The Shocking Truth: Lee Jung Jae’s Name Used In Online Scam! | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 October 23, 2025
written by jummy84

Squid Game star Lee Jung Jae has achieved global stardom in recent years, but with fame comes a darker side — impersonation scams. A recent report from South Korean news outlet JTBC revealed a disturbing case where a woman in her 50s was swindled out of 500 million KRW (approximately $350,000 USD) by someone pretending to be the renowned actor.

According to the report, the victim, referred to as Ms. A, was contacted through social media by an individual claiming to be Lee Jung Jae. Posing as a friendly communication attempt with fans, the scammer used fake images, including AI-generated photos supposedly from the filming of Squid Game Season 3 and doctored pictures taken at airports. A counterfeit ID card was also shown to make the deception more convincing.

Ms. A believed she had struck up a real relationship with the star and was flattered by the impersonator’s affectionate language, referring to her as “honey” and “darling.” The scam escalated when the fraudster requested 6 million KRW as a fee to arrange a private meeting with the actor. Over the next six months, Ms. A was manipulated into transferring around 500 million KRW in total.

This case is part of a troubling trend in the K-pop and K-drama industry, where fans are frequently targeted by scammers pretending to be celebrities. Entertainment agencies have strongly condemned such fraudulent activities and are pursuing legal action against the perpetrators. However, Lee Jung Jae’s team has not yet commented on this particular incident.

On the professional front, Lee Jung Jae is set to appear in Nice to Not Meet You opposite The Glory star Lim Ji Yeon. He also recently made his Hollywood debut in The Acolyte and was seen at an event in Saudi Arabia alongside Mr. Beast and Shah Rukh Khan.

Tally Wyte Is Redefining What It Means to Be Funny, Fearless, and Online

Tally Wyte Is Redefining What It Means to Be Funny, Fearless, and Online

by jummy84 October 21, 2025
written by jummy84

In the chaotic scroll of the internet, where trends fade as fast as they go viral, one creator has managed to stand out not by being louder, but by being real. Tally Wyte is the rare kind of digital voice who turns awkward online encounters into raw, hilarious moments that say something about who we are and how we connect in the digital age.

Known for her fearless humor and unfiltered storytelling, Tally Wyte has built a following that spans YouTube, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). Her short-form videos, often featuring spontaneous conversations on apps like OmeTV and Monkey App, combine comedy, honesty, and a touch of chaos in a way that feels refreshingly human. It’s part improv, part social experiment, and entirely her.

From Random Chats to Viral Art

Tally’s rise began in the most unexpected of places: the messy, unpredictable world of random video chat platforms. Her YouTube videos capture the raw energy of the internet, from cringe-worthy moments to surprisingly deep exchanges.

Her breakout piece, The Secrets of Omegle, blended satire and sincerity in a way few creators have managed. It was funny, yes, but it also held up a mirror to internet culture itself. “People come online searching for attention, validation, or just a connection,” Tally once said in an interview. “I just happen to show what that really looks like unfiltered.”

That authenticity has become her signature. She’s not just performing; she’s revealing the awkward pauses, the laughter, the vulnerability that sits underneath all the memes and filters.

A Voice of Visibility

But beyond the laughs and viral clips, there’s something deeper that makes Tally Wyte stand out. As a transgender woman, she brings visibility to communities often misrepresented or ignored in mainstream entertainment. Instead of framing her identity as a headline, she lets it flow naturally through her work: funny, flawed, and fiercely confident.

Her journey hasn’t been easy. The internet can be both empowering and cruel, and Tally has faced her share of online hate. Yet rather than retreating, she’s turned those experiences into fuel. “If I stopped creating every time someone said something hateful, I wouldn’t be here,” she shared on a podcast appearance for Obscure Image. “Comedy saved me, it made me feel seen.”

For her followers, that message resonates. Tally’s content doesn’t just entertain; it empowers. It reminds viewers that humor can coexist with pain, that self-expression can be survival, and that being yourself online is still a radical act.

The Creator and the Conversation

Over the years, Tally has evolved from simply uploading funny videos to becoming a thoughtful commentator on life in the digital age. Her podcast interviews give fans a glimpse behind the humor: the creative process, the moments of burnout, the balance between being online and being human.

Her openness about working everyday jobs while chasing her creative dreams makes her relatable. Before becoming a full-time content creator, Tally worked in retail and food service, all while posting videos late into the night. That grind has shaped her perspective on fame and success. “People think being a creator is glamorous,” she laughs. “But most of it is just persistence, caffeine, and Wi-Fi.”

That persistence paid off. Since launching her YouTube channel back in 2012, Tally has racked up millions of views and built a loyal, ever-growing community. Her audience spans continents, from fans who discovered her through short TikTok-style clips to long-time subscribers who’ve followed her evolution for over a decade.

The Power of Being Unapologetically Funny

What makes Tally Wyte different from so many other creators is her ability to mix humor with humanity. Her comedy doesn’t punch down it punches through. Whether she’s teasing a stranger on Monkey App or narrating a story from her day, she finds ways to make the internet feel less like a battlefield and more like a shared joke we’re all in on.

Her humor is sharp but never mean; bold but never performative. It’s the kind of comedy that reminds you laughter and empathy aren’t opposites they’re allies.

What’s Next for Tally Wyte

After taking time to reflect on her creative direction, Tally is now stepping into what she calls her “reconnection era.” She’s working on new YouTube projects, exploring stand-up comedy, and experimenting with live shows that blend storytelling, improv, and audience participation.

“I don’t want to just exist online,” she told The Hollywood Times recently. “I want to connect. I want to remind people that the internet can still be fun and honest.”

