed by Milap Zaveri, “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat” is a love story that, true to its title, is based on one-sided, passionate love. The film gives its audience the feel of 90s films, filled with the colors of love, affection, and passion. Harshvardhan Rane plays a politician, while Sonam Bajwa plays a successful actress.

Story

The film revolves around Vikramaditya Bhosale (Harshvardhan Rane), the son of a powerful and influential politician, who is also a politician. His influence in the city is so strong that even the Chief Minister offers him his seat. Vikram sets his sights on Bollywood star Ada Randhawa (Sonam Bajwa) and falls in love with her. Aditya is determined to win her. But for Ada, Vikram is just another arrogant man, and she doesn’t love him.

When Vikram gives Ada an ultimatum to marry him within a month, and begins using all means necessary to force her to marry him, Ada is shaken to her core. She stands up to Vikram and retaliates with a vengeance. To find out Ada’s response, watch the film, as this is the turning point in the film, when a heroine stands up to a powerful politician and confronts him face to face.

Acting

The pairing of Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa has been completely successful in portraying the intensity of love and hate. Harshvardhan Rane has won the hearts of the audience with his performance as Vikramaditya, while Sonam Bajwa has impressed the audience with her performance as Ada. Both of their strong performances are a strong point of the film. Some of the other supporting roles are also good, but none have much to do except for a few isolated scenes.

Music

The film’s music is one of its biggest highlights. Songs like “Tere Dil Par Haq Mera Hai,” “Bol Kafaara Kya Hoga,” “Dil Dil Dil Dil,” and “Mera Hua” suit the film and its story. The songs have already been a success. The background music also suits the story and the scenes.

Writing and Direction

The film is directed by Milap Zaveri, while the story has been co-written by Milap Zaveri and Mushtaq Sheikh. The film’s story has many twists and turns, surprising at times. The first half of the film is good, with good dialogues that will make even frontbenchers clap. However, the story loses its grip after the interval. Many scenes after the interval seem unnecessary, while some seem over-the-top or illogical. However, the film’s direction is good. Directed by Milap Zaveri, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat seems successful in providing the audience with a romantic thriller experience.

Overall

“Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat” is a film that showcases the colors of love, affection, and passion. The pairing of Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa is excellent. The film’s music and direction also work in its favor. If you’re looking for a romantic thriller, “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat” is a good one.

Sabrina Carpenter likes ‘super passionate’ people

Sabrina Carpenter is drawn towards “super passionate” people.

Sabrina Carpenter has revealed her romantic type

The 26-year-old pop star – who has previously dated the likes of Barry Keoghan and Shawn Mendes – has opened up about her “type”, revealing that she’s attracted to passionate people who are also good conversationalists.

The blonde beauty told Interview magazine: “I’m always really drawn to people that are super passionate.

“Obviously, conversation’s a huge thing for me because I don’t really shut up. But also someone who’s empathetic and good at reading a room and somewhat emotionally mature. I can’t say I’ve always nailed it, but that would be my type.”

Sabrina describes herself as “a short girl”, meaning she doesn’t worry about the height of potential partners.

The singer – who has also enjoyed success as an actress – quipped: “Short men are tall men to me, and tall men are just tall, tall men to me. It doesn’t really matter, as long as they ignite some sort of fire.”

Sabrina recently admitted that she’s “pretty transparent” in her approach to relationships.

The chart-topping singer thinks her former romantic partners actually feel “pretty flattered” whenever she writes and releases a song about them.

Sabrina – whose new album is called Man’s Best Friend – told CBS Mornings: “I feel pretty transparent going into any of my relationships, that I write songs and I think they’re just as down for it. I think it’s also, most of the time, they’ve been pretty flattered when I … when they get a song written about them, good or bad.”

Despite this, Sabrina refuses to confirm who inspired certain songs on her new album.

The pop star said: “It’s more fun for people to picture in their head than the person I picture in my head, I think.”

Sabrina also admits that her music isn’t for everyone.

The singer has come under fire for some of her X-rated lyrics in recent times, but Sabrina isn’t bothered about her critics.

The Manchild hitmaker reflected: “You don’t have to like what I do. I think there’s this weird misconception that every artist has to check every box for everyone to like everything about them.”

Nourished by Time: The Passionate Ones Album Review

by jummy84 August 27, 2025

Midway through “BABY BABY,” a highlight of the excellent new Nourished by Time record, there is a sudden, descending synth swell, coupled with a delirious groan: Baby, baby, baby, baby, baby, baby! This refrain, “baby, baby,” is the centerpiece of the song, and up to now, it has been mellow: a muttered coo, spoken like a groggy lover. As a vocalist, Marcus Brown is dynamic and world-weary, his elastic range spanning the hope and heartbreak of life in a withering empire. Weightless as his music may sound, it is burdened by capitalist rot, which is what makes it wrenching—pinpointing the precise moment you realize, like many Americans, that you are fucked. This despair floods “BABY BABY,” and at this specific juncture, when he trades his mutter for a moan, it curdles into something agonizing. No longer tender, “baby, baby” becomes a cry for mercy: the tipping point between having everything and having it taken from you.

Brown, an outspoken 31 year old from Baltimore, makes music for the things our dystopia steals from us. The moniker “Nourished by Time,” which borrows from “Guided by Voices,” is a statement of process: a “reminder,” Brown explained last year, “that if you put your energy and put your love and heart into something, it has no choice but to bloom.” As in his music, there is a bleak subtext to this beautiful sentiment. Energy, love, and heart—human things—are incompatible with late-stage capitalism, a system where time is not nurtured, but ground, along with people, into profit. His debut, 2023’s Erotic Probiotic 2, had a mournful varnish, a memorial service for hopes crushed and dragged away on conveyor belts. On “Workers Interlude,” when he pleaded “Don’t make me wait so long,” it felt like a meta-commentary: For Black, working-class Americans, time may never arrive to nourish you at all.

The history of revolution, in America, is peppered with cries of Wait! Be patient with the system. Brown’s music is inextricable from this history, which almost makes “Nourished by Time” feel winking, sarcastic. The feeling is more biting than ever on The Passionate Ones, whose titular characters, weary of waiting, wrestle for their humanity in a dehumanizing era. Unlike Brown’s prior releases, The Passionate Ones renders oppression as materially grimy, earthbound, suffocating. Where Erotic Probiotic 2 was hypnagogic in spirit—drawing from ’80s pastiche, sports-television samples, echo-heavy harmonies—this LP foregrounds rawer, more physical elements, without sacrificing Brown’s booming, atmospheric textures. For a musician so adept at concocting dreamscapes, this renewed iteration of post-R&B, punk-tinged and apoplectic, feels bluntly anti-escapist, as if to say: No, this is not music to dissociate to. These times call for urgency.
