written by jummy84

Event Tech Live (ETL) is thrilled to announce the continuation of its successful partnership with FFAIR, who will once again power the Exhibitor Manual and Shop for the show. In exciting news, the two organisations have also signed a new three-year deal, ensuring that exhibitors benefit from FFAIR’s award-winning platform for years to come.

The ETL Exhibitor Manual, powered by FFAIR, is the go-to hub for all exhibitor essentials. From submitting stand details, vital documents and artwork via Tasks to accessing personalised show information and guidelines, the exhibitor manual keeps everything organised and easily accessible. With its streamlined portal, exhibitors can track what needs to be done, stay up to date, and quickly access resources – creating a seamless exhibiting experience.

FFAIR is a next generation exhibitor and sponsorship management platform designed to simplify event operations for event organisers and exhibitors alike. Exhibitors love its intuitive interface and how it has everything they need to prepare for their event in one place, removing friction from the pre-event exhibiting process, reducing stress for exhibitors and allowing them to focus on maximising their return on their exhibiting investment.

In turn, event organisers see higher exhibitor engagement, with an average 97% task completion rate, fewer exhibitor queries, and more time to focus on creating exceptional experiences. Learn more at www.ffair.io.

Adam Jones, Founder of FFAIR, commented:

“Event Tech Live is a special event for the FFAIR team. We’re proud to support the event tech sector and play our part in this essential event. This three-year agreement highlights the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to shaping the future of the events industry.”

“FFAIR has transformed how our exhibitors manage their show journey. The platform’s clarity and user-friendliness means exhibitors can focus less on admin and more on showcasing their products and services. We’re excited to continue this partnership and can’t wait to welcome the FFAIR team back onsite in November.”

Since the partnership began in 2022, Global Payments’ cutting-edge systems have transformed the way fans pay for tickets, food, drinks, and retail items at Northern Ireland’s largest indoor entertainment venue. Whether it’s a sold-out concert or a high-energy sporting event, eventgoers have benefited from fast, frictionless transactions, allowing them to spend less time in queues and more time enjoying the live experience.

The collaboration has integrated Global Payments’ technology throughout the arena, spanning 15 concession units, the ground-floor bar OFF ICE, and a variety of self-serve kiosks, including the Loaded Fries and Pizzarena stations. With the introduction of Global Payments’ Pay by Link, hospitality customers can now take advantage of secure and efficient prepayment facilities, eliminating the need for in-person transactions or storing card details by the merchant. Most recently, Global Payments has enabled transactions at the innovative PAY & AWAY store — a frictionless, grab-and-go outlet powered by Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology and the first of its kind in a European indoor arena.

Dermot McGinn, Group Head of Food and Beverage at The Odyssey Trust, said: “Global Payments has been a game-changer for our venue operations. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and secure payment experiences that enhance the customer journey from the moment they arrive until the final encore. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation and to setting new standards for the entertainment sector.”

The SSE Arena welcomes over 700,000 customers each year for more than 250 live events, from global music acts and major comedy shows to elite sporting fixtures. From Launchpad Winner to Industry Standard: Erleah Named Official AI Partner for Event Tech Live in Landmark Four-Year Partnership (2025-2028)

by jummy84 September 19, 2025
written by jummy84

Visual Hive, the London-based event intelligence company, today announces a landmark multi-year partnership that establishes its solution, Erleah, as the Official AI Event Assistant and Intelligence Partner for Event Tech Live (ETL) London for 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.

The agreement, which kicks off with Erleah powering the upcoming 2025 event, represents one of the most significant strategic commitments in the event technology space. It solidifies Erleah’s evolution from winning the Gold Prize at the 2024 ETL Launchpad competition to becoming the foundational intelligence engine for the industry’s most important technology showcase.

“A one-year partnership proves a concept. A four-year commitment defines the future standard,” said Bogdan Maran, Founder of Visual Hive. “This isn’t just a homecoming; it’s a declaration that the future of events is built on strategic intelligence. Over the next four years with ETL, we will demonstrate the power of a compounding data asset, how an event can grow smarter, more personalized, and more profitable with every single interaction, year after year.”

As the official partner, Erleah will unify the ETL experience across five key touchpoints: Web, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and the official Event App.

This multi-channel intelligence will deliver:

  • Truly Personalised Journeys: Providing dynamic, real-time recommendations for sessions, content, and connections.
  • Qualified Exhibitor Connections: An intelligent matchmaking engine designed to create a pipeline of high-intent conversations and provable ROI.
  • A Compounding Intelligence Asset: Giving the ETL team a year-over-year strategic overview of audience trends, content performance, and emerging opportunities.

Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, commented on the long-term partnership: “

“The entire purpose of our Launchpad competition is to identify and champion the single most promising innovator who will define the future of event tech. Erleah’s journey, from winning the Gold Prize in 2024 with a visionary concept to becoming our foundational partner today, is the ultimate proof of that mission in action.

Showcasing innovation for one year is easy. But betting on the future of our event for four years requires absolute confidence. We chose Erleah because they are not just an assistant; they are a strategic intelligence engine. Their vision for building a compounding data asset is exactly where the industry is heading, and we are proud to have them as the solution that will help us deliver a smarter, more valuable experience for years to come.”

This partnership signals a definitive shift in the industry, proving that the future of events isn’t just about managing logistics, but about owning and growing your event’s intelligence.

Attendees are invited to experience the future of events with Erleah live at Event Tech Live London 2025. To learn how Erleah can become your long-term growth partner, book a demo at erleah.com.

Wise Productions and Yes Events announce strategic partnership to deliver enhanced event production excellence

by jummy84 August 22, 2025
written by jummy84

Wise Productions, a leading independent and employee-owned technical production company, and Yes Events, a respected name in technical event solutions, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership aimed at significantly enhancing event production capabilities and client service. This partnership underscores both companies’ commitment to innovation, growth, and delivering unparalleled event experiences.

Wise Productions has made a strategic investment in Yes Events, acquiring a significant minority shareholding in the business. A pivotal component of this partnership includes the consolidation of Wise Productions’ technical warehouse operations into Yes Events’ impressive 20,000-square-foot facility in Wokingham. This move will optimise logistics, expand equipment access, and align with sustainability goals through a reduced carbon footprint.

“For 35 years, partnerships have been a cornerstone of Wise Productions,” said George Foden, Managing Director of Wise Productions. “Our journey has been built on deep, collaborative relationships, and this strategic partnership with Yes Events is a natural evolution of that legacy. Our investment in Yes is an investment in our commitment to delivering unparalleled service and cutting-edge solutions, but with even greater capacity and innovation. We are excited about what this collaboration means for our clients, partners, and most importantly, our employee Co-Owners.”

This is a strategic partnership, not a merger. Both Wise Productions and Yes Events will maintain their distinct, independent identities.

Tom Chennells, Managing Director of Yes Events, added, “This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for Yes Events. By aligning with Wise Productions, we’re not only expanding our technical capacity and resources, but also combining our shared passion for innovation, quality, and client service. Consolidating our equipment will allow us to work even more efficiently, sustainably, and creatively; ultimately delivering even greater experiences for the clients of both companies. We’re excited about the opportunities this collaboration will create for our teams and clients.”

Partners of both companies can expect to experience the direct benefits of this expanded capacity from September 2025.

The partnership is a testament to both companies’ dedication to continuous improvement and delivering the highest calibre of service in the events industry.
