Navya Naveli Nanda, Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, recently took fans through her Diwali festivities, with her close childhood friends — Suhana Khan and Ananya Panday. All three daughters of Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Shah Rukh Khan, and Chunky Panday were spotted celebrating the festival together, carrying on a long friendship that goes back to their childhood days.

Navya posted the photograph on her Instagram Stories, with the three of them standing gracefully in front of fairy light and foliage-covered backdrop. She opted for an eye-catching multi-hued beaded attire with delicate details that caught everyone’s attention. Ananya was elegant in shimmering mint-green lehenga with a blouse to match, accessorised with statement-weight jewellery. While Suhana Khan exuded glamour in a red embroidered outfit, accessorised with a maang tikka and minimal makeup, just like the festive season.

Just hours later after Navya’s post, Ananya re-shared the photo on her own Instagram story, retaining Navya’s original description along with heart and explosion emojis — demonstrating their connection offline and online.

While Suhana has recently debuted in Bollywood with The Archies, which is directed by Zoya Akhtar, she is also working on a new film now under the banner of her father, Red Chillies Entertainment. Ananya Panday, who was last seen in OTT shows CTRL and Call Me Bae, has another project lined up for the next few months.

Navya, opting for a career other than in cinema, has made herself a youth entrepreneur and social activist. She also hosts a podcast named What The Hell Navya, where she has open discussions with her mother, Shweta Bachchan, and grandmother, Jaya Bachchan.

In another Diwali update, Ananya was spotted sitting in her living room while relatives showered rose petals on her during Lakshmi Poojan. Wearing her mother Bhavna Pandey’s 20-year-old Rohit Bal outfit and heirloom earrings, Ananya oozed tradition and elegance.
