Guns N’ Roses Address Axl Rose’s Onstage Outburst in Buenos Aires

Guns N’ Roses have issued a statement addressing frontman Axl Rose’s apparent outburst during the band’s Oct. 18 concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

During the opening number “Welcome to the Jungle” at Estadio Huracán, Rose was seen kicking the bass drum, throwing his microphone toward the drum kit, and walking offstage after removing his leather jacket. The vocalist later returned to the stage and told the crowd, “So, I’ll just try and wing this.”

On Tuesday (Oct. 22), the band released a statement via social media explaining the cause of the disruption. According to the post, the issue stemmed from an in-ear monitor malfunction.

“During the opening song at our recent Buenos Aires concert, Axl’s in-ear monitor pack had only the percussion in his ears versus his entire mix,” the statement read. “The issue was fixed by our tech team by the third song, and we had a great night. The situation had nothing to do with Isaac Carpenter’s playing, who is top-notch and a great drummer.”

Following the incident, online speculation had suggested Rose’s reaction may have been directed at Carpenter, who joined Guns N’ Roses earlier this year after longtime drummer Frank Ferrer exited the lineup. The band’s statement clarified that the drummer was not at fault.

The moment marked a rare public outburst for Rose in recent years. Although the singer was known for unpredictable stage behavior during the band’s early days, Guns N’ Roses’ reunion era has largely avoided such incidents. Since reuniting in 2016, the group has consistently delivered full-scale shows as part of one of rock’s most successful reunion runs.

Joe Jonas Denies Using Cocaine Onstage

Joe Jonas Denies Using Cocaine Onstage

by jummy84 October 21, 2025
written by jummy84

Joe Jonas is sticking with cake by the ocean.

After a TikTok video featuring the “Work It Out” singer appearing to fidget with his nose during a recent Jonas Brothers concert went viral, fans began to speculate that he may have been using cocaine on the side of the stage.

However, Joe, 36, firmly put a stop to the rumors with an unflinching declaration about his drug use—or lack thereof—telling Esquire in an interview published Oct. 21, “I’ve never touched cocaine in my life.”

In addition to the firm denial, Joe noted that taking the stimulant in front of thousands of fans during the Greetings From Your Hometown Tour wouldn’t exactly be subtle.

“If I did,” he continued, “I think I’d be a little slicker about it than doing it onstage.”

Shortly after the video in question began circulating online in September, Joe—who shares kids Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2, with ex-wife Sophie Turner—offered a more playful take on the situation, commenting on the post, “lol you never had a booger?”

Lola Young Collapses Onstage During All Things Go Fest Performance

Lola Young Collapses Onstage During All Things Go Fest Performance

by jummy84 September 28, 2025

Lola Young collapsed onstage while performing at All Things Go in New York City on Saturday. The singer suffered a medical emergency while singing “Conceited” and was carried offstage by a medical team.

Remi Wolf later appeared onstage, where she addressed the crowd, stating, “That was really f—— scary.” She added, “My friend Lola is backstage, and she is okay.” The crowd cheered in support.

A few hours later, Young uploaded an Instagram story where she wrote, “For anyone who saw my set at all things go today, i am doing okay now. Thank you for all of your support Lola xxx.”

Earlier in the set, Young spoke about how she “had a tricky couple of days,” adding: “Sometimes life can really make you feel like you can’t continue, but you know what, today I woke up and I made the decision to come here, and I wanted to be cool … and sometimes life can throw you lemons, and you just gotta make lemonade.”

A rep for Young did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment.

The incident came one day after Young pulled out of Audacy’s We Can Survive concert in Newark, New Jersey, on Friday night. Hours before the start of the charity show, Young’s manager Nick Shymansky revealed on Young’s Instagram story that he advised her not to perform as a “protective measure to keep her safe.”

“Unfortunately due to a sensitive matter I have advised Lola Young to pull out of performing at Audacy – We Can Survive @ Prudential [Center] this evening,” Shymansky wrote. “Lola is very open about her mental health and there are very occasionally days when myself and my team have to take protective measures to keep her safe.”

Shymansky ended the statement by adding, “She is an incredible person and always takes her fans, career and performances seriously. I can only send huge apologies for the inconvenience caused.”

A spokesperson for Audacy shared their support for the singer in a statement to Rolling Stone: “We support Lola and her mental health and wish her the very best. We thank fans for their understanding.”

Young has described her battles with mental health in the past. “It’s very important that I’ve been open about it because it’s given the leeway for other people to be open about it and the drive for other people to reach out and say how much it has helped them,” she told Rolling Stone, citing occasional episodes that have taken place in front of collaborators, and how writing through them has resulted in some of her most raw work to date.

Friday’s canceled show comes just a week after the singer released her new LP,  I’m Only F**king Myself. Young had a breakout hit with the 2024 track “Messy,” and previously released the 2023 album My Mind Wanders and Sometimes Leaves Completely and the 2024 album This Wasn’t Meant for You Anyway.

Lola Young Collapses Onstage at All Things Go Festival in New York

Lola Young collapsed mid-song and was carried offstage Saturday evening (Sept. 27) at New York City music festival All Things Go. The incident happened a day after the 24-year-old south London singer’s Friday night performance was canceled by her team “due to a sensitive matter.”

