Olandria Carthen is making some big moves—but fans are divided over what those moves entail.
On November 6, the Love Island star caused a brief meltdown among Nicolandria fans thanks to some photos that were first posted by DeuxMoi. The 27-year-old reality star shot to stardom during the most recent season of the dating show for her beauty, charm, and rom-com-coded romance with fellow Love Island-er Nicolas Vansteenberghe.
But now, fans are not quite sure where they stand thanks to an image of Olandria holding hands with model Asher London Williams in New York City. But don’t panic just yet. Here’s what we know—and what fans are theorizing these photos really depict.
First, who are Nic and Olandria (a.k.a. Nicolandria)?
The pair—who shared a moment early on in season seven before coupling up with other contestants—went particularly viral for their ultra-romantic reunion in episode 20, when Nic full-on ran to join Olandria in a getaway car after their other relationships failed. They returned as a unit and the rest is history: They came in second place to Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales but were first in the hearts of Nicolandria fans, and Olandria has since made the near-impossible jump from niche reality star to full-on celebrity.

On November 4, the pair attended the 2025 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City, and you’d think Olandria was being honored based on all the attention she drew from the evening’s honorees, as well as the online fans who created their own #OlandriaxGlamourWOTY hashtag on X.com.
What have Nicolandria said about their post-show relationship?
Though Nic and Olandria have been attending events together and hyping each other up since the Love Island finale aired on July 13, the pair are trying to avoid moving too fast based on all the hype from the show.
“I know people are expecting us to to be labeled by now,” Nic said during the reunion, which aired on August 25. “We’ve always been believers in taking our time with things and not trying to let outside pressure dictate our relationship.” At the time, he did confirm they were planning dates and taking trips together.
