For example, at SXSW Sydney 2024, Lüp deployed over 100 check-in and access control scanners across 80 venues, using badge printing with integrated photo capture and QR-coded wristbands. This allowed organisers to track and manage tens of thousands of attendees in real time, prevent unauthorised access, and maintain a seamless experience at scale.
The Lüp Console platform also empowers organisers with unprecedented live insights and analytics across an entire event lifecycle. At Design & Build Week 2025, we provided a full view of attendee behaviour, exhibitor engagement, and marketing performance, allowing data-driven decisions that improved ROI and shaped future events.
Similarly, partnerships with RX Global for their UK events demonstrated our ability to integrate on-site systems with in-house registration platforms, enabling high-volume, globally consistent check-in experiences across dozens of events.