Young gave a strong vocal performance but appeared flushed and emotional during her set Saturday at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, powering through four songs — “Spiders,” “F— Everyone,” “Dealer” and “Walk All Over You,” all from her new album I’m Only F—ing Myself — before falling backwards during the next.

Midway through 2023 single “Conceited,” Young paused to communicate with her keyboardist. The message did not appear to get across before she collapsed.

Young’s band, team and security rushed to surround the singer, who was down for about 30-45 seconds, and carry her offstage. Billboard reached out to Young’s representatives for an update on her condition.

The moment left the audience in shock and quiet. The crowd clapped as Young was helped offstage, and a hyperpop song played in the stadium after her exit.

On Friday, manager Nick Shymansky shared an Instagram Story to announce that Young was pulled last minute from that night’s scheduled set at Audacy’s We Can Survive concert at the Prudential Center, citing a “sensitive matter.” “Lola is very open about her mental health and there are very occasionally days where myself and my team have to take protective measures to keep her safe,” Shymansky wrote. “She is an incredible person and always takes her fans, career and performances seriously. I can only send huge apologies for the inconvenience caused.”

Before collapsing on Saturday, Young addressed her return to the stage early in her set at All Things Go.

“Today I woke up and I made the decision to come here,” Young said to Saturday night’s crowd. “I wanted to be, I wanted to perform, and I didn’t want to wallow in my sadness. Sometimes life can throw you lemons and you just gotta motherf—ing make lemonade … I really appreciate everyone who’s here tonight.”

Kayla Nicole Revels In Frisky Onstage Moment With Chris Brown

Kayla Nicole Revels In Frisky Onstage Moment With Chris Brown

by jummy84 September 16, 2025
written by jummy84

Kayla Nicole got her entire life this week as a guest on the Breezy Bowl stage, becoming Chris Brown‘s chosen paramour during his performance of crowd-favorite slow jam, “Take You Down.”

While Brown, 36, has invited plenty of women on-stage for the performance throughout the tour, Nicole’s appearance at his Los Angeles stop has become a hot topic, thanks in part to her past relationship with football star Travis Kelce, who is currently engaged to pop superstar Taylor Swift. Nicole was involved with Kelce from 2017 to 2022.

It also caught fans’ attention due to Nicole’s uninhibited stage presence, as she matched Brown’s sensual energy with her own.

Nicole, 33, has since taken to Instagram to share her experience with followers, posting a clip of her night out at Breezy Bowl alongside a lengthy caption.

“Well, that was fun,” she began, adding a coy emoji. “Had to really do it for the teenage me blasting CB in her bedroom. For the mini me who saw him at one of her first concerts. For the woman who sometimes feels like she has to be a monolith instead of multi-layered. I did it for the smart girls, the cool girls, the sexy girls, the fun girls— for all of us who are all of those things at once.

“And I OVERLY did it for my brown girls, tthhhhaankya,” she concluded the note, adding a brown heart emoji. See the post below.

Brown’s Breezy Bowl is still scheduled to hit San Diego before venturing out to Las Vegas, Denver, Orlando, Atlanta, New Orleans, and his final tour stop in Memphis.

Daron Malakian Jumps Onstage with System of a Down Tribute Band

by jummy84 September 2, 2025
written by jummy84

System of a Down’s Daron Malakian was in Chicago for the band’s two-night stand at Soldier Field, and happened to hear a SOAD tribute act performing as he was walking around the Windy City on an off day. The guitarist-singer promptly surprised the cover band by walking into the venue and jumping onstage to perform “Cigaro” with them.

The night before System played their first of two shows in the city, Malakian, a big baseball fan, decided to visit Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, to take some photos outside of the stadium. At first, his cousin, whom he was walking with, thought it might be a karaoke night, but when Malakian decided to peek in, he found out it was a System of a Down tribute band called Peephole.

He walked right up to the front of the stage, much to the shock and delight of the cover band, and then ended up joining them onstage for a performance of “Cigaro.” Malakian documented the whole thing in an Instagram video, and wrote about the experience, which left him just as thrilled as the members of Peephole and the lucky people in the audience:

“Let me start by saying None of this was planned. We had a day off before our show in Chicago and I went out to dinner and after I decided to go take some pictures around town with @gregwatermann. We didn’t plan on going to Wrigley Field, but we ended up there. While we were taking photos in front of the stadium I heard the intro to ‘Needles’ from a bar across the street. My cousin who was with me said that he thought it was karaoke. I decided to walk across the street and go into the bar and found that it was a @systemofadown cover band called @peepholesoad. I walked right to the front of the stage and surprised the band and the audience. This was all so spontaneous. The look on everyone’s faces was priceless. To be honest, I was just as surprised as anyone else was that this was happening. I joined the band and sang ‘Cigaro,’ shook their hands, took some pictures with the fans in the audience, and walked out of the place. I can only imagine what a shock it was for everyone there after I left. It all happened so fast. The odds of this happening were so slim. Probably had a better chance of getting struck by lightning. So many stars had to align for me to end up at the right place and right time. One of the coolest moments I’ve ever had!!! I’ll always remember this night, and I’m sure everyone that was there will never forget it either!!!!!!”