Her goal isn’t just to chase trends but to build community, a digital space where comedy meets compassion, and authenticity always wins.

The Takeaway

In a world obsessed with virality, Tally Wyte is doing something rare: making the internet feel human again. Her mix of humor, courage, and creativity proves that being authentic online isn’t just possible it’s powerful.

Whether she’s on camera cracking jokes with strangers or speaking candidly about her life, Tally Wyte represents a new generation of creators who aren’t afraid to blur the lines between laughter and truth, visibility and vulnerability.

And maybe that’s what makes her so magnetic: she’s not trying to fit into the algorithm. She’s rewriting it, one fearless laugh at a time.

Sombr Addresses Online Drama After Fan Called His Show 'Cringe'

Sombr Addresses Online Drama After Fan Called His Show ‘Cringe’

by jummy84 October 20, 2025
written by jummy84

Sombr has responded to criticism he received from a concertgoer who apparently “hated” his show at Anthem in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 13, so much so that she recorded a nearly nine-minute TikTok video, which has since gone viral.

“I thought I was chronically online, but it’s just come to my attention that there’s a TikTok drama going around because a 25-year-old attended my concert and was basically complaining that there were too many tweens there, I was making too many brain-rot jokes, and she just thought it was a cringe concert,” Sombr began in his response.

Sombr’s response came a few days after the fan posted her video, in which the 25-year-old began by cautioning anyone planning to attend an upcoming show of his to “not spend your money on a Sombr concert.” She went on to explain that while attending his Washington, D.C. show, she was shocked to find his fanbase was primarily comprised of “tweens,” said she did not enjoy his jokes, and described a segment of the concert called the “Sombr Dating Show,” where he brought audience members onstage to call their exes. She also criticized him, claiming he said “super vulgar stuff about getting his dick sucked” while on stage, and asked his fans to “bark for me” — behavior she felt was inappropriate given his young audience.

She added, “It just doesn’t seem like he knows how to entertain. He’s maybe too young. Maybe he has to grow into it. I don’t know. Dancing was terrible, singing was terrible.”

While she referred to the experience as “a nightmare,” she admitted that the other members of the audience appeared to love it, with one fan apparently saying, “This is my generation’s David Bowie.” She then said, “I’m so sorry, slender man? We’re picking him, we’re picking the weird dancing dude?” whom she likened to Napoleon Dynamite and added that the show was “cringe.”

Editor’s picks

In his response, Sombr accused her of “body shaming” him, saying that “it’s kind of started a massive body shaming hate train directed towards me on a lot of videos of me on the internet right now.”

He went on to say, “I totally respect people having opinions, but I am a 20-year-old artist, freshly 20. And if you’re 25 years old and you’re going to come to my concert and not expect people younger than you to be there, when I, the artist, am five years younger than you, it’s just a skill issue.”

As far as his jokes, Sombr said that people who go to his concerts would be familiar with his online presence, adding, “I’ve never uttered a serious word in my life.” Plus, he said he spends “five minutes” making jokes at his shows, while the rest is music.

Trending Stories

“Live a little, enjoy life,” he continued. “Every age, sex, sexuality, gender, race: Everyone is welcome in my concert, ad I mean everyone. You guys need to find problematic people to hate on, because I am just existing.”

Sombr’s debut album, I Barely Know Her — featuring hits “Back to Friends” and “12 to 12,” both of which he performed at the VMAs — arrived in August. Since his album dropped, his tour, which runs through November, has sold out, and he’s slated as the Saturday Night Live musical guest with host Nikki Glaser on Nov. 8.

Together with its social enterprise, Everyone Digital CIC, ECO delivers professional, accredited IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services, ensuring data security, compliance, and environmental best practice for corporate donors while powering digital inclusion projects across the UK.

Shared Commitment to Sustainability
Excel London’s Sustainability & Legacy programme is central to its operations, focusing on cutting carbon emissions, reducing waste, and creating positive community impact. Alongside partnerships with Neighbourly, City Harvest, Fareshare, and The Felix Project, Every Child Online now joins Excel’s mission to connect business with purpose, tackling urgent social and environmental challenges.

Natalie Sykes, Head of Corporate Responsibility Operations at Excel
“Excel is committed to creating a sustainable legacy for London and beyond. Partnering with Every Child Online allows us to extend this commitment by tackling digital inequality and supporting young people’s futures, while helping our exhibitors and visitors meet their own sustainability and social impact goals.”

Expanding a Network of Corporate Partners
This collaboration with Excel builds on ECO’s growing portfolio of industry partnerships. In 2025 alone, ECO has been appointed official charity partner at some of the UK’s leading exhibitions, including:

• Imagotech Media – DTX and UTX
• Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd – SITS and MSP Show
• Nineteen Group – National Cyber Security Show and International Cyber Expo
• Clarion Events – Cyber Leaders Summit
• Reset Connect – Reset Connect London
• RX Global – Infosecurity Europe
• Hyve UK Events Limited – BETT
• Sports Venue Business – SVB Live

Through these platforms, ECO has engaged thousands of businesses, many now ongoing supporters, donors, or ITAD partners through the IT Full Circle model.

Get Involved
Every Child Online invites all organisations to take part in this movement:
▪ For CIOs and IT leaders: donate your surplus IT through our accredited ITAD services.
▪ For ESG and CSR teams: partner with us to deliver measurable community and environmental impact through our new commercial partnership programme.
▪ For sustainability officers: align your circular economy and net-zero commitments with real-world outcomes.

Together, we can ensure every child is not only connected but also safe, smart, and empowered.
